Legal protection of children refers to all actions that ensure and safeguard children and their rights so that they can live, grow, develop, and engage maximally in line with human dignity and honour, as well as get protection from violence and discrimination within legal laws. In Indonesia, the proportion ranges from 22 to 100%, indicating that the aforementioned conditions occur often. As a result, researchers are interested in performing this study utilising normative research methodologies. Legal protection for minors who distribute pornographic videos on social media, choosing to release minors, is regulated by Law No. 23 of 2002 concerning Child Protection, Article 16 (1) Every child has the right to receive protection from being the target of abuse, torture, or inhumane punishment, (2) Every child has the right to obtain freedom in accordance with the law, and (3) Arrest, detention, or incarceration of a child must be carried out in accordance with relevant legislation and only as a last option. And advocate LPKA in the form of independence coaching, which includes instruction for foster children in skills that may be developed after the foster time ends, such as sewing. Meanwhile, personality development is moral development, with the goal of providing foster children with an understanding of social norms as well as an understanding of themselves so that they can accept responsibility for all actions they take and refrain from repeating illegal actions. Suggestions in this protection are expected to be safeguarded by anybody, regardless of circumstance, and the local government needs to get to the field to inspect the status of special child development institutions so that any deficiencies may be corrected quickly, allowing development to proceed correctly.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk 1) mengkaji jenis-jenis praanggapan yang muncul dari pernyataan humor di stand up comedy wanita Indonesia, 2) mengkaji relevasi praanggapan dalam menciptakan humor pada stand up comedy wanita Indonesia dalam pembelajaran teks anekdot bahasa Indonesia. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa pernyataan comic wanita yang mengandung praanggapan dalam membawakan stand up comedy. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini berupa video stand up comedy wanita Indonesia yang telah tayang di televisi kemudian diunggah ke Youtube. Data dikumpulkan melalui teknik dokumentasi. Teknik dokumentasi dilakukan dengan metode unggah, simak, dan catat. Dalam memenuhi keabsahan data penelitian ini dilakukan triangulasi dengan sumber. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif. Praanggapan yang muncul didominasi oleh praanggapan leksikal, praanggapan nonfaktif, praanggapan eksistensial, praanggapan faktif, praanggapan struktural, dan praanggapan konterfaktual. Penerapan pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia materi teks anekdot membuat pembelajaran lebih menyenangkan dapat memberikan sugesti dan imajinatif  yang  membuat siswa lebih mudah menuangkan ide-ide pikirannya.    

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membandingkan pemahaman siswa terhadap media pembelajaran yang digunakan serta mengetahui kelebihan dan keunggulan dari masing-masing media dalam proses pembelajaran di SMAN 1 Cisarua. Jenis penelitian yang peneliti lakukan adalah metode eksperimen, yang berbentuk intact group comparison. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas XI MIPA di SMAN 1 Cisarua sebanyak 30 orang di kelas berbeda dengan materi ajar yang sama. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif atau analisis statistik.. Berdasarkan hasil pengamatan lapangan metode yang disampaikan adalah metode pembelajaran menggunakan media bacaan dan media video animasi. Pada saat eksperimen metode pembelajaran yang menggunakan media video animasi lebih unggul dibandingkan menggunakan media bacaan. Penggunaan metode yang menggunakan video animasi menghasilkan nilai rata-rata kelas yang memenuhi standar ketuntasan sekolah. Sedangkan penggunaan metode video bacaan menghasilkan nilai rata-rata kelas yang tidak memenuhi standar ketuntasan sekolah.

Pencemaran lingkungan merupakan pokok bahasan pelajaran IPA dikelas VII. Hasil belajar siswa kurang, maka perlu adanya upaya meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik dengan model pembelajaran PBI(Problem Based Introduction).Tujuan penilitian ini adalah untuk meningkatan hasil belajar siswa tentang pencemaran lingkungan menggunakan model pembelajaran PBI (Problem Based Introduction) pada siswa kelas VIIA Mts-Sa Darul Ulum. Subjek peneliti adalah kelas VIIA Mts-Sa Darul Ulum. Penelitian ini terdiri dari dua siklus yakni siklus 1, siklus 2. Pada siklus satu peneliti menggunakan model pembelajaran PBI (Problem Based Introduction), hasil evaluasi pada siklus satu 59% siswa yang dapat mencapai KKM. Pada  siklus dua peneliti menggunakan model pembelajaran PBI (Problem Based Introduction) dengan penambahan pemutaran video yang berkaitan dengan materi pembelajaran, hasil evaluasi pada siklus dua 100% siswa yang dapat mencapai KKM. Berdasarkan data tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa model pembelajaran PBI (Problem Based Introduction) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa dalam materi pencemaran lingkungan.

The purpose of the study is to determine the student's need for learning resources by using Learning Management System (LMS) in geography subjects. The research method is quantitative with a research sample of class XI SMA N 3 OKU students who took geography subjects which were carried out with random sampling. The instruments used in this study were questionnaires and interviews, while the analysis method used Descriptive analytics. The tendency shows that presentations of 95% like online learning. The results of the questionnaire sources from the indicators of the need to pay attention to the 68.5% tendency of students that strongly agree and  31.5% agree if an LMS learning media was developed using Video. Besides the video, media of PPT and pdf documents also appear as options. Based on the results of this research, it can be concluded that it is necessary to develop LMS-based learning resources by combining more videos, then followed by PPT and pdf. Moreover, the assembling process must apply the science of piracy design which is not just uploading material.    

Social media creates change in the world. Social media is the most crucial medium used in obtaining information. Various types of social media have been attached to community activities, one of which is Instagram. On the Instagram account @Parentaltalk.id where a video of a child aged about 12 begging his father to give him a break, telling his father that he needs "life balance" and that "even a robot" cannot handle the amount of work his father requires in order to study continuously . The child freely expresses his feelings for his father and the father does not interrupt the child's conversation and can accept the child's complaints well without having to scold a child. Communication within the family is an important factor in determining whether a child is good or bad. If communication in the family is harmonious, then the child will really feel that he is very valuable, so that it will foster good attitudes and behavior in the child. This study aims to analyze communication patterns between a child who is frustrated in learning because he does not have time to play. The method in this research is library research. The type of research used is mass media analysis, namely observing and analyzing a mass media. The data analysis technique uses the semiotics of Charles Sanders Pierce, who put forward the theory of a triangle of meaning which consists of three main elements, namely the sign, the object and the interpretant. The results of the study show that communication patterns between children and their fathers sometimes go well, but there are still some that are not good. thus causing worry and anxiety for every parent. The results of the study also show the attitude of children who can express their feelings and frustrations well with their fathers as well as the attitude of a father who provides a safe and free space for his children to express feelings and voice opinions

TikTok adalah sebuah aplikasi video pendek. Penggunaan lagu dalam aplikasi ini bisa menuai masalah ketika pengguna menggunakan karya cipta pencipta lagu tanpa izin. Pada hak cipta lagu, terdapat hak ekonomi dan hak moral yang diberikan kepada pencipta. Hak ini menjelaskan prinsip bahwa setiap individu memiliki kewajiban dalam menghargai karya ciptaan orang lain. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini ingin mengetahui bagaimana perlindungan hukum terhadap pencipta lagu yang karyanya dipakai di aplikasi TikTok dan upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi pemakaian lagu tanpa izin. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah yuridis normatif, dengan spesifikasi penelitian ini adalah deskriptif analitis. Bahan hukum primer dalam penelitian ini adalah Undang-Undang Dasar 1945, Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata, dan Undang-Undang Nomor 24 tahun 2014, sedangkan bahan hukum sekunder adalah hasil wawancara di Kementerian Hukum dan HAM. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah perlindungan hukum terhadap pencipta lagu dapat dilakukan pada ciptaan yang sudah didaftarkan maupun belum. Pada kepentingan komersial, pengguna wajib membayarkan royalti. Ada hak meminta ganti rugi apabila seseorang yang menggunakan karya cipta tanpa izin . Pengguna lagu tanpa izin dapat dikenai sanksi penjara maksimal 3 tahun atau denda sebesar lima ratus juta rupiah. Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mencegah pemakaian lagu tanpa izin mencakup upaya preventif dan represif.      

This study reviews micro-learning including its use, benefits, and limitation. This study is library research. The analysis shows that microlearning can be delivered through video, application, gamification, infographics, and social media. Numerous studies demonstrate the benefits of microlearning that lessons can be delivered in a short amount of time. It can be accessed anytime and anywhere. Microlearning is flexible to accommodate different learning styles and can be customized to students’ needs. With short material, students can choose which material is needed, desired, and relevant. Microlearning help increases students’ retention rates and comprehension levels. If the material is broken down into smaller parts, it is easier for students to remember lessons, and easier for teachers to update content and to know learning outcomes. However, the limitations are that microlearning is not suitable for complex and complicated material, and requires detailed explanation. The learning method is dependent on the learning objectives. If the material is in small parts, it can prevent students from understanding the material in-depth. Educators are required to produce their learning content. However, not all educators have the capacity and time to prepare content. Microlearning strategies are related to the individual qualities of learners, the propensity of teachers to utilize digital technology, and external circumstances such as the availability of learning resources.

Penelitian ini adalah bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana mahasiswa UKSW mempersepsikan iklan YouTube Top-4E-Commerce di Indonesia serta untuk mengetahui 4 iklan terbaik manakah yang memiliki nilai persepsi paling tinggi. Strategi dan jenis penelitan yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Tokopedia merupakan iklan yang memiliki persepsi terbaik, disusul oleh Shopee, Lazada, dan Bukalapak. Iklan e-commercedi YouTube memunculkan persepsi positif yang ditunjukkan dengan mayoritas responden pernah melakukan transaksi menggunakan e-commercedan yang paling dominan melalui Tokopedia. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa kehadiran YouTube dalam periode yang sedang berlangsung seharusnya berubah menjadi panggung berbasis video yang dapat memperkenalkan semua informasi yang dibutuhkan kliennya dan harus lebih dinamis dalam menangkal dan mencegah segala bentuk kesalahan.

The large number of products produced in the Segunung Traditional Village is an interesting addition for implementers to focus on increasing promotions and marketing activities that can be carried out independently by the Segunung Traditional Village. The facilities owned by the Segunung Traditional Village ranging from coffee plantations, coffee shops, and springs should be able to make economic potential and tourism education potential that can be offered and make Segunung Traditional Village into a village that has independence in terms of the creative economy. However, the potential possessed by this Traditional Village is still not a tourism product that is well packaged and attractive for tourists who visit in a sustainable manner. This is partly due to the fact that activities have not been documented, village products are not properly published and are not published in an interesting way. Dusun Segunung has several social media options, but partners feel that creative content ideas are very difficult to grow. Starting from how photos, videos of creative products and designs can be managed properly and produced sustainably. The method of implementing community service is in the form of consultation, socialization and assistance on digital marketing strategies, especially in the form of creative videos and social media management. The socialization and mentoring covered material and practice on videography and video editing techniques using simple technology, smartphones. Through this activity, partners are expected to be able to optimize social media in promoting the potential of their villages, events and business products in order to reach a wider market so that business development and progress can ultimately increase the income of the Segunung Traditional Village.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui makna dan nilai budaya yang terdapat dalam pedah-pedah pada pernikahan adat suku Karo dengan kajian semantik. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah  video pernikahan adat suku Karo yang telah didokumentasikan ke dalam sebuah DVD yang diambil dari desa Lau Kersik, kecamatan Gunung Sitember, kabupaten  Dairi.  Data dari penelitian ini adalah makna dan nilai budaya pedah-pedah yang diutarakan atau disampaikan oleh pihak Kalimbubu, Senina ataupun Anak Beru. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah dokumentasi video pedah-pedah yang disampaikan Kalimbubu, senina dan Anak Beru.  Teknik analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan tenik reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan terdapat makna konotatif dan makna denotatif dalam pedah-pedah pada pernikahan adat suku Karo. Dan juga terdapat nilai budaya  dalam pedah-pedah pada pernikahan adat suku Karo yang terdiri dari nilai budaya komitmen, nilai budaya religi, nilai budaya kerukunan dan penyelesaian konflik, nilai kesopansantunan, nilai budaya pendidikan, dan nilai budaya kerja keras.

The study aims to analyze the content of the Gorontalo Dikili manuscript and its relevance to messages and values ​​of kindness. This research is library research with a descriptive qualitative approach.  Primary data were collected and identified through documents in the form of manuscripts and written with APG script, totalling 10 main themes and containing 297 couplets. Secondary data in the form of video recordings The data is processed following the stages of philological analysis by reading the manuscript, identification, editing, and interpretation. The interpretation technique is done by directed content analysis. The results of this study indicate that the manuscript in Gorontalo contains messages and values of kindness that can be used as lessons and examples in following the sunnah of the Prophet. The values ​​of goodness include:  The value of spiritual education is related to patience and independence as an orphan. Moral values, in the form of fair behaviour in acting and behaving. Cultural values ​​are related to the recommendation of circumcision which is useful for maintaining genital hygiene for men, maintaining the respectfulness of women to avoid disgraceful attitudes and traits, and tolerant behaviour toward adherents of other religions. Social value is found in the sincere attitude of giving and willing to share, and always giving benefits to others. This research has implications for information about the contents of the dikili manuscript which has not been revealed, so the celebration of the prophet's birthday by re-reading the prophet's life history text needs to be preserved. 

The Covid-19 pandemic has forced the government to enforce a physical distancing policy which is the basis for implementing learning from home. This is also something that must be applied to students at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul. The use of information technology that applies suddenly, not infrequently, makes educators and students surprised and limping in its implementation. However, the learning process must continue so that teachers at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul are challenged to create a learning media that students with special needs can understand. The limited knowledge of teachers at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul in making learning media causes the need for training and mentoring of learning media. One of the technological developments that we can use for making learning media is an application for video editing. This application can help to make videos to improve the quality and effectiveness of learning. Application users are expected to support the activities of SLB Negeri 2 Bantul to participate in competitions and promotions as routine activities that must be done every year. The two needs of these teachers are what make them collaborate to implement training programs based on the required classes. The implementation uses the Classical method and Practices using video recording applications and equipment. Community service will be carried out at SLB Negeri 2 Bantul to support improving skills in using software from basic to advanced levels. The result of this training is that the participants can make their own video creations so that they are eligible to be included in competitions and make video advertisements more professional.

Menyusui adalah proses pemberian air susu ibu (ASI) kepada bayi sejak lahir sampai berusia 2 tahun. Jika bayi diberikan ASI saja sampai usia 6 bulan tanpa menambahkan dan mengganti dengan makanan atau minuman lainnya merupakan proses menyusui   eksklusif. Teknik menyusui yang benar adalah cara memberikan ASI kepada bayi dengan perlekatan dan posisi ibu dan bayi dengan benar. Untuk mencapai keberhasilan menyusui diperlukan pengetahuan mengenai teknik- teknik menyusui yang benar. Pendidikan kesehatan tentang cara menyusui dapat   diberikan melalui media salah satunya adalah media video. Beberapa keuntungan penggunaan media video untuk menyampaikan pesan   atau informasi antara lain: pesan yang di sampaikan lebih realistik, memiliki beberapa features yang sangat bermanfaat untuk digunakan dalam proses penyampaian pesan. Tujuan : Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tentang cara menyusui bayi terhadap pengetahuan ibu nifas di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Dalam penelitian ini pemberian perlakuan berupa pemberian pendidikan kesehatan. Desain penelitian yang digunakan Pre Eksperimental design dengan pendekatan One Group Pretest Posttest, Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu ibu melahirkan spontan dan primipara yang dirawat di RS PKU Muhammadiyah Karanganyar sebanyak 15 responden Prosedur pengambilan sampel  yang  digunakan  dalam  penelitian  ini  adalah  non-probability dengan Menyusui adalah proses pemberian air susu ibu (ASI) kepada bayi sejak lahir sampai berusia 2 tahun. Jika bayi diberikan ASI saja sampai usia 6 bulan tanpa menambahkan dan mengganti dengan makanan atau minuman lainnya merupakan proses menyusui   eksklusif. Teknik menyusui yang benar adalah cara memberikan ASI kepada bayi dengan perlekatan dan posisi ibu dan bayi dengan benar. Untuk mencapai keberhasilan menyusui diperlukan pengetahuan mengenai teknik- teknik menyusui yang benar. Pendidikan kesehatan tentang cara menyusui dapat   diberikan melalui media salah satunya adalah media video. Metode Penelitian : Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksperimen. Dalam penelitian ini pemberian perlakuan berupa pemberian pendidikan kesehatan. 

The Boyolali Regional Library is a means of supporting public education organized by the Government of Boyolali Regency, Central Java. It is necessary to design promotional media and library information in order to increase public interest in coming and getting to know the complete library facilities. This research designs multimedia in the form of 2D digital motion graphic video as a promotional media for the Boyolali regional library. The method used is the Holistic Multimedia Development Model (HMDM) development model whose multimedia development stage considers the guiding aspects of multimedia quality. The results of the media expert and material expert validation test with a score of 85% and 90%, respectively. While in the user test, the positive response was 86%. So that the results of multimedia design are in the very good category and in line with expectations.

The advances in mobile technology have created a new learning method known as mobile learning technology or mobile learning. This method utilizes the use of smartphones which have become part of the daily life of people of all ages and levels of education. in this mobile learning ,android platform is selected. The reason for choosing android is that it is the most popular mobile OS. This learning is designed to run on Android with the aim that it can be used easily and can be run at any time as long as you carry an Android cellphone and there is an internet connection. This application is addressed to the Persatuan pemuda sandya karya mandiri desa reksosari kec suruh kabupaten Semarang, which is an activity of a youth group that is trying to develop and improve their video streaming channel . they need learning to improve their digital video processing skills to improve the quality of their video output. because this youth union consists of various ages and various educational backgrounds, the making of learning videos must be easy to operate, easy to display and does not require complicated equipment. The development of this application is based on usability which is the most important aspect of an application.

This research is motivated by the problem of lack of motivation and attention of students in following the teaching and learning process in the classroom because teaching and learning activities still use conventional methods. This makes students have difficulty in understanding the material being studied so that basic competencies and KKM are not achieved. This study uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product testing. In this study, researchers used multimedia with the Mind Map method as an interesting learning medium by using a computer that can display text, images, video, and audio so that the learning process is more enjoyable for students. The results of this study are multimedia-based learning media using the Mind Map method. The validity value of media experts is 3.6 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of material experts is 3.8 which is declared feasible, and increases students' understanding and interest as users from 61% initially to increase to 86.11%.

Android-based applications have been widely used to do daily activities such as online shopping, playing games, video streaming, and watching sports matches. One of the most commonly used applications is applications that assist people for flight or train ticket reservations, hotel bookings, and other recreation purposes. Some tourism companies in Indonesia also develop Android-based applications to provide information and services for their business. Nevertheless, with many tourism destinations in Indonesia, not all tourist attractions have services through Android-based applications published on the Google Play Store. This study aims to design and implement Android-based applications for tourism information services in two tourist attractions as the case study, namely Tay Kak Sie Temple in Semarang City and Beach tourism in Bangka Island, to help tourists obtaining information about both tourist attractions. Both applications are implemented using Compro Mobile App Builder. The testing results using the black box method demonstrate that the implementation of the two applications can run according to the specified specifications.

The elderly are an age group that is prone to falls. The purpose of this service is to detect the risk of falling in the elderly and provide assistance in balance training as an effort to prevent the risk of falling in the elderly. Falls occur due to unintentional loss of balance resulting in failure of postural stability, or unexpected and sudden changes resulting in a position landing on the floor. Associated risk factors include current health status (living in the community, nursing home, hospital, frail or active state), diseases suffered (diabetes, hip fracture, stroke) and general changes related to aging (decreased balance, coordination, muscle strength, visual impairment, etc.). The output targets to be achieved are in the form of publications in accredited national journals and copyright for videos of community service activities. The method used is a fall risk detection examination using. Elderly gymnastics is a series of regular, directed, and planned movements carried out with the intention of improving the functional abilities of the body. Reporting from the Panti Rapih Hospital page, this activity is carried out regularly and with movements that are not too heavy.

Dalam rangka   mewujudkan pembangunan yang berkeadilan, maka   keterlibatan perempuan menjadi   syarat mutlak . Peran perempuan dalam pembangunan telah diakomodir dalam berbagai peraturan berkaitan keterlibatannya yang sangat diperlukan bagi keberhasilan pembangunan diantaranya melalui program kampung KB. Peran perempuan dalam implementasi program Kampung KB di Desa Bumiayu dapat dilihat dari 4 aspek yaitu komunikasi, sumberdaya, disposisi, dan struktur birokrasi . Peran perempuan dalam menyampaikan informasi dan menerapkan program kepada masyarakat dilakukan melalui sarana media sosial sebagai penyampaian informasi dimana setiap kegiatan yang dilakukan kelompok kerja Kampung KB disampaikan dalam bentuk foto ataupun video. Disamping itu  juga  memiliki SDM perempuan pelaksana handal yang terwadahi dalam kepengusan Pokja Kampung KB COE (Central Of Excellence) Bumi Sejahtera periode tahun 2021- 2025 dengan  SK Nomor 411.3/23/2021.  Disposisi  dan struktur  birokrasi    diwujudkan berupa  dukungan  dan  komitmen semua  pihak  dimana pelaksanakan tugas dilakukan  sesuai dengan tupoksi dan pembidangan kegiatan yang dijalankan penuh tanggung jawab dan sesuai dengan prosedur dan peraturan yang ada, Adapun  faktor  penghambat  yang  dihadapi  perempuan  dalam  pelaksanaan  program adalah  sulitnya merubah paradigma masyarakat mengenai KB, anggapan banyak anak banyak rezeki, dan kurangnya pendanaan terhadap program KB   Sedangkan faktor pendukung adalah kesadaran yang kuat dari masyarakat   untuk lepas dari stigma kemiskinan
