The rapid development of the fashion industry has led to increasing environmental problems due to textile waste and the use of environmentally unfriendly materials. This study aims to analyze the potential innovation of kur rope bags as an environmentally friendly fashion product with high economic value. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method through observation, literature study, and documentation of the kur rope bag manufacturing process. The results show that kur rope has strong, durable, and flexible characteristics, making it suitable for use as a basic bag material. Innovation in design and weaving techniques can increase the aesthetic value and marketability of the product. In addition, kur rope bags have the potential to become a promising business opportunity and support the empowerment of the community's creative economy. With growing awareness of sustainability, kur rope bags can become an alternative fashion product that not only reduces environmental impact but also creates new market opportunities. Therefore, the development of this product is expected to contribute positively to reducing textile waste and strengthening the local economy through the creative industry.

SMEs play an important role in Indonesia's economy, one of which is the woodcraft industry that has great potential for export. Putra Mandiri Woodcraft (PMW) faces sales instability, ranging from 30% to 145.48% of the set target, which affects production efficiency. This study aims to formulate an effective marketing strategy to increase sales volume and business competitiveness. The methods used in this study include the IFE and EFE Matrix analysis to identify internal and external factors affecting the company, SWOT analysis to formulate various strategies, and QSPM to determine strategy priorities based on the Total Attractiveness Score (TAS) value. The analysis results show that Putra Mandiri Woodcraft has an IFE score of 2.70 and an EFE score of 2.80, indicating that the company's internal condition is quite strong, although the response to external factors is still moderate. The company's main strengths lie in product quality and consumer trust, while its weaknesses are the lack of innovation in product design. Based on the SWOT analysis results, eight potential strategies were found, and the QSPM shows that expansion through a marketplace based on product quality and more varied designs is the main priority with a TAS value of 6.16.

Erpat Leather is a manufacturer of leather bags, pouches, wallets, and belts, located in Tirto RT 05, Bangunjiwo, Kasihan, Bantul, Yogyakarta. Some production materials are not arranged neatly, which can disrupt the smoothness of the production process. The business needs to improve the efficiency and smoothness of the production process. Then, community service activities were carried out by lecturers, educational staff, and students of the Industrial Engineering and Mechanical Engineering Study Programs of the University of AKPRIND Indonesia to increase the knowledge of Erpat Leather owners and workers about 5S (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke). Erpat Leather needed training to improve the smoothness of the production process, work efficiency, and work safety. This training began with a discussion between the service team and the business owner, followed by field observations by the service team, and continued with suggestions for improvement to the owner and workers, and ended with the delivery of conclusions and a group photo. The implementation of 5S at Erpat Leather is carried out through five stages, namely, first, sorting goods that are still in use and those that are no longer used; second, arranging goods in the production area in an orderly manner; third, cleaning the work environment regularly; fourth, maintaining the work area to keep it clean; fifth, disciplining good work habits, and providing slogans that cultivate 5S. This activity is expected to increase Erpat Leather's competitiveness in the leather product market by improving the smoothness of the production process.

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) producing bags play an important role in the regional economy, but still face problems in financial management, particularly cash flow planning. The main problem faced by SME partners producing bags in Cipamokolan Village, Rancasari District, Bandung City, is the lack of comprehensive cash flow planning, which has the potential to cause liquidity problems. This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and skills of bag SME  in preparing a simple cash budget and encouraging its sustainable implementation. The methods used include training and mentoring with stages of problem identification, material delivery, cash budget preparation practice, and evaluation. The results of the activity show an increase in partners' understanding of cash planning, their ability to prepare a simple cash budget, and their commitment to implementing a cash budget in their daily business financial management. This activity is expected to improve cash flow control and support the sustainability of bag SME businesses

This study aims to test the effectiveness of the implementation of a simplified Mini-QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, Environment) system in improving working conditions at the Syams Handicraft woven craft MSME in Pati Regency, Central Java. The study used a quantitative method with a one-group pretest–posttest design involving 47 workers as respondents. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires and observations before and after the twelve-week intervention. The results showed that the implementation of the Mini-QHSE system was able to significantly reduce the level of occupational safety and health risks and significantly improve worker welfare. Further analysis revealed that the Mini-QHSE system made a significant contribution to variations in OHS risks and worker welfare. The dimension of safe work procedures proved to be the most influential factor in reducing work risks, while the training aspect was the main factor in improving worker welfare. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that the Mini-QHSE system designed according to the capacity and characteristics of MSMEs is effective in creating a safer and more prosperous work environment. This model has the potential to be applied to similar MSMEs with contextual adjustments as a practical solution in managing quality, safety, and occupational health in the micro-business sector.

Competition in the songkok (traditional cap) industry in Gresik Regency has become increasingly intense, especially for small enterprises such as UD. Arif Bersaudara, which face challenges in maintaining competitiveness amid changing market trends and consumer preferences. This study aims to analyze effective marketing strategies for UD. Arif Bersaudara by identifying internal and external factors and determining the most appropriate strategic priorities for business development. The research employs the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) analysis to identify strategic factors and the QSPM (Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix) to determine the order of strategic priorities. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to 92 respondents and analyzed quantitatively using weighting and attractiveness score calculations. The results show that the total IFE Matrix score is 4.80 and the EFE Matrix score is 4.772, placing UD. Arif Bersaudara in the “Grow and Build” strategic position. Based on the QSPM results, the main priority strategy is to leverage superior product quality, design variations, and size diversity to capture opportunities in digital and international markets, with the highest TAS value of 8.37. The study concludes that UD. Arif Bersaudara should focus its strategy on improving product quality and implementing digital marketing to strengthen competitiveness. The strength of this research lies in the application of the combined SWOT–QSPM methods, which provide measurable analytical results, while its limitation lies in the relatively small and region-specific number of respondents. Future research is recommended to expand respondent coverage and incorporate digital marketing–based analysis to make MSME marketing strategies more adaptive to technological developments.

This research is motivated by the development of the local fashion industry driving increasingly competitive competition, including in the bag product sector. This study aims to determine the effect of product design, word of mouth, and price on purchasing decisions for TBLZ Official bag products in Kediri, both partially and simultaneously. The approach used is quantitative research with a causal research type. The sample in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were TBLZ Official consumers. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling method, while data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression using SPSS software version 25. The results of the study indicate that partially the variables of product design, word of mouth, and price have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, as indicated by their respective significance values ​​below 0.05. Simultaneously, the three variables also have a significant effect on purchasing decisions, with a calculated F value of 330.712 and a significance of 0.001. The coefficient of determination (Adjusted R²) value of 0.909 indicates that 90.9% of the variation in purchasing decisions can be explained by the three independent variables. Thus, companies are advised to focus on design innovation, strengthen word of mouth strategies, and consider appropriate pricing in order to increase consumer purchasing decisions. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh perkembangan industri fashion lokal mendorong persaingan yang semakin kompetitif, termasuk dalam sektor produk tas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh desain produk, word of mouth, dan harga terhadap keputusan pembelian produk tas TBLZ Official di Kediri, baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian kausal. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 100 responden yang merupakan konsumen TBLZ Official. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode purposive sampling, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan dengan regresi linier berganda menggunakan bantuan software SPSS versi 25. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel desain produk, word of mouth, dan harga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, yang ditunjukkan dengan nilai signifikansi masing-masing di bawah 0,05. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel tersebut juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian, dengan nilai F hitung sebesar 330,712 dan signifikansi 0,001. Nilai koefisien determinasi (Adjusted R²) sebesar 0,909 mengindikasikan bahwa 90,9% variasi dalam keputusan pembelian dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel independen. Dengan demikian, perusahaan disarankan untuk fokus pada inovasi desain, memperkuat strategi word of mouth, serta mempertimbangkan penetapan harga yang sesuai agar dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian konsumen.   Kata kunci: Desain Produk, Word Of Mouth, Harga, Keputusan Pembelian, Tblz Official

The fashion world greatly influences the lifestyle of Indonesian people, because people are more interested in paying attention to the appearance they wear. One of the fashion products that is currently developing in Indonesia is Visval. The purpose of this study was to measure Instagram content, consumer purchasing decisions for Visval products on Instagram followers @Visval, and to test the effect of Instagram content for Visval bags on purchasing decisions on Instagram followers @Visval. The theories used in this study are Instagram content theory (Miles 2019: 125-130) and purchasing decision theory (Kotler & Armstrong 2018: 176-177). This study uses a quantitative approach, the method used is the survey method. The population in the study was 161 who were in accordance with the characteristics. The number of samples in this study was 115 respondents, the data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires. Sampling using simple random sampling. The results of this study are that the first Instagram content is quite high with an average value of 3.50 and the second is that the purchasing decision is quite high with an average value of 3.58 and the third is that the influence of Visval bag Instagram content on purchasing decisions has an influence of 58.6%, while the remaining 41.4% is influenced by other factors.

This study aims to explain the influence of product quality, price and location on purchasing decisions at Awi Handmade Kediri. The data analysis technique used by researchers in this study uses statistical tests through validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests with SPSS version 16.0. The methods used in this study are questionnaires, interviews and observations. The sampling technique in this study used the Accidental Sampling technique with a sample size of 86. Based on the results of the study obtained by researchers from the multiple linear regression equation Y = 2.344 + 0.369X1 + 0.411X2 + 0.2.69X3. The results of the analysis conducted, the results of the study indicate that the product quality variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, the price variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with evidence of Sig t 0.000> 0.05, the location variable has a significant effect on purchasing decisions with evidence of Sig t 0.000 <0.05, and the results of product quality, price and location simultaneously have a significant effect on purchasing decisions with evidence of Sig F 0.000 <0.05. The results of the analysis of the R2 value = 0.907 or 90.7%.

Entrepreneurship training entitled "Social Innovation in Community Empowerment: Creating New Entrepreneurs Sewing Hajatan Bags and Dasters from Used Sarong Fabric in Kayen Village, Bandarkedungmulyo District" aims to improve technical skills, understanding of social entrepreneurship, and digital marketing strategies for non-productive housewives. This program was implemented on October 27-30, 2024 at the Kayen Village Hall and was attended by 20 participants. The implementation of the activity included a pre-test stage to measure initial abilities, technical training in sewing hajatan bags and dasters, and a post-test to evaluate the results of the training. The post-test results showed an average increase of 65% in sewing skills, understanding of the concept of social entrepreneurship, and product marketing skills. During the training, several obstacles were identified, including limited tools and supporting materials, disparities in the initial skill levels of participants, and the lack of confidence of some participants in utilizing digital platforms for marketing. These obstacles were successfully overcome through intensive mentoring by a team of trainers who provided practical direction and motivation during the activity. As a concrete result, four business groups were formed, namely the Bodeh Group, the Amanah Kreatif Group, the Maju Jaya Sewing House, and the Mak Kreatif Group, which utilize digital platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and Shopee to support the marketing of their products. This program not only increases the capacity of individual participants but also creates a sustainable community-based entrepreneurial ecosystem. The results of the training show that the social innovation approach can be an effective solution to significantly empower the economy of rural communities. With proper implementation, this model has the potential to be replicated in other areas to overcome similar problems.

This research aims to provide new innovations in handmade products or knitted products. Apart from that, this research also aims to help UMKM in developing their handmade bag business. The methods we use in this activity are research, discussion, training, development and evaluation. The results of this research show an increase in product quality, creativity and sales through digital and offline marketing strategies. Collaboration with partners makes a big contribution, especially in practical training and product marketing. Even though there are challenges such as manual production processes and market competition, innovation and the right marketing strategy can help this product remain competitive and have the opportunity to develop sustainably. We hope that UMKM players can develop the handmade bag or knitted bag business by developing new innovations while maintaining product quality.

This research aims to analyze effective digital marketing strategies in increasing sales of bag products on e-commerce platforms. In the digital era, the use of technology and online platforms is the main key for business actors to reach a wider range of consumers. This study identified various digital marketing techniques such as search engine optimization (SEO), marketing via social media, paid advertising (PPC), content marketing, as well as the use of influencer marketing. Additionally, data-driven personalization strategies and consumer behavior analysis are also discussed to improve customer experience and sales conversion. The combination of an attractive content strategy, use of data analytics technology, and consistent interaction with consumers can have a positive impact on sales of bag products on e-commerce platforms. These findings provide guidance for business actors in designing more effective and targeted digital campaigns. This research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach with the research object being digital marketing strategies to increase bag sales in e-commerce. Data types are primary data and secondary data. Primary data is data collected directly by researchers or data practitioners in the field. Meanwhile secondary data is a type of data collected from previously existing data. Data sources will be taken from documents, interview results, and results from observations. This Independent Community Service Program (KKN) was implemented by students of the Muhammadiyah University of North Sumatra in Lingkungan XXIX, Rengas Pulau Village, Medan Marelan District. This activity focuses on empowering micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) through the application of batik cultural identity to leather bag crafts. Through this service, students help local craftsmen to combine batik motifs with leather bags in order to increase the aesthetic value and selling power of the product. The main objective of this activity is to increase public awareness of the importance of maintaining and preserving national cultural heritage, especially batik, as well as to provide education to craftsmen regarding the application of traditional techniques in leather bag production. This program consists of several activities, including training in making batik leather bags, socializing early savings in schools, and mutual cooperation activities to maintain environmental cleanliness. The results of this activity show an increase in the knowledge and skills of craftsmen in producing culturally valuable products, as well as increasing community participation in MSME activities. In addition, students also succeeded in motivating residents to be more active in protecting the environment and increasing awareness of the importance of health through integrated health service post activities. Thus, this KKN not only contributes to the development of the local economy, but also to the preservation of culture and improving community welfare.

With the help of this Community Service Activity (PKM), participants will get an awareness of the significance of business actors (MSMEs) in financial accounting and recording, as well as the procedures involved in creating financial reports. The majority of MSME participants currently maintain records, however their financial report preparation is still subpar. Training, activity implementation, and assessment are the techniques employed. The degree of comprehension exhibited by business actors both before to and during information presentation and training serves as the basis for measuring this achievement. Many incidents that occur in school-age children are postural errors in carrying out learning activities. One of the causes of posture errors is the use of bags that are too heavy. The weight of a bag that is more than 10% of the child's body weight can affect posture, especially the curves of the spine and is at great risk of causing scoliosis. To determine whether there is a relationship between bag weight and risk of scoliosis in children aged 9-12 years at Gonilan 02 Elementary School. Using the Cross Sectional Study method, with a sample of 110 children using the Total Sampling technique. Based on the results of research that has been conducted from the Spearman’s rho Test, the significance value of p = 0.000 is obtained, which indicates that there is a relationship between the bag load and the risk of scoliosis in children aged 9-12 years at Gonilan 02 Elementary School. The value of r = 0.418 means that the level of closeness of the relationship is moderate and the data is positive, namely the increasing value of the independent variable (bag load), the value of the dependent variable (risk of scoliosis) will also increase. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it shows that there is a relationship between the bag load and the risk of scoliosis in children aged 9-12 years at Gonilan 02 Elementary School. The significance value is p = 0.000. With the level of closeness of the relationship worth r = 0.418, which means that the data is moderate and the data is positive, namely the increasing value of the independent variable (bag load), the value of the dependent variable (risk of scoliosis) will also increase.

Measuring the company level of productivity performance is a very important thing to do to see and evaluate achievements and improvements to productivity levels that are not yet optimal. This case study was taken from the leather bag UKM which is currently experiencing a decline in productivity during the 2020 period. With the increase in working hours, the company must increase workers' overtime costs. In this research, the method used to measure the level of company productivity is the objective matrix or OMAX method and this research refers to the OMAX steps, namely determining productivity criteria on the production line, determining weights, determining levels on the objective matrix, calculating the productivity index, and productivity analysis with a traffic light system. The research results show that the average value of overall productivity in 2020 is 4,388 The highest productivity index was achieved in August amounting to 67,01%. From the traffic light system, it is known that the worst indicator of productivity is the defect factor, so improvements need to be made regarding this.

The purpose of this research is to determine how unfair supervision impacts employee loneliness with emotional exhaustion as a mediating variable and organizational justice. This research involved employees of PT. TRANSPORINDO AGUNG SEJAHTERA SURABAYA (PT. TAS), a company that is growing rapidly. Questionnaires, interviews, and observations were used to collect data, and the sample was one hundred workers. The data collected was analyzed through mediation analysis, and documentation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires were used. The research results show that unfair supervision has a positive and significant impact on worker peace of mind. Abusive supervision disrupts organizational fairness, whereas abusive supervision increases emotional exhaustion. Mediation analysis was used to analyze the data collected, and documentation, interviews, literature studies, and questionnaires were used. The results show that unfair supervision significantly increases employee peace of mind, whereas arbitrary supervision disrupts organizational justice. Emotional exhaustion causes employees to become silent.

Data mining is a technique to extract new information from the data warehouse, information is considered very important and valuable because by mastering the information so easily to achieve a goal, this makes everyone competing to obtain information, as well as on trading businesses such as bag store BRANDED. store is located close to the home of the population, this certainly affects the level of sales, with the daily sales activities, sales transaction data will continue to grow, causing data storage is greater. Sales transaction data is only used as an archive without being put to good use. Basically the data set has very useful information. The analysis of market basket with Apriori Algorithm is one method of data mining which aims to find the pattern of association based on consumer spending pattern, so that it can be known what items are purchased simultaneously. The result of this research found that the highest support and confidence value is Ysl and Chanel with a support value of 50% and confidence of 75%.

If this condition is reasonable and normal without any violations, such as hoarding (ikhtikar), the price will be stable. This type of research is library research. The result showed that the Shafi’I Mazhab emphasized the prohibition of tas’ir (price fixing) by the government because it would cause injustice to one of the parties in the market, while according to the majority of scholars tas’ir (price fixing) by the government is permitted and even obligatory on the ground of maslahat, namely to avoid hoarding (ihtikar), monopoly, and fraud commited by traders.
