This study analyzes the effectiveness of using BNI Bank’s QRIS in improving transaction convenience and efficiency at the canteen of Universitas 17 Agustus 1945 (UNTAG) Surabaya. The research was conducted by a team led by Ida Ayu Nuh Kartini, S.E., M.M., together with students of the Management Study Program, during November–December 2025. The rapid development of digital banking has encouraged the adoption of QRIS as a standardized non-cash payment system regulated by Bank Indonesia. This study aims to examine the level of QRIS BNI utilization, assess ease of use (application access and QR code scanning), and evaluate transaction efficiency, including time savings, queue reduction, and error minimization. A descriptive quantitative approach was employed using a survey method with a five-point Likert scale questionnaire distributed to 36 respondents consisting of students, lecturers, and administrative staff who had used QRIS at the canteen. Primary data were analyzed descriptively using averages and percentages, supported by relevant literature. The results show that QRIS is perceived as highly effective, with scores above 90% for ease of use (95%), transaction speed (92.78%), reduction of change-related issues (97.78%), support for digitalization (97.22%), and security (91.11%). The main limitation identified is dependence on internet connectivity (85%). Overall, respondents strongly support the full implementation of non-cash payment systems at the campus canteen.

This research aims to throughly explore the differentiation strategy model implemented by the small-medium enterprise (SME) grocery store of  "Yussandi Komunika," in integrating digital transaction services such as prepaid credits, electricity tokens, and e-wallet top-ups, as an effort to create a competitive advantage. The background of the problem is driven by the highly competitive conditions in densely populated areas, where traditional grocery stores are compelled to transform in order to maintain their business relevance.Digital service innovation, presented through an adaptive and user-focused platform, has proven to be a core competency that is difficult to imitate and rare, simultaneously providing a sustainable competitive advantage. This innovation not only addresses the challenges of densely populated conditions but also establishes a new standard for efficiency and customer experience in a competitive market.The effective differentiation model for multi-service grocery stores in highly competitive areas is not solely based on price, but rather on a combination of services and the quality of interpersonal service. The store transforms into a "mini service point" offering one-stop shopping convenience for customers. The main differentiation strategies identified include: (1) Core Service Differentiation (offering comprehensive PPOB (Payment Point Online Banking) services and e-wallet balance availability), (2) Personnel Differentiation (quality of communication and speed of friendly service), and (3) Image Differentiation (creating a perception as a trustworthy and modern store).

Akuntansi dan Ekonomi Pajak: Perspektif Global 2025 Asosiasi Riset Ekonomi dan Akuntansi Indonesia

This study aims to analyze the use of Online Integrated Banking Sharia System (OLIBSS) in improving the accuracy and efficiency of wadiah savings transaction processes at BPRS HIK Parahyangan. This study uses a qualitative approach with primary data collection methods through interviews and secondary data obtained from relevant internal documents. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of OLIBSS makes a significant contribution to improving the accuracy of recording wadiah savings transactions, minimizing human error, and accelerating operational processes that were previously carried out manually. In addition, this system also supports efficiency in reporting and internal supervision. Thus, the use of OLIBSS has proven effective in supporting a reliable accounting information system that is in accordance with sharia principles.

This study aims to analyze the comparison of features and data integration between two mobile banking applications by Bank Syariah Indonesia, namely BSI Mobile and BYOND by BSI, in enhancing banking transaction convenience. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative through a literature review from various relevant sources. The results show that BYOND by BSI adopts a more modern data integration system using microservices architecture and open APIs, thus providing better transaction convenience and security compared to BSI Mobile, which still relies on a centralized system. Innovative features such as biometric authentication, QRIS, and a more intuitive user interface further enhance the digital banking experience for customers. However, BYOND by BSI still faces performance challenges, particularly in transaction speed, as the application experiences delays (lag) in several features that may reduce user comfort. The study concludes that BYOND by BSI is superior in facilitating banking transactions compared to BSI Mobile. It is recommended that future research be conducted using a quantitative approach to directly evaluate user experience in a more comprehensive manner.

This study explores the thoughts of Zaid bin Ali on credit transactions within the framework of economic justice in Islam. The research addresses key issues related to fairness, transparency, and ethical considerations in credit transactions, particularly in avoiding exploitation and ensuring mutual benefit. The study aims to analyze Zaid bin Ali’s perspectives on economic justice and their relevance to contemporary Islamic finance. Using a qualitative approach, this research employs library research methods by examining classical Islamic texts and scholarly interpretations. The findings reveal that Zaid bin Ali emphasized fairness in credit transactions by advocating for clear contractual terms, the prohibition of usury (riba), and the importance of ethical responsibility among transacting parties. His views align with the broader Islamic economic principles that seek to promote justice, balance, and social welfare. The study contributes to the discourse on Islamic economic thought by highlighting the relevance of classical Islamic perspectives in addressing modern financial issues. These findings can serve as a foundation for developing fairer and more ethical financial practices in contemporary Islamic banking and finance.

This study aims to determine how satisfied people are in using the Action Link application which is a mobile banking owned by Bank Aceh Syariah. The growth of technology that continues to increase from year to year so that this can have an impact on society. Technology has developed rapidly and is increasingly modern, many companies are developing performance in the information sector so that people are adopted in using online services via smartphones such as the Action service (Aceh Online Transaction) at Bank Aceh Syariah. This study uses descriptive analysis as a research approach that uses qualitative research. The technique used in this study is to conduct interviews with customers and distribute questionnaires to users of the Action application. The results of the study show that M-Banking Action makes it very easy for customers to make transactions, but there are some shortcomings in the application because there are no complete features. The quality of service also certainly has an impact on customer perceptions in using the application so that customers are still less confident in using Action if the service provided is bad and there are still those who feel less safe in using it.

Akad is an essential element in Islamic economic transactions as it serves as the foundation of the agreement between the involved parties. The underlying principles of Sharia in managing contracts include justice, honesty, equality, and trust, with the aim of creating fair transactions in accordance with Islamic law. This article aims to examine the principles of Sharia in managing contracts and their implementation in various forms of Islamic economic transactions, such as Islamic banking, microfinance, and Shariah compliant capital markets. The qualitative approach is used with normative analysis of classical and contemporary Islamic literature, as well as a review of modern practices. The study's findings indicate that proper Shariah-compliant contract management not only ensures the legality of transactions but also enhances trust and blessings in economic activities. By understanding these principles, it is hoped that the community and economic players can implement contracts more wisely and responsibly.

Banking is one of the financial services companies that has provided services to the community and businesses, Behind this development there are various legal problems related to information crime and electronic transactions in the banking sector, Skimming is the act of stealing debit or credit card information by accessing an independent cash machine and copying the information contained on the magnetic stripe of the debit card or credit belonging to the customer (victim) illegally to have control over the customer's (victim) account. The application of the law to the crime of ATM skimming is regulated in Article 362 of the Criminal Code (KUHP) regarding the crime of theft. This research is a type of normative judicial research supported by a normative approach by using primary legal materials, secondary legal materials and tertiary legal materials as data sources. This study uses a prescriptive method, which is an analysis method that provides an assessment (justification) about the object being researched whether it is true or false, or what should be according to the law. The results of the study show that (1) Skimming is a magnetic stripe crime that exists on ATM cards illegally to have control over the card or the account by duplicating the ATM card or by installing a hidden camera to find out the ATM PIN of the customer or victim. (2) Strategies to prevent unauthorized access and early detection of suspicious activities can be applied to reduce the incidence of criminal acts and effective cyber security is to strengthen the network and security system. This can include investing in cutting-edge security technologies, such as robust firewalls, active network monitoring, and security programs that can detect suspicious attacks. In addition, organizations also need to involve their employees in cybersecurity efforts.

This research aims to determine the influence of features, product variations and ease of transactions on mobile banking user satisfaction at sharia banking financial institutions in Jambi City. This research used a quantitative approach which was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 112 Mobile Banking users in Jambi City. The methods used in this research are instrument tests (validity and reliability tests), classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests) and multiple liner analysis along with statistical tests (t test, F test and R2 Determination Coefficient). The results of this research show that features have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction which can be determined using the t test with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and a value of tcount > ttable, namely 3.426 > 0.198217. Product variations have a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction as evidenced by the significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and the tcount > ttable value, namely 3.577 > 0.198217. ease of transactions has a positive and significant effect on user satisfaction which can be seen with a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05 and a value of tcount > ttable, namely 3.385 > 0.198217. Simultaneously, features, product variations and ease of transactions have a positive and significant effect on mobile banking user satisfaction at sharia banking financial institutions which can be seen from the F test, namely fcount > ftable or 40.058 > 2.69 and the resulting significance value is 0.000 < 0.005. The determinant coefficient value is 0.514 or 51.4% and the remaining 0.486 or 48.6% can be explained by other variables outside this research.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memverifikasi hubungan pengaruh transaction process dan seamless transaction terhadap perceived benefit. Pendekatan masalah menggunakan Teori Theory Acceptance Model (TAM). Penelitian menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner secara online. Metode pengumpulan data dengan purposive sampling data yang terkumpul 545 responden. Data dianalisis dengan SEM-PLS. Hasil penelitian membuktikan transaction process dan seamless transaction berpengaruh positif terhadap perceived benefit. Nilai original penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa teori TAM mampu menjelaskan hubungan antar variabel dari model penelitian yang dibangun.

Sharia banking is a financial institution that has a very important role in advancing the Indonesian economy and is an answer to the public's need to use a banking system based on sharia principles. However, sometimes there are many perceptions that Islamic banking is the same as conventional banking. Sharia banking has fundamental differences from conventional banking, namely regarding legal aspects, organizational structure, financed business activities and work environment. Sharia banking operational activities are based on sharia principles, namely the principle of profit sharing, buying and selling and leasing principles by conducting business through mudharabah, musyarokah, murabbahah and ijaroh contracts. Meanwhile, conventional banking provides services in payment traffic with the principle of determining interest for both savings and loan (credit) products and applying various fees in the form of nominal amounts and certain percentages.

In the midst of the use of technology in banking transactions and online gambling, it is important to pay attention PPATK Policy in Terminating Money Laundering Transactions in Online Gamblingand the need for preventive efforts with the rise of online gambling itself makes It is necessary to do research related to the Authority of the Financial Services Authority in Blocking the Results of Online Gambling Transactions. This research aims to inform and understand PPATK's policy for stopping suspicious money laundering transactions in online gambling. The type of research used in this legal research is normative legal research. The approach method used in this research is the statutory approach method. The research results are that PPATK's policy in stopping suspicious money laundering transactions in online gambling is to stop transactions because there are indications of online gambling activity, coordinating with the police to accelerate online gambling activities, and PPATK is tasked with collecting and processing suspicious information related to money laundering in online gambling.

The mobile technology advancement has been growth rapidly. Every persons use mobile phone to support their daily activities. This condition make banks have to change their traditional methods of customer service to adoption of information technology.Customers today require more personalized services at any time and any place. Mobilebanking is one of advanced information technologies that can employ to achieve a high level of customer services and emerging technology that permits conduct of banking transaction through mobile phone. For bank’s customers, this application will support their banking transaction if they think it has a usefulness and easy to use. The important one is customer trust to mobile banking application. This research purposes to test the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and trust to use of mobile banking. A survey was conducted at BSI KCP Medan Kampung Baru Collected data analized with multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and trust tend to have effect on use of mobile banking And There are still many customers who make transactions directly to the teller even though there is mobile banking.

Bank merupakan lembaga keuangan yang berperan penting bagi perekonomian Indonesia pada masa ini, kegunaan perbankan semakin meninggi karena semua dapat dilakukan menggunakan Handphone, Internet Banking, Mesin ATM, dan Teller di kantor cabang bank. Dari mulai kebutuhan sehari sehari dan menggunakan untuk transaksi dengan sesama pengguna bank yang sama atau yang lainnya. Etisnya, sudah seharusnya lembaga perbankan tersebut menjaga data privasi para nasabah yang menggunakan layanan mereka. Namun, tidak dapat dipungkiri adanya kasus kebocoran data yang salah satunya dialami oleh PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia dan tentunya melanggar prinsip data security, data privasi, dan etika. Adanya motif pencurian data menyebabkan hilangnya kerahasiaan, privasi, ketersediaan, dan integritas terhadap PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia serta menyebabkan kerugian baik berupa materiil maupun non materiil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk penerapan perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia serta tanggung jawab pelaku usaha terhadap konsumen pada pelayanan perbankan pada PT. Bank Syariah Indonesia. Dengan mengangkat masalah ini diharapkan agar kita semua dapat lebih sadar akan risiko serangan siber yang mengancam industri perbankan, termasuk perbankan syariah.

Seiring berkembangnya waktu serta kemajuan teknologi yang semakin digitalisasi kini telah menghadirkan sebuah ekonomi digital yang bisa ditandai sebagai perkembangan yang sangat baik didunia bisnis maupun perdagangan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengalisa apa itu transaksi E-banking dan transaksi E-commerce, pertumbuhan E-banking dan E-commerce terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, dan hubungan E-banking dengan E-commerce dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan  deskriptif yang mana mengetahui apa yang terkandung dalam E-banking dan E-commerce di dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan sebuah fenomena atau pembahasan variabel e-banking dan e-commerce pada pertumbuhan ekonomi. Maka dari itu, perlu tingkatkan lagi baik dari sisi pemerintah maupun masyarakat agar e-banking dan e-commerce tetap berkembang pesat dan mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi.

Dikarenakan masih banyak juga nasabah atau pelanggan yang masih belum tahu tentang perbankan elektronik yang sebenarnya dapat membantu nasabah dalam bertransaksi, seperti mobile banking, internet banking, dll. Dan masih jarang juga Bank buka pada saat hari libur, karena masyarakat masih membutuhkan pelayanan perbankan yang dimana hari libur adalah kesempatan bagi mereka untuk bertransaksi secara maksimal. Sehingga banyak dari nasabah/pelanggan belum mendapatkan pelayanan maksimal dari bank dimana tempat mereka untuk bertransaksi.

Perkembangan teknologi memiliki dampak yang besar terhadap beberapa sektor kehidupan salah satunya adalah sektor perbankan. Dalam memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi bank meningkatkan layanan dengan cara memberikan diferensiasi dari segi pelayanan maupun segi produk yang lebih baik dibandingkan dengan para pesaingnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan aplikasi mobile banking sebagai aspek kepuasan nasabah yang terdiri dari kualitas layanan, kualitas informasi dan kualitas sistem. Bank XYZ memberikan fasilitas mobile banking yang terbaik kepada nasabah yang diberi nama OCTO Mobile. Pada OCTO Mobile terdapat berbagai macam layanan mulai dari m-transfer, m-payment, m-commerce dan lain sebagainya. Permasalahan yang terjadi karena adanya keluhan dari nasabah tentang fitur OCTO Mobile yang dianggap kurang user friendly dan terkadang terjadi error. Masalah tersebut kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan model yang terdiri dari kualitas layanan, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas sistem [1]. Data yang akan diteliti seluruh nasabah pengguna mobile banking. Pengelolaan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat bantu SPSS. Hasil analisis diperoleh hasil uji Ttest yang menunjukkan bahwa kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah, kualitas informasi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dan kualitas sistem berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Sedangkan dalam hasil uji Ftest menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama variabel kualitas layanan, kualitas informasi dan kualitas sistem berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah.

The purpose of this study was to evaluate whether the recognition and measurement principles for the financing transaction with the results in the concept of Sharia banking accounting is applied in Semarang Branch of Muamalat Indonesia Bank has been in accordance with PSAK No. 59 or not. Qualitative analysis methods used in this study carried out by analyzing the recognition and measurement results in a financing transaction for theaccounting concept of Sharia in Semarang Branch of Muamalat Indonesia Tbk and perform the implementation of comparative evaluation in practice with financial reporting standards in this regard to PSAK no.59 about sharia banking accounting. Treatment for the execution of financing transactions between existing implementations on Muamalat Indonesia Tbk in Semarang Branch with PSAK number 59 of shariah banking accounting was appropriate
