This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Village Information System in Delima Village as one of the village government's efforts to improve the quality of public services. The study used qualitative methods with descriptive research and data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Village Information System in Delima Village has not been running effectively. Although this system has been used for administrative activities such as issuing certificates, managing population data, and disseminating village information, its implementation still faces various obstacles. Some of these inhibiting factors include limited human resources who have not fully mastered technology, lack of training for village officials, and unstable internet connections throughout the village. As a result, services through the Village Information System are not optimal and have not yet fully benefited the community. Therefore, it is necessary to increase the capacity of village officials and provide infrastructure support so that the implementation of the Village Information System in Delima Village can run more effectively in the future.

Village websites currently generally only provide information in the form of an interface for users, such as village profiles, potential areas, population data, and current news. However, the majority are not yet equipped with Application Programming Interface (API) support that allows for flexible and automated data integration and exchange. This is a challenge when dynamic access is needed by third-party systems, such as public service platforms, mobile applications, or local government information systems, which require real-time and accurate synchronization of population data. The project aims to implement a RESTful API that can be accessed securely, efficiently, and easily understood by developers to retrieve villagers' data. The development of the system is carried out using the Agile method, which supports rapid iteration and periodic evaluation to ensure that each feature functions optimally according to the needs of users and field conditions. This Agile method is applied in several sprints that include the stages of needs planning, designing the API endpoint structure, coding, documentation, and testing of the integration and security of the system as a whole. The results of the implementation show that the API successfully retrieves data directly from the village database, and presents it in a JSON format that is compatible for use by both frontend and third-party systems. This API supports pagination features for efficient access to large amounts of data, and is equipped with Basic Authentication to keep data access secure from being abused. With this API, the village website not only becomes a static information medium, but also transforms into a digital service platform that is open for cross-system integration. This supports the development of a more modern, efficient, sustainable, and collaborative village information system in the future, so that public services can be significantly improved.

In the current era of digitalization, villages are expected to follow technological developments to modernize correspondence services. Village administration services delivered via the internet enable the village government to communicate information quickly and simply to all village officials, the community, village organizations and the community within the village. Apart from that, the community can submit input to the village government through village information services to direct development in a more positive direction. The problem in Serasah Village that often occurs is that the village head and office staff concerned with carrying out services are often not at the village office because they are out of town on business or there are sub-district meetings and currently there are additional activities in the form of training. electrical installation from BLKP Jambi. So many residents experience obstacles because of this, in fact, some residents who live far from the office area often receive less than optimal service. Based on this problem, it is necessary to design an information system at the Serasah Village office which will take the form of a website which has features regarding information regarding news and activity agendas that will be carried out at the Serasah Village Office, features for online letter submission services and checking the status of letter submissions made. by society. The system development method used to develop websites is the waterfall model. After creating the website, the website testing stage was carried out using the black box testing method with successful test results and a feasibility test was carried out using a Likert scale model. The results of the feasibility test were carried out using a questionnaire and data was obtained with an average percentage of 81.6%.

This study aims to describe and analyze: how to implement smart governance in smart villages. The type of research used is qualitative research. The data analysis technique in the study uses techniques developed by McNabb (2002), namely Grouping the data according to key constructs, Identifying bases for interpretation, Developing generalizations from the data, Testing Alternative interpretations and Forming and/or refining generalizable theory from case study. The results of the study show that the implementation of smart governance in the Three Villages Government as a Smart Village in Sidoarjo Regency is measured based on 3 aspects, namely: public service aspects, village information system aspects, and village fund management aspects. Information technology is indispensable in the implementation of all aspects of smart governance, both public services, village information systems, and village fund management. The first aspect is that public services can be faster and more optimal with the implementation of smart governance. Previously, village people who wanted to take care of village administration needs had to travel a considerable distance from their village to the sub-district center and even the district center, so it took extra time and energy to take care of it. After the online service, all village administration needs can be done quickly and easily because they can be directly verified by sub-district and district officers without having to visit the sub-district or district office. The second aspect is that village information can be obtained by the community at large easily and quickly. Previously, village people who wanted to know information about their village had to visit the village office.

Pesticides are all chemicals and other materials as well as microbes and viruses that are used to eradicate or prevent pests and diseases that damage plants. The majority of farmers use chemical pesticides because they are easy to apply practically, fast reaction, and more efficient. Vegetable pesticides or biopesticides are solutions of organic insecticide compounds that function as plant pest control and are environmentally friendly because the active ingredients are easily decomposed in nature. Compiled from the Village Information System page, it is known that the SDGs score of Lebo Village, the point of the village caring for the land environment, is at a percentage of 33.33%, which indicates that the aspect of caring for the land environment in Lebo Village is still low. In the current era of globalization, regional autonomy has become a very important part of public services. There is a need to address the problems that arise in Sokawera Village regarding the lack of facilities and skill level of village officials with the demands of a more dynamic community and an archival processing system that is still conventional. With the conveniences provided, it encourages people to utilize information and communication technology to help with their daily activities. The village government does not yet have a website address. This means that the information held by the village cannot be accessed by the wider community, causing Sokawera Village to still be very underdeveloped. In the era of increasingly advanced technology, a website-based information system can be implemented in Sokawera Village to overcome obstacles that can be used as a medium for village information and innovation. With the existence of a village information system in Sokawera Village, the community can directly access various kinds of information presented. Likewise, village officials can directly provide or update information related to the villages they support.
