In the dynamic landscape of Human Resource Management (HRM), the emergence of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies presents both challenges and opportunities. This research aims to explore strategies for empowering talent amidst AI innovations in HRM. The research adopts a phenomenological approach to delve into the lived experiences of HR professionals and employees within organizations integrating AI technologies. Through purposive sampling, data were collected via in-depth interviews and focus group discussions. Thematic analysis was employed to identify patterns, themes, and insights from the narratives. The findings reveal a nuanced understanding of how AI impacts talent management practices, including recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and career development. Moreover, the research elucidates the importance of human-centric approaches in leveraging AI to augment rather than replace human capabilities. These insights contribute to enhancing organizational strategies for talent empowerment in the era of AI-driven HRM innovations.

The findings contribute to a deeper understanding of how organizations can harness human potential effectively amidst technological advancements, paving the way for sustainable talent management practices in the AI era.

Tujuan Penelitian Lirik lagu Dewa 19 yang berjudul “Roman Picisan“ tujuannya adalah mencari Majas pada lirik tersebut, setelah melakukan penelitian kami mendapatkan Majas atau gaya bahasa, terdapat Empat Majas pada Lirik lagu Dewa 19 yaitu Majas Hiperbola, Majas Alegori, Majas Sarkasme dan Majas Klimaks. Karena di setiap bait mempunyai majas yang berbeda- beda. Metode yang kami gunakan untuk penelitian Majas di dalam Lirik lagu Dewa 19 “Roman Picisan”  bersumber dari internet dan kami mendengarkan lagu tersebut menggunakan Aplikasi  “Spotify”  agar kami bisa memahami lirik lagu tersebut dan  memudahkan mencari majas di dalam lagu. Selanjutnya kami mengklasifikasikan dan mengurai kan lirik lagu ini agar kami dapat mengetahui makna yang terdapat pada lagu ini. Hasil penelitian lirik lagu ini, banyak sekali lirik yang menggunakan Majas Hiperbola karena yang kita ketahui Majas Hiperbola sendiri adalah Majas yang berlebihan atau tidak masuk di akal dan Lagu ini menceritakan tentang seseorang yang sedang patah hati walaupun dia masih mencintai akan tetapi dia tidak dapat memilikinya.

Sensor PIR (Passive Infra-Red), yaitu sensor yang dapat mendeteksi pergerakan manusia berdasarkan pantulan cahaya yang melintas di sekitarnya. Modul ini sangat baik digunakan untuk aplikasi-aplikasi yang memerlukan sensor yang dapat mendeteksi adanya gerakan manusia. Modul inilah yang menjadi sensor utama yang digunakan dalam Aplikasi ini. Untuk CPU (Central Processing Unit) –nya digunakan DI-Smart AVR System yang adalah sistem mikrokontroler yang berbasis ATmega8535(L).

In the design of this tool, we designed a tool that is able to open and close the door automatically. To replace opening and closing manually using a PIR sensor (passive infrared). When someone is in the radius of the sensor, the door will open or close. We also use the Atmega 8535 micro, the reason we use the Atmega 8535 micro is because the Atmega 8535 micro already has an ADC (analogue digital converter) or analog to digital converter. Which serves as an input wave leveler to the microwave.
