Preeclampsia is one of the leading causes of maternal mortality and may result in various complications during pregnancy and childbirth. In Tegal Regency, preeclampsia contributed to 27% of maternal deaths in 2024; therefore, studies on childbirth characteristics among mothers with this condition are needed. This study aimed to identify the characteristics of childbirth events in mothers with preeclampsia at Dr. Soeselo Slawi Regional Hospital, Tegal Regency. A descriptive design with a retrospective approach was used by reviewing the medical records of 202 mothers who delivered with preeclampsia during 2025. Data were analyzed univariately and presented as frequency distributions and percentages. The results showed that most mothers underwent operative delivery (62.38%), while spontaneous and induced labor accounted for 37.13% and 0.50%, respectively. Most deliveries occurred at preterm gestational age (62.38%), followed by term (36.14%) and postterm (1.49%) deliveries. Maternal and obstetric complications included bleeding (6.93%), fetal distress (4.95%), eclampsia (1.49%), and HELLP syndrome (0.99%). Most neonates had normal birth weight (82.18%) and did not require NICU care (95.05%), although low birth weight (17.82%) and NICU admission (4.95%) were still identified. The maternal clinical condition was dominated by blood pressure of 140–159/90–109 mmHg (75.74%). Proteinuria was found in 46.53% of respondents, with moderate proteinuria (+2) as the predominant category (38.30%). In conclusion, childbirth among mothers with preeclampsia was dominated by operative and preterm deliveries. These findings emphasize the importance of early detection and optimal management of preeclampsia to reduce maternal and neonatal complications and improve the quality of maternal-infant health services overall.

The improvement of village road infrastructure plays an important role in enhancing community mobility and supporting local socioeconomic development. This study aims to analyze changes in mobility conditions before and after road improvement, explore community perceptions and experiences, identify changes in activity and economic patterns, and examine factors that support or hinder mobility optimization in Trayeman Village, Slawi District, Tegal Regency. A mixed-method approach was employed involving 98 respondents selected from a population of 5,229 residents using the Slovin formula with a 10% margin of error, along with 15 key informants for qualitative data collection. Data were gathered through observations, in-depth interviews, documentation studies, and Likert-scale questionnaires. Quantitative data were analyzed descriptively, while qualitative data were examined using the Miles and Huberman interactive analysis model. The findings indicate that road improvement has significantly enhanced community mobility, with an overall mean score of 3.89, categorized as high. Access to services recorded the highest score (4.06), followed by economic mobility (4.00) and social mobility (3.99). Community perceptions were largely positive, viewing the improved road as a catalyst for development and improved accessibility. Road improvement also encouraged broader economic opportunities, lower transportation costs, business growth, and increased income. Supporting factors included private vehicle ownership and supportive village policies, whereas high fuel prices, limited transportation options, and uneven local road conditions remained major challenges. Further improvements in supporting infrastructure and transportation services are recommended to maximize mobility benefits.

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Statement of Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK) 109 concerning Accounting for Zakat, Infaq, and Sadaqah at BAZNAS Tegal Regency and to assess its level of compliance with the applicable standards. This research is motivated by the importance of transparency and accountability in the management of zakat funds as a form of responsibility to the public and stakeholders. The study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through observation, interviews, and documentation studies of the institution’s financial statements. The results indicate that BAZNAS Tegal Regency has prepared its financial statements in accordance with the components required by PSAK 109, including the statement of financial position, statement of changes in funds, statement of changes in managed assets, statement of cash flows, and notes to the financial statements. In terms of distribution, presentation, and disclosure, the implementation of the standard has complied both formally and substantively. However, in the aspects of recognition and measurement, the implementation is not yet fully comprehensive, as there has been no realization of non-cash asset receipts and no impairment testing has been applied to non-cash assets. Overall, the implementation of PSAK 109 has been administratively well executed, but further strengthening is required in technical and procedural aspects to ensure more optimal, consistent, and comprehensive application in accordance with sharia accounting principles.

This Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) empowerment and development program aims to improve the capacity of business financial management through training in simple bookkeeping, preparation of simple financial reports, and business cost analysis in Tegal Sari Hamlet, Block S, Batumarta 1 Village, Lubuk Raja District, Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. This program is motivated by the low ability of MSMEs to systematically record their finances, separate their business finances from their personal finances, and utilize cost information as a basis for business decision-making. The implementation method includes an initial survey, observation, interviews, training, and direct mentoring for MSMEs. The results of the program indicate that before the program was implemented, most MSMEs had not implemented regular financial records and had not prepared business financial reports. After the training and mentoring, there was an increase in the understanding and skills of MSMEs in recording daily financial transactions, preparing simple profit and loss reports, and calculating the cost of production as a basis for determining selling prices. This activity has a positive impact on increasing the independence and sustainability of MSME business management.
