Regional economic development requires understanding the structure and performance of economic sectors to create effective policies. PadangiCity, the capital of West SumatraiProvince, plays a strategic role in the regional economy. However, differences in sector contributions and growth indicate structural imbalances that need attention. This studyiaims to identify leading and potential economic sectors in Padang City to support sustainable development planning. The study uses Location Quotient (LQ), iDynamic Location Quotient (DLQ), and the Growth Ratio Model (GRM) to analyze secondary data on GrossiRegional Domestic Product (GRDP) at constant 2010 prices from 2020 to 2024, sourced from the CentraliBureau of Statistics of Padang City and West Sumatra Province. LQ results show that most sectors in Padang City are base sectors, especially business services, transportation and warehousing, ifinancial and insurance services, real estate, and wholesale and retail trade. DLQ analysis indicates that mining and quarrying, trade, transportation and warehousing, iinformation and communication, and health and social services have higher growth prospects than the reference region. GRM results show that trade, information andicommunication, real estate, health services, andiother services are leading sectors with good performance and growth potential. In contrast, agriculture, manufacturing, and construction are still lagging sectors. These findings highlight a structural shift in Padang City’s economy toward service-sector dominance and underline the need for sustainable, inclusive, and adaptive development policies to support long-term economic growth.

It very important for business administration to e carried out in a structured and consistent manners in its execution. If it is not done well, it will become negative feedback in the course of the business and will reduce competitiveness. The activity of administraive tidiness is used for continuous improvement of the administrative system by adjusting the availale resouces, including human resources and technology. This community service aims to provide insights, knowledge, and skills in the implementation of administrative therapy activities through socialization, training and guidance on administrative writing, particularly in production and warehousing. The implementation leads to improved efficiency and effectiveness in working time, tidiness and ease of work. In addition, it makes coordination between employees and departements easier, while accountability is achieved.

The purpose of this study is to find out which sectors are the leading sectors in North Kalimantan Province in 2017 – 2021, What economic sectors have fast growth rates in shifting economic sectors in North Kalimantan Province in 2017 – 2021, Which economic sectors have the power strong competitiveness in shifting economic sectors in North Kalimantan Province in 2017 - 2021. What economic sectors are included in the criteria as prime, potential, developing and underdeveloped sectors in North Kalimantan Province in 2017 - 2021. Quantitative analysis methods used in processing this data is Location quotient (LQ), Shift Share, Growth Ratio Model (MRP) and Overlay Analysis processed using Microsoft Office Excel. The results of the study show that the economic sectors which are categorized as basic sectors in North Kalimantan Province in 2017 – 2021 are the Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries sectors; Mining and excavation; Construction; Transportation and Warehousing; Administration of Government, Defense and mandatory social security; Education Services.

This paper explains the role of technology in optimizing container yard (CY) management at PT. Masaji Kargosentra Tama Belawan. PT. Masaji Kargosentra Tama Belawan is a shipping company that is a multimodal transport business entity, this company operates in the field of domestic warehousing services and import and export container Freight Station (CFS), with warehouse supply and distribution services. The container yard is one of PT's main facilities. Masaji Kargosentra Tama Belawan is used to form containers to minimize the risk of ship delays resulting in decreased loading and unloading production. In managing container yards, there are obstacles, including incompetent human resources and high implementation costs. For this reason, the purpose of writing this paper is to determine the role of technology in optimizing container yard (CY) management. The method used in this writing is field research (field research) where the author makes direct observations at the company and library research (library research) where the author obtains paper material from books in the library or other reading sources related to the main points. taken is the Role of Technology in Optimizing Container Yard (CY) Management at PT.
