The purpose of this research is to describe classroom management planning, implementation of classroom management, supervision of classroom management and supporting and inhibiting factors for classroom management in improving student learning. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The results of the research show that class management planning is carried out by arranging facilities, teaching management and student arrangements, implementation of class management is carried out by applying several class management principles and several approaches, supervision is carried out continuously. The results of the research show that classroom management by teachers has been implemented well, teachers with their abilities can condition the classroom optimally to achieve effective learning.

Indonesia has entered the era of the fourth industrial revolution. This happens with technology as a basis for human life. Everything has become limitless and limitless due to the development of digital technology. Indonesia needs several regulatory and authority improvements to be able to face the world market. The aim of this research is to find out what Indonesian industry can do to face the world market, the impact that the presence of the industrial revolution 4.0 has, and the strategies that Indonesia can prepare and carry out in facing the World Market revolution. The object of this research is industry in Indonesia to face the world market. The method used for this research is a qualitative descriptive method, data is obtained from facts about the research subject by trying to reveal it thoroughly according to the context. The results of this research are (1) Creating jobs to increase people's income, increasing people's economic programs, increasing Turnover and Digitalization of People's Markets, building/revitalizing people's markets, establishing relationships between digital markets abroad (2) The most visible impact is in terms of available work (3) Make improvements to the flow of materials and goods, improve the quality of human resources, use digital technology, harmonize rules and policies.     Bukit, M. Musholla management must be carried out systematically and correctly, because musholla can not only be used as a place of worship but can also be used as a place of faith-based learning. This study aims to find out how the management of prayer rooms at SMPN 2 Jenggawah. The emphasis of this study is how the musholla management carries out management so that the musholla at SMPN 2 Jenggawah can function properly according to the observations made. This study uses qualitative research methods with research data collection instruments using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results obtained from this study are that the musholla management process at SMPN 2 Jenggawah is carried out well, both from the planning of the musholla program that is running and the existing mushollah management structure, At SMPN 2 Jenggawah mushollah is not only used as a place of worship, but as a classroom where learners.

This research was conducted to analyze student behavior in participating in the English learning process at school. This research uses qualitative descriptive techniques. The object of this research was 40 students in class XII of Hospitality and Culinary Management at Praja Pandawa Bangli Vocational High School. Data was collected through a system of observation, questionnaires and direct student and teacher interviews. This data analysis was obtained from observations in the field regarding students' attitudes or behavior when participating in the learning process. This foreign language is one of the languages that they must learn as prospective tourism actors. English has now become a mandatory language for tourism vocational students. Apart from language skills, what we need to pay attention to is that behavior or attitude is what really underlies everything we do. We don't only teach education about student behavior at school, but the role of parents is the most important. We can teach attitude, but change is based on each individual, as educators we can only give direction and direct, in the process the individual has the main role.

In this research the author tries to highlight the factors that influence the thinking model of the Islamic education system. For the author, the central issues are management, finance, quality and education. Apart from that, in this research the author used qualitative research methods. These approaches are described in more detail and classified according to research conditions. Apart from that, the author also uses library research methods. The results of this research show that: Educational financial management influences the quality of general education. The results of this research show that fund management is a process of optimizing existing funding sources, allocating existing funds and allocating them in the form of facilities and infrastructure to support the learning process in order to create a learning process that is much more effective, efficient and better. To achieve quality learning, education costs must be managed optimally and optimally. Therefore, educational financial management steps must be considered and made a top priority.

Integrating innovative pedagogical approaches becomes paramount as the contemporary educational paradigm evolves. The study addresses the gap in the current literature by offering insights into the multifaceted implications of gamification in higher education settings. The primary purpose of this research is to analyze the attitudes, experiences, and perceptions of both educators and students toward gamified elements in LMS. The study combines qualitative interviews with teachers and students and quantitative surveys to gather a comprehensive understanding of the subject. The methodology encompasses diverse higher education institutions to ensure a representative sample. Results highlight the nuanced perspectives of participants, revealing key factors influencing the effectiveness of gamification in LMS, such as motivation, engagement, and learning outcomes. The findings provide a foundation for a more informed integration of gamified elements into educational practices. In conclusion, this research contributes to the field by offering empirical evidence and nuanced insights into the perceptions of gamification in higher education. The study enhances our understanding of the challenges and benefits associated with gamified learning and provides practical implications for educators and policymakers aiming to foster innovative and engaging learning environments.

Learning Media applications that use an Android-based material delivery system are expected to facilitate the delivery of material, where previously material was only found in books and the internet. Learning materials that only come from books reduce the reader's understanding because there are only text and pictures. This is what underlies the selection of the thesis title "Application of Android-Based Hydroponic Vegetable Growing Learning Media Application" in the hope that it can be a solution to help people who take part in the training understand material about growing vegetables by hydroponics.Hydroponics is an agricultural activity carried out by using water as a medium to replace soil. So, hydroponics can be interpreted as a work or management of water as a medium for plant growth without using soil media as a planting medium and taking the required mineral nutrients from a nutrient solution dissolved in water. The learning media application for growing hydroponic vegetables based on Android is limited to material on hydroponics, planting media and tools used in hydroponics, the steps needed for hydroponic farming, systems or techniques that exist in hydroponics.

Improving the quality of education for an educational institution is currently a top priority. This is the most important part in building sustainable education, therefore educators/educational staff must have a management principle in carrying out the level of change or development towards quality education. The purpose of writing this scientific article is to find out and review from a theoretical point of view and conduct discussions with previous theories. The method used is a theoretical review by analyzing and comparing existing theories. The result of this theoretical review is that the factors that affect the improvement of the quality of education quality are influenced by internal and external factors and in terms of resources. It can be concluded that the factors that influence the quality of education in educational institutions are an integral part that cannot be separated. These factors support the improvement of higher quality education and become indicators or standards of education and teaching. For educational institutions, it is necessary to develop teaching materials, develop learning strategies and methods, develop learning media, assessment, evaluation and assessment systems as well as educational curricula to improve the quality of teaching quality. It is also necessary for educational institutions to conduct monitoring and evaluation in as well as a more modern development program.

Almsgiving is a form of love for Allah blessings that have been given to him, so that a servant is willing to set aside a portion of his assets for religious purposes, both in the context of helping others and the struggle for Islamic da'wah. In line with that BAZNAS Denpasar City has implemented a kencleng system alms program which aims to educate students to learn alms from an early age through the management of BAZNAS Denpasar City which synergizes with Muslim schools in Denpasar City, one of which is MI Kalifa Nusantara. The research objectives were to determine: 1) Management of alms kencleng system at MI Kalifa Nusantara in BAZNAS Denpasar City. 2) The benefit of the kencleng system in MI Kalifa Nusantara. This research method is descriptive-qualitative. The informants were 10 people who were selected purposively. Collecting data based on facts and data through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Based on the results of the research, the management of the kencleng alms system by BAZNAS Denpasar City which is based on Islamic law, trust, benefit, justice, legal certainty, integration, and accountability can provide benefits for MI Kalifa Nusantara students which include religion, soul, mind, descent and property. With this system, students can start learning alms from an early age and at the same time help their underprivileged friends in their education through the guidance of teachers and through the continuous program of BAZNAS Denpasar City.
