Passing is a fundamental skill that is crucial in soccer because it plays a role in maintaining ball possession, controlling tempo, and creating scoring opportunities. However, in practice, many young players still struggle to pass correctly, both in terms of foot technique, strength, and accuracy of the ball's direction. Technological advancements in the world of sports offer various learning alternatives, one of which is through video feedback. This technology allows players to review their movements, making it easier to identify technical errors and make systematic improvements. Therefore, this study was conducted to determine the effect of video feedback on improving passing skills in young players. This study used an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The subjects were 20 SSB Merpati Cerih U-14 players selected using a total sampling technique. The research instrument was a passing skills test administered before and after treatment. The test data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics to measure the difference in average passing skill scores before and after the video feedback application. The results showed a significant improvement in passing ability after players received video feedback training. Players were able to correct technical errors, such as body position, leg swing, and pass direction. Visualizing movements directly through video recordings helps players more quickly identify weaknesses and correct them in subsequent training sessions. In conclusion, the application of video feedback technology has proven effective in improving basic passing skills in SSB Merpati Cerih U-14 players. This approach makes the learning process more interactive, motivates players, and optimizes training results. The application of similar technology is highly relevant to support achievement development in youth soccer.

Football is a sport that requires mastery of basic techniques, one of which is dribbling. Dribbling techniques are very important because they serve to control the ball, pass opponents, and create opportunities in the game. Based on initial observations at SSB Selection FC Pabuaran, Cirebon Regency, it is known that the mastery of dribbling techniques in U-14 athletes is still relatively low. This is shown through unfocused gaze when dribbling, improper touching, and lack of balance when dribble, which has an impact on the effectiveness of the game and the team's overall performance. One of the factors that causes the weakness of dribbling ability is the lack of variety of exercises, especially those that emphasize the aspects of speed and agility. Exercises with the zig-zag trajectory method are an effective form of exercise to improve speed, agility, and ball control. This method helps hone motor response, maneuver accuracy, and dribbling skills in dynamic game conditions. This study aims to find out the extent of the influence of dribbling practice using the zig-zag trajectory method on increasing dribbling speed in U-14 football athletes at SSB Selection FC Pabuaran. The research uses a quantitative approach with experimental methods. Data collection techniques were carried out through observation and dribbling tests before and after treatment. The results of this study are expected to provide an empirical picture of the effectiveness of zig-zag training on the technical aspects of the game of football at an early age. In addition, this research is also expected to be a reference for coaches in designing a more structured training program that is in accordance with the development needs of young athletes. Thus, the development of basic techniques from an early age will be more optimal and contribute to the improvement of national football achievements in the future.

This study aims to determine the relationship between arm muscle strength and the ability to perform a throw-in in football among sixth-semester students of the Physical Education, Health, and Recreation Study Program (PJKR) at Manado State University. The throw-in technique is one of the basic skills in football, used to return the ball into play with both hands from behind and over the head. An effective throw-in requires optimal arm muscle strength. This research employed a quantitative correlational approach, involving a sample of 20 randomly selected students. The instrument used to measure arm muscle strength was a one-minute push-up test, while throw-in ability was measured by the distance of the throw in meters. Hypothesis testing was conducted using the Pearson Product Moment correlation test with a significance level of α = 0.05. The results of the analysis indicated a significant relationship between arm muscle strength and throw-in ability in football. These findings highlight the importance of arm strength training in developing fundamental football techniques, particularly the throw-in.

This study aims to analyze the effect of the practice teaching method on the basic motor skill of kicking a ball using the outside foot among students of SMP Negeri 1 Touluaan. The research was a quasi-experimental design with a quantitative approach. A total of 20 students were divided into two groups: an experimental group receiving the practice teaching method, and a control group receiving no intervention. The instrument used was a test of kicking skills. Data were analyzed using a t-test after the prerequisites of normality and homogeneity were met. The result showed tcount = 3.81 > ttable = 2.101 at a significance level of 0.05, indicating a significant effect of the practice teaching method on the improvement of basic kicking skills using the outside foot.

This study aims to analyze the relationship between speed and dribbling skills in eighth grade students. Dribbling skills are one of the basic skills in football that are important for the effectiveness of the game. Speed in dribbling the ball plays a key role in improving an individual's ability to face opponents and carry out effective attacks. The research approach used is quantitative with a correlational method. The population in this study were all eighth grade students at SMP Negeri 7 Dumoga, with samples selected randomly. The research instruments included a speed test and a dribbling skills test, each of which was measured through a standardized trial. The results showed that there was a significant negative relationship between speed and dribbling skills with a Pearson correlation value of -0.65 and a significance of 0.001. This indicates that students who have higher speed tend to have better dribbling skills. This finding is consistent with previous studies stating that speed is an important factor in the development of dribbling skills. Based on the results of the study, it is recommended that coaches and sports teachers focus more on speed training in soccer training programs to improve students' dribbling skills.
