Education is learning and knowledge that is passed down from generation to generation through learning and training. One educational institution that is no less important to build is religion-based education, such as the Tahfidz Al-Qur'an Education institution. At this time the tahfidz program was very popular and respected by various institutions. This study aims to describe how the tahfidz program is implemented in early childhood at the Tahfidz Nazra Cendikia Barabai House. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research type. The results of the research show that the implementation of the tahfidz program at the Nazra Cendikia Hulu Sungai Tengah House consists of three main activities, namely planning, implementation and evaluation. The planning of the tahfidz program starts with discussions with the leaders and all tahfidz teachers. The implementation of the tahfidz program includes initial activities, namely greetings, prayers and reading blessings, followed by reading hypnotherapy, then murajaah together. The main activity is that the students give it to the teachers, before reading the memorized surah the child reads the Iqra or Al-Qur'an first. And finally the closing activity is the delivery of the surah that will be memorized next, murajaah memorization and reading prayers after learning. The assessments used are daily and semester assessments. The methods used are the makhraji, Jibril, ummi, and hypnotherapy methods. The availability of village maps contained in the village, Tacim, Susupu village, Ropu Tengah Balu village, Lako Akelamo village and Lako Akediri village that are valid and reliable is the forerunner of the determination of village boundaries at the level above it, and is a fundamental database in realizing village development goals. The purpose of devotion; providing understanding and training to the village government, the importance of village maps, for making village policies and planning by looking at data or maps for the progress of the village. The method of implementing pkm activities using the method of work / art methhods is a method that can be used for the benefit of the community and uses the Method of Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Training.  The results of the service were carried out on May 21, 2022, located in the village of Ropu Tengah Balu. This activity was held on Saturday at 20.00. until it was completed, there were 30 participants. To advance the village, it is necessary to increase the capacity of the village government, so that there are adequate human resources to promote the village, the village government through the village kepala must conduct trainings to village officials, to the community and youth shops.

Community service activities that have been carried out by STIEPARI Semarang in collaboration with the Bancak District Government, Semarang Regency with the target of village officials are in the form of lectures with visual media. With this form of activity, it is more about providing knowledge and information to participants. The success of this activity is measured by the enthusiasm of the participants during the training. In this activity a lot of interaction in question and answer from participants and presenters. Participants felt happy with this activity. This is because so far there has never been any activity from the academic community that has entered the Bancak District, Semarang Regency, so that participants gain understanding and knowledge about the preparation of village fund financial reports. The follow-up of this activity is that the participants want in the future there will be assistance activities in preparing village fund financial reports.
