Every toll road project development will require heavy equipment to facilitate work, one of which is rigid pavement work. Rigid pavement is a pavement construction using aggregate as raw material and using cement as a binder, so it has a relatively high level of stiffness, especially when compared to asphalt pavement (flexible pavement), so it is known and referred to as rigid pavement. The tool used for rigid work is the concrete paver, this tool is used because it is more efficient and can maintain the quality of the concrete. This study aims to be able to determine the productivity of the concrete paver heavy equipment. The data used is in the form of primary data obtained by observation, interviews and field data as well as manual calculations. The results obtained are the productivity of concrete paver heavy equipment with rigid work along 180 m wide 6, 7 is 43,5 while the ready mix productivity is 42.8 m³/hour with a production time of 6 hours 20 minutes.

Technically, heavy equipment resources are the main factor in implementing a road project. The use of heavy equipment is urgently needed in the process of accelerating the implementation of road works in accordance with predetermined targets. In this project there are several stages of work planned and implemented, one of which is earthworks. Earthworks include excavation work that requires Rock Drill Breaker heavy equipment to speed up work time. This research was conducted at the Tepus-Jerukwudel Road Development Project Phase II, Gunungkidul Regency, with the aim of knowing the work productivity of heavy equipment and knowing the time needed for heavy equipment to complete excavation work. The method used is the manual calculation method using the productivity formula, time calculation and soil excavation volume calculation to produce the effective time during the use of Rock Drill Breaker . Based on the results of productivity calculations on excavation work using a Rock Drill Breaker with an hourly production of 23.86 m3/hour, daily production of 166.9 m3/day with a time of 83 days. The results of this study indicate that good management and utilization of heavy equipment can accelerate the expected target time.

Electrical energy continues to grow over time, power plants with large capacities are the main sources of electricity in Indonesia, one of which is the Steam Power Plant (PLTU). In the field of power plants that use coal always need air during the electricity production process. This study aims 1) to determine the protection management system on the Forced Draft fan motor using GE Multilin 269 Plus, 2) Setting GE Multilin 269 Plus as protection, 3) The results of the protection in the form of Normal Motor, Alarm, and Trip conditions in the accumulation of imbalance (Unbalance) ). The method used is a quantitative research method based on analysis, taking data and then analyzing the data obtained. The results of this quantitative study regarding the Unbalance value or imbalance of the electric motor analyzed resulted in a value of 5.8% for normal conditions, 10.86% for alarm conditions on multilin and 15.50% in trip conditions or the motor had stopped. These values ​​are obtained from the results of calculations comparing negative sequence currents and positive sequence currents (In/Ip). The conclusion obtained is that the GE Multilin 269 Plus protects the electric motor from system damage by using a current sensor and through a setting point that is adjusted to the provisions of NEMA (National Electrical Manufacturers Association) with an unbalance value of more than 15% for trips, more than 10% for alarm conditions and less than 10% under normal conditions

Gramedia Digital application itself is a good innovation in the digital era now. Even though it has been used by users but there are still some obstacles or lack of information contained on the application, therefore it requires maturity and capability assessment of the application. The COBIT 5 framework is an IT audit standard that has been issued by ISACA, COBIT 5 itself has a total of 11 domains but this time the research only focuses on 5 domains namely EDM05, APO05, BAI04, DSS01, MEA01. The results of the maturity and capability level calculations from Gramedia Digital applications resulted in an average of EDM05 with a result of 2.7, APO05 with a result of 2.8, BAI04 with a result of 2.7, DSS01 with a result of 2.7, MEA01 with a result of 2.8. And the average capability generated by these domains is rounded to 3. The conclusion in this study gramedia Digital application has not met the targeted target of 4.
