The Covid-19 pandemic and the hospital class transition caused a decrease in the number of outpatient visitors at the Pandan Arang Hospital, Boyolali, except for the Gastroentero Hepatology (GEH) clinic. This study aims to determine the service quality by management to create patient satisfaction and loyalty, especially at the GEH clinic. In this study, the factors of service quality, customer experience, and customer perceived value that link trust and customer satisfaction to customers loyalty to find out motivate consumers or patients in the selection of hospitals. The methodology in this research is a mixed-method approach to Sequential Exploratory design, starting with interviews with the management and consultant doctors of GEH, followed by distributing questionnaires to GEH clinic patients with a total of 307 respondents at different and sequential times. The results of the study are Pandan Arang Hospital prepared infrastructure and competent human resources according to type B hospital qualifications. During the pandemic era, Pandan Arang Hospital provided outpatient services according to the recommendations of WHO and the Ministry of Health with a separate service flow between Covid-19 and Non-Covid-19 patients. The results of quantitative research found a positive and significant relationship between service quality, customer experience, customer perceived value on trust; a positive and significant relationship between service quality, customer perceived value, and trust in customer satisfaction; the positive and significant relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Given the number of   supermarkets (supermarket) which is located in the same area, then by itself would give birth to the fierce competition to seize visitors and buyers. Additionally the competition also came from some retailers in traditional markets and shops are scattered in the same area. Sinar Bone Supermarkets is one of the famous retail among some retail in the city of wiwirano Konawe utara. In the motion of daily operations, Sinar Bone Supermarkets as shopping centers provide a variety of different goods with different types, brands and sizes at varying price levels. Problem formulation, Based on the background outlined above, then the problem is: What is the quality of services that includes Tangible, Realibility, Responsiveness, Assurance, and Empathy effect on customer satisfaction in the Sinar Bone Supermarket wiwirano -konawe Utara .Objective, while the objectives of this research is to determine how much the quality of the services provided by Sinar Bone Supermarket. "Quality of service refers to judgments of customers about the core of this service and the service provider itself or the entire service organization, most people are now beginning to show demand towards service excellence, they are no longer just need a quality product, but they prefer to enjoy the convenience of service " The method used in  this  research is  descriptive quantitative method in  accordance with  the  purpose of  the  research presented in advance outlining the nature of the nature and looking for a systematic description of the facts under investigation From the discussion above results show that the performance of the services provided by the service provider is very influential on consumer satisfaction, the strategy adopted by a Sinar Bone Supermarket wiwirano -konawe Utara , especially in the service sector should be implemented properly.

The hospital is a health service institution that provides comprehensive health services that have a high risk of patient safety, patient companions, visitors, and human resources. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between correct patient identification and patient satisfaction in the uptd emergency department at the Menbo-nembo Bitung Hospital. Methods The design of this study used a descriptive analytic design with a cross sectional approach. The population is 998 respondents, the sample in this study is 99 respondents using a questionnaire measuring instrument. Then the data collected was analyzed using the Chi-Square test. With a significant value (a) 0.05. The results of the Chi-Square test showed that there were 0 cells that had an expected count value of less than 5, then the reading of the results was continued on the Fischer exact test with a p value = .000 where if the value was smaller than the value = 0.05. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between correct patient identification and patient satisfaction in the uptd emergency department at the Menbo-nembo Bitung Hospital.
