Kemacetan lalu lintas di kawasan Ampera–Cinde Kota Palembang masih menjadi persoalan transportasi perkotaan yang belum terselesaikan secara optimal. Tingginya penggunaan kendaraan pribadi serta belum maksimalnya integrasi transportasi publik menyebabkan kepadatan arus lalu lintas terus meningkat, terutama pada jam sibuk. Meskipun Kota Palembang telah memiliki layanan Light Rail Transit (LRT), keberadaan transportasi publik tersebut belum sepenuhnya mampu mengurangi dominasi kendaraan pribadi karena layanan angkutan pengumpan (feeder) masih menghadapi berbagai keterbatasan, seperti jumlah armada yang terbatas, cakupan rute yang belum merata, serta belum optimalnya sinkronisasi layanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis permasalahan implementasi kebijakan transportasi publik dan merumuskan alternatif kebijakan yang efektif dalam mengurangi kemacetan di kawasan Ampera-Cinde Kota Palembang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi lapangan, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Analisis dilakukan menggunakan teori  evaluasi kebijakan William N. Dunn. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan utama terletak pada keterbatasan armada feeder, rendahnya integrasi transportasi publik, belum optimalnya implementasi kebijakan, serta tingginya ketergantungan masyarakat terhadap kendaraan pribadi. Berdasarkan evaluasi alternatif kebijakan, penguatan layanan feeder melalui penambahan armada dan perluasan rute dinilai sebagai alternatif paling efektif dalam meningkatkan aksesibilitas transportasi publik serta mendorong peralihan masyarakat menuju transportasi umum. Kebijakan tersebut diharapkan mampu mengurangi tingkat kemacetan dan mendukung sistem transportasi perkotaan yang lebih efisien dan berkelanjutan di Kota Palembang.

Pelanggaran jam operasional kendaraan bertonase besar di kawasan Simpang Patal Kota Palembang masih sering terjadi dan menyebabkan kemacetan, risiko kecelakaan, serta kerusakan jalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis alternatif kebijakan yang paling tepat untuk penertiban mobil barang di kawasan tersebut. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan studi literatur. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman, sedangkan evaluasi kebijakan menggunakan pendekatan Multi-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) berdasarkan kriteria William N. Dunn. Terdapat tiga alternatif kebijakan yang dianalisis, yaitu mempertahankan kebijakan yang berlaku (status quo), revisi Perwali Nomor 26 Tahun 2019 dan implementasi Electronic Traffic Law Enforcement (ETLE), serta penyediaan kantong parkir (holding area) di kawasan Pelabuhan Sungai Lais. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa alternatif penyediaan kantong parkir (holding area) memperoleh skor tertinggi sebesar 91 dengan rata-rata 4,55 sehingga dinilai paling optimal dalam mengurangi pelanggaran, kemacetan, dan risiko kecelakaan serta mendukung transportasi perkotaan yang lebih tertib dan berkelanjutan.

Pesatnya kemajuan teknologi digital telah mempercepat adopsi *Internet of Things* (IoT) dalam berbagai aspek kehidupan sehari-hari. IoT memungkinkan perangkat fisik untuk berkomunikasi dan bertukar data melalui konektivitas internet, sehingga proses menjadi lebih otomatis, efisien, dan responsif. Studi ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pemanfaatan IoT dalam meningkatkan efisiensi kehidupan sehari-hari melalui pendekatan tinjauan pustaka. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah *Systematic Literature Review* (SLR), yang mengkaji dan menyintesis temuan dari berbagai studi terdahulu mengenai penerapan IoT di berbagai sektor, seperti rumah pintar (*smart home*), layanan kesehatan, transportasi, pertanian, dan pemantauan lingkungan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa IoT berkontribusi signifikan terhadap peningkatan efisiensi operasional, penghematan energi, perbaikan proses pengambilan keputusan, serta peningkatan kenyamanan pengguna. Terlepas dari berbagai manfaat tersebut, masih terdapat sejumlah tantangan, termasuk keamanan data, masalah privasi, interoperabilitas antarperangkat, biaya implementasi, dan ketergantungan pada infrastruktur internet yang stabil. Temuan studi ini menunjukkan bahwa IoT telah menjadi salah satu teknologi kunci yang mendukung transformasi digital dan peningkatan kualitas hidup. Pengembangan di masa mendatang diharapkan berfokus pada penguatan aspek keamanan, perluasan standar interoperabilitas, dan integrasi kecerdasan buatan (*artificial intelligence*) guna memaksimalkan efektivitas penerapan IoT dalam aktivitas sehari-hari.

Online transportation has become an essential component of modern urban mobility, significantly transforming the way people travel while creating new challenges related to service quality, safety, customer satisfaction, sustainability, and its impact on conventional public transportation. This study aims to examine the development of research on online transportation through a bibliometric analysis combined with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR). Data were collected from the Scopus database using the keyword "Online Transportation" and filtered using the PRISMA framework, resulting in 90 eligible articles for analysis. The bibliometric analysis was conducted using VOSviewer to identify publication trends, leading contributing countries, author affiliations, journal sources, and the most frequently occurring keywords. The findings reveal that research on online transportation remains relatively limited despite showing a gradual increase in recent years. Indonesia emerged as the country with the highest number of publications, followed by the United States, China, Japan, Malaysia, and the United Kingdom. Frequently occurring keywords indicate that online transportation research is commonly associated with traffic management, drivers, passenger safety, customer satisfaction, service quality, employment, and user loyalty. These findings suggest substantial opportunities for future studies, particularly in the areas of regulatory frameworks, sustainable transportation, traffic safety, digital technology integration, and the development of intelligent transportation systems to support more efficient, inclusive, and sustainable urban mobility.

The rapid population growth in urban areas has caused various complex problems, such as congestion, air pollution, and the high use of private vehicles, so that it becomes a challenge in realizing sustainable cities and settlements. Public transportation is present as one of the solutions in overcoming these problems because it can increase community mobility and reduce negative impacts on the environment. This study aims to analyze the implementation of Mass Rapid Transit (MRT), Light Rail Transit (LRT), TransJakarta, and Electric Rail Trains (KRL) in supporting the achievement of SDGs 11 Sustainable Cities and Settlements. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach. The results show that the MRT and KRL contribute to efforts to reduce carbon emissions and congestion, TransJakarta excels in the aspect of cost affordability while the LRT plays a role in improving urban connectivity efficiently. Thus, public transportation palas an important role in realizing sustainable cities and settlements with the integration between modes of public transportation which is the main factor in supporting the achievement of SDGs 11 optimally.

Permasalahan Rute Kendaraan (Vehicle Routing Problem) bertujuan untuk meminimalkan biaya transportasi. Rute adalah serangkaian urutan dari depo menuju beberapa pelanggan kemudian kembali lagi ke depo. Adapun permasalahan normalnya dimodelkan dalam bentuk graf dengan bobot. Karena setiap ruas jalan memiliki jarak/biaya yang harus dikeluarkan ketika menempuh ruas tersebut maka diperlukan penyelesaian agar meminimalkan biaya transportasi ketika menempuh ruas-ruas jalan tersebut dengan tetap melayani semua pelanggan yang ada. Penelitian ini mengembangkan algoritma metaheuristik, khususnya algoritma genetika yang diimprovisasi dengan Route-Based Crossover dan 2-opt untuk meminimalkan total jarak pengiriman. Hasilnya menunjukkan solusi yang 3% lebih buruk dibandingkan algoritma koloni semut, namun 7% lebih baik daripada pencarian tabu.

Transportation plays an important role in supporting community mobility and enhancing socio-economic activities in urban areas. The increasing population growth and community activities in Sorong City have led to a higher demand for transportation modes. This study aims to identify the characteristics of transportation users in Kota Sorong and to analyze the probability of selecting different transportation modes using the Multinomial Logit (MNL) method. A quantitative approach was employed in this research. Questionnaires were distributed to 225 transportation users in Sorong City. The variables analyzed included gender, age, occupation, income, trip purpose, travel frequency, and reasons for choosing a transportation mode. The data were analyzed using multinomial logistic regression with SPSS software. The results indicate that transportation mode choice is influenced not only by socio-economic factors, but also by showed that income, trip purpose, travel frequency, and reasons for choosing the mode significantly influenced transportation mode choice, while gender, age, and occupation did not have significant effects. The probability analysis indicated that private vehicles had the highest probability of selection at 89.63%, followed by online transportation at 9.96%, and conventional motorcycle taxis at 0.41%. These findings imply that socio-economic and travel behavior factors strongly influence transportation mode preferences in Sorong City and may serve as a reference for future urban transportation planning and policy development.

Jaringan 5G, sebagai generasi kelima teknologi seluler, menyediakan kecepatan internet ultratinggi, latensi minimal, dan konektivitas superior dibandingkan pendahulunya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji evolusi, manfaat, serta hambatan implementasi 5G dalam berbagai domain kehidupan. Pendekatan metodologis yang diterapkan adalah studi pustaka (Library Research) dengan pengumpulan data dari literatur primer seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, dan artikel peer-reviewed. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan bahwa 5G menghasilkan dampak transformasional positif pada pendidikan (VRlearning), kesehatan (telesurgery), industri (Industry4.0), transportasi (V2X), dan smart city ecosystems. Meski demikian, deployasi 5G terkendala oleh biaya infrastruktur masif, keterbatasan device ecosystem, serta vulnerabilitas keamanan siber. Rekomendasi: Diperlukan integrasi advanced security frameworks dan dukungan infrastruktur policy-driven untuk optimalisasi adopsi dan sustainability jaringan 5G.

This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of the Trans Banten Program in supporting the development of public transportation in Serang City. The research uses qualitative methods with a case study approach. Data was collected through observation, interviews, documentation and literature study, then analyzed interactively. The research results show that the Trans Banten Program is quite effective in increasing community accessibility and mobility, especially towards areas of education, government and public services. This service also provides economic benefits through reduced transportation costs and is supported by facilities that are relatively comfortable and safe for users. In addition, the increase in the number of passengers shows the public's acceptance and need for public transportation. However, the effectiveness of the program is not yet optimal because there are still obstacles in the form of fleet limitations, inaccurate operational schedules, passenger density during peak hours, and limited service information. Therefore, it is necessary to improve service quality, add fleets, and strengthen information systems to support the sustainability and optimization of the Trans Banten Program as public transportation in Serang City.

The development of information technology encourages public service agencies to improve the quality of service through the use of integrated information systems. PERUM DAMRI Ende as a provider of passenger transportation services, still faces problems in delivering information on schedules, routes, fares, and vehicle data management that has not been optimally integrated, thus causing uncertainty for service users. This study aims to design and build a Passenger Transport Vehicle Information System at PERUM DAMRI Ende to improve fleet data management efficiency, route scheduling, and customer information access. The research method used is a case study with a qualitative descriptive approach. System development is carried out using the Waterfall method, which includes the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The system is built as a web-based application using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database, and tested using the Black-Box Testing method. The results of the study are expected to help PERUM DAMRI Ende manage vehicle and schedule data more effectively, improve service quality, and provide the public with greater convenience in obtaining passenger transportation information.

This study examines the legal accountability of the Board of Directors of PT. Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi in relation to ultra vires conduct, with particular reference to Court Ruling No. 439/Pdt.G/2011/PN.JKT.SEL. Employing a normative-doctrinal legal methodology supported by statutory and comparative analyses, this research investigates the standard of director liability within Indonesian company law and contrasts it with the English ultra vires framework. Indonesia's Limited Liability Company Act (Law No. 40 of 2007) establishes that directors bear full accountability for corporate actions performed within the boundaries set by the Articles of Association and prevailing regulations; any action exceeding such boundaries constitutes an ultra vires act that is void ab initio and non-binding upon the company. Research findings reveal that the directors of PT. Humpuss Intermoda Transportasi overstepped their authority when they issued the Linsen Corporate Guarantee and the Nelson Corporate Guarantee without the mandatory written consent of the Board of Commissioners, thereby contravening Article 13(1) of the Company's Articles of Association and Articles 92(1) and 97(2) of Law No. 40 of 2007. The South Jakarta District Court consequently imposed joint and several personal liability on the said directors. A comparative review discloses that Indonesia maintains a more rigid application of the ultra vires doctrine relative to England, whose Companies Act 2006 introduced a good-faith-based flexibility that effectively confines ultra vires liability to situations where directors act dishonestly and cause demonstrable corporate harm. Notwithstanding this divergence, the directors' actions in the present case would equally qualify as ultra vires under English law given the verified prejudice inflicted on the company.

This study examines the transportation management flow at PT Xpresindo Logistik Utama Medan Warehouse and its impact on delivery accuracy. The research method used a qualitative approach through direct observation and interviews with warehouse managers and operational staff. The results showed that the distribution flow from receiving goods from Jakarta to shipping to customers in Medan was quite effective, although it was still dominated by manual systems such as the use of Delivery Notes and Excel records. The use of the Monstra tracking application was not evenly distributed, so fleet movement information was not always updated in real time, especially when demand volume increased at the end of the month. To improve efficiency, the study recommended the implementation of a Transportation Management System (TMS), digitalization of barcode/QR code-based inventory processes, and a Key Performance Indicator (KPI) dashboard to monitor delivery timeliness and fleet utilization periodically.

Inovasi Pendidikan dan Anak Usia Dini 2026 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Pendidikan Indonesia

This study aims to examine how an online bajaj-based pick-up and drop-off service developed by a kindergarten is implemented. The bajaj application is considered an innovation in a community-based educational transportation system. The limitations of conventional pick-up and drop-off systems in providing optimal efficiency, transparency, and safety form the basis of this research. This study employed a qualitative approach using a case study method, with data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results indicate that the use of the online bajaj application improves service quality through features such as booking services, real-time location tracking,and notifications to parents, which enhance time efficiency, transparency, and a sense of security. Compared to commercial transportation services, the community-based service model allows for more controlled operational management. However, challenges such as low digital literacy among users, limited network infrastructure, and potential data security risks were also identified. Critically, this innovation contributes significantly to the development of the smart mobility concept in the education sector, although it still requires improvement in terms of system sustainability and user data protection.

The Community Service Program (PKM) collaboration organized by LLDikti Wilayah III represents a synergistic initiative among higher education institutions to support village digitalization based on the Smart Village Smart Governance concept. The program involved Universitas Nasional as the lead university, in collaboration with Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. HAMKA and Institut Transportasi dan Logistik Trisakti as partner institutions, and was implemented in Kademangan Village, Mande District, Cianjur Regency. The activity focused on developing and socializing the Kademangan.net village service website as a digital platform to enhance transparency and efficiency in public services, including access to village information, public complaints, and MSME promotion. The program began with a socialization session at the Village Hall involving village officials and residents, followed by field surveys at the local Posyandu and residents’ homes to identify community needs and preferences regarding digital services. The results indicate that village service digitalization improves accessibility and time efficiency for residents, although assistance is still needed for those less familiar with technology. Overall, this collaborative PKM initiative contributes to strengthening digital-based village governance and serves as a sustainable model of inter-university collaboration in empowering rural communities through information technology.

Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan Break Even Point dan margin kontribusi pada UMKM berbasis ekonomi biru dengan mengambil kasus UMKM "Dunia Laut" di Kedung Cowek, Surabaya. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi keuangan yang kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dengan validasi triangulasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa UMKM ini memiliki BEP yang tidak tetap, melainkan berubah-ubah mengikuti musim penangkapan ikan dan kondisi cuaca. Margin of safety berada dalam kondisi yang cukup rentan meskipun masih dalam batas aman, sedangkan degree of operating leverage tergolong tinggi yang berarti laba sangat sensitif terhadap perubahan volume penjualan. Strategi diversifikasi produk dengan margin kontribusi yang bervariasi antara 25-45% terbukti dapat menjaga stabilitas keuangan walaupun biaya transportasi meningkat pada saat cuaca buruk. Penelitian ini menemukan perbedaan mendasar antara UMKM maritim dengan UMKM konvensional, terutama dalam hal dinamika BEP dan struktur biaya operasional. Secara praktis, penelitian ini merekomendasikan penerapan sistem prediksi musiman untuk perencanaan produksi, optimalisasi portofolio produk, pembangunan kemitraan strategis dengan nelayan lokal, dan perlunya dukungan infrastruktur dari pemerintah. Dari sisi teoritis, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi pada literatur akuntansi manajemen dengan memperkenalkan konsep BEP dinamis khususnya pada sektor maritim.

Abstraksi Penelitian ini mengevaluasi bagaimana pengalaman pelanggan serta faktor kepercayaan memengaruhi loyalitas mahasiswa di Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 Semarang saat menggunakan aplikasi Gojek. Dengan desain survei kuantitatif dan instrumen skala Likert, data diolah menggunakan metode regresi linier berganda. Temuan riset mengonfirmasi bahwa interaksi layanan yang berkualitas dan kepercayaan terhadap sistem keamanan serta reliabilitas aplikasi menjadi pendorong utama komitmen penggunaan jangka panjang di kalangan mahasiswa. Penelitian ini melalui paradigma kuantitatif, mengumpulkan data dari responden terpilih melalui kuesioner. Analisis regresi berganda kemudian diterapkan untuk membedah pola hubungan sebab-akibat antara variabel yang diteliti. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pengalaman pelanggan berkontribusi secara positif terhadap pembentukan loyalitas. Selain itu, tingkat kepercayaan pengguna terhadap keamanan, konsistensi, dan keandalan layanan juga memperkuat komitmen penggunaan secara berkelanjutan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa interaksi layanan yang konsisten dan persepsi keandalan sistem menjadi determinan utama dalam mempertahankan loyalitas mahasiswa di tengah persaingan industri transportasi berbasis aplikasi. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya strategi peningkatan kualitas pengalaman layanan dan penguatan kepercayaan pengguna sebagai upaya membangun hubungan jangka panjang dengan pelanggan.

The transportation of tiger shrimp postlarvae (Penaeus monodon) in aquaculture practice is a critical stage as it may induce physiological stress that directly reduces survival rate. Salinity, as a water quality parameter closely associated with osmoregulatory processes, is a key determinant of success in closed wet system transportation. The present study was designed to examine how varying salinity concentrations influence the survival percentage of PL 10 tiger shrimp postlarvae subjected to closed wet transport conditions, as well as to identify the most suitable salinity range for such transport. A Completely Randomized Design (CRD) was employed with five salinity levels as treatments — 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 ppt — each replicated five times. Each experimental unit contained 1,500 postlarvae in 1 L of oxygenated water packed in plastic bags and transported for approximately 3 hours. The main parameter observed was survival rate (SR), while supporting parameters included temperature, dissolved oxygen (DO), and pH. Statistical evaluation included the Kolmogorov–Smirnov normality test, Levene’s test for variance homogeneity, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), and Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (DMRT) at a significance level of α = 0.05. Results showed that salinity differences had a highly significant effect on postlarvae survival rate (Sig. = 0.000 < 0.05). The 25 ppt salinity treatment produced the highest survival rate of 99.64%, while 10 ppt resulted in the lowest at 63.78%. The measured water quality variables — temperature, dissolved oxygen, and pH — did not exert a statistically significant effect on postlarvae survival throughout the transport period.

This study aims to analyse the role of the East Java Provincial Transportation Agency in improving the quality of inter-city bus transportation services within the province (AKDP) based on Soekanto's role theory (in Solahudin et al, 2022), which is reviewed using three indicators: regulatory role, service role, and supervisory role. The research employed a qualitative research method with techniques of interviews, observation, and documentation of the Transportation Agency, Organda, PO owners, drivers and conductors, as well as passengers at Bungurasih Terminal. The results of the study show that in terms of regulation, the Transportation Agency has established tariff policies and Minimum Service Standards (SPM), but these have not functioned optimally as operational guidelines, as reflected in the low transparency of tariff information and the varying quality of the fleet. In terms of service, although safety inspection procedures and service facilities are available, the quality of safety, comfort, terminal facilities, as well as access to information and complaint mechanisms have not been consistently felt by users. In terms of supervision, tariff compliance control and SPM implementation remain weak and tend to be tolerant of irregularities. The main findings indicate a serious gap between normative standards and field practices, resulting in standards losing their coercive power as quality guarantors. Therefore, this study recommends strengthening the enforcement of standards in a firm and consistent manner, increasing the transparency of service and tariff information, and conducting supervision that is oriented towards tangible results for the community.

The Mapan Satria Program represents the Kediri City Government's commitment, through the Department of Transportation, to enhance public service quality in the bus transportation sector under the name Bus Satria; however, operational obstacles such as schedule unreliability and insufficient public information persist. This study aims to describe the effectiveness of the Mapan Satria Program managed by the Kediri City Department of Transportation commencing in 2023. Program effectiveness was analyzed based on Annas's (2017) seven indicators using a qualitative method with data collection through observation, interviews, and documentation. The analysis indicates that the Mapan Satria Program (Moda Angkutan Pelayanan Aman dan Nyaman Sarana Transportasi Kediri Bahagia) has not yet operated effectively. While aspects such as timeliness, work mechanisms, inter-agency cooperation, fund disbursement, and monitoring and evaluation have been implemented in accordance with regulations, others remain suboptimal, including limited human resources, service deviations, inadequate information updates, and low public utilization. Therefore, the author recommends optimizing the program by expanding socialization to the wider community, providing clear schedule information at bus stops to facilitate passengers, strengthening the operational monitoring and evaluation system, and imposing strict sanctions for deviations.
