Supplier selection is a strategic aspect of supply chain management that directly impacts product quality and operational efficiency within a company. PT. XYZ, operating in the fashion industry, is currently facing the challenge of selecting the optimal t-shirt supplier and lacks an appropriate decision-making method. The objective of this research is to provide insights into the best decision-making approach for PT. XYZ by applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The determination of suppliers is carried out by considering four main criteria, namely product quality, product price, delivery time, and service. The data obtained were generated from interviews and questionnaires given to the owner of PT. XYZ. The results of the analysis have shown that product quality is the most influential criterion with a weight of 0.716, followed by service (0.113), delivery time (0.093), and product price (0.078). The final result states that supplier C has the highest priority weight, which is 0.763. Therefore, PT. XYZ is recommended to choose supplier C as the best alternative supplier. The results of this study indicate that the AHP method can be used as a systematic and objective decision-making tool for supplier selection.

The problem faced by Baking Daily Store is that there is no system that can be used to optimize supplier selection, which has only been done based on intuition and relationships. This has the potential to cause inefficiencies in supplier selection which have an impact on the availability of raw materials, product quality, and timeliness of delivery. Therefore, a decision support system was designed to help Baking Daily Store in choosing the best supplier objectively, quickly, and accurately. This system applies the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to perform calculations and assessments based on predetermined criteria. The result of this system development is a desktop-based application using the Java programming language, which is expected to help management in making decisions in a more measurable and structured manner.

Supplier selection is a strategic element in supply chain management to ensure operational efficiency and business sustainability. This study aims to determine the best urea supplier for PT DSSA 1, a textile company specializing in dyeing and finishing processes, using the Analytic Network Process (ANP) method. This method was chosen for its ability to systematically analyze interdependencies among criteria, leading to more accurate and comprehensive decision-making. Data were collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews with internal company sources, and relevant literature reviews. The analysis was based on five main criteria: quality, price, service, delivery, and flexibility, each further broken down into sub-criteria. The results indicate that quality is the most critical criterion, with the highest weight of 23.19%, followed by price, service, and delivery, each with relatively balanced weights of 19.93%. Flexibility, although ranked last with a weight of 17.01%, remains relevant, especially for urgent orders. Based on the analysis, Supplier A was identified as the best choice with the highest overall weight, followed by Supplier B and Supplier C. This study provides practical contributions by offering strategic recommendations for PT DSSA 1 in selecting suppliers that support production efficiency and business sustainability. The study is limited in the scope of criteria and the number of suppliers analyzed. Future research is recommended to explore more variables, expand the sample size, and consider the implementation of digital technologies to optimize the supply chain.

The research objective is to analyze the effect of business location selection. The type of research used in this research is a type of library research, namely research conducted using literature, both in the form of books, notes, and reports on previous research results using references, where the data sources are taken from google scholar. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with domain data analysis, namely the researcher's efforts to obtain an overview of the data to answer the research focus. Business location on the trader's income variable includes a negative correlation and insignificant relationship. This shows that a strategically chosen location is unlikely to generate more income. Factors to consider in choosing a location, although there are several influential factors, are the proximity to the market (consumers). This location can be seen: 1) The business environment, namely regarding the proximity of the business location to other businesses / competitors, proximity to consumers, proximity to suppliers, and proximity to providers of production equipment / equipment. 2) Location costs, namely regarding building rental prices, whether or not there are renovation costs, interest rates, labor costs, and the amount of taxes. Based on the results of the study, several conclusions can be drawn, namely that business location has a significant influence on business location.

Plywood is a processed product of several veneer sheets glued together perpendicularly. Plywood can be processed into various kinds of furniture, such as tables, chairs and so on. For furniture companies, plywood is one of the basic materials needed in the production process. Therefore, the company needs a plywood supplier that fits the company's criteria. The number of criteria in the selection of suppliers aims for the company to get optimal results. The following are the criteria that will be used in the study including price, material, thickness, grade and type. The biggest problem that ever happened to the company and resulted in a sizeable loss was that the supplier changed the raw materials used in the production process without the company's approval. In this study an application was designed that could assist in rating plywood suppliers using the AHP method and then using the COPRAS method. The supplier that gets the highest score after being processed using the AHP and COPRAS methods is the best supplier of plywood. Application designed in the form of a website. With this application, it can make it easier for users to choose plywood suppliers.

This study uses the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (FAHP) method to examine the choice of methanol raw material sources at PT XYZ. The procedure of gathering primary and secondary data for this study entails identifying supplier selection criteria, compiling data on criteria and sub-criteria, and compiling information on supplier performance. Results indicated that product quality, price, supply reliability, sustainability, and reputation were important factors in PT XYZ's decision to choose a certain supplier for its methanol raw materials. The relative weight of each criterion and sub-criteria has been computed using the FAHP approach, which aids in assessing possible providers. Additionally, depending on the obtained priority values, supplier rankings are also established. In conclusion, PT XYZ may choose its raw material suppliers for methanol using the FAHP approach effectively. As well as producing more objective and organized outcomes, this strategy aids in lowering decision-making uncertainty and complexity.

Suppliers play an important role in determining product quality, costs, product development, and access to finance for companies. If the company is less selective in choosing its suppliers, the costs incurred may become ineffective. This study aims to develop or design a supplier selection model for non-critical items in Fast Moving Consumer Good companies. In this study, a literature review approach is used by examining 10 journals that have discussed supplier selection procedures. Each journal used as a basis for this study also has different problem objects, models, variables, methods and results. The results of the cross-reference analysis are used to design a procedural model for selecting suppliers for non-critical items. The design of the non-critical item supplier selection model uses several criteria which will later be used as the basis for selecting non-critical item suppliers. From several journals that have been studied, several criteria are obtained that are in accordance with the company that the researcher will conduct research, and will later be re-elected according to the company's needs. This study aims to develop or design a supplier selection model for non-critical items in FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Good) companies. By using the F-AHP (Fuzzy – Analytical Hierarchy Process) and TLS (Traffic Light System) model, companies that have never had a procedure for selecting suppliers for non-critical items can carry out this procedure so that in the future this procedure can become a standard in companies in terms of choosing supplier.
