Religious values such as human connection with Allah SWT, the seriousness of conscience, and other religious values are internalized as part of the organizational culture. Apart from that, research has shown that the application of Islamic values in organizational culture such a worshio, trust, responsibility, fairness, ihsan, mutual hep, makes organizations more Islamic. Overall, religious values, especially in the Islamic context, provide a strong moral and ethical foundation for building organization that are sustainable, humane and full of good vibes.

To anticipate market needs for new goods, effective communication is essential. Organizational communication in Islamic education also helps improve school performance. In an Islamic perspective, effective communication is when a message conveyed by a communicator is well received by the communicant. A good leader can make the company a calm and peaceful place. When one party in the organization feels disadvantaged, conflict can arise. This can happen because of differences in opinion, values, and character. In the Qur'an, humans are described as receiving a lesson directly from God, having a real enemy, Satan, and being able to carry a mandate. Leadership that is knowledgeable, strong, trustworthy and devout is very important. The results of this research indicate that effective communication plays an important role in organizations, Islamic education, and leadership. This research also provides an in-depth understanding of how effective communication relates to Islamic religion and organizations. It is hoped that the results of this research can help and improve the quality significantly, to increase the effectiveness of Islamic education and organizations.

This research aims to investigate how the values ​​of the motto "Satu Tungku Tiga Batu" are understood and internalized through Islamic Education learning at Fakfak State Polytechnic. In this context, Islamic Education plays a significant role in shaping individuals' character and morality. The motto, which carries the meaning of unity, cooperation, and mutual support, has not been fully interpreted in the context of Islamic learning at Fakfak State Polytechnic. A case study method is used to examine how this motto is applied in the Islamic Education curriculum. Data were collected through participatory observation, interviews with lecturers and students, and content analysis of lecture materials. The results of this research highlight the importance of the role of Islamic education in shaping understanding and acceptance of moral values ​​among students. The implications of these findings include suggestions for curriculum development and strategies to enhance the integration of Islamic values ​​in an academic context. This research contributes to understanding how Islamic education can strengthen ethical principles and reinforce communal bonds within the educational environment.

The Mediation process can be an effective instrument in ensuring the fulfillment of womens rights/Iddah rights for women after divorce at the Rangkasbitung Religious Court, by exploring divorce cases involving Mediation, with a focus on how Mediation accommodates iddah rights, the obstacles faced and the factors that influence its success, research results It is hoped that this will provide a deeper understanding of the role of mediation in protecting women's rights, especially in the context of divorce in Indonesia and provide recommendations for improving mediation policies and practices.

Islamic Human Development Index dalam penelitian ini digunakan untuk mengukur kesejahteraan daerah berdasarkan Maqashid Syariah. I-HDI mengukur kesejahteraan daerah yang mencakup kesejahteraan material maupun kesejahteraan non material dengan lima perlindungan Maqashid Syariah, yaitu perlindungan agama (ad-Dien), perlindungan jiwa (an-Nafs), perlindungan akal (al-‘Aql), perlindungan keturunan (an-Nasl) dan perlindungan harta (al-ma’al). Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada tiga provinsi yang berbeda yaitu Provinsi Aceh, Provinsi Bengkulu dan Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis index pencapaian pembangunan manusia di Provinsi Aceh, Provinsi Bengkulu dan Provinsi Sumatera Barat yang dilakukan dengan metode perhitungan I-HDI. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa provinsi Aceh, Bengkulu dan Sumatera Barat dikategorikan kedalam status pembangunan I-HDI yang rendah melalui perhitungan I-HDI.

Environmentally Caring Character is an attitude and action that always strives to prevent damage to the surrounding natural environment, and develops efforts to repair natural damage that has occurred. Based on initial observations, the facts that the author found in the field are that there are still some students whose character is still far from what was expected, even though they have received PAI learning at school, such as there are still some students who like to throw rubbish carelessly, there are still some students who damage facilities. At school, there are still some students who are reluctant to be involved in cleaning the school environment and there are still some students who lack awareness in maintaining and maintaining gardens at school. The aim of this research is to determine the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in forming environmentally caring character in class VIII students at SMPN 1 Bukittinggi and to describe the supporting and inhibiting factors in forming environmentally caring character in class VIII students at SMPN 1 Bukittinggi. The research in this thesis uses qualitative research. This research is descriptive qualitative field research as a research procedure that produces descriptive data in the form of written or spoken words from the people and behavior being observed. Based on the results of this research, it was found that the efforts of Islamic Religious Education teachers in forming students' environmentally caring character at SMPN 1 Bukittinggi were carried out in various ways, starting from the school principal's efforts in providing support and appreciation to students and parents, teachers' efforts in synchronizing learning materials with the character of caring for the environment, reminding students when someone behaves that does not reflect concern for the environment and modeling and providing an example to students. Supporting factors in the character education process at SMP N 1 Bukittinggi are good, namely the presence of pre-school experience, the existence of good learning motivation, the existence of students' attitudes and habits in learning, the teacher has the ability to deliver the material and can adapt it to the needs of the students, the teacher has high enthusiasm. in teaching. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor: the bad habits of some students from home who are brought into the classroom, thus affecting other students.

This study aims to determine the role of Islamic Extension Workers in empowering the economy through the basic food business carried out by the Ministry of Aceh Province, Bener Meriah Regency. The approach used in this study is descriptive qualitative, that is, after the data has been collected, a qualitative analysis is carried out and describes one data with other data in such a way as to obtain a complete general picture of the problem under study. Then the data collection method uses observation, interviews, and documentation. In determining research subjects, the authors use purposive sampling technique with informants one taklim board of directors, one person in charge of the basic food business and three worshipers.The results of this study are: Islamic religious instructors carry out informative/educational and consultative roles as well as the implementation of expected roles and actual roles and Result of the economic empowerment is the formation of financial independence of the taklim assembly and the creation of the congregation's ability to meet basic needs.

This research aims to describe the method of implementing education in Islamic religious education lessons, such as the steps for implementing the discussion method and the obstacles faced by teachers in applying the discussion method in Islamic religious education lessons in the classroom. The author conducted this research at SMAN 3 Lubuk Basung. The approach used is a qualitative approach. With descriptive method. So the type of research is descriptive. The research subjects were Islamic religious teachers and students. The data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation, the data analysis technique used is data selection, data presentation and conclusion drawing and the data validation technique is the data triangulation technique. The results of this research explain that the application of the discussion method has proceeded in accordance with the application of discussion but is still not in accordance with existing theories, such as in the preparation step the teacher did not determine the type of discussion that would be used and prepared something related to the technical implementation of the discussion. The steps in carrying out the discussion were not in accordance with the established rules. In the closing section there are several steps that have not been implemented, namely the teacher has not yet reviewed the discussion that has been delivered by the speaker in the discussion. And the obstacles that the author found in implementing the discussion method were such as requiring a long time for discussion, uneven student activity, facilities not supporting it, and teachers not yet mastering the theories in applying the discussion method optimally. In conclusion, the teacher's understanding and knowledge of the theories The implementation of the discussion method needs to be improved further for the smooth implementation of discussions in PAI lessons in the future.

Researchers found several weaknesses during PAI learning at SMP Negeri 2 Sitiung, namely the lack of enthusiasm of students to learn, low student achievement during learning, and there were still many students who fell asleep during learning, which affected learning. The aim of this research was to see how much influence the application of the snowball throwing method had on the Islamic religious education learning outcomes of class VII students at SMP Negeri 2 Sitiung, Dharmasraya Regency. This research is experimental research with a quasi-experimental design. The location for this experiment was carried out at SMP Negeri 2 Sitiung, Dharmasraya Regency. The population in this study was all students in class VII of SMP Negeri 2 Sitiung, a total of 57 students, while the sample in this study was class VII A, which was the experimental class, which had a total of 29 students, and class VII B, which was the control class, which had a total of 28 students. . In determining the sample in this research, aggregate sampling techniques were used. In this research, data was collected in the form of tests. Based on the results of data analysis, the snowball throwing method influences student learning outcomes by 71.4% and other factors by 28.6%. In the hypothesis test analysis, the significance value (two-tailed) was obtained, namely 0.026 < 0.05, so that the Ha test decision was accepted and Ho was rejected, so it can be concluded that the snowball throwing method has an effect on learning outcomes. Based on research data, it can be concluded that the snowball throwing method is more suitable for implementing teaching and learning in Islamic religious education.

This research aims to find out and analyze how much influence religious commitment and Islamic product attributes have on customer trust in using the services of a case study sharia financial institution at Bank Sumut, Lubuk Pakam Syariah Sub Branch. This research uses a quantitative type of research with one dependent variable, namely customer trust and two independent variables, namely religious commitment and Islamic product attributes. This research uses primary data, using data collection methods through questionnaires. The data analysis techniques used in this research are descriptive tests, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test) and hypothesis tests (coefficient of determination test (R2), partial significance test (t-test) , simultaneous significance test (f-test) and multiple linear regression test)). The results of this research reveal that religious commitment has a positive and significant effect on customer confidence in using the services of sharia financial institutions based on test results which show that the coefficient table shows that the tcount value is greater than ttable, namely 19,245 > 1,666 with a probability value of 0.915 or smaller than 5 % (0.05). And Islamic product attributes have a positive and significant effect on customer trust based on test results which show that the coefficient table shows that the tcount value is greater than ttable, namely 6,125 > 1,666 with a probability value of 0.108, meaning it is smaller than 5% (0.05). Islamic product attributes and customer trust simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on customer trust. From the results of the F test with df(n1)=k-1=2 and df(n2)=n-k=32, it is obtained that Fcount is greater than the ttable value, namely 189.181 3.12 with a significance level of 0.000, it means it is smaller than 5% (0.05).

Employee performance in an organization cannot be separated from experience, motivation and leadership style. The Ministry of Religion of Cilacap Regency really needs effective leaders, who have the ability to influence the behavior of their subordinates in increasing motivation in order to increase their work experience, so that they can improve the performance of their employees to achieve organizational goals. This research aims to determine the influence of experience on employee performance, the influence of motivation on employee performance, the influence of leadership style on performance and the influence of experience, motivation and leadership style together on employee performance at the Cilacap Regency Ministry of Religion Office. The research method uses quantitative descriptive methods. Meanwhile, the data collection technique uses a questionnaire, and data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that there is an influence between experience, motivation and leadership style together on employee performance at the Cilacap Regency Ministry of Religion Office. This means that the more employee work experience and the higher the employee's work motivation and the better the leadership, the better the employee's performance at the Cilacap Regency Ministry of Religion Office. Vice versa.

The results showed that 1) The application of the boarding school program to the learning achievement of PAI at SMP Muhammadiyah Banjarnegara was carried out by the first teacher of the worship practice program, namely the midnight prayer in congregation, morning prayer and morning dhikr, rote deposit, congregational midday prayer, afternoon prayer, evening prayer, muroja'ah memorization, maghrib prayer, tadarus and evening prayer. Second, teaching the book, namely the program teaching the book, which proves that students can understand more deeply about the science of monotheism, worship, muamalah, and morals. The four programs for developing English and Arabic skills have been proven to be able to increase PAI learning achievement because more PAI material relates to the Al-Qur'an and Hadith so that mastery of Arabic is important. The learning achievement of Islamic boarding school students is relatively good, this can be seen from the acquisition of report cards which have a value above 80. 2) The obstacle to the application of the boarding school program on Islamic education learning achievement is the existence of scouting activities, the practice of midnight prayers and obligatory prayers which require supervision, low student participation and relatively weak student memorization. 3) Solutions to the constraints of implementing the boarding school program on Islamic education learning achievement, namely dormitory programs and activities carried out regularly, teachers providing assistance in worship, giving awards or rewards to students who are role models for other students, strengthening the physical and psychological aspects of students and the existence of support full of subject teachers and tahfidz teachers for the sake of creating hafidz as the school wants.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis takwil ayat mutasyabihat dalam Al-Qur'an Surah An-Nisa Ayat 2 dengan Surah An-Nisa Ayat 6 yang berkaitan dengan pembagian harta anak yatim. Ayat-ayat ini menyoroti pentingnya keadilan dalam membagi harta anak yatim dan memberikan pedoman bagi umat Islam dalam melakukan pembagian yang adil. Dalam masyarakat Muslim, perhatian terhadap anak yatim adalah salah satu prinsip utama dalam ajaran agama. Islam menggarisbawahi perlunya perlindungan dan keadilan terhadap anak yatim, termasuk dalam hal pembagian harta mereka. Surah An-Nisa Ayat 2 dan Ayat 6 dalam Al-Qur'an memberikan arahan kepada umat Islam mengenai bagaimana harus memperlakukan harta anak yatim dan mewariskannya secara adil. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan tafsir al-Qur'an. Data yang digunakan adalah ayat-ayat mutasyabihat yang terdapat dalam Surah An-Nisa Ayat 2 dan Ayat 6. Untuk menganalisis dan mendapatkan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang makna ayat-ayat tersebut, berbagai tafsir dari para ulama terkemuka dikaji dan dibandingkan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa takwil ayat mutasyabihat dalam Surah An-Nisa Ayat 2 dan Ayat 6 adalah bahwa pembagian harta anak yatim harus dilakukan dengan adil, menjaga hak-hak anak yatim, dan menghindari penyalahgunaan kekuasaan. Ayat-ayat tersebut memberikan pedoman yang jelas bagi umat Islam dalam melakukan pembagian harta anak yatim, dengan memastikan bahwa mereka mendapatkan bagian yang adil dan tidak terjadi penyalahgunaan harta oleh pihak yang bertanggung jawab atas pengelolaan harta tersebut. Keadilan dalam pembagian harta anak yatim merupakan aspek penting dalam agama Islam. Hal ini sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip Islam yang mendorong umat Muslim untuk bersikap adil dan berbuat baik terhadap anak yatim. Pembagian harta yang adil akan memberikan kepastian dan keamanan bagi anak yatim, serta memperkuat rasa keadilan dan persaudaraan dalam masyarakat Muslim. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam pemahaman terhadap takwil ayat mutasyabihat dalam Surah An-Nisa Ayat 2 dan Ayat 6, khususnya dalam konteks pembagian harta anak yatim. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah pentingnya menerapkan prinsip-prinsip keadilan dalam praktik pembagian harta anak yatim, serta memberikan perlindungan dan perhatian yang layak terhadap mereka.

Kembar mayang dan janur kuning adalah simbol tradisional yang digunakan dalam pernikahan adat Jawa sebagai simbol keperawanan pengantin wanita. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi persepsi masyarakat terhadap penggunaan kembar mayang dan janur kuning sebagai simbol keperawanan pengantin wanita Jawa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam pada masyarakat Jawa yang memiliki pengalaman mengikuti pernikahan adat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan kembar mayang dan janur kuning masih dipandang penting sebagai simbol keperawanan pengantin wanita Jawa. Namun, terdapat perbedaan persepsi masyarakat dalam penggunaan kedua simbol tersebut. Kembar mayang dipandang lebih penting sebagai simbol keperawanan, sementara janur kuning lebih dipandang sebagai simbol keindahan dalam pernikahan adat Jawa. Persepsi masyarakat terhadap penggunaan kedua simbol tersebut dipengaruhi oleh faktor budaya dan agama yang kuat dalam masyarakat Jawa. Penelitian ini dapat memberikan informasi yang berguna bagi para pelaku pernikahan adat Jawa untuk memahami pentingnya simbol-simbol tradisional dalam upacara pernikahan adat serta membantu mempertahankan dan mengembangkan budaya Jawa yang kaya dan unik.

E-commerce is a legitimate buying and selling transaction if it does not deviate from the principles of Islamic sharia law. Purpose: To understand the meaning of e-commerce, its development, and the Islamic law perspective on it. Method: The method used is literature study from relevant journals, books, and fatwas. Results and Conclusion: E-commerce is a buying and selling transaction process carried out through the internet. E-commerce has several advantages compared to traditional commerce, such as the buying and selling process can be done anywhere and anytime. E-commerce in Indonesia has developed since 1999 until now, and it has always been accompanied by improvements. The largest e-commerce service providers in Indonesia are Lazada, Tokopedia, Shopee, Elevania, Bukalapak, Blibli, and Matahari Mal.com. E-commerce has been declared legitimate by MUI, NU, and ulama.

Artikel ini memuat sebuah analisis yang berasal dari penelitian dengan metode etnografi yaitu melalui wawancara dengan tokoh Reog Ponorogo dan juga observasi Reog Ponorogo di Jember. Reog Ponorogo merupakan kesenian asli Ponorogo, Jawa Timur yang tersohor di Indonesia bahkan juga beberapa wilayah di dunia. Sebagai kesenian tradisional, Reog Ponorogo erat dengan sesuatu yang bersifat mistis dalam praktik kebudayaannya, seperti yang terjadi dalam upacara ritual yang biasa dilakukan. Ritual-ritual yang biasa disajikan merupakan perwujudan dari penghormatan kepada harimau yang digunakan sebagai ikon dari Reog. Dengan keadaan tersebut menjadikan Reog dapat diidentifikasi sebagai kesenian yang didalamnya memuat prinsip totemisme. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis bagaimana kesenian Reog Ponorogo memuat keadaan yang merupakan bagian dari prinsip totemisme yang sejalan dengan praktik dasar dalam dasar kehidupan agama sebagaimana yang dijelaskan oleh Emile Durkheim. 

Penulisan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh fenomena dari hasil observasi penulis tentang melakukan kegiatan masih ada sebagian siswa yang kurang menghargai gurunya, bertutur kata yang tidak baik kepada guru atau kepada orang yang lebih tua. Kemudian disaat bel masuk telah dibunyikan masih banyak dari siswa yang belum masuk ke ruangan kelas. Disaat jam istirahat sudah berakhir masih ada dari siswa yang berkeluyuran di luar kelas, jajan dan sibuk bermain dengan teman-temannya. Penulisan ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dalam penulisan ini diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Sumber data penulisan ini  yaitu informan kunci guru Pendidikan Agama Islam Mata Pelajaran Akidah Akhlak, dan informan pendukung adalah tiga orang siswa. Teknik analisis data yang penulis lakukan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan kesimpulan. Kemudian teknik keabsahan data menggunakan Triangulasi Data.Berdasarkan hasil penulisan dapat dipahami bahwa penerapan karakter disiplin di MTs TI Koto Tuo Kumpulan berupa mengerjakan tugas tidak secara individu, mereka mencontek, dalam bentuk pengumpulan tugas tepat waktu masih kurang. Sikap siswa di dalam kelas kurang baik, seperti siswa yang tidak memperhatikan saat guru mengajar di kelas, mereka menguap, mengantuk bahkan menganggu teman di sebelahnya,  keluar kelas, pergi ke kantin, ke luar gerbang, adanya siswa yang datang terlambat datang ke sekolah serta telat masuk ke dalam kelas, masih banyak siswa tidak mematuhi peraturan berpakaian seperti tidak memasukkan baju ke dalam celana, dan membuang sampah sembarangan. Faktor pendukung penerapan karakter disiplin di MTs TI Koto Tuo Kumpulan adalah kerja sama semua guru di MTs TI tersebut dalam menerapkan disiplin kepada siswa, faktor penghambatan dalam penerapan karakter disiplin siswa adalah perilaku siswa itu sendiri yang tidak mau mendengarkan dan menaati aturan-aturan yang telah ditetapkan di sekolah baik itu peraturan di dalam kelas maupun peraturan di lingkungan sekolah.

Berdasarkan pengamatan peneliti berdasarkan pelaksanaan remedial teaching yang dilakukan di SMPN 2 Bukittinggi. Guru melakukan remedial pada siswa yang memiliki nilai di bawah KKM. Setelah dilakukannya remedial masih ada nilai siswa yang di bawah KKM, maka dapat dilihat dimana kesalahan prosedur yang dilakukan oleh guru dan keadaan siswa dalam melaksanakan remedial. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana prosedur remedial teaching pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di SMPN 2 Bukittinggi. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif menggunakan wawancara dan observasi. Informan kunci adalah guru bidang studi Pendidikan Agama Islam dan informan pendukungnya siswa kelas 9 yang mengikuti remedy dan waka kurikulum SMPN 2 Bukittinggi. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data dengan reduksi data, display data dan verifikasi data. Keabsahan data yang digunakan ialah triangulasi data membandingkan apa yang dikatakan guru dan siswa. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan bisa disimpulkan bahwa guru belum melakukan semua prosedur remedial teaching sesuai dengan teori yang dikemukakan. Pada pelaksanaan remedial ini guru menggunakan metode pengulangan dan penugasan. Setelah dilakukan remedial ternyata masih ada nilai siswa di bawah KKM, disebabkan karena siswa menganggap pelaksanaan remedial hanya sebagai penunjang nilai dan tidak percaya diri dengan jawabannya pada saat pelaksanaan remedial. Jika setelah dilakukan remedy siswa sudah mencapai KKM maka siswa bisa melanjutkan pembelajaran selanjutnya. Setelah remedial guru membandingkan hasil remedial dengan ulangan siswa, maka akan terlihat nilai siswa yang sudah mencapai KKM atau belum. Jika nilai siswa belum mencapai KKM maka guru akan memberikan tugas tambahan.
