The plan to offer birth control to teenagers, outlined in Government Regulation (PP) No. 28 of 2024, has sparked different responses in the public, especially on social media sites like Twitter. This research intends to look into how people feel about this plan by using the Naïve Bayes Classifier technique. Information was gathered from Twitter by using data collection methods with the snscrape tool and the Python coding language. A total of 1,000 tweets related to the topic of the policy were gathered and went through initial processing steps like cleaning, breaking into words, changing cases, and removing common words. The Naïve Bayes Classifier technique was employed to sort the public's feelings into three groups: positive, negative, and neutral. The findings showed that half of the tweets (50%) had a negative view on the policy, while 35% had a positive outlook, and 15% were neutral. The accuracy of the method used was 78%, with a precision of 74%, a recall of 79%, and an F1-score of 76%. The findings from this research offer a summary of how the public feels about the birth control policy for teenagers, which can help the government assess and create policies that better meet the community's needs and worries. Additionally, this research highlights how well the Naïve Bayes Classifier method works for analyzing sentiments on social media, even though there are some challenges when it comes to understanding language subtleties like sarcasm.

The threat of disease for people in the world is cancer. Breast cancer is a cancer that worries women. The Indonesian government prioritizes the management of breast cancer without neglecting the treatment of other types of cancer. One of the efforts to detect breast cancer is by doing breast self-examination (BSE). The BSE examination is most appropriate to be carried out routinely, at least once every month, to be precise on the 7-10th day after menstruation because at this time the breasts feel soft. The purpose of being aware of it regularly is to feel and get to know the curves of the breasts, so that if there is a change it can be detected immediately. Based on the problems found, the methods used in this community service activity are: 1) Counseling on breast self-examination (BSE), 2) Demonstration of BSE examination. Community service activities carried out in face-to-face events and counseling regarding Health Education Regarding Breast Self-Examination (Sadari) at SMP Paba Sampali are in accordance with the planning and are well implemented. Activities carried out face to face with the lecture method (counseling). This counseling will be held on Saturday, November 20 th from 15.00 to 16.00 WIB. There were 23 participants in the activity.. The results of the implementation of the activity showed that 70% of the participants were correct in answering the pre-test questions distributed. While the results of the post test showed an increase to 90% of participants answered correctly, so it can be concluded that this activity was successfully carried out.

Sukomulyo is a village located in Kaliwungu Selatan District, Kendal Regency, most of whose residents work as farmers. The rice fields in Sukomulyo village are irrigated using river water which is taken directly from the Waridin River with a diesel water pump. The process of irrigating the rice fields takes a long time, so the water pumps are simply left alone by the farmers because they are doing other activities. Often farmers forget to turn off the water pumps they turn on, resulting in wasteful use of river water and fuel. When the dry season arrives, there could be a decrease in the river water discharge to the ground which has the potential to result in farmers not being able to irrigate their rice fields with water. To overcome this problem, the Sukomulyo farmer group in collaboration with the PPL (Agricultural Extension Worker) of Kaliwungu Selatan District built a water pump house which is used for their rice field irrigation needs. With the construction of the water pump house, it is hoped that it can irrigate farmers' rice fields during the dry season and can increase agricultural production in Sukomulyo Village and can reduce farmers' worries when the river water does not flow
