In essence, every religion wants its adherents to live peacefully in the midst of religious and cultural diversity. However, this hope does not always materialize in the construction of real life on Indonesian soil with the presence of inter-religious and inter-ethnic conflicts. Conflict experiences become endless lessons as an effort to maintain peace and harmony in religious life. A number of local praxis and initiatives were raised to untangle the tangled threads of inter-religious conflicts in Indonesia by prioritizing a balanced way of religious life that does not view others as opponents. This study of reciprocity in relation to religious moderation originates from the local context of Larantuka and draws its relevance to efforts to inculcate religious moderation in Indonesia. In a more specific context, the focus of this study is to describe the practical life of religious communities in the city of Larantuka, East Flores, East Nusa Tenggara which can be seen as the foundation and medium for grounding the ideals of religious moderation in Indonesia. The praxis of life in question is the reciprocity of young students in the city of Larantuka both within the school environment and among people who have different religious and ethnic backgrounds. Therefore, the basic question is how reciprocity among students in the city of Larantuka can become an inspiration and basis for efforts to instill religious moderation.

The financial ratio method is the main tool for conducting financial analysis and has several uses. Financial ratios show a systematic relationship in the form of comparisons between estimates (posts) of financial statements. This journal discusses the moral education of today's children from a Christian perspective. The term today's children in Indonesia is better known as Kids Age Now. Kids Age Now is actually an allusion to the unnatural behavior of today's children. Education that is distanced and moral is a series of basic moral principles and the virtues of attitudes and character that children must have and make habits from a beginner's time until they become obedient to God. This research is a library research with a literature study approach through reference sources, such as books, articles, journals, and other scientific sources used in the discussion of this research. To deal with the problems of Kids Age Now, morals that are sourced from the Bible and Christian youth activities are needed. The goal is that today's children become children who have good character and are commendable. Being a Christian youth with character and morals is not easy, because Christian youths with character and morals are youths whose behavior follows the teachings of Christ, have Bible-based morals, are able to be good Christian youths, and do the right things and what Christ wants.

It’s to do owner hotel because reality that customer not satisfaction product and service, than customer look for other hotel to be customer satisfaction. JW Marriott hotel Surabaya is one five star hotel to give product and quality service excellence to customer. The price is to give JW Marriot hotel Surabaya suitable product and service customer. JW Marriott hotel Surabaya to give special rate promotion and member facilities to customer and repeater guest hotel too. JW Marriott hotel have strategic location because there are centre of city to business, shopping centre, office centre and transportation. The expected outcome of this research is the known of the factors variable product, service, price, and location that affect customer satisfaction on JW Marriot hotel is simultan and parcial.

Performance management in question is with the aim of increasing the strategic focus and effectiveness of the company in ensuring continuous improvement of individual and team performance. The most popular approach is to use the BSC (Balanced Scorecard). Cafe Red&Blue wants to grow and maintain its business. Therefore, in this study we want to design an instrument for measuring performance at Red&Blue cafes using the BSC. The initial stage in designing the instrument is to conduct internal and external analysis to determine the position of the business in the industry and the strategy that must be used. The SWOT approach is used in the analysis of the internal and external environment. From the SWOT analysis, it can be seen that the Red&Blue cafe is in quadrant I position. The strategy that must be applied is an offensive and defensive strategy as a complement. This strategy requires Red&Blue to improve its marketing strategy in order to bring even greater opportunities to the business. The next stage is through the formulation of strategic objectives, the objectives of which are designed; increase profits, increase customer loyalty, improve relationships with new customers, develop quality products with innovation, develop good and quality services, improve employee job satisfaction, increase employee skills, and knowledge employee knowledge. The eight strategic objectives are translated into 2 key financial performance indicator (KPI) perspectives, 3 internal business process KPIs, 4 customer KPI perspectives, and 5 KPI growth and learning perspectives, with targets for each KPI set based on discussions with Red&Blue cafe owners.

The context of this research is that writing skills are very important for learning, because they can train students to think, channel their desires, emotions, and express their ideas.. The use of documentary film media tells true stories about natural events in accordance with explanatory text material that tells about natural or social phenomena that can occur, such as about water, plastic which is the source of human life. The objective of this research, the researcher wants to know is there any effect of documentary film media on the writing skill of the fifth grade students of Sedatigede II Elementary School. While the research methodology used is quantitative by using a Quasi-Experimental design in the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research subjects were class V A as the experimental class and class V C as the control class at SDN Sedatigede II Sidoarjo with a total of 35 students. The data collection method used is an assessment in the form of a performance test with the task of writing an explanatory text. Using statistical analysis methods, the formulas used are normality test, homogeneity test and T-test. The test before and after using the media with the SPSS version 22 application were used. The results of this study were based on the results of the independent sample test data analysis, which showed the value of sig < 0.05, namely sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000. From these results, it was concluded that there was an effect of documentary film media on students' writing skills in the explanatory text material of fifth grade students of Sedatigede II Elementary School. This is reinforced by the significant difference in skill test scores in the experimental and control groups before and after treatment.

This study aims to analyze the meaning of several dictions in a text that deals with it. The source of the data used in this study in the text of a poem entiled Sukma Pujangga by J.E Tatengkeng. The aspect that must be investigated is analyzing the meaning of the 6 dictions in the poetry text of Sukma Pujangga. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that from several dictions that have been analyzed, it can be seen from the meaning of the poem that it describes someone who has a very high artistic spirit and is willing to make any effort to maintain his desires and stance. He doesn’t want to live for other people and just wants to be free to do whatever he wants and achieve his dreams even though he has to go through various obstacles. There are several meanings contained in the poem, including: connotative meaning, contextual meaning, abstract words, and special words.

Consumer behavior is the study of how individuals, groups, and organizations select, purchase, use, and use goods, services, ideas, or experiences to satisfy their needs and wants. In Islamic economics, the goal of consumption is to maximize maslahah. Maslahah includes the integration of physical benefits and elements of blessing. In consumption, Islam positions it as part of economic activity that aims to collect rewards towards falah (happiness in the world and the hereafter). The motive for consumption in Islam is basically maslahah (public interest or general human good) for needs and obligations. In Islam, consumption cannot be separated from the role of faith. The role of faith is an important benchmark because faith provides a perspective that tends to influence human behavior and personality. Therefore, consumption is important because it fulfills the needs of human life. Without consumption, humans will not survive. What's more, consumption during the COVID-19 pandemic is in violation of the rules and other consumer rights.

But in the household does not escape the emergence of various problems that can result in disputes that are difficult to reconcile until finally divorce becomes the final way, as happened to the Bondowoso Class 1A Religious Court with a divorce case with a verstek verdict. The purpose of this study is to analyze the ratio decidendi of judges in Handing down Verstek Verdict No.  0015/Pdt.G/2020/PA.Bdw. and to find out the legal consequences regarding the wife's rights due to divorce talaq verstek. This research uses descriptive field research with a qualitative approach method. The types and sources of this research data are primary data sources and secondary data. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study can conclude that the juridical study of the verstek decision in the talaq divorce case at the Bondowoso Religious Court class 1A is based on considerations based on a summons (relaas), the Defendant has been formally and properly summoned according to law and in accordance with the provisions of Article 26 of Government Regulation No. 9 of 1975 but does not appear at the conference and does not represent to others as his attorney. In his absence, the judge held that the defendant had waived his rights, as well as from the provisions of Article 19 letter (f) of Government Regulation No. 9 of 1975 Jo Article 116 letter (f) of the Compilation of Islamic Law.

The many variations of Muslim clothing make customers confused in determining which clothes to buy. One solution is to use a recommendation system that can help customers find clothes according to their wants and needs. This study aims to create a product recommendation system that can provide product recommendations to Muslim clothing stores using the collaborative filtering method. The recommendation results will only display a maximum of 6 Muslim clothes that have been seen or purchased based on the similarity value of the highest Muslim clothing to the recommendation level with the lowest similarity. The results of Muslim clothing recommendations from customer A are Queen Dress (P0007) with a similarity value of 2.00, Trimuji Toyobo (P0006) with a similarity value of 1.40, Wonder Set 3in1 (P0008) with a similarity value of 1.00, Afnan Atasan Tunik (P0009 ) with a similarity value of 1.00 and Abaya Embroidery Maxi (P0010) with a similarity value of 1.00
