Teenagers are the next generation of the nation. Adolescent girls in their life cycle experience menstruation. Menstruation is a natural cycle that occurs in a woman's body. Some women experience disturbances in the process of the menstrual cycle. So that every woman should know the problems that occur in her body so that early detection of accompanying diseases can be carried out. This activity aims to provide information and increase youth knowledge about reproductive health and PCOS. This educational process uses the lecture method with the help of leaflets. The results obtained from this activity are that young women understand reproductive health, especially menstruation and PCOS and understand the importance of early detection. The assessment is based on the response and enthusiasm of the participants in receiving the material provided. Including the positive response of participants in answering questions correctly when asked questions by the speaker.

In transformers installed and used in electric power systems, especially at substations (GI) there are often disturbances or problems. All forms of involvement, efforts, and roles starting from design, implementation and maintenance are real actions in making the surrounding environment more productive. In establishing self-reliance, it is necessary to cooperate with the branch management and the local village government to develop a productive yard culture on limited land. It is hoped that this reforestation can be done by planting plants and plants that support the basic ingredients of the surrounding community.

Indonesia still ranks fourth with the largest population in the world after America, India and China. The total population of Indonesia in 2019 is estimated at 268,074,565 people, consisting of 117,674,363 urban residents and 150,400,202 rural residents. One of the programs to reduce population growth in realizing a family planning program (KB). The results of the prevalence of family planning in Indonesia based on the 2015 Fertile Age Couples Monitoring Survey reached 65.4% with the IUD method, which is still very low (4.7%). This study aims to determine the relationship between parity and husband's support with the use of IUDs at the Hanna Kasih Primary Clinic in 2020. The population in this study were acceptors who currently use IUD KB and have used IUD KB but now choose other types of family planning. The number of samples in this study were taken by total sampling, amounting to 30 people. The results obtained in this study from 30 respondents the majority were Scundipara, namely 11 (36.7%) respondents. Based on husband's support, the majority received positive husband support, namely 22 (73.3%). Based on the bivariate analysis, there is a significant relationship between parity and husband's support with the use of IUD contraceptives at the Pratama Hana Kasih clinic in 2020, with p value for parity <0.05 (p = 0.015) and for husband support with p value <0.05. (p = 0.000). It is hoped that the head of the Pratama Clinique Hanna Kasih will continue to provide support in the selection of the IUD contraceptive and the husband will continue to provide positive support for the wife to continue to use the IUD contraceptive device.

Tomato (solanum lyco persicum) is a plant from the solanceae family, native to Central and South America, from Mexico and Peru. Tomatoes have a short life cycle and a height ranging from 1 to 3 meters. Currently, farmers often experience disturbances from pests and diseases of tomatoes due to a lack of knowledge. They do not know how to control it and to eliminate pests that reduce productivity. In identifying diseases in tomato plants we use the Forward Chaining method which is a description that starts from knowing the facts and then matching them with IF and IF-THEN rules. Diseases with a high prevalence in tomatoes are: fruit worms, earthworms, green aphids, white flies, fruit flies (bractrotera) and the diseases are: fusarium wilt, leaf spot disease, bacterial spot, fruit rot. This expert system application provides tomato disease information and disease diagnosis, including control solutions that can be used to reduce the risk of tomato crop damage    

The PKM team with partners from Umbul Helau developed the concept of urban farming with aquaponics technology where hydroponic plant cultivation and integrated fish cultivation in the form of budikdamber. The activity purpose is to build the concept and introduce it to the community. The method used is ABCD (Asset Based Community Development), focusing on land assets owned by partners to be developed by building this urban farming activity. The stages are carried out starting from the time planning,, division of tasks, provision of materials, land preparation and cultivation of budikdamber media, seed distribution, control and evaluation. The results obtained are very encouraging where the plant has been harvested and with packaging that is sold and has economic value, catfish is growing and will harvest in the near future. In addition, education about this concept introduces to the elementary school (SD) students and teachers with a positive response.  

The State of Indonesia was awarded by the Almighty with richness and cultural diversity. Indonesia is an archipelagic country. With the number of islands more than that found by people who have different tribes, races, religions, and ethnicities. This is what makes Indonesia culturally diverse. Indonesian people must be able to live side by side with one another. This award should be grateful because it can be a strength and pride for Indonesia. However, this diversity can also be a threat, challenge, and disturbance for the Indonesian people. Through literature study we can find out how the Pancasila precepts, namely the third precept, are the unifying basis in cultural diversity. This research uses library research method. With an approach approach, namely the study of literature to collect information by reviewing sources related to Pancasila and the diversity of Indonesian culture. From the results of the literature study, it can be said that the values ​​of the precepts of the Indonesian Unity in the diversity of Indonesian culture are fostering an attitude of nationalism, fostering an attitude of tolerance, mutual respect and respect for differences, and fostering unity and unity in diversity.

Tambangan Village is one of the urban villages in Semarang City that is active in managing PKK so that it has received several awards in managing the PKK program at both the city and provincial levels. The administrative process in Tambangan Village still uses manual methods both in data recording and recapitulation. This causes several problems that often become obstacles in the PKK administrative process in Tambangan Village, namely there is often scattered data, writing errors, recapitulation of the amount of data that is less accurate and the reporting process is complicated, causing the administrative process to take a long time and information that is incomplete. produced less accurate and inappropriate in the field. This study aims to create a PKK information system in Tambangan Village that can be used to manage data and information for dawis groups, PKK members, PKK activities, the presence of PKK members and Posyandu activities. The results of the questionnaire test from the use of the PKK information system that was built were measured using a Likert scale and the results were 92% with a very satisfied category.

In the process of distributing electricity from the generator to the consumer, it goes through many processes and passes through several parts. Starting from the electric power distribution system, one of which is the distribution system. Considering that the scope of this distribution network is directly related and is located in an inhabited area, in addition to meeting technical quality requirements, it must also meet the requirements for being safe for users and familiar with the environment. In this distribution system there is a very important equipment in distributing electric power, namely the distribution substation. Because of the important role of the distribution substation, it must be protected from disturbances that may occur. One of them is the load imbalance between phases. In practice and in reality, in various locations of electric power distribution, a completely balanced load condition is obtained, mainly because of the large number of single-phase load groups that are serviced by a low-voltage three-phase distribution system. This is because the characteristics and types of electrical power user equipment vary with different consumer conditions and activities. To obtain load balance, load balancing is carried out between phases for load distribution so that load adjustments occur at distribution substations.

The government continues to strive for the availability of vaccines through multilateral and bilateral schemes to meet the current stock and maintain the vaccination rate in accordance with the existing vaccine stock (Widyawati, 2021). Tlagomas Urban Village, Lokwaru District, has a population of 19,826 (Central Bureau of Statistics Malang City, 2020). Of this population, not all of them have been vaccinated. So that the urban village government seeks accelerated vaccination programs, one of which is the implementation of a mass vaccine program. The purpose of this community service activity is to help implement the second dose of mass vaccine in Tlogomas Urban Village, Malang City. The methods used in this program are planning and preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The result of this activity is the availability of infrastructure and vaccine implementing officers as well as the implementation of the second mass vaccine activity in Tlogomas Urban Village, Malang City with a total number of 988 participants. The flow of vaccine activities includes registration, screening history and simple physical examination, administering vaccines and recording.

The purpose of this community research is to increase community understanding of the concept of trading goods in the domestic market through the digital economy so that there is an increase in income to the community in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency. The specific target of this community research is that the village community knows the concept of trading goods in the domestic market and the digital economy, for example in the traditional market closest to the settlement and the village area markets, and how the trade can expand its marketing network. The materials to be presented in this research are: Domestic market goods trading and the digital economy are related to increasing community income through community knowledge and skills related to the prices of agricultural products and home industry business products that will be traded throughout the village and urban areas. From this research, it is hoped that the community in Kota Pari Village, Pantai Cermin Subdistrict, Serdang Bedagai Regency, can know and understand the impact of domestic market trade in goods, such as the selling price of agricultural products, home industry business products, or other business products to increase the community's income.
