The development of the era of globalization is increasingly developing and making human work easier in research. This research aims to find out how much influence discipline and the work environment have on employee performance at the Bogor City MSME Service. The research method is a quantitative approach using nonprobability sampling data collection techniques. The number of samples using the Slovin formula was 56 respondents. Primary data was collected using questionnaires in Likert scale units. Data processing uses SPSS 26 software for instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and coefficient of determination. The results of this research were proven in the partial test on the discipline variable (X1) of 0.000 < 0.05 and the calculated t value of 5.352 > t table value of 2.005 that H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted and on the environmental variable (X2) of 0.005 < 0.05 and the calculated t value of 0.661 < t table 2.010 so that H2 is accepted, meaning that the environment has no statistically significant effect on performance (Y). Then, through simultaneous testing of the two variables at a calculated F value of 24,271 > F table 3.17 and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05, it is concluded that H0 is rejected and H1 accepted, which means that both discipline variables (X1) and environmental variables (X2) simultaneously influence performance (Y).

This research aims to determine the influence of work discipline and work environment on employee performance at the company PT. Semen Tonasa District. Pangkep. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with the number of respondents being 75 employees who were used as samples using a sampling technique, namely using a saturated sample. The analysis used in this research is a multiple linear regression test. The results of simultaneous testing of work discipline and work environment variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance variables as proven based on simultaneous test results with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05). The partial test results of the work discipline variable have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05). The results of partial testing of work environment variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance variables with a significance value of f<α (0.000<0.05).

This study aims to examine work discipline, work environment, influence on employee performance, and to test work discipline, work environment, influence employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study are employees at CV. Fajar Mojokerto Printing. The sampling technique used the saturated sampling method and obtained a sample of 100 employees. Data analysis used descriptive statistics and inferential statistics using SmartPLS 3.2.9 as a testing tool. The results showed that work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has a negative effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, work environment has a positive effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, job satisfaction positive effect on employee performance.

This study aims to determine how much influence employee discipline and work environment have on employee performance in the PGS Cimanggis Village. The research method is a quantitative approach using non-probability sampling data collection techniques. The number of samples taken using the slovin formula is as many as 52 respondents. Primary data was collected using questionnaires in Likert scale units. Data processing uses SPSS 26 software for instrument testing, classical assumption testing, multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that work discipline partially has a positive and significant relationship to employee performance. The work environment also has a positive and significant relationship to employee performance. Then through simultaneous testing of the two variables of work discipline and the work environment have a positive and significant relationship to employee performance
