Pelvic inflammatory disease is a reproductive system disorder in women that can be caused by viruses or bacteria. Pelvic inflammatory disease is an inflammatory process of the female genital organs in the pelvic cavity, namely the genital tract consisting of the uterus, fallopian tubes and surrounding areas including the peritoneum. It is caused by Neisseria gonorrhoeeae or Chlamidia trachomatis and may be the organism involved in bacterial vaginosis. Objective: This study aims to describe the risk factors for pelvic inflammatory disease experienced by women of childbearing age. Research methods; This study uses an analytical survey. The population in this study were all cases of GSR who were treated in hospitals. Andi Makkasau, Parepare City with a total of 247 people. The sampling technique was purposive sampling. The method of data collection in this study is secondary data, namely if the desired data collection is obtained from other people or other places and is not carried out by the researcher himself where in this study the researcher records the register number of patients with pelvic inflammation (PRP) obtained from the register book at the GSR treatment room or medical record. Then take the patient's status on the medical record at Andi Makkasau Hospital. After that, take the data and select the complete data based on the specified criteria. This study's objective was to develop an online reservation system for outpatients at Tk II Udayana Hospital's web-based cardiac polyclinic.   Methods: The study design used was the Pre Experimental Design method. Create an online registration system in the form of a web using the System Development Life Cycle or SDLC development stage. The samples used in this study were registration officers and patients using non-probability sampling technique with quota sampling. The instrument in this study used an observation checklist, stopwatch and also a questionnaire that was used, namely the usability USE questionnaire by Amond M Lund. Results: The study's usability test findings showed a percentage of 78.90%, which is considered "Eligible." The Outpatient Online Reservation System at the Web-based Cardiology Poly at Tk II Udayana Hospital is being used effectively, as shown by the Mann-Whitney Test findings, which have a significant value of 0.000 0.05. Conclusion: The study's findings show that the outpatient online reservation system at web-based cardiac polyclinics was successful in reducing waiting times and in making it easier for cardiac outpatients to make reservations online. The Mann-Whitney Test can be used to demonstrate this.

The onset of stretch Marks makes some people feel insecure. The author made a scrub made from gotu kola leaves. This study aims to determine how to make scrub leaves gotu kola, knowing the feasibility sensory test and knowing the condition of stretch marks after using scrub leaves gotu kola. This study was conducted by observation, interviews, questionnaires, experiments, documentation, and literature. The analysis used qualitative descriptive analysis. The manufacture of powder starts from the preparation of tools and materials, washing, weighing, drying, rarefaction, weighing dry leaves. The powder is taken to taste and mixed using olive oil. The product results are submitted to five expert validators to test the feasibility of the product using sensory tests. The feasibility of the product was tested by color averaging 4,7 in the very decent category, aroma averaging 4,1 in the decent category, texture averaging 4,1 in the decent category, ease of use averaging 3,9 in the moderately decent category, packaging averaging 4,9 in the very decent category. There is an improvement in the product that is more mashed powder, mixing powder using warm water and olive oil in a ratio of 1:2 and cooling scrub enough 5-10 minutes. Based on the results of the feasibility of the product can be concluded concluded that the product scrub leaves gotu kola feasible to be a new innovation in the manufacture of scrubs. In the current era of globalization, there are many problems with hair loss, dandruff, and unhealthy hair. Hair mask is one of the treatments to treat hair damage. Bitter gourd is known to have a bitter taste and has the benefit of reducing hair loss and dandruff, which is the main ingredient in making hair masks. The purpose of this study was to determine the manufacturing process, application method, and public acceptance of pare fruit hair masks to reduce hair loss and dandruff. The research methods used are literature, experiments, documentation, interviews and questionnaires. Making pare fruit hair mask with composition. stearic acid 20 g, liquid paraffin 40 ml, bitter melon juice 70 ml, menthol 0.5 g, TEA 3.5 ml, lime seed perfume 3.5 ml, nipagin 0.5 g. The use of hair masks is done 2 times a week, the use has been seen after use. The results of the public test to 41 respondents to determine the acceptance of the community. It can be concluded that pare fruit hair mask is effective in reducing hair loss and dandruff as an innovation of pare fruit in making hair masks. Need clinical trials and durability tests of bitter melon hair mask products to reduce hair loss and dandruff. The need for other efforts by diligently washing hair to reduce hair loss and dandruff.

Streptococcus mutans naturally occurs in the human oral cavity, is a microorganism that plays an important role in the initiation of dental caries. One of the efforts to prevent dental caries is the use of natural ingredients that contain antibacterial substances that can interfere with the growth or kill bacteria. Nutmeg is a natural ingredient that has antibacterial properties. Bioactive compounds in nutmeg seeds have antibacterial properties. This research aimed to determine the formulation and concentration of nutmeg seed extract which has antibacterial activity against Streptococcus mutans. The type of research used is a laboratory experiment with a post test only group design. The treatment group used purified extract of nutmeg seeds with concentrations of 25%, 20%, 15%, 10%, 7.5%, 5.0%, 2.5%, 1.25%, the positive control group used mouthwash I, T and L. The test was carried out three repetitions at each concentration, then the inhibition zone was measured using the well diffusion method. Antibacterial activity testing was carried out using the well method, the data were analyzed using the Shapiro-Wilk test, the Levene test, the one way annova test and the PST hock test. Obtained the average inhibition of nutmeg seeds against Streptococcus mutans at a concentration of 25% (18.33 mm). 20% concentration (17.16 mm), 15% concentration (16.16 mm), 10% concentration (14.66 mm), 7.5% concentration (13.33 mm), 5% concentration (6.66 mm ), the concentration of 2.5% (2.6 mm) and the smallest concentration of 1.25% had no inhibition (0 mm), while in the control group I (4 mm), T (3 mm) and L (2 mm). The higher the concentration of purified extract of nutmeg seeds, the higher the antibacterial activity against Streptococcus mutans. further research on the concentration of nutmeg seed extract preparations was carried out in vivo tests on experimental animals in order to obtain purified extract preparations of nutmeg seeds that are safe and can be an alternative choice in maintaining oral health.

Background: Restaurant workers are a profession that complains neck pain due to high intensity, lifting heavy loads, often using wrong postures while working. Physiotherapy interventions such as education using leaflets, stretching and education about correct posture while working, can be given to increase knowledge and prevent pain progression. Purpose: To provide education related to neck pain with physiotherapy treatment for the Rumah Makan Pangeran Kota Jambi workers. Method: This activity is community service which held on January, 5-6th 2022. Results: After being given education, there is an increased understanding of neck pain in the Rumah Makan Pangeran Kota Jambi workers, and there is a decrease in level of pain felt, whether it is static pain or tenderness after being given stretching. Conclusion: The provision of education and treatment of physiotherapy can reduce complaints and increase understanding regarding neck pain in the Rumah Makan Pangeran Kota Jambi workers.

However, ironically, the family becomes a source of threat and unrest for children, because of the wrong treatment given by parents to children. Objective: Relationship between the level of understanding and compliance of pregnant women regarding the importance of ANC examinations with Implementing the Covid-19 Health Protocol in the Rumbia Pueskesmas Work Area, Rumbia District, Jeneponto Regency. The type of research used is a cross sectional study. The sample was 39 pregnant women who visited ANC in the working area of ​​the Rumbia Health Center, Rumbia District, Jeneponto Regency. The results of the research show that there is a relationship between pregnant women's compliance regarding the importance of ANC examinations and implementing the Covid-19 health protocol in the Rumbia Pueskesmas work area, Rumbia District, Jeneponto Regency with a p value = 0.000 < α 0.05, there is a relationship between the level of understanding of pregnant women about the importance of ANC examinations. by implementing the Covid-19 health protocol in the Rumbia Pueskesmas work area, Rumbia District, Jeneponto Regency with a p value = 0.000 < α 0.05. Life inside a correctional institution is of course different from life outside a correctional institution. Many things are impossible to do freely in it. Status as inmates will at least affect the quality and quantity of behavior and interactions between fellow inmates, which of course can affect the meaning of their lives. The purpose of this activity is to provide an understanding of the inmates of the Makassar Class 1 Penitentiary regarding the steps and efforts that can be taken to increase the meaning of life. The implementation method used is through a psychoeducational approach. Psychoeducation is a form of providing education or training to a person or group of people, which aims to provide treatment and rehabilitation. The participants who were included in this psychoeducation activity were 20 people who were fostered by the correctional institution. The provision of pre-test to the inmates of the correctional institution was carried out to measure the level of knowledge and understanding of participants about the meaning of life, and after the provision of psychoeducational material, it was continued with the provision of a post-test to measure whether there was a difference in scores between the pretest and posttest obtained. The results obtained after the provision of psychoeducational materials showed that there was an increase in knowledge and understanding of the meaning of life in the inmates of the correctional institution, which was indicated by an increase in the posttest score when compared to the pretest score that had been previously measured. It can be concluded that the psychoeducational activities carried out are effective in providing knowledge and understanding of the efforts that can be taken by inmates to increase the meaning of their lives while in the Makassar Class 1 Correctional Institution.

This research is entitled "Budget Analysis and Realization of Regional Expenditures for the Health Office of North Sumatra Province during the Covid-19 Pandemic". This study aims to analyze budget control and regional expenditure realization at the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office and prove whether regional budget funds have been realized efficiently. This research was conducted using descriptive research methods. The data collection technique in this study is in the form of documentation, and the data used is secondary data. The results of the research that has been done show that controlling or refocusing regional budget funds at the North Sumatra Provincial Health Office for the 2020 and 2021 Fiscal Years is less effective in increasing the efficiency of budget realization by looking at the ≥ 90% efficiency level of budget realization. This is because the government focuses on controlling and handling Covid-19 through programs to fulfill individual health efforts and public health efforts, programs to increase the capacity of human resources for health, and programs to support provincial government affairs with activities such as conducting outreach to the public about the dangers of Covid-19, by implementing health and vaccination protocols and increasing medical personnel for the prevention and treatment of Covid-19.

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian komparatif dengan metode quasi experiment. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan hasil belajar Teorema Pythagoras siswa dalam dua kelas. Kelas yang pertama disebut Kelas Eksperimen dengan perlakuan (treatment) adalah model pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah, sedangkan kelas kedua disebut Kelas Kontrol dengan perlakuan adalah model Pembelajaran Langsung. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilaksanakan di kelas VIII SMP Negeri 5 Tabukan Utara, diperoleh perbedaan hasillbelajar siswa  yang signifikan antara siswa yang menggunakan modellPembelajaran Berbasis Masalah dengan siswa yang menggunakan model Pembelajaran Langsung. Rata-rata data post-test yang terkumpul dari Kelas Eksperimen, yaitu   lebih dari  rata-rata data post-test di Kelas Kontrol yang hanya .

Background: Anxiety is a normal response in the face of stress which is characterized by feelings of fear accompanied by somatic signs. The patient's anxiety in the MRI examination arises because he knows he will receive medical treatment related to the use of radiation that will cause adverse effects that cause infertility or cancer. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of music therapy in reducing anxiety when undergoing an MRI examination. Method: The design of this study used a posttest only intervention group design. The study was conducted on 18 July – 12 August 2022 in the MRI Room of the Bali Mandara Hospital, Bali Province. The sample was 72 people who were divided into 2 intervention and control groups. The inclusion criteria of this study were patients with head first examination position, age above 18 years. Exclusion criteria were patients with decreased consciousness, hearing loss and weight above 150 kg. The research instrument used the MRI-AQ questionnaire, and the Mann Whitney statistical test. Result: The results showed that most of the respondents were 46-55 years old (33.3%), most of the MRI examinations were Lumbo sacral type (54.2%), and the level of anxiety was mostly mild (91.6%). The results of the normality test of data <0.05 so that the data is not normally distributed. The Mann Whitney test was conducted to determine the effect of music therapy and obtained p = 0.001 indicating there was a significant difference between the intervention group and the control group. Conslusion: The intervention of providing music therapy to patients undergoing MRI examination has an effect in reducing patient anxiety, especially in patients undergoing MRI examination. Music makes the examination more pleasant for the patient. Music causes positive changes in the environment and distracts from the examination, relaxing the patient.

Petai (Parkia speciosa Hassk) is a horticultural plant as a vegetable that is beneficial for health. Petai can help treat digestion to help neutralize stomach acid. Petai has a fairly high nutritional content, namely vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, and iron so it is necessary to make efforts to cultivate petai plants as a business opportunity. Petai trees grow and develop in Kenayan village, namely on vacant village treasury land, cliff land and yard. This service aims to increase the knowledge of farmers in the cultivation of petai. Service activities are carried out using a participatory method. The service activities were carried out 4 times, namely counseling on petai cultivation related to the provision of plant materials, care, harvesting and post-harvest, socialization about the propagation of petai plants by grafting, handing over assistance of a number of grafted petai seeds in the hope of fruiting more quickly and assistance in socialization about petai cultivation. Public knowledge about petai cultivation and how to propagate petai by grafting has increased. Grafting is one way to improve the quality of plants by attaching a piece of tree bark with buds from the scion to a slice of the bark of another tree from the rootstock so that it grows together to form a new plant. Planting petai in the yard of the house is an alternative as an herbal treatment to improve health and increase family income.

Stereotypes and abnormal behaviour (SAB) exhibited by long-tailed macaques (LTMs) have attracted the attention of behavioural study, although caused by many factors. Mostly found in captivity, it can also occur in the natural environment. This study aims to review several scientific articles on SAB in LTMs, as well as for environmental enrichment conditions. This study used a web-based survey to collect all scientific publications related to SAB in LTMs with a statistical correlation test to determine the cost of individuals' needs as an animal model for the research and the regression test to determine the effects of the number of individuals observed, as well as SAB types in LTMs. This study used two variables: the number of individuals and SAB types and sorted by rank. The statistical correlation result shows that the cost of individuals' needs as an animal model for the research and publication's year is positive correlate. The regression test result shows that the total number of individuals observed is significantly different (p-value<0.05, one-tailed) between SAB types. The primary goal of stimulating environmental enrichment is to give pleasant options for animals based on the treatment object in the study supplied while emphasising animal welfare and promoting research effectiveness.

Nerve mobilization can reduce the pressure in the nerves so that there is an increase in blood flow to the nerves, which can have a regenerative and healing effect on injured nerves (Butler, 1991). Nerve mobilization is often used as a form of diagnosis and treatment for musculoskeletal conditions with nerve involvement (Butler, 1991). Nerve mobilization in the Lower Limb Tension Test (LLTT) is carried out at the branches of the Brachial plexus such as the radial nerve, median nerve and ulnar nerve. But here the author only discusses LLTT in the ishiadic nerve, namely LLTT 1 which is related to lower back pain. The aim is to determine physiotherapy management and the effect of Ultrasoundtherapy therapy and nerve mobilization using the LLTT 1 method in cases of lower back pain on reducing pain and increasing the functional ability of the hand. Two group pre test and post test method. RESEARCH PLACE: Physiotherapy clinic, RSU Sidoarjo. TIME: Measuring instrument: Visual Analouge Scale (VAS). Results: treatment using the Mann-Whtney test. With confidence interval (CI) (95%) The results of the study revealed that there was a significant difference in pain in group 1 (p = 0.00) and group 2 (p = 0.00). But there was no significant difference between the two groups in pain improvement (p = 0.152), so there was no better treatment between the two groups. Conclusion: It is concluded that ULTT is useful in treating CTS patients to reduce pain in two groups. The targeted outcomes are publications in national journals indexed by Sinta and HAKI. Liquid organic fertilizer from goat urine is a fertilizer that dissolves easily in the soil and carries important elements for soil fertility. Fertilizers an important role in increasing crop yields, especially in soils with low nutrient content. The aim of the study was to obtain the optimum dose of goat urine liquid organic fertilizer for cucumber growth and to obtain the optimum dose of goat urine liquid organic fertilizer for cucumber yield. This study used a completely randomized design  method and the treatment was goat urine liquid organic fertilizer (POC) consisting of 5 treatments, namely 0 ml/liter water, 50 ml/liter water, 100 ml/liter water, 150 ml/liter water, and 200 ml/liter of water. The administration of goat urine liquid organic fertilizer at a concentration of 200 ml/liter of water affected the cucumber growth variables, namely plant height, number of leaves, flowering age, and harvest age. Administration of goat urine liquid organic fertilizer at a concentration of 200 ml/liter of water affected the yield variables of cucumbers, namely number of fruit, fruit weight per fruit, fruit diameter, and fruit length.
