Health-related SMEs in Indonesia have significant opportunities to enter international markets, but many businesses still face limitations in digital capabilities, innovation, and readiness for external markets. This study aims to examine the influence of digital transformation on the success of health-related SMEs in going international, both directly and through business innovation as a mediator. The study employs a quantitative approach using a cross-sectional survey design involving 200 owners or key managers of SMEs in East Java, selected via purposive sampling. Data were analysed using Structural Equation Modelling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results indicate that digital transformation has a positive influence on business innovation and the success of going international. Business innovation also has a positive effect on internationalisation success and mediates the relationship between digital transformation and external market success. These findings confirm that digitalisation should not merely be understood as an operational tool, but as a strategic capability that must be integrated with product, process, marketing, and business model innovation. The research implications emphasise the importance of strengthening digital capabilities and business innovation to enhance the global competitiveness of Indonesian health-related SMEs

The transformation of marketing strategies from conventional methods to digital marketing has become an important factor in the development of the beauty industry, especially for Make Up Artists (MUAs) in Bandung. This study aims to analyze the impact of digital marketing through social media on increasing customer interest and the number of MUA service users, with a case study of Iwan Haadi, a professional MUA in Bandung who is active on Instagram (@iwanhaadimakeup) and TikTok (@iwanhaadi). This research employs a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach, using interviews, observations of social media activities, and documentation of digital promotional content. The results show that before implementing digital marketing, MUAs generally relied on conventional promotions such as word of mouth and collaborations with wedding organizers. However, technological developments have encouraged many MUAs to shift to social media to expand their promotional reach. Based on observations of Iwan Haadi and 20 other MUAs in Bandung, around 85% have utilized social media particularly Instagram and TikTok to showcase their portfolios and client testimonials. The implementation of digital marketing strategies has proven to increase brand awareness and the number of customers by up to 65% over the past two years. In conclusion, digital marketing has a significant influence on increasing customers and competitiveness among MUAs in Bandung. Consistent and creative use of social media is the key to attracting customer interest and strengthening a professional image in the modern beauty industry.

This study aims to identify internal and external factors influencing the development of the Arunika Wedding Organizer business in Padang City and formulate appropriate strategies through a SWOT analysis approach. The research method was conducted qualitatively, with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews with five informants, consisting of business owners, employees, and vendors who collaborate with Arunika. The data obtained was then analyzed to map the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats faced by the company. The results show that the main strengths of Arunika Wedding Organizer lie in responsive service to client needs, solid team coordination, and good working relationships with supporting vendors. These factors are important capital in maintaining consumer trust. However, the study also found weaknesses such as a limited number of part-time teams that can hinder operational flexibility, and suboptimal digital promotions that limit market reach. From the external side, opportunities that can be utilized include the increasing trend of more personal and simple intimate weddings, and the high demand for one-stop services, where all wedding needs can be accommodated by a single service provider. Meanwhile, the threats faced stem from intense price competition with similar service providers and relatively rapid changes in wedding trends, requiring the company to be constantly adaptive. Based on the SWOT matrix analysis, Arunika Wedding Organizer falls into quadrant IV (hold and maintain). Therefore, the recommended strategy is to maintain existing strengths while addressing existing weaknesses, particularly in human resources and digital promotion.

This study aims to examine the influence of digital promotion, service quality, and lifestyle on consumer decision-making in using the services of Omahbiru Wedding Organizer, located in Kediri. The background of this research stems from the increasing competition among wedding organizer businesses in the digital era, which requires service providers to adapt their marketing strategies to the preferences and behavior of modern consumers. A quantitative research approach was applied, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 108 respondents who had previously used Omahbiru’s services. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (PLS) method, assisted by SmartPLS 3.0 software. The study examined three independent variables digital promotion, service quality, and lifestyle and one dependent variable, namely consumer decision. The findings reveal that all three independent variables have a significant simultaneous effect on consumer decisions. Individually, lifestyle and service quality have a stronger influence compared to digital promotion, which shows a moderate effect. The R-Square value of 0.488 indicates that these variables explain 48.8% of the variance in consumer decision-making. These results highlight the importance of aligning digital promotional strategies, service excellence, and lifestyle compatibility to attract and retain customers in the wedding organizer industry. Keywords: digital promotion, service quality, lifestyle, consumer decision, wedding organizer   Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh promosi digital, kualitas layanan, dan gaya hidup terhadap keputusan konsumen dalam menggunakan jasa Omahbiru Wedding Organizer yang berlokasi di Kediri. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada meningkatnya persaingan antar wedding organizer di era digital, yang menuntut pelaku usaha untuk menyesuaikan strategi pemasarannya dengan preferensi dan perilaku konsumen modern. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner kepada 108 responden yang sebelumnya telah menggunakan jasa Omahbiru. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) berbasis Partial Least Squares (PLS), menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3.0. Penelitian ini menguji tiga variabel independen—promosi digital, kualitas layanan, dan gaya hidup—serta satu variabel dependen yaitu keputusan konsumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel independen berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap keputusan konsumen. Secara parsial, variabel gaya hidup dan kualitas layanan memberikan pengaruh yang lebih kuat dibandingkan promosi digital, yang memberikan pengaruh sedang. Nilai R-Square sebesar 0,488 menunjukkan bahwa ketiga variabel mampu menjelaskan 48,8% variasi dalam pengambilan keputusan konsumen. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya kesesuaian strategi promosi digital, pelayanan yang unggul, dan penyesuaian gaya hidup dalam menarik dan mempertahankan pelanggan di industri wedding organizer. A wedding is a very important moment for everyone and requires meticulous preparation, sometimes taking months to years, but the lack of time and support from friends and family is often not enough to fulfill all the needs for planning a wedding. In this case, wedding organizers (WOs) are here to solve this problem. This study aims to examine the development of a growing wedding designing business in Tanjungwangi Village, Pacet, Bandung Regency, especially Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer. This research provides an in-depth description of client experiences, processes, and variables that contribute to the services they offer. The method used in this research is, descriptive qualitative method with the technique of collecting data through direct observation and interviews. Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer offers various services, such as make-up artist (MUA), prewedding, decoration, location, catering, photography, film, and entertainment. Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer conducted a SWOT analysis which showed that there are strengths to attract customers and low prices. Friskia Ala Ala Wedding Organizer managed to record a good profit from the sale of its wedding packages. A Decision Support System is a system designed with the capability to solve problems, particularly in decision-making. One example is making decisions regarding the recruitment of prospective employees or crew members for a company. In this research case study, the Decision Support System will be implemented to assist in recruiting crew members for Wedding Organizer Rahwana. A Wedding Organizer is a service-oriented business that plans and manages all aspects of a wedding event. In this case, Rahwana WO is still facing difficulties in selecting potential crew members. The implemented Decision Support System will use the MOORA method, a multi-objective optimization technique that has been successfully applied to solving various complex decision-making problems. The system’s performance was evaluated using the SUS method, and the implementation of this approach for Rahwana WO’s crew selection received a good rating, categorized as GOOD, with a score of 78.6.

The aim of this research is to determine the effect of promotion on increasing income for wedding organizers in Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Regency. The type of research used is field research with quantitative descriptive methods. The population and sample in this research were 65 wedding organizer consumers in Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Regency. Data was collected through observation, questionnaires distributed to respondents on a Likert scale and interviews with wedding organizer owners in Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Litian Regency, as well as documentation. The data analysis technique uses a multiple linear regression model with the help of the SPSS version 21 program. The results of multiple linear regression analysis show that promotion has a significant effect on increasing income for wedding organizers in Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Regency with a calculated t value of 3,770 which is greater than t table 1,670 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. These results show that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, meaning that the promotion variable (X) has a positive and significant influence on income (Y), which can be seen t count > t table (3,770 > 1,670). This means that the promotion variable has a simultaneous effect on increasing income for wedding organizers in Siabu District, Mandailing Natal Regency.

The purpose of this research is to study how brand image and service quality impact the decisions made by customers when choosing Purandewi Catering wedding organizer services. Descriptive quantitative method with Likert measurement tool was used in this research. Primary data from this study came from 68 respondents who used Purandewi Catering services during the period January - December 2023. The results of the multiple linear regression test show that the brand image variable regression coefficient value is 0.403 or has a positive and significant effect on consumer decisions, then the service quality variable regression coefficient value of 0.298 has a positive effect on consumer decisions. The two variables also simultaneously or together have an effect on consumer decisions to use Purandewi Catering wedding organizer services with the results of the f test count 31.754 greater than the f table value of 3.13.

This research was carried out at Siapnikah.Id which is located in Pancoran Mas Depok. Researchers are interested in conducting research to find out whether digital marketing and Word of Mouthinfluence consumer decisions in choosing WO Siapnikah.Id services. Therefore, it is important to understand how digital marketing and Word of Mouthcan achieve the goal of consumer satisfaction in finding wedding organizer  services. This research uses a descriptive quantitative research method with a survey approach. The population in this research is wedding organizer  consumers totaling 47 people. The sample for this research was determined using numerical data which was processed using statistics. The technique used for data collection is a questionnaire or questionnaire. In the research, 2 independent variables are used, namely digital marketing (X1), Word of Mouth(X2). The dependent variable used in this research is consumer decision (Y). The results of this research are that digital marketing and Word of Mouthget different data, where digital marketing has a significant and influential effect on consumer decisions, while Word of Mouthhas no influence and is not significant on consumer decisions in choosing Siapnikah.Id wedding organizer  services.

This study aims to determine the effect of Price and Service Quality on the Decision to Use the Services of a Wedding Organizer Ratu Rias. This type of research uses quantative. Data collection methods with direct observation, interviews or interviews, questionnaire data through google forms and data collection with documentation. The population is consumers who have used services, with a research sample of 64 respondents. The data analysis tool used is multiple linear regression using SPSS version 22. The tests of this research are Validity and Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test such as Normality Test, Multicolonierity Test and Heteroscedasticity Test. Multiple Linear Regression Analysis Test using T Test and F Test.The results of the data analysis obtained that: 1) price has no effect and is not significant on the decision to use the services of a wedding organizer Ratu Rias Sidate. It is known that the significance value for the effect of X1 on Y is 0.215 > 0.05. And the calculated t value is 1.254 < t table is 1.670. 2) While the Quality of Service has a positive and significant influence on the decision to use the services of a wedding organizer Ratu Rias. It is known that the significance value of X2 to Y is 0.000 < 0.05. And the calculated t value is 4.903 > t table is 1.670. 3) simultaneously the Price and Quality of Service significantly and positively affect the Decision to Use Services. It is known that the significance value for the effect of price and service quality simultaneously on the decision to use services is 0.000 < 0.005 and the calculated f value is 12.629 > f table 3.15.

Salaam Organizer perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa untuk melayani service wedding. Kendala yang sedang dihadapi Salaam Organizer masih mengunakan cara tradisional untuk promosi, komunikasi, memantau, dan melalukan transaksi pembayaran dengan telepon dan jejaring sosial. Salaam Organizer perlu adanya aplikasi web mobile sebagai media penunjang. Metode yang digunakan dalam implementasi ini menggunakan metode breakdown and weighted. Hasil penelitian yang dibuat, terciptanya sistem aplikasi e-service berbasis web mobile untuk pelayanan jasa wedding dan menjadikan sistem aplikasi yang interaktif dan multifungsi. Sistem yang dibuat nantinya akan memudahkan pelayanan dikantor Salaam Organizer.
