This community service aims as village development literacy for the Village Head, Village Officials and Village Youth. The workshop was held in Bandungan, Semarang Regency, and program implementation was carried out in 5 selected districts in Central Java Province. This activity is supported by LPPM ITB Semarang and Unicef, which is included in the Program for Handling Out of School Children in Central Java Province. Through the lecture method with visual media supporting devices and ending with a question and answer session, it is very effective in delivering material. This was shown by the enthusiasm of the participants in the question and answer interaction at the discussion forum.

Aggressive behavior is dangerous when it causes intentional physical or psychological harm to another person. Adolescents who successfully complete developmental activities will be in a favorable state of social adjustment for the rest of their lives. However, if youth fail in the growth process, they run the risk of committing crimes and becoming more arbitrary in their power over others. Children engage in ways that often result in aggressive behavior, both individually and collectively. Fighting, forming convoys on the street to block traffic, skipping classes, and using unpleasant language such as swearing, insults, and ridicule are examples of aggressive behavior that are common among students. The research method uses a qualitative approach with case studies. The results of this study are discussed. is that there are students who have aggressive behavior, namely Physical Aggressive and Verbal Aggressive and are factored from External and Internal factors, then a form of handling can be carried out by researchers.

Abstract Gadget is a small device that has a special function related to today's technological developments. Almost all humans, especially high school/vocational school children nowadays, already have Gadgets. Gadgets are used to meet the needs of today's life which is the main target in everyday life. The impact of using positive gadgets is as a good learning tool, but the negative impact of gadgets makes attitudes that are not good or affect one's behavior and health. So from that, the author provides community service to early youth regarding the impact of Gadgets at St. Vocational High School. Nahanson parapat sipoholon, to use Gadgets in a good way. The method used by the author is the Qualitative Method, in which the author gives an explanation through material regarding the impact of gadgets. the development of globalization with the demands of the need for rapid exchange of information, the role of technology has become very important. So that it makes users uncontrollable in using these gadget          

The development of a village information system must be done because it is mandated by Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning villages, especially article 86. In article 86 point (2), it states that "the government and regional governments are obliged to develop a village information system and rural area development," and in point (3), "the village information system as referred to in paragraph (2) includes facilities hardware and software, networks, and human data sources”. Brawijaya University's strategic community service team developed an information system in Sumberbrantas village, Batu City, in the form of websites and applications, as well as capacity building. The methods used are survey, observation, brainstorming, youth involvement, data collection, creating website & application, training, and launching as well as socialization. The purpose of making the Sumberbrantas.id website and application is an information system, service, product marketing place, information delivery, government activities and villagers, as well as supporting the development of tourism in Sumberbrantas village. The community service activity entitled "Socialization of Village Cultural Traditions" was carried out in Kamarora B Village, District. Nokilalaki Sigi Regency The aim of this community service activity is to empower and improve the quality of the existence of traditional villages in the context of preserving culture and strengthening character as national identity. Selection in Kamarora B Village Because Kamarora B Village is a village that has customs and culture which have begun to be eroded by the rapid flow of globalization, efforts are needed to preserve cultural customs as a filter and foundation for development in Kamarora B Village, Kec. Nokilalaki, Sigi Regency. This community service activity is carried out by conducting outreach which aims to increase the understanding and knowledge of Village Government Apparatus, Youth and the community regarding how important it is to maintain the cultural traditions of Kamarora B Village which have begun to be eroded by the times.

The availability of village maps contained in the village, Tacim, Susupu village, Ropu Tengah Balu village, Lako Akelamo village and Lako Akediri village that are valid and reliable is the forerunner of the determination of village boundaries at the level above it, and is a fundamental database in realizing village development goals. The purpose of devotion; providing understanding and training to the village government, the importance of village maps, for making village policies and planning by looking at data or maps for the progress of the village. The method of implementing pkm activities using the method of work / art methhods is a method that can be used for the benefit of the community and uses the Method of Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Training.  The results of the service were carried out on May 21, 2022, located in the village of Ropu Tengah Balu. This activity was held on Saturday at 20.00. until it was completed, there were 30 participants. To advance the village, it is necessary to increase the capacity of the village government, so that there are adequate human resources to promote the village, the village government through the village kepala must conduct trainings to village officials, to the community and youth shops.

Ideally, missiology education is applied to teachers and preachers who are positioned for adults who already have qualified literacy and religious abilities. In the application of youth and children's education, it is recommended to parents and teachers so that parents of these students or children can learn the rules of learning. Missiology is learning when someone gives testimony and a story about superpowers or outside forces reason (about the power of God, Prophets, and religious leaders), so that they provide a personal experience and story that can convince people, whether in any religion. Missiology learning is not part of the context of education in schools, but the context of missiology should have been taught by parents and teachers when the children studied religion. This study aims to reveal how simple missiology learning can be applied so that children in their development to adulthood have the ability and uphold the mind in upholding supernatural values.

The advances in mobile technology have created a new learning method known as mobile learning technology or mobile learning. This method utilizes the use of smartphones which have become part of the daily life of people of all ages and levels of education. in this mobile learning ,android platform is selected. The reason for choosing android is that it is the most popular mobile OS. This learning is designed to run on Android with the aim that it can be used easily and can be run at any time as long as you carry an Android cellphone and there is an internet connection. This application is addressed to the Persatuan pemuda sandya karya mandiri desa reksosari kec suruh kabupaten Semarang, which is an activity of a youth group that is trying to develop and improve their video streaming channel . they need learning to improve their digital video processing skills to improve the quality of their video output. because this youth union consists of various ages and various educational backgrounds, the making of learning videos must be easy to operate, easy to display and does not require complicated equipment. The development of this application is based on usability which is the most important aspect of an application.

This community service report reviews the concept of Jesus' Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in the context of modern management and its relevance to young Catholics. Through research and literature studies, we investigate how management principles such as leadership, decision-making, empowerment, and service reflected in the teachings and actions of Jesus can be applied in the daily lives of young Catholics. In modern management, which is often oriented towards material success, involving Jesus as the example of chief executives provides an alternative view that reinforces spiritual and ethical values in their decision-making and work. Using modern management principles inspired by the teachings of Jesus can provide guidance and inspiration for young Catholics as they build careers and serve others. In this context, Jesus' leadership, which is based on service, empowerment, and love, becomes a relevant model for young Catholics who wish to integrate the values of the Catholic faith into their professional world. This report provides new insights into how young Catholics can apply management principles that are morally and spiritually meaningful, and support their personal development as responsible public servants.

Non-catechist religious teachers play an important role in proclaiming the Catholic faith through more concrete witness to life, education and teaching. The lack of involvement of young Catholics in the pastoral care of the Church is a big question that deserves to be investigated and resolved. This study focuses on young Catholics in Parish of Keluarga Kudus, Banjarmasin Cathedral. Young Catholics who are less active are also caused by many factors that must be studied one by one. This study aims to highlight the role and activity of young Catholics in the Holy Family Parish, Banjarmasin Cathedral and review their role in catechesis efforts among the people.

The Koinonia ministry is one of the tri-duties of the church's vocation which at this time seems to have begun to weaken quite a number of churches due to the development of the times which requires that the koinonia strategy must be improved or in other words quality. Therefore, a quality Koinonia ministry is able to protect the congregation to remain faithful in fellowship. A good Koinonia is to divide certain categories to improve the quality of the congregation in its growth in quality and quantity. In this paper, I provide Koinonia services by dividing into five categories, namely: Child Category (Age 0-2, 2-5, 6-12), Youth Category (Age 15-35 years), Early Adult Category (Age 17- 22, 22-28, 28-33, 40-45 years), Middle Adult Category (45-65 years old), and Advanced Adult Category (over 60 years old). Each category has its own portion and needs according to their psychological condition and situation, which should be seen from the point of view of their age. This will make it easier for the church to improve or even improve the quality of Koinonia's service to the congregation, especially in today's churches that require an increase in their Koinonia.
