This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance leadership capacity and organizational management skills of the Islamic Student Association (HMI) Dumai Branch cadres through the strengthening of Islamic values ​​and the application of modern organizational management principles. The program was implemented during the Intermediate Training (Latihan Kader II/LK 2) using lectures, interactive discussions, and leadership simulations. A participatory approach was employed to actively engage participants throughout the program. The results indicate an improvement in participants' understanding of transformational leadership, collective–collegial leadership, and organizational planning and management skills. Furthermore, the program increased participants' awareness of the importance of integrating Islamic values ​​as an ethical foundation in student organizational leadership practices. This PKM contributes to the development of qualified HMI cadres as future leaders with integrity, adaptability, and strong commitment to community service.

Sales and purchase agreements that occur electronically between sellers and buyers create online buying and selling. Internet and social media users in Indonesia, online E-Commerce businesses are increasingly growing. E-Commerce is business activities involving consumers, manufacturers, service providers and intermediaries using computer networks, namely the internet. E-Commerce users are also of various ages, because there are many conveniences when shopping online, just open the desired E-Commerce application, choose the items you buy and the goods arrive as desired within a few days. The increasing number of online buying and selling has indirectly influenced changes in legal regulations. The rules that apply in Indonesia are still unclear regarding electronic buying and selling. This is due to the fact that the conditions necessary for the validity of an electronic agreement have not been specifically regulated. The aim of this research is to determine the validity of electronic contract agreements in E-Commerce transactions in terms of civil law. In this research, normative research methods were used. This method involves processing data from legal regulations and applying rules or norms as the basis for research. Research results Electronic documents are binding and recognized as valid evidence to provide legal certainty regarding the operation of electronic systems and electronic transactions, especially for proof and related to legal actions carried out through electronic systems

The garment industry faces challenges in grouping diverse goods based on their characteristics, which can affect the efficiency of the production process and inventory management. This study aims to apply the K-Means Clustering algorithm in garment goods classification to improve business process management and optimization. The K-Means algorithm, as one of the popular clustering methods, is used to group garment goods data based on features such as size, color, fabric type, and product model. This method begins with the selection of relevant features from the dataset obtained from the garment industry. Furthermore, the K-Means algorithm is implemented to determine the optimal number of clusters using the elbow score and silhouette methods. The clustering results are analyzed to evaluate the extent to which the algorithm can form homogeneous and business-relevant groups of goods. The results of this study indicate that the K-Means Clustering algorithm is effective in grouping garment goods into several categories that are consistent with business patterns and needs. The application of this method results in a better understanding of goods grouping that can improve production efficiency and facilitate inventory management. This study contributes to the best practices in the use of the K-Means algorithm in the convection sector and shows the potential of this method in supporting data-driven decision making.   Keywords:,

Recording income and expenses in running a business is something that must be applied when carrying out a business activity. Notes or books are very important in human life in rewriting to be used as a reminder and to record important things. Financial Recording is very important as a business actor but many MSME actors forget this. The importance of digital financial literacy can help record financial transactions and make it easier to recap product sales data, then an innovation emerges. An application on the smartphone Buku Khas. Therefore, the purpose of this Community Service is to educate and teach MSME actors to use the Special Book Application. The results of the study show that there are still many MSME actors who still record finances by writing them in a book, therefore the researcher is conducting community service with the theme of introducing technology to MSMEs in order to facilitate business continuity.

Stunting remains a chronic nutritional issue affecting human resource quality in Indonesia, particularly children under five years old. High prevalence of stunting impacts long-term cognitive development, physical growth, and productivity of the young generation (Ministry of Health, 2023). This community service aims to optimize the role of public administration in disseminating policies and programs to reduce stunting through education, training, and direct community assistance. Activities were carried out through coordination with government officials, community health cadres, and local leaders, using local communication media to raise awareness about nutrition. The results indicate an increase in community knowledge on stunting, balanced nutrition practices, and active involvement of both officials and residents in stunting reduction programs. Optimizing public administration through capacity building, cross-sector coordination, and information technology utilization supports program targets. This service recommends strategies for sustainable, participatory, and data-driven program implementation. Enhancing community concern for orphans is an essential aspect of inclusive and sustainable social development. This community service activity aims to implement strategies of empathetic communication and social management to improve the quality of social interactions and community attention toward orphans. The method applied was a participatory and qualitative descriptive approach, involving both the community and orphans in all stages of the activity, from planning, implementation, to evaluation. The results indicate a significant improvement in social interaction quality between the community and orphans. The children exhibited positive emotional responses, such as comfort, acceptance, and appreciation, while the community demonstrated increased participation, collective responsibility, and structured social management skills. The integration of empathetic communication and social management produced dual impacts: enhanced emotional well-being of orphans and strengthened social empathy within the community. These findings suggest that this strategy can serve as a sustainable model for social care activities and can be replicated in other communities. Therefore, the application of empathetic communication and social management has the potential to support inclusive social development, foster community solidarity, and improve the welfare of vulnerable groups sustainably.

Today, digital technology is developing rapidly, from its application to the emergence of various digital business entities. The application of the Internet and digital technologies is geared towards achieving marketing goals. The goal of marketing is to win the competition. So a strategy is needed to enter the digital market. Community service. This aims to provide knowledge to Cemara MSMEs regarding strategies to enter the digital market, especially the results of milkfish processing in Kaliprau Village, Ulujami District, Pemalang Regency. This method of community service activities uses the method of lectures, dialogues and questions and answers. The results obtained by participants understand the reach and breadth of the digital market and are able to measure the ability to enter the digital market. The enthusiastic response from the participants received input on the needs of Cemara MSMEs related to skills in using information technology, transaski using e-money applications and bookkeeping.

Outpatient registration at Tanjunganom Health Centre is done online and manually. Patients who already have BPJS can follow the online registration method, while those who use the manual method can enter Puskesmas. From the results of random interviews with several patients for manual registration, it takes a long time of around 15 minutes, from the resulted of observations, one of the causes is the registration time at the counter and the place is not wide enough, from these problems, an outpatient registration application needed online via mobile with layout, color, and control to made it easier for officers to register patients and also make it easier for patients to carry out examinations and shorten the time. This type of research is descriptive with the object being studied, namely the registration unit, for the population in the registration study and patients a number of 2 officers and 2 patients using saturated sampling. For data collection was using observation and interviews. The results of this study are an online outpatient registration application via mobile based on layout, color, and control at the Tanjunganom Health Center. The advancement of Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) is transforming the way scientists conduct deep-sea exploration and environmental monitoring. AUVs equipped with sophisticated sonar, AI-driven navigation systems, and real-time data transmission capabilities can explore extreme marine environments where human intervention is impossible. This paper reviews state-of-the-art developments in AUV technology, including enhanced battery efficiency, swarm intelligence for coordinated underwater missions, and AI-based anomaly detection for marine biodiversity assessment. Additionally, the study highlights the role of AUVs in disaster response, such as oil spill detection and ocean pollution analysis. By addressing technical challenges such as communication latency, data processing in harsh environments, and energy efficiency, this research aims to contribute to the next generation of AUV applications.

Information systems in modern times now have a fairly important role in the progress of an organization, including in the business world. The obstacles that often arise in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) namely on a transaction system that is still manual, with using paper to archive company data. Thus it will clearly make it difficult to control financial report data and transaction data. For this reason, it is important to earn for a certain system which able to help process transaction data and reports, which can also be useful for interested parties to overcome these obstacles. The required application system is an Accounting Information System. This research was conducted using quantitative analysis methods, namely by collecting accurate data. The aim of this research is none other than to analyze the effect of management information systems on decision making at Desi stores. The data collection method used by researchers is to create a questionnaire. The sample studied was 20 respondents using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The influence of information systems in making decisions on selling prices at Desi Store is 67.4%. As the result of this research we can see that accounting information system for ‘Desi stores’ has played an effective and efficient role as a management tool in making pricing decisions, because most of the selling prices in 'Desi stores' use prices suggested by the official salesperson of these products. However, data processing and recording of company financial reports at 'Desi stores' still use a fairly simple method, namely with using paper to archive company data.

The purpose of this study is to analyze how the company's strategy dominates the international market.  PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk is one of the companies that is able to enter the international market.  The products of PT Indofood in this study sell their products in several countries.  This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, namely scientific investigation that aims to understand a phenomenon in its natural social context through a process of in-depth communicative interaction between the researcher and the phenomenon being studied.  From the results of this research, Indomie is the instant noodle brand of PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk in Indonesia and is the largest instant noodle producer in the world with 16 factories that produce 15 billion packs of Indomie each year.  Indomia is also exported to more than 60 countries around the world.  The application of continuous innovation, namely the construction of factories abroad, product strategy, quality maintenance, pricing strategy, distribution strategy, promotion strategy, customer relationship (consumer relationship building strategy).

The inheritance law itself is part of the civil law and the smallest part of the family law. The customary law inheritance system includes 3 (three) patterns, namely patrilineal, matrilineal, and parental. One of the tribes that still applies customary inheritance law is the Talang Mamak Tribe. This research explores the application of the inheritance of the Talang Mamak Tribe in the customary inheritance system in Indonesia and its legal consequences in terms of aspects of Indonesian civil law. This research is of a normative juridical type using a statutory debate approach and a concept approach. The secondary data used comes from literature studies with analytical descriptive analytical methods. The result of the research obtained by Penilis is that most of the Talang Mamak people are known to have converted to Islam. The traditional inheritance of the Talang Mamak Tribe basically uses a matrilineal system, where the heirs are daughters. The role of Ninik amak and the daughter here is to be the ruler or controller of the inheritance and the custodian of all the brothers of the wife including the sons. According to Article 105 and Article 109 of the Civil Code, this is inversely proportional to the position of women who are classified as legally incompetent. The Industrial Revolution 4.0, which coincided with the presence of the Covid-19 pandemic, demanded that the world of education implement a different system. Classroom learning that involves students directly is now starting to switch to online learning. One of the learning media used is the Kahoot application. Interactive quizzes in this application can be implemented on an ongoing basis, including in face-to-face learning after the pandemic. Unfortunately, not all educational institutions know about the existence and benefits of this application. Sungai Putih High School, Kampar Regency, which is our service partner, is one of them. This dedication to introducing interactive learning through online media has had satisfactory results. From 38 respondents covering all classes and teachers at the high school, 100% of respondents felt interested in this learning and 96% of respondents agreed that learning evaluation using Kahoot was felt to be more effective than tests in general. For the continuity of implementation, the service team provided a Kahoot Usage Guide book which was designed directly by the service team.

The purpose of this research is to know about The role of Information Systems in making decision on determination pricing at ‘Toko Bu Nancy’The transaction system of ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ is still using paper to fill all data. Because ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ is small market. That’s why ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ need a system that can help processing all data and transaction.Based on this research, actually the accounting information system at ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ can be said quiet good. Because the price that been determinate are the same with another market. Even though ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ is still a small market, but the accounting information that been recorded is quiet detail so the information that needed in making decision determination pricing can be obtained quick and easily. It can be conclude that ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ has a great and effective accounting information.

The most noticeable impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic are school closures and online distance learning (PJJ). Online learning uses the Internet to provide teaching materials to students. Barriers to online learning are felt by both teachers and students, with streaming learning via Zoom sometimes having unstable internet connections. Another obstacle to online learning between teachers and students is the teacher-student relationship. You look nervous because you get stuck in the Zoom application. A barrier to online learning between students and parents is that it is difficult for working parents to tutor their children because they are working. The impact of online learning itself takes the form of reduced learning ability and changes in student behavior. The purpose of this non-research journal is that schools need new strategies to meet their post-pandemic educational goals. In order to overcome this, it is necessary to develop human resources by implementing education that reflects the cultural characteristics of the country. Education must respond not only to global requirements, but also to developments in digital technology.

In the current era of globalization, there are many problems with hair loss, dandruff, and unhealthy hair. Hair mask is one of the treatments to treat hair damage. Bitter gourd is known to have a bitter taste and has the benefit of reducing hair loss and dandruff, which is the main ingredient in making hair masks. The purpose of this study was to determine the manufacturing process, application method, and public acceptance of pare fruit hair masks to reduce hair loss and dandruff. The research methods used are literature, experiments, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. Making pare fruit hair mask with composition. stearic acid 20 g, liquid paraffin 40 ml, bitter melon juice 70 ml, menthol 0.5 g, TEA 3.5 ml, lime seed perfume 3.5 ml, nipagin 0.5 g. The use of hair masks is done 2 times a week, the use has been seen after use. The results of the public test to 41 respondents to determine the acceptance of the community. It can be concluded that pare fruit hair mask is effective in reducing hair loss and dandruff as an innovation of pare fruit in making hair masks. Need clinical trials and durability tests of bitter melon hair mask products to reduce hair loss and dandruff. The need for other efforts by diligently washing hair to reduce hair loss and dandruff.

The process of making woven fabric which is quite complicated with unique results makes the writer interested in choosing woven as a variation of dramatic exotic clothing in the clothing. The process of applying variations of weaving techniques in dramatic exotic clothing is as follows: making designs, determining the materials and weaving techniques to be used, preparing the tools and materials, taking measurements, making patterns, cutting fabrics, merging, pressing, weaving, making trials, sewing the clothing, applying weaving to clothing. The completion process is soom stitching and attaching the buttons. In the process of weaving, it is better to use a used cardboard base or Styrofoam, then both ends of the material are pinned using a pin to ease the weaving process. For woven braids, it should be decorated with stitches to beautify the appearance and maintain the shape of the weaving. The four-axis weaving should be pinned by hand sewing using a hand sewing needle and the thread to maintain the shape of the weaving.

Therefore, the most suitable application is using an Android-based application, the use of an Android-based application is an option because almost all customers have an Android device, so that services can be directly carried out quickly, easily, effectively and efficiently. With this application, it is easier for the customer and the BUMDES Lantongau in services ranging from customer registration, meter recording, billing payments, customer complaints and information on service disruptions, all can be done through the application. Current learning after the pandemic is more towards the Hybrid learning method where this method combines online learning with face-to-face learning. In this learning, interactive learning media is needed by teachers. Prezi application is a software for internet-based presentation (SaaS). In addition to presentations, it can also be used as a tool to explore and share ideas on a virtual canvas. It is superior because this program uses the en:Zooming User Interface (ZUI), which allows Prezi users to zoom in and out of presentation media. The partner problem is that teachers at Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Huda Mijen Demak still need training and assistance in making interactive multimedia. Therefore, the community service team at the Faculty of Language and Culture, University of 17 Agustustus 1945 Semarang conducted intensive communication with the manager of the MA Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Huda to find solutions to these problems. There are three methods applied in this service, namely Presentation, Demonstration, and Practice Method. Presentation method is applied in the introduction of the Prezi Application, its benefits, and its application in making interactive learning media, Demonstration Method regarding the operation or use of the application and Practical Method where teachers practice directly making interactive learning media according to their respective subjects. After this service, teachers can position and use learning media as a needed component of a learning process. Learning media has an important role in increasing the effectiveness and efficiency of learning. Teachers are always required to be able to develop and use learning tools available in schools in accordance with current developments.

Limboto Subdistrict, which is the capital of Gorontalo Regency, has fairly high population growth and is an area that is vulnerable to the effects of drought. This causes the availability of groundwater to decrease. This study aims to utilize the GIS application to determine the pattern of groundwater flow in the Limboto District. This groundwater flow pattern can be used as a reference for further research related to groundwater. The type of data in this study is the type of primary data. The method used in this research is a survey method, namely by measuring directly in the field. The data analysis technique used to determine the pattern of groundwater flow in Limboto Regency is utilizing software (GIS) using ArcGIS 10.7 software to obtain a map of groundwater flow patterns in Limboto District. The results of the spatial analysis of the groundwater flow pattern map in Limboto District show that water flows from the northern part of the study site to the southern part of the study site.

The method of the research is quantitative with one group pretest-posttest design. The population taken from whole class X amounted to 101, while the sample used in one class is class X IPS 1 amounted to 28 students. Data collection techniques include tests, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique uses formula percentage to evaluate observation of the picture and picture learning model, while the test uses two formulas in between average formula and n-gain. Finding the research is pretest get the average score is 23.43, posttest get the mean score was 71.7. From the score, the that occurs enhancement understanding of the simple present tenses in the context of daily activities material. Whereas n-gain gets a score of 0.63 means that the score n-gain of 0.3 < 0.63 >0.7 is categorized as a medium, it means the level of success of the application of the picture and picture learning modelon simple present tense material is categorized as medium. Results of learning model observation picture and picture get score percentage sheet teacher observation is 82.3%, while score percentage sheet student observation is 80.2%. This thing shows that for the category sheet teacher's observation is good, while on the sheet student observation is categorized as very good, which means the teacher has succeeded apply the learning model with good.
