Riset Ilmu Manajemen Bisnis dan Akuntansi 2026 Asosiasi Riset Ilmu Manajemen Kewirausahaan dan Bisnis Indonesia

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style and organizational culture on the loyalty of the HIPMI Parepare Commissariat, Makassar State University (UNM) administrators. The research variables consist of leadership style as the first independent variable (X₁), organizational culture as the second independent variable (X₂), and administrator loyalty as the dependent variable (Y). The study population was all 40 active HIPMI Parepare Commissariat administrators at UNM during the study period. The sampling technique used was saturated sampling (census), thus the entire population was included as respondents. Data were obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS. The results show that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on administrator loyalty, organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on administrator loyalty, and simultaneously, both leadership style and organizational culture have a significant effect on administrator loyalty. These findings indicate that the more effective the leadership style implemented and the stronger the organizational culture developed, the higher the level of administrator loyalty to the organization. The synergy between participatory leadership and a healthy organizational culture can create a conducive organizational environment, increase commitment, and strengthen organizational sustainability.

Collecting donations for natural disaster victims is a form of social solidarity widely practiced by the community, including students. However, in practice, these fundraising activities must be carried out in accordance with applicable legal provisions, specifically Regulation of the Minister of Social Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia Number 8 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of the Collection of Money or Goods (PUB). This study aims to analyze the implementation of Ministerial Regulation Number 8 of 2021 in the practice of collecting donations for natural disasters by students. The research method used is a normative empirical research method with a legislative and sociological approach. Data were obtained through literature review and interviews with the Social Services Agency and student organizations. The results show that the implementation of Ministerial Regulation Number 8 of 2021 in student fundraising activities has actually taken place, but is not yet fully optimal. This is evident in the continued discovery of donation collections carried out without official permits from authorized agencies and the lack of accountability reporting for collected funds. This condition indicates that the level of compliance with administrative provisions in the implementation of fundraising is still relatively low. Therefore, increased regulatory dissemination, more effective oversight, and increased legal awareness among students are needed to ensure that fundraising activities are carried out transparently, accountably, and in accordance with applicable laws.

English speaking skill is a crucial competence for university students, particularly those involved in student organizations focusing on language development. Members of English clubs are expected to actively use English in academic and organizational contexts; however, many still face challenges related to pronunciation accuracy, fluency, limited active vocabulary, and low confidence. These challenges are often caused by limited structured speaking practice and insufficient integration between digital learning tools and communicative pedagogy. This community service program aimed to enhance the English-speaking skills of members of the Bhamada English Club at Universitas Bhamada Slawi through the utilization of the Duolingo application integrated with a Task-Based Learning (TBL) approach. The program was implemented through three stages: preparation, implementation, and evaluation. Activities included needs analysis, speaking pre-test, guided Duolingo practice focusing on pronunciation and speaking features, task-based speaking activities, and post-test evaluation. The results demonstrated improvements in pronunciation accuracy, speaking fluency, and participants’ confidence in using English orally. The integration of Duolingo as a source of comprehensible input and Task-Based Learning as a communicative output strategy proved effective in enhancing speaking skills. This program indicates that technology-supported task-based instruction can serve as an effective and sustainable model for improving English speaking skills among university students.

The dynamics of student organization structure have significant implications for talent retention and student career development. This study aims to comparatively analyze the influence of centralization and decentralization structures in the Information Technology Study Program Student Association on the effectiveness of talent retention strategies and career development capacity. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a comparative design involving 120 respondents selected through purposive sampling technique with criteria of at least one period of organizational experience. Data collection instruments use structured Likert scale questionnaires that have been tested for validity and reliability with Cronbach's Alpha values above 0.80. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling and independent sample t-test to compare both structural models. The results show that the decentralization structure has a strong significant effect on talent retention with a path coefficient of 0.628 compared to centralization of 0.312. Comparative analysis identifies substantial differentiation in all dimensions of career development with the decentralization structure consistently outperforming centralization, especially in the aspect of decision-making autonomy. The findings confirm that the distribution of authority in decentralization creates a learning ecosystem that facilitates diversification of leadership experiences and strengthens students' organizational commitment through participatory empowerment mechanisms.

The research employed a quantitative descriptive approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents consisting of active members and administrators. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with the assistance of SPSS software and supported by classical assumption tests, including normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation tests. The results indicate that leadership style and motivation have a positive and significant effect on member productivity, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 0.745 shows that 74.5% of productivity variation is explained by these variables, while the remaining 25.5% is influenced by other factors outside the model. Therefore, it can be concluded that effective leadership and strong motivation are key determinants in improving the productivity of student organizations.

The selection of recipients of the Single Tuition Fee (UKT) assistance at universities must be carried out with the principles of fairness, openness, and efficiency to ensure that the assistance is distributed appropriately. However, the manual selection process is often subjective and prone to error. Therefore, this study developed a decision support system based on the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to assist the selection process of students eligible for UKT assistance more systematically and accurately. The SAW method was chosen because of its ability to process data involving various criteria to produce objective decisions. In this study, the criteria used for the selection of UKT assistance recipients include several aspects, such as the Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA), parental income, number of dependents, non-academic achievements, distance of the student's residence from campus, active student status, and involvement in student organizations. Data from each criterion is then processed through a normalization stage to ensure uniformity of values and weighting based on their level of importance. After the normalization and weighting process, the next step is to calculate the preference value for each student. The results of the implementation of this system show that the SAW method can accurately rank student priorities, with a student named Selly receiving the highest preference score, 0.673. This indicates that the student in question meets the selection criteria with the best score. This developed system can support the UKT assistance selection process to be fairer and more efficient. By using the SAW method, subjective and manual errors in decision-making can be reduced, resulting in more objective and accurate decisions. In addition, this system also allows universities to evaluate UKT assistance recipients more transparently and precisely, which ultimately can increase public trust in the management of educational assistance at universities.

The rapid development of science and technology has driven increasingly intense global competition, demanding educational institutions to play an active role in developing human resources (HR). Higher education serves as a platform to enhance students' competitiveness, not only through academic education but also through student organizations such as the Student Executive Board (BEM). This organization provides opportunities for students to develop social skills, leadership, and other soft skills that are highly essential in the professional world. STMIK Widuri, as one of the higher education institutions in Indonesia, integrates academic education with students' personal development through organizations like BEM.
