Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kegiatan yang menimbulkan kecelakaan kerja sesuai dengan tingkatan risiko serta mengetahui cara pengendalian untuk menurunkan nilai risiko tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dan dengan metode kuisioner. Populasi dari penelitian ini ialah seluruh pekerja dan pengawas dalam proyek terkait. Menggunakan teknik non random sampling yang menghasilkan sejumlah 10 responden sebagai sampel. Teknik analisis data menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Terdapat sebanyak 14 pekerjaan dengan total 114 item risiko pekerjaan. Setelah dilakukan pengendalian pada masing-masing item risiko, didapatkan perubahan nilai risiko yang semula terdapat 110 item resiko tingkat rendah dan 4 item risiko tingkat sedang menjadi 112 item risiko tingkat rendah dan 2 item risiko tingkat sedang. Sedangkan pada tingkat risiko tinggi dan ekstrim tidak terdefinisikan oleh item risiko dalam penelitian ini. Metode pengendalian yang dapat dilakukan untuk menurunkan nilai risiko yaitu aspek pengendalian terhadap pekerja, komunikasi, serta pengendalian terhadap alat dan lokasi kerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan SOP K3 yang baik dan benar dapat meminimalisir kecelakaan kerja. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengambil populasi dan sampel dengan jangkauan yang lebih luas untuk mendapatkan sampel yang lebih banyak dan beragam.

One of the museums found in Bali is Subak museum in Tabanan Regency. The establishment of this Museum aims to preserve the traditional institution called Subak as a noble national cultural heritage, and to introduce to the younger generation and foreign tourists about the unique traditional irrigation system in Bali. Lack of supporting facilities in delivering information, making tourists who visit Subak Museum have minimal information. The solution needed in Subak museum is an Android-based E-Tourism application that is supported by Qr-Code technology so as to provide an interesting presentation of data. In making this application using the development of the Waterfall method and designed using the Unified Modeling Language (UML) with the Java programming language for Android and PHP for web services, and MySQL as a database. So that produced an android-based system in Subak museum Tabanan Regency. Based on the results of the tests carried out it can be concluded that the black box testing system functions have been running according to the planning. Then the result of the testing of users using questionnaires generated Application Benefits scores 90.8%, Ease of 86.93%, Interface 82% and Content 90.2%.

The management of tourist attractions and public facilities has undergone a significant transformation in recent years in line with technological developments. Previously, management was carried out manually by involving a lot of labor and human resources to maintain and manage its operations. However, digitalization has changed the way management is more efficient and organized. Digital-based systems are now widely applied to facilitate visitor access while increasing the effectiveness of tourist attraction management.  Digitalization aims to create a mutually beneficial relationship between managers and visitors through an optimally designed system. This study aims to analyze the design and design of the digital management system applied to Dalegan Beach in Gresik Regency, East Java. This system is expected to be able to simplify the administrative process, improve the visitor experience, and optimize the management of existing resources. Through a systematic approach, this research explores the functional and technical needs to create effective technology-based solutions. The implementation of this system is expected to be an example of the application of digitalization in the management of other tourist attractions, so that it can support the development of the tourism sector and increase competitiveness in an increasingly competitive industry.

Potensi besar di Desa Sajau Hilir ini terletak pada sektor pertanian, khususnya produksi padi sebagai komoditas unggulan masyarakat setempat. Namun, aktivitas pertanian menghasilkan limbah berupa sekam padi dalam jumlah cukup besar. Mengolah sekam padi menjadi briket memberikan manfaat besar secara ekonomi dan lingkungan. Proses ini menambah nilai pada limbah sekam padi yang sebelumnya tidak termanfaatkan, menciptakan peluang usaha baru bagi masyarakat. Kegiatan sosialisasi ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan pengetahuan masyarakat Desa Sajau Hilir tentang manfaat dan potensi sekam padi sebagai bahan baku briket. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat di Desa Sejau Hilir dengan tema "Pemanfaatan Limbah Sekam Padi sebagai Briket" dilaksanakan melalui metode sosialisasi dan pembekalan materi. Sosialisasi pemanfaatan sekam padi memberikan dampak positif di Desa Sajau Hilir dalam hal pemahaman, kesadaran, dan keterampilan masyarakat. Melalui kegiatan ini, masyarakat yang sebelumnya tidak memiliki pengetahuan tentang potensi pengolahan limbah sekam padi kini memiliki wawasan baru tentang potensi energi alternatif dan manfaat ekonomi. Program ini tidak hanya mendorong penggunaan energi yang lebih berkelanjutan, tetapi juga memberikan peluang untuk menumbuhkan jiwa kewirausahaan warga desa yang dapat berkontribusi pada peningkatan ekonomi desa.

The library management information system for SMP Negeri 2 Solear has been successfully implemented. Purpose of creating this information system is to make it easier for members to see the list of available books and borrow books easily, namely online, and to help admin staff in managing book, member and book borrowing data. This information system has two views, namely the user page and the admin page. On the user page, users can register as library members, see available books, and can borrow the books they want. On the admin page, the admin can add, subtract and manage book data, view members' borrowing history, and can see the number of books available. This application was created using PHP and MySQL programming languages, the writing method used was System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), system design used Unified Modeling Language (UML), and system display design used Dia Diagram. It is hoped that with this information system users and admins can access the system anywhere and anytime via the internet. And users don't need to come to the library just to see the availability of the books they want to borrow. Apart from that, admin work can be lighter without taking notes manually.

This research aims to determine the effect of the human development index and economic growth on unemployment and poverty in Aceh. This research uses secondary data with a time series of 2013-2022 with the scope of Jogjakarta province. This research model uses a path analysis model using the Eviews application. The results of this research show that the number of labor force directly has a positive and insignificant effect on the level of poverty. The human development index directly has a negative and significant effect on the poverty level The number of labor force directly has a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate. The human development index directly has a positive and significant effect on unemployment. The poverty level directly has a positive and insignificant effect on the unemployment rate. Indirectly, the number of labor force has a negative and insignificant effect on unemployment through poverty. Indirectly, the human development index has a negative and insignificant effect on unemployment through poverty.

Current technological advances have made the need for information technology very necessary. With the existence of web-based geographic information system technology, it can help PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk Prabumulih City Branch to digitize every Indibiz customer and target area for Indibiz products. The aim of this research is to create a web-based Indibiz customer mapping information system and to improve technician performance in matters concerning Indibiz. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, the Waterfall method as a system development method and UML as a design tool. The application was built using a website with the php programming language, a mysql database, and printing data using pdf files.

Manajemen inventaris bahan baku yang efisien sangat penting bagi kelangsungan operasional Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM), khususnya di industri kuliner. Artikel ini membahas penerapan metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) dan Reorder Point (ROP) dalam manajemen inventaris bahan baku di Moon Cafe, salah satu UMKM di kota Batam. EOQ digunakan untuk menentukan jumlah pemesanan yang optimal, sehingga biaya pemesanan dan penyimpanan bahan baku dapat diminimalkan. Sementara itu, ROP berfungsi untuk menentukan titik pemesanan ulang bahan baku agar tidak terjadi kekurangan atau kelebihan stok. Melalui analisis data historis konsumsi bahan baku, penerapan metode ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional Moon Cafe, mengurangi pemborosan biaya, serta meningkatkan ketersediaan bahan baku secara tepat waktu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan EOQ dan ROP, Moon Cafe dapat mengoptimalkan proses pengadaan bahan baku, mengurangi biaya penyimpanan, serta memastikan kelancaran produksi dan pelayanan. Madrasah Tsanawiyah Azzidin Medan is a junior high school in Medan Denai District that promotes not only through manual media, but also through social media. However, during the period of 2023, the number of students who want to attend Madrasah Tsanawiyah Azzidin has decreased from 85 students in 2022 to 73 students in 2023. This is because there are still many teachers, education staff and school marketing staff who are unable to convey good and positive communication to prospective consumers through e-wom facilities, so they are less able to give a positive impression when conducting promotions. As a result, promotions with e-wom have not been utilized optimally, which makes parents of students as consumers unable to communicate carefully every message and positive impression through the school, because they still prioritize manual promotions, so that many of these prospective consumers have not been moved, so they decide not to attend Madrasah Tsanawiyah Aidin Medan Denai so that training and teaching are needed regarding the implementation of e-WOM. The method of implementing this training is done by conducting lecture methods, as well as through real presentations and simulations in implementing e-WOM applications on social media to carry out promotional activities in order to increase the number of students attending Madrasah Tsanawiyah Azzidin Medan. From the results of community service in the form of training on implementing e-WOM marketing applications, it can be seen that 37 education personnel, teachers and marketing personnel at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Azzidin Medan can improve their ability to implement the use of e-WOM applications when conducting promotions to increase the number of students who will attend Madrasah Tsanawiyah Azzidin Medan.

Bisnis franchise berkembang sangat pesat beberapa tahun terakhir ini membuka peluang bagi masyarakat untuk memajukan perekonomian di Indonesia, peluang tersebut membutuhkan proses, pengaturan dan pembatasan. Bisnis franchise mulai merambah di Indonesia, antara lain bidang perdagangan dan jasa seperti pendidikan, perhotelan dan kesehatan, akan tetapi yang paling banyak diminati terutama bisnis kuliner. Perkembangan bisnis franchise yang banyak diminati oleh para pebisnis di Indonesia adalah brand franchise dari luar negeri, karena brand luar negeri telah dikenal, lebih menjanjikan dari segi bisnis dan lebih memberikan kepastian hukum bagi franchisor maupun franchisee. Salah satu yang sangat penting dalam bisnis franchise adalah perjanjian antara kedua belah pihak yaitu franchisor sebagai pemilik brand dan franchisee sebagai pelaksana dalam perjanjian franchise tersebut. Kedua belah pihak masing-masing mempunyai hak dan kewajiban dalam menjalankan bisnis franchise sehingga terjadi keseimbangan yang tentunya akan menghasilkan bisnis yang luar biasa. Franchisor sebagai pemilik brand atau merek yang sudah mumpuni di bidangnya dan teruji dalam menjalankan bisnisnya memberikan lisensi kepada franchisee untuk menggunakan merek barang atau jasa dalam jangka waktu tertentu dan pembayaran sejumlah uang yang disebut royalty kepada franchisor, dan franchisee berhak untuk mendapatkan standard pengoperasian bisnis yang akan diajarkan oleh franchisor dan memperoleh bimbingan secara terus menerus agar bisnis dapat berjalan dengan baik.

Kajian Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Terapan 2024 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kesediaan membayar (Willingness to Pay/WTP) masyarakat terhadap layanan air bersih dari PDAM di Kelurahan Garuntang, Kota Bandar Lampung. Metode yang digunakan meliputi pengumpulan data primer melalui kuesioner untuk menghitung kebutuhan air domestik serta faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi WTP. Untuk menentukan sampel penelitian yaitu dengan menggunakan tabel Krejcie and Morgan, didapat jumlah sample dalam penelitian ini sesuai dengan tabel Krejcie and Morgan yaitu sebesar 63 sample. Dari 63 responden yang terlibat, hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar masyarakat bersedia membayar untuk layanan air bersih, dengan porsi dominan berada di rentang Rp.40.000 - Rp.60.000 (39,7%) dan Rp.61.000 - Rp.80.000 (39,7%). Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya layanan air bersih dan memberikan wawasan bagi PDAM dalam penetapan tarif serta meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

The manual payment system for Education Development Contributions (SPP) and student savings at SMP Putra Bangsa faces various obstacles, such as recording errors, loss of proof of payment, and difficulty tracking transaction history. This study aims to develop a web-based information system to overcome these problems. The research method involves needs analysis, system design using the Unified Modeling Language (UML), and web-based implementation. The results show that the designed system can simplify the transaction process, improve recording accuracy, and provide transparent access for students, homeroom teachers, and administration. This system is also able to produce real-time financial reports to support management decision making.

This study aims to design the VoksEat website as a food delivery service platform targeted at students of the IPB Vocational School. The methodology employed is the prototype method, allowing iterative design based on user needs. The research process began with identifying requirements through interviews and observations, followed by creating an initial prototype using design tools such as Figma and testing the prototype to gather user feedback. Object-oriented modeling with the Unified Modeling Language (UML) approach was utilized to ensure a well-organized system structure, including diagrams such as use case, activity, and class diagrams. The results indicate that the prototype method is effective in producing a functional website design that aligns with user needs. The VoksEat website features ordering guides, restaurant recommendations, and an integrated order form that provides users with easy access. This study contributes to developing a locally-based digital solution to meet student needs and enriches the literature on applying the prototype method in web-based information system development.

Reported of lost and found items at Unkartur was still done conventionally. Campus residents usually reported to security regarding the loss they experienced. However, the process of reporting and searching for lost items required a lot of time, energy, and money. Therefore, this study aimed to design a system for reporting lost and found items, especially in the Unkartur campus environment. The methods used in this study were Unified Modeling Language (UML) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD). This system was useful in managing lost and found item data to be more structured and efficient. The results of the design of this Lost & Found system could be a solution in the process of searching for lost items and returning found items in the Unkartur campus environment.

Scheduling content on social media effectively and efficiently has become an important need for users, especially users who use social media as a tool to help run their business or organization. This research aims to design a user interface for a website-based social media scheduling application using the Rapid Application Development method and Unified Modeling Language (UML). This method was chosen because development can be done quickly through literacy that involves users so that it can fulfill everything needed to create an optimal system. The research stage begins with user interviews, and later this data will be used to develop an initial UI design prototype designed using Figma. UML is used to visualize the design model and also how the system will run later. This system is expected to help make posting social media content easier.

Information system is an important component of any institution, a proper information system could bring a lot of benefits. An example of this is the attendance system. Chinchin Production faced a difficult challenge of managing human resources because previously employees had to sign their attendance manually, which is proven to be inefficient. The solution to this challenge is a proper attendance system to replace the old manual attendance system. The development methodology used is Extreme Programming (XP). Extreme Programming (XP) is an Agile project management methodology that aims for speed and simplicity. The prototype is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a modelling tool to visualize the structure of the system, as well as Figma to design the User Interface (UI) of the system. This attendance system helps Chinchin Production in managing human resources.

The utilization of information technology in the business process of a business field will be very helpful in terms of transaction processing, data processing, data analysis, and data storage. Business processes that still do not use computer technology allow many obstacles to occur, such as errors in the process of recording transactions, errors in the calculation process, difficulties in the process of storing and processing data, difficulties in making reports, and so on. CV. Athaya is a medium-scale retail business. Where currently in carrying out its transaction activities it still uses manual methods. Calculations carried out manually are of course not very effective and efficient. In addition, processes carried out manually are prone to errors in the calculation process, take a long time to complete transactions, especially if there are consumers who purchase a lot of goods, have difficulty in compiling reports, have difficulty in the process of recapitulating transaction data, are prone to losing transaction data, and various other obstacles or difficulties. Based on these problems, the research conducted has the aim of creating a cashier system design at CV. Athaya using UML diagrams. The purpose of designing this cashier system is to provide an overview of the cashier system to be built to users, namely cashiers at CV. Athaya which can simplify the ongoing transaction process, increase effectiveness and efficiency in cashier work, facilitate data processing into reports desired by business owners, minimize calculation errors, and assist in the data storage process.

Kehamilan merupakan kondisi fisiologis yang sangat penting dalam kehidupan seorang wanita, namun kehamilan juga dapat menimbulkan berbagai risiko dan komplikasi, baik bagi ibu hamil maupun janin. Setiap tahun, sejumlah wanita meninggal dunia akibat masalah yang berkaitan dengan kehamilan, persalinan, atau komplikasi selama masa kehamilan. Komplikasi-komplikasi ini, baik yang bersifat fisiologis maupun patologis, dapat berpotensi meningkatkan AKI dan AKB. Oleh karena itu, deteksi dini terhadap faktor-faktor risiko kehamilan dan pemantauan kondisi ibu hamil sangat penting untuk menurunkan angka kematian tersebut. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mendeteksi potensi risiko pada ibu hamil adalah dengan menggunakan Kartu Skor Poedji Rochjati (KSPR).. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman ibu hamil tentang pentingnya deteksi dini faktor risiko selama kehamilan. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengisian KSPR pada 31 ibu hamil. Dari 31 ibu hamil yang mengikuti kegiatan ini, sebagian besar (58%) dalam kategori Kehamilan Risiko Tinggi (KRT), jumlah 18 orang.

Peneliitianl ini dibuatl untukl merespon keresahanl siswa terhadap rasa bosan yang dihadapi pada saat pembelajaran PPKn, sehingga berdaimpak pada haisil belajar yiang tidak dapat memenuhi kriteria ketuntasan minimal siswa. Tujuan penulisan skripsi ini adalah untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya pengaruh penggunaan media belajar film pendek terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelias XiI MAN 1 Surakiarta. Metode penielitian yaong digiunakan dailam peneliotian ini adoalah kuantitaitif denogan teknik pengumpulan data tes yang dilakukan pada siswa kelas XI F-1 dan XI F-10 denigan total jumlah siswa adalah 68 siswa. Hasil statistik yang telah dilakukan dengan uji Miann-Whitoney yaitu diperoleh niliai Asiymp.Sig (2-tailed) sebesar .000, sehingga berdasarkan data tersebut dapat dijelaskan bahwa H1 diteriima dan H0 diitolak koarena Asymp. Sig  .000 leibih ke[cil dairi taraf signiifikansi (ai) = 0,0i5. Kesiimpulan penelitian terhadap kelas XI MAN 1 Surakarta tersebut yaitu penggunaan film pendek memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadaip hasil beilajar PPKn dibandiingkan metode pembelajaran konvensional tanpa film pendek.
