Ntobo Specta is a community service program implemented by students of the Community Service Program (KKN) of the Bima College of Economics (STIE) as an effort to support the development of a creative economy based on local potential in Ntobo Village. Ntobo Village is known as one of the centers of traditional weaving craftsmen who are the main source of income for most of the community. However, promotion and marketing of woven products are still limited, so innovative activities are needed to increase the attractiveness and economic value of local weaving. Ntobo Specta activities are packaged in the form of a bazaar for weaving MSMEs and a fashion show made from typical Ntobo woven fabrics involving elementary, middle, and high school students. This activity aims to introduce Ntobo weaving to the wider community, increase the interest of the younger generation in local culture, and open marketing opportunities for weaving MSMEs. The implementation method is carried out through the stages of coordination, activity preparation, event implementation, and evaluation. The results of the activity show that Ntobo Specta is able to be an effective medium for promoting culture and the creative economy. The enthusiasm of the community and participants has a positive impact on increasing the existence of Ntobo weaving as a superior regional product. Furthermore, this activity also stimulates economic growth in the community by increasing awareness of local woven products and expanding the marketing network for MSMEs. Thus, Ntobo Specta is a form of community empowerment that integrates cultural preservation with strengthening the creative economy based on local wisdom.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kemasantani Village have considerable potential in developing cassava-based products using MOCAF flour, particularly Antari chips. However, limited brand identity, unattractive packaging, and the underutilization of digital marketing have constrained product competitiveness and revenue growth. This community service program aimed to strengthen branding and optimize digital marketing strategies to support MSME revenue growth. A qualitative participatory approach was employed through surveys, interviews, observations, documentation, and direct assistance in brand identity development, packaging redesign, and social media management. The results indicate improvements in product image, packaging attractiveness, and market reach through digital platforms. The integrated application of branding and digital marketing successfully increased consumer engagement and led to an approximate 35% increase in MSME revenue within a three-month period. These findings suggest that strategic branding and digital marketing are effective approaches for enhancing competitiveness and ensuring the sustainability of locally based MSMEs in rural areas.

The development of digital content on the YouTube platform encourages creators to produce more engaging and informative podcast videos through the editing process. This study discusses the video podcast editing workflow of the Tikitalk program on the Ampu Studio YouTube channel using Adobe Premiere Pro. This research also aims to understand how the editing stages are carried out in improving the quality of video podcast presentation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative through direct observation during internship activities, so that the data is obtained based on real field experience. The results of the study show that the editing process, such as video cutting, transition settings, audio adjustment, audio censoring, and the addition of motion graphics, can significantly improve the quality of video podcast presentation. In addition, this process also helps make the content more organized, informative, and engaging for viewers. Thus, the role of the editor in the production process is very important in supporting the quality of digital content on the YouTube platform. Therefore, it can be concluded that editing is not only a technical process, but also an important part in increasing the attractiveness and professionalism of a video podcast.

This study aims to analyze the contribution and potential of the Lampung Province tourism sector to national economic growth in the 2020-2025 period. Using a quantitative descriptive approach using the Location Quotient (LQ) and Shift Share methods, this study processes secondary data on Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) at constant prices from the Central Statistics Agency. The analysis shows that although Lampung's macroeconomic performance is still dominated by the primary sector, the tourism sector, particularly the accommodation and food and beverage subsector, has demonstrated post-pandemic resilience with a significant positive growth trend. In 2024, the GRDP value of this subsector at the provincial level reached IDR 4,616.76 billion, with strategic areas such as Bandar Lampung City confirming the accommodation sector as a base sector (LQ > 1) with a high competitive advantage. The integration of a creative economy based on local wisdom, such as the use of Tapis cloth and digital marketing, has been proven to increase the attractiveness of destinations, capable of driving the volume of domestic tourist trips to reach 17.87 million trips by 2024. This finding confirms that Lampung's tourism sector is not only a regional economic driver, but also makes a substantial contribution to national income through a multiplier effect on job creation and increasing domestic foreign exchange. Optimizing collaboration between policymakers and accelerating infrastructure development are key to strengthening the strategic position of Lampung tourism in the future.

SMEs play an important role in Indonesia's economy, one of which is the woodcraft industry that has great potential for export. Putra Mandiri Woodcraft (PMW) faces sales instability, ranging from 30% to 145.48% of the set target, which affects production efficiency. This study aims to formulate an effective marketing strategy to increase sales volume and business competitiveness. The methods used in this study include the IFE and EFE Matrix analysis to identify internal and external factors affecting the company, SWOT analysis to formulate various strategies, and QSPM to determine strategy priorities based on the Total Attractiveness Score (TAS) value. The analysis results show that Putra Mandiri Woodcraft has an IFE score of 2.70 and an EFE score of 2.80, indicating that the company's internal condition is quite strong, although the response to external factors is still moderate. The company's main strengths lie in product quality and consumer trust, while its weaknesses are the lack of innovation in product design. Based on the SWOT analysis results, eight potential strategies were found, and the QSPM shows that expansion through a marketplace based on product quality and more varied designs is the main priority with a TAS value of 6.16.

The rapid development of social media has made fashion brands, especially modest fashion, increasingly collaborate with influencers to increase brand awareness. This study discusses the role of influencer credibility in increasing brand awareness of the brand @zaskiasungkarjakarta through Instagram content. The method used a case study with a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews and documentation, then analyzed through the stages of data reduction, presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that influencer credibility plays a significant role in maintaining brand awareness. There are three main dimensions that are visible: expertise, trustworthiness, and attractiveness. Trustworthiness is evident from the honesty and consistency of influencers when showing or reviewing products. Meanwhile, attractiveness arises from the match between the influencer's lifestyle and image with the brand, making the audience feel more relatable and trusting. Overall, influencer credibility helps increase brand awareness from the brand recognition stage (people start to recognize), brand recall (people can remember again), until the brand finally becomes top of mind in the minds of the audience.

Nature-based tourism development has a strategic role in encouraging sustainable local economic growth, especially in rural areas such as Marente Village, Kabupaten Sumbawa. Agal Waterfall is one of the natural tourism destinations that has high attractiveness, but its utilization is still not optimal due to limited facilities and infrastructure, access to the location, promotional activities, and the quality of human resources management. This study aims to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, and determine priority strategies in developing Agal Waterfall tourism using the Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM) method. The research approach used is descriptive quantitative with primary data collected from 100 respondents. Analysis techniques include the preparation of IFAS, EFAS, SWOT, and QSPM matrices. The research findings show that the beauty of the natural environment and community participation are the main strengths, while the limited supporting facilities and promotion are still the dominant weaknesses. Development opportunities are supported by the increasing interest in nature tourism and the utilization of digital platforms, while threats come from competition between tourist destinations and the potential for environmental degradation. Based on the results of the analysis, priority strategies suggested include improving basic facilities, optimizing digital-based promotions, strengthening the capacity of human resource managers, and implementing the principles of sustainable tourism.

This community service research is about the creation of Taman Kita “Taman Dusun Sudimampir” as an artificial tourism to utilize local potential implemented in Kaliangsana Village, Kalijati District, Subang Regency. This artificial tourism destination is one of the incidental activity programs carried out by the Faculty of Engineering, Civil Engineering Study Program, University of Subang together with the community in Sudimampir Hamlet in an effort to increase environmental attractiveness while encouraging the economic growth of the local community. Sudimampir Hamlet is located in Kaliangsana Village and has beautiful and strategic natural conditions, but has not been optimally managed as a tourist destination. Therefore, it is necessary to develop an area in the form of a thematic park that can function as a means of recreation, education, and community empowerment. The method of implementation of this research activity includes the stages of planning, preparation, implementation, and management of the park. The concept of the park is educational and family-friendly nature tourism by providing various facilities such as flower gardens, children's play areas, photo spots, gazebos, and educational gardens. In addition, this park also involves active community participation in the management and development of micro-enterprises. The expected results of the development of this park are the creation of comfortable green open spaces, increased tourist visits, and the opening of new business opportunities for the surrounding community. Thus, Sudimampir Hamlet Park is expected to become a sustainable tourist attraction and provide social, economic, and environmental benefits.

This community service initiative provides a comprehensive business analysis to evaluate financial feasibility, aiming to mitigate potential losses and ensure operational viability. By offering concrete data on business prospects and challenges, this analysis serves as a strategic guide for resource allocation and market targeting, while simultaneously enhancing attractiveness to potential investors. The program was conducted in the South Nunukan District, Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan. As Indonesia's 34th province and a strategic border region, North Kalimantan faces significant challenges in food security due to limited supply chains. A central component of this study is the Break-Even Point (BEP) analysis—the threshold at which a business incurs neither profit nor loss. The BEP analysis provides critical insights into the relationship between pricing, operational costs, sales volume, and production levels. Consequently, it serves as a vital decision-making tool for business owners to optimize profitability. The results of this study demonstrate that, despite the continued use of traditional methods, the polyculture system remains highly profitable and sustainable for the local community.

This study aims to analyze the obstacles in Social Studies (IPS) learning related to global issues influenced by technological advancement through a literature review method. Social Studies plays an essential role in shaping students’ understanding of social, economic, cultural, and political life while fostering global awareness in the digital era. However, in practice, IPS learning often faces various challenges that reduce its effectiveness and attractiveness. One of the main problems is students ’low interestin IPS, as it is often perceived as boring and overly theoretical, combined with the influence of technology that diverts students’ attention toward digital entertainment. Other contributing factors include non-interactive teaching methods, limited learning facilities, unconducive classroom environments, and a lack of parental support. Through a comprehensive literature review, this study found that relevant strategies to overcome these issues include Project-Based Learning, Technology Integration, and Contextual Approaches. These strategies enable students to learn actively, critically, and collaboratively by linking IPS material to global issues and real-world phenomena. The recommended solutions include implementing project-based education, utilizing interactive digital media, and fostering intercultural dialogue within the learning process. The results of this study are expected to provide theoretical contributions to the development of adaptive IPS learning models in response to technological progress, as well as practical benefits for teachers, schools, and policymakers in creating Social Studies learning that is engaging, meaningful, and relevant to the global challenges of the 21st century.

Administration is an activity that must be managed effectively to support public service quality, and one of the main keys to achieving a good administrative system is the utilization of information technology, which is currently developing rapidly. Administrative activities at the Wendewa Barat village hall are still carried out using conventional and ineffective methods, particularly in population data recording, which relies on manual bookkeeping. This approach is time-consuming, labor-intensive, prone to errors, and incurs higher operational costs. Therefore, an integrated system is needed to manage administrative activities more efficiently, accurately, and systematically. This research aims to develop a web-based population administration system to improve administrative performance at the Wendewa Barat village office. The system development employs the waterfall method, which consists of several stages, including requirements analysis, system design, implementation, system testing, and maintenance. The system is built using the PHP programming language with the CodeIgniter framework and utilizes a MySQL database for data management. Additionally, jQuery is applied in several system functions to enhance system interactivity, effectiveness, and user interface attractiveness.

This study aims to analyze the role of public relations as a key pillar in building reputation and enhancing the credibility of nature-based tourism in Jombang. The research focuses on the communication strategies employed by public relations officers in delivering information, managing public interactions, and utilizing digital media as the primary tool for strengthening destination image. The research method used is a case study with a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with six informants, including public relations staff, tourism managers, representatives from the tourism department, local community members, and visitors.The findings show that public relations plays a vital role in reputation building through four main dimensions: message consistency, communication transparency, collaboration with communities and stakeholders, and the optimization of digital media. Field findings reveal that consistent use of social media strengthens tourists’ trust, while local community involvement adds authenticity to the destination’s image. Moreover, public relations also functions as a crisis communication manager by providing fast and accurate information during operational disruptions. In conclusion, the reputation of nature tourism in Jombang is not solely determined by natural beauty but also by the quality of communication managed by public relations. The optimization of digital and collaborative communication has become a key strategy to maintain the credibility and attractiveness of the destination amid increasingly competitive tourism dynamics.

The city of Singkawang has experienced rapid population growth, leading to an increase in the number of students. On 17 September 2024, the Singkawang City Transportation Agency implemented a free revitalized Student Transport service to reduce the number of traffic accidents involving students. The aim of this study is to identify service and respondent characteristics, evaluate operational management, and assess performance and user satisfaction using the IPA and CSI methods, as well as Vehicle Operating Costs (VOC). The research employs a descriptive quantitative method by analyzing descriptive statistical data. Data were obtained from field observations, interviews, and surveys of 400 student respondents (146 users and 254 non-users). The results show that the student transport operates with two vehicles serving the North and East Singkawang routes. The load factor for outbound trips is 22%–32% and for return trips is 11%–12%, with travel times of 68–85 minutes, average operating speeds of 20–22 km/hour, and circulation times of 68–85 minutes. Based on the IPA analysis, the indicators in quadrant D require socialization regarding the functions and use of the interior of the student transport. The CSI result shows a score of 99.79% (very satisfied). The annual VOC amounts to IDR 292,905,814 (East Singkawang) and IDR 282,020,390 (North Singkawang). In conclusion, this service is satisfactory but still requires socialization to enhance its attractiveness and effectiveness.

Competition in acquiring young talent is increasing, so employer branding strategies  are an important element for organizations in attracting the interest of generation Z. As digital natives, generation Z has different characteristics and expectations, including the need for career development, work-life balance, organizational reputation, and an inclusive work culture (Smith, 2022). In the midst of global competition and the increasingly dominant use of digital technology in the job search process, companies are required to build an authentic and relevant employer image in order to increase the attractiveness of their talents. Previous research has shown that employer branding has a significant effect on the interest in applying for jobs for generation Z, either directly or through mediating factors such as organizational reputation and person-organization fit (Backhaus & Tikoo, 2004; Jiang & Iles, 2024). Based on this phenomenon, this study aims to analyze the influence of employer branding on the interest in applying for jobs of Generation Z and examine the role of organizational reputation and person organization fit as a mediation variable. The study used a quantitative approach with a survey method of Generation Z respondents who were looking for a job, then analyzed using multiple regression and bootstrapping mediation test. The results of the study show that employer branding has a positive and significant effect on the interest in applying for jobs for generation Z, and this influence is stronger when the reputation of the organization and the person-organization fit plays the role of mediator. These findings affirm the importance for organizations to build a positive image, provide an inclusive work culture, and highlight the value match between companies and applicants in order to be able to compete in the fight for young talent in the digital era.

This research explores strategies for developing the Lewaja Natural Tourism Area in Enrekang Regency, which has considerable potential as a leading destination but has not yet been managed effectively. The study aims to examine the current conditions of the site, highlight its opportunities and constraints, and design strategies for sustainable development. A descriptive qualitative approach was employed, utilizing SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) in conjunction with IFAS and EFAS to establish strategic priorities. The results indicate that Lewaja possesses advantages in terms of natural scenery and accessibility, while weaknesses are found in facility provision and managerial aspects. The proposed strategies derived from the SWOT framework emphasize infrastructure improvement, enhancement of supporting amenities, digital-based promotional efforts, community involvement in destination management, and stronger collaboration between governmental bodies and the private sector. Overall, the study concludes that the future development of Lewaja Peak Natural Tourism should align with the principles of sustainable tourism, aiming to increase its attractiveness, raise service standards, and deliver economic value to the local community.

Environmental cleanliness is a critical factor in the effective management of nature-based tourist destinations, as it strongly shapes tourists’ perceptions of destination quality, comfort, and overall attractiveness, as well as their intention to visit and revisit. This study aims to examine the extent to which environmental cleanliness influences tourists’ visit intention in the Harau Valley tourism area (Lembah Harau), Kanagarian Tarantang, Harau District, Lima Puluh Kota Regency. The research employed a quantitative survey method by distributing structured questionnaires to 50 tourists during their visit to Lembah Harau. The variables measured include tourists’ perceptions of environmental cleanliness, such as waste management practices, sanitation conditions, and the availability of waste disposal facilities, as well as visit intention indicators, including intention to return and willingness to recommend the destination to others. The findings highlight the importance of maintaining a clean environment to enhance tourists’ positive behavioral intentions. The implications of these findings suggest that destination managers and local government authorities should consistently enforce cleanliness policies, strengthen integrated waste management systems, and provide adequate sanitation facilities to enhance the attractiveness of Lembah Harau and support sustainable tourism development, without neglecting the need for continuous monitoring, evaluation, and improvement in these areas.

The development of sustainable tourism facilities is one of the important efforts in increasing the attractiveness of destinations while preserving the environment. This study aims to analyze the implementation of ecological concepts in the development of glamping facilities in the Pearl Beach tourist area. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collection through field observations, interviews with managers and tourists, and literature studies related to ecotourism principles and sustainable design. The results of the study show that the application of ecological concepts in glamping facilities in Mutiara Beach includes the use of environmentally friendly materials, integrated waste management, the application of energy efficiency, and designs that integrate the natural landscape without damaging the coastal ecosystem. The application of this concept not only improves the comfort and experience of tourists, but also contributes to increasing environmental awareness and strengthening the positive image of tourist destinations. In addition, this ecologically-conceptual glamping development model is expected to be a reference for the development of sustainable tourism facilities in other coastal areas, which prioritizes nature preservation and the welfare of local communities.

This study aims to analyze the difficulties experienced by students in understanding abstract concepts in Islamic creed (akidah) and to evaluate the effectiveness of Islamic-based animation learning media as an innovative and interactive solution. The research employs a qualitative Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach, conducted in two learning cycles using observation, interviews, documentation, and questionnaires as data collection techniques. The implementation of Islamic animation learning media demonstrated a significant improvement in students’ conceptual comprehension. The results indicate that the average understanding score increased from 35.25% in the preliminary stage to 89.25% after the final cycle, showing a substantial rise in students’ achievement levels. In addition, students’ enthusiasm, motivation, and active participation in classroom activities increased markedly when learning materials were presented through animated visualization rather than conventional lecture-based instruction. Expert validation confirmed that the developed instructional media meets pedagogical, didactic, and visual quality standards, and responses from teachers and students revealed positive perceptions regarding the relevance and attractiveness of animation-based learning. The findings highlight that Islamic-based animation learning media serves as an effective educational tool capable of simplifying and concretizing abstract theological concepts, enabling learners to construct deeper understanding through visual and contextual illustration.Therefore,the study recommends the broader application of animation-based Islamic instructional media in akidah education to enhance comprehension, engagement, and learning outcomes in schools.

Minang Rua Beach in South Lampung possesses significant tourism potential that has not been optimally utilized, primarily due to the lack of creative promotional events and limited community skills in event management. This community service aimed to enhance the capacity of the local Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) and youth in designing, managing, and promoting tourism events effectively. The method employed was a participatory training approach that included lectures, discussions, and hands-on practice covering creative event design, logistics management, budgeting (RAB), and digital promotion strategies. The training activities were met with high enthusiasm and active participation from the community members. The participants gained new, practical knowledge and skills in event planning and promotion, as demonstrated by their active engagement during interactive sessions and simulations. The improved capacity of the local community is expected to foster the independent and sustainable organization of creative events, thereby enhancing the destination's attractiveness and increasing tourist visits. This study aims to evaluate the Figma-based redesign of the BBPMP Central Java website to enhance user satisfaction and visual consistency with national graphic standards. Using a qualitative descriptive approach and the Research and Development (R&D) method, the process included needs analysis, prototype design, expert validation, and user testing. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and Likert-scale questionnaires. The results show that a user-centered redesign significantly improves navigation, visual appeal, and user satisfaction with the website interface. Figma proved to be an effective collaborative tool for developing interactive and standardized design prototypes.
