The purpose of this research article is to find out the concept of Governance / Corporate social responsibility (CRS) and ethics in strategic management in the field of education. Corporate governance is a set of rules that govern the relationship between shareholders, managers, creditors, employees, and other stakeholders to balance their rights and obligations. Corporate social responsibility (CRS) is an activity carried out by companies as a form of supporting sustainable economic development through community or global empowerment. Management ethics is a process and effort in order to examine the truth about managerial practices that are used as guidelines for a person in carrying out and determining decisions in the organization. Ethics is not only necessary in social life, but in the world of management and business, ethics is also necessary in order for organizations to organize moral systems prepared to limit the actions of people. 

Religious moderation is one of the programs prioritized by the government to build a harmonious religious life within the framework of national and state life. Religious moderation based on the definition given by the ministry of religion through his book which he compiled entitled religious moderation means confidence in the essence of the teachings of the religion he adheres to, while continuing to share the truth as far as religious interpretation is concerned. Banking is a service industry that is very important in advancing the economy of a country. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of variable customer value, satisfaction and relational marketing on customer loyalty Priority Bank XYZ Main Branch Office Surabaya Cendana. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires, using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. There is an influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable, as evidenced by a significant value of 6,328.10-26 <0.05. Partially, the customer value variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, the customer satisfaction variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and the relationship marketing variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The most dominant variable is the relational marketing variable (X3) because the partial correlation value in the coefficients table is 62.29% greater than the partial correlation value of the other independent variables. customer value variables, customer satisfaction, and relationship marketing simultaneously have a significant effect on verified customer loyalty, customer value variables, customer satisfaction, and relationship marketing partially have a significant effect on proven customer loyalty and relationship marketing variables have a dominant influence on proven customer loyalty the truth. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran Truth Or Dare Math berbasis strategi heuristik dalam materi peluang pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Parindu yang mencapai tingkat kevalidan, kepraktisan, dan keefektifan. Penelitian ini menggunakan model rancangan pengembangan 4D, yang terdiri atas define (pendefinisian), design (perancangan), development (pengembangan), dan disseminate (penyebaran). Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII-1 SMP Negeri 1 Parindu sebanyak 30 orang siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah lembar validasi, angket, dan soal Posttest. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian pengembangan truth or dare math berbasis strategi heuristic terhadap kemampuan pemecahan masalah dalam materi peluang pada siswa kelas VIII SMP Negeri 1 Parindu tergolong valid, praktis, dan efektif untuk digunakan.

This study aims to determine the nature of the philosophy of education in the development of science based on local wisdom. The surrounding nature gives birth to local wisdom that is unique and is a potential in the development of science. Science or science which includes physics, chemistry, biology using scientific steps, scientific thinking, and using scientific frameworks. This is the beginning of the philosophy of science used to study, uncover, and solve scientific problems for human life. This study discusses the importance of a person in developing science based on local wisdom as a means of maintaining natural resources, culture, customs that exist in people's lives.

The land registration process requires certainty of the physical data of the land object as well as certainty of the juridical data of the land subject as well as the party providing information regarding the truth of land ownership. The Order for Termination of Investigation or hereinafter referred to as SP3 is the authority given attributively to criminal investigators. This paper intends to provide an analysis in terms of normative law regarding the validity of the termination of an investigation carried out based on reconciliation between the suspect and the complainant in the case of ordinary offenses. Research is a main means in developing a science and technology with the aim of revealing the existence of a truth both systematically, methodologically, and consistently through the research process as well as conducting analysis and construction of the data that has been processed and then concluded. Article 109 Paragraph (2) of Law Number 8 of 1981 concerning the Criminal Procedure Code (KUHAP) states that there are three conditions to stop an investigation of a criminal act. First, there is not enough evidence. Second, the act committed by the suspect is not a crime. Third, the investigation was stopped for the sake of law. The fact that the revocation of the police report resulted in the case being discontinued or terminated, as evidenced by the issuance of an Investigation Termination Order or SP3.

The research seeks to reveal the perspective of the truth about God, is library research with a philosophical inquiry approach. Primary data sources are from the Al-Qur'an and hadith, strengthened by secondary data from other literature, then analyzed for interpretation, comparison and reflection. The research resulted in the conclusion: Proving the truth of God is not only a topic of discussion for Western philosophers, but also Muslim philosophers and theologians, such as Muslim philosophers and theologians who were followers of the Mu'tazilah and al-Ash'ariyah. These two proofs confirm that God is real. In this way, the thoughts of Muslim philosophers increasingly strengthen the existence of the reality of God. By using descriptive qualitative research methods, the existing data were collected by watching and recording the main points of the film Bilal: A New Breed of Hero.
