This community service activity aims to enhance participants' digital competency through responsive web design training conducted using integrated webinar and workshop methods. The background of this activity is based on the increasing need for adaptive web development skills across various devices to support digital personal branding. This activity involves university students and the general public and is conducted online utilizing modern communication platforms. The implementation method consists of preparation, implementation, and evaluation stages. In the implementation stage, participants attend webinar sessions to strengthen conceptual understanding of responsive web design principles, followed by workshop sessions that emphasize hands-on practice in website creation using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Evaluation is conducted through pre-tests and post-tests to measure program effectiveness. The results show a significant increase in participants' digital competency with an average score increase of 55.8%. These findings indicate that the integration of webinar and workshop methods is effective in improving participants' conceptual understanding and technical skills. This activity is expected to serve as a model for community service based on applicable and sustainable digital competency development.

Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) is a markup language used to structure and format text documents through the use of tags that control the appearance of content on web pages. HTML defines various document elements such as headings, paragraphs, images, and lists, which form the basic structure of a webpage. JavaScript, on the other hand, serves as a programming language that adds interactivity and dynamics to web pages. While HTML provides the basic framework for website layout, JavaScript enhances functionality with features that cannot be achieved through HTML alone, such as dynamically manipulating elements and responding to user interactions. Together, these two languages form the core foundation for web development. This program aims to equip students of SMAN 58 with the skills to practice using HTML tags, understand the basics of JavaScript programming, and develop interactive web pages through online simulations. The training will be conducted in stages, beginning with the submission of a proposal to the school and followed by the scheduled training in June 2024. Students will use the One Compiler platform for real-time practice, allowing them to write and execute HTML and JavaScript code directly in the browser. The training will be conducted interactively, introducing the fundamental concepts of HTML and JavaScript, along with demonstrations showing how to create dynamic websites. In the final phase, students will take a quiz designed to assess their understanding of the material and their ability to apply the knowledge gained. Through this program, it is expected that students will master the basic skills of website creation and have the ability to independently develop their own interactive web projects. Additionally, this program aims to enhance students' digital awareness and technical skills in the era of information technology.

The Information System for Participant Data Management in Vocational Training Institutions (LPK) is designed to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of participant data management at the Department of Manpower in Asahan Regency. This system focuses on managing training participant data, encompassing registration, grouping, and reporting processes. The data management process includes recording participant identities, the type of training attended, training schedules, and evaluation results. The system is designed to streamline administrative workflows, minimize manual errors, and accelerate access to information. Participant data is recorded and stored automatically using a structured format, including details such as participant names, addresses, identification numbers, and training programs attended. This system is developed using web-based technologies, such as HTML and other supporting technologies, to ensure flexibility and ease of access for users. By implementing this system, it is expected that the data management of vocational training participants in LPKs can be conducted more efficiently, accurately, and integratively, thereby supporting the improvement of administrative service quality at the Department of Manpower in Asahan Regency. This article discusses the implementation of HTML training at MAN 2 Jepara as part of a community service initiative by the UNISNU KKN team in Kelet Village to develop students' digital skills. Through this article, we will explain the training implementation methods, the objectives to be achieved, and the expected benefits. Currently, students from MAN 2 Jepara majoring in informatics have learned how to use computers, especially Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. As a major with an informatics background, there is certainly an expectation to learn other things in the field, especially in web development. Therefore, the UNISNU KKN team in Kelet Village took the initiative to conduct basic HTML training. To achieve the expected goals and benefits, the author adopts practical and interactive training methods. The training results show an increase in understanding of the basic concepts of HTML by 43%, interest in the field of web development by 28%, and active participation in question and answer sessions by 50%.

Indonesia has entered the era of the fourth industrial revolution. This happens with technology as a basis for human life. Everything has become limitless and limitless due to the development of digital technology. Indonesia needs several regulatory and authority improvements to be able to face the world market. The aim of this research is to find out what Indonesian industry can do to face the world market, the impact that the presence of the industrial revolution 4.0 has, and the strategies that Indonesia can prepare and carry out in facing the World Market revolution. The object of this research is industry in Indonesia to face the world market. The method used for this research is a qualitative descriptive method, data is obtained from facts about the research subject by trying to reveal it thoroughly according to the context.
