PT. Dayamitra Telekomunikasi or Mitratel is a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia (Persero) Tbk which is engaged in providing telecommunications infrastructure. Mitratel has been in the telecommunications tower business since 2008. To date, Mitratel has managed more than 13,700 telecommunication towers spread throughout Indonesia. The choice of a website as a company's communication medium with the public is the right decision considering that the website can provide information or messages to anyone who wants that information even though they are in different parts of the world. The website built by the company can provide information related to the company's activities that are considered worthy to be known by the public. Through the website, the public can also find out the company in sufficient detail, starting from the profile, vision and mission, history, contacts, and activities carried out by the company. So far, the Mitratel website has never been evaluated, so the authors evaluate using the Webqual method and Importance Performance Analysis. The results obtained indicate that there are still many parts of the Mitratel website that must be improved.

Runway or runway is an area used by aircraft to take off. The length of the runway depends on the size of the aircraft served. Runway has a pavement structure that can withstand the weight of an aircraft when it wants to fly. This study discusses the damage to the surface structure of the Threshold 07 and Threshold 25 runways at the Sultan Aji Muhammad Sulaiman (SAMS) runway in Sepinggan Balikpapan. Damage to the pavement surface often results from significant heat temperatures from the aircraft when taking off. Visual observations show that there are problems with the Threshold 07 and Threshold 25 pavement surfaces, the damage that occurs is the change in the surface shape of some segments, where the surface deformation eleves are up to 40 mm. Test results from Coredrill samples show that there are internal problems in the asphalt mixture, namely high asphalt content and low density value. By looking at the conditions above, there are problems caused by external and internal factors of the existing pavement, especially the surface conditions namely Threshold which is a location where the load is in MTOW conditions and the aircraft is moving slowly as well as high temperatures (environment and pavement)

The pharmacy was established with the aim of being able to provide good pharmaceutical services to the community including being ready to provide drug consultation, supply of drugs and pharmaceutical supplies of good quality. Therefore, pharmacies need to innovate in carrying out promotional activities to provide information and attract people to want to buy and become loyal drug consumers. One of the factors influencing a pharmacy is that how the pharmacy can provide consumers to order drugs and receive goods easily, quickly, safely and comfortably. The Community Service Team of STIE AUB Surakarta wants to socialize and train and assist to create a drug consumer satisfaction model through improving the quality of order delivery to expand the drug market in large family pharmacies in Surakarta. The size of this Community Service activity can be seen from the output in the form of 1) Pharmacy survey in improving the quality of order delivery, 2) creation of order delivery models, 3) increased pharmacy market supply, 4) scientific articles. The problems that arise by partners are 1) the quality of drug order delivery has not been maximized, 2) there are no innovations in delivery models, 3) the market is still limited. The stages of the implementation of the service carried out by the team are socializing to the community in the process of ordering and sending drugs at pharmacies in Surakarta, training partners / pharmacies in creating order delivery models and training marketing management theories to partners in order to innovate wider markets. The results expected by the team are customer satisfaction and loyalty. Therefore the grace of catering company wants to advertise his wares by using websites that have a sales system based on e-commerce with the aim of selling efficiency of the way the previous sales system. The method used in the design and development of e-commerce in the catering grace Semarang is a Research and Development (R & D) in this study only up to the stage six (6) to produce the end product is a prototype, so it was not until the stage of implementation of the product. The sixth step is Research and information collecting, Planning, Develop prelminaryformof product, Preliminary field testing, revision and Main Main product field testing. This study aims to determine the effect of social media on learning outcomes in PAK (Catholic religious education) learning at Santa Maria Palangka Raya Middle School, especially for class VIII students. Through this research, the researcher wants to see further whether there is an influence of social media on the learning outcomes of Catholic Religious Education. This study uses a quantitative approach. The research location is at St. Catholic Junior High School. Maria Palangka Raya. The research population is all students in class VIII. The research sample is class VIII B and C taken by cluster random sampling technique. Data collection techniques used questionnaires distributed via google form and additional interviews with Catholic religious education teachers. The data analysis technique used Pearson's product moment correlation technique.

Sometimes in some educational institutions they use handbooks in the learning process, but it is different in MA SA Darul istqamah, handbooks are only available for teachers. From this statement, the researcher concludes that the media has an important role in learning, so the researcher wants to know how the implementation of media, especially audio lingual media, in increasing maharah istima' at the institution.This study uses a qualitative research type using a descriptive approach. About the results of the study of the implementation of audio lingual media in increasing the special mahrah of class XI science students at MA SA Darul Istiqamah Woro Kepohbaru. In collecting the data, the researcher used observation and interview techniques, including interviews with the teacher in charge of the subject. And researchers used data analysis that was carried out continuously during the research process by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions.According to the observations that the researchers got, there are several kinds of media used in learning. Especially for istima' skills in Arabic the teacher gives an incomplete text, and later students are given the task of completing the text by listening to the audio that is played. Thus students can train especially in the ability to express words according to what is heard or commonly called maharah istima'.  

Learning is the process of learning for students using educational principles and learning theory which are the main determinants of success. In the research that will be carried out, the author wishes to make an effort in order to increase the interest in learning of 8th graders, especially in the subject of Al Quran Hadith through the Google Meet application with a direct learning model. In this case, the writer wants to focus research on two points including how to increase the interest in learning of 8th grade students in the subject of Al Quran Hadith through the Google Meet application and using the direct learning method and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors in providing improvement efforts to 8th grade students in Al Quran Hadith subjects through the Google Meet application and using the direct learning method. The objectives to be achieved by the author in this study are to determine the causes of decreased interest in learning for 8th grade students using online learning in the subject of Al Quran Hadith at MTs Al-Ma'ruf and for supporting and inhibiting factors in providing improvement efforts to 8th grade students. in the Al Quran Hadith subject through the Google Meet application and using the direct learning method. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach, namely the method of presentation, interpretation of data on the factors in the field. To obtain valid and accurate data, the authors used three data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the research from the thesis made by the author are that there is an increase in the interest in learning of 8th grade students in Al Quran Hadith subjects through the Google Meet application with the Direct learning model, although in it there are several obstacles related to efforts to increase interest in learning carried out by teaching teachers.

Welcoming free trade, competition in the business world is getting tougher. As many companies emerge, according to the law of Supply and Demand, competition will arise between similar and dissimilar industries to dominate the market using various methods and strategies. When these companies or industries are established, they certainly have a goal to be achieved. Of the many goals that a company wants to achieve, it is to gain profit or profit. The author's anxiety in facing increasingly tough competition makes the author try to examine whether the calculation of overhead costs is in accordance with the accounting process implemented, because companies are required to be able to make decisions quickly and precisely, because being careful in making decisions will affect the continuity and development of the company, wrong One decision that must be taken in the management of a company is decisions and policies regarding costs.      

Bureaucracy has a heavy duty to implement the government’s vision and mission. Therefore, reliable, integrated, honest, capable, and high-motivation personnel are required. Bureaucratic reform should be implemented using master plan of human resource with massive bureaucratic simplification, because the existing bureaucratic is too long. The position of ASN (State Civil Apparatuses) will be based on functional position only, requiring more skill and competency. In bureaucratic reform, ASN faces a problem, that is, government’s plan to remove structural post of echelons III and IV. The government wants to break the too long procedure in bureaucracy and expect to accelerate decision making and to accelerate public service when bureaucratic reduction is implemented. There are some solutions to the problem discussed, among others: a. amending ASN Law, particularly related to ASN position and ASN management; b. reorganizing the institutional structure (central and regional) in order to adapt to the bureaucratic function needed; c. reinforcing the integrated carrier building for ASN personnel emphasizing more on functional position; d. the establishment of work relation pattern and inter-function coordination that can project the quick and simple bureaucratic working system; changing ASN personnel’s mindset into work professionalism-orientation based on merit system. Internal expectation in the discussion resulting from this socialization includes: a) Regency Government gives inadequate socialization to ASNs, so that they have not understood completely the echelon removal policy; b) the echelon officials approaching pension age can accept the echelon removal policy; c) the young and productive echelon officials prefer structural position because they get more facilities and wellbeing than they do in functional position; d) potential staffs often attend education and training, have visionary perspective, and prefer functional position because they can get position promotion more quickly impacting on the increasing income; e) the staffs without structural position prefer functional position because their pension age can be up to 60 years. Recommendation and expectation to be obtained from this socialization is that all ASNs in DLH Blora will acquire complete information on echelon removal plan and keep their working spirit
