Iskandar Suhardi, Evaluation of Health Protocol Enforcement Performance by Members of the Merdeka Post during the Covid-19 Period by the Palembang City Fire and Disaster Management Service. This study aims to analyze the Performance Evaluation of Health Protocol Enforcement by Members of the Merdeka Post during the Covid-19 Period by the Palembang City Fire and Disaster Management Service. The study used qualitative methods with data collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study show that in the application of the health protocol itself in a combined unit of several elements and agencies, it has several weaknesses, first from the community side who really underestimates the Corona virus, then from the officers themselves there is still minimal knowledge in providing education about the importance of complying with health protocol. The enforcement of health protocols did not go as expected, based on the health protocol policy itself, because there were several aspects, where in fact not all people believed in the existence of the corona virus, some even said that this corona was just a political conspiracy and the like, so that officers had difficulty in enforcement of health protocols. In 2020-2021 the health protocol policy is going quite well, people still have fear and vigilance about the spread of the corona virus, but in the course of time and being supported by people who have been vaccinated 1 and 2, it makes people feel safer, so that strict adherence to simple wearing a mask is no longer obeyed, not to mention other things such as washing hands and so on. The implementation of this health protocol policy has many obstacles and the weak side is public awareness and the pros and cons regarding the presence or absence of the corona virus, so that some people do not obey the applicable rules, and this makes it difficult for officers to carry out the policies that have been determined. So in this case the officer must have the right technique or method so that the implementation process can be easier.

Administering advanced doses of the Covid-19 vaccine (booster) to the public will provide longer protection against the corona virus. The benefits of booster vaccines from a health perspective have at least 3 important reasons. First, there has been a tendency for the number of antibodies to decrease since 6 months after vaccination, especially amid the emergence of new Covid-19 variants including the Second Omicron variant, as a form of effort to adapt people living during the Covid-19 pandemic for long-term health. And third, fulfilling the right of every Indonesian to access vaccines for self and community protection. Some people have complied with health protocols, but there are still others who lack the awareness to apply the 5M principles, namely wearing masks, washing hands, maintaining distance, avoiding crowds, and reducing mobility. Everyone must be willing and able to make changes in 5M compliance behavior, so as to prevent the transmission of Covid-19. The Devotion Team and church servants always remind all members of the congregation to remain disciplined in complying with health protocols and supporting the government's efforts to break the chain of distribution of Covid-19. One of the efforts that can be used to stop the transmission of Covid-19 is by administering the covid-19 vaccine and booster vaccines, using PPE, washing hands, and keeping a distance. The result of this service activity is that all members of the dock seven congregation and its surroundings will receive a complete vaccine starting from vaccines 1, 2, booster 1, and booster 2 so that an immune system and clinical protection are achieved as an effort to maintain long-term health.

Working and studying from home are demands that must be made at this time, since the Covid-19 pandemic due to the Corona virus. Schools were closed, teaching and learning activities were shifted online at home. Because of this demand, many teachers and parents are required to start adapting to remote teaching and learning activities, using technology. Bridging this, many applications are used for learning. Google provides a special website for teaching and learning activities for school students, in the Indonesian version. With this facility, anyone, including teachers, can create internal project hubs, team sites, publicly displayed sites, and more. Everything is done without the help of designers, programmers and IT.

MSME players also cannot remain silent, they must continue to sustain their business by utilizing advances in information technology which currently has a significant impact on society in supporting various business activities, both large and limited in scope, so that businesses can be recognized globally. Therefore, it is important to have media that can be easily reached by potential buyers, but MSME business actors in Rembang City are still lacking and not fully familiar with digital marketing. Thus, assistance is provided to MSME players regarding the use of digital marketing so that it can make it easier for MSME players to market their products through social media and e-commerce. Community service is carried out by providing socialization and training to MSME business actors on how to create, promote, and sell products through e-commerce businesses such as shopee.
