The purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of the Surakarta City GenRe Program in strengthening civic responsibility. The research method used in qualitative research with a case study method. GenRe Program is able to be a good forum for the formation of adolescent characters, especially in strengthening civic responsibility. This success can certainly be achieved by various factors. As for one of the factors that influence that is related to strategy. Some of the strategies needed are (1) Maximizing SDM by managing GenRe Program services; (2) Establishing and developing PIK R in several regions; (3) Developing the GenRe Program; (4) Increasing the GenRe program partnership; (5) Develop coaching and evaluation periodically. Thus the GenRe program is able to produce teenagers who can be educated consistently and in accordance with their capacities through maximizing their potential while forming civic responsibility Keywords: GenRe Program, Raising Potential for Youth

Product distribution is a crucial element of the supply chain system that ensures the smooth flow of goods from producers to consumers at minimal cost and with high reliability. Distribution efficiency not only reduces operational costs but also improves customer satisfaction, market competitiveness, and business sustainability. In the context of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), distribution efficiency becomes even more critical due to limited financial, human, and infrastructural resources. This study aims to analyze the product distribution efficiency of UMKM Kerupuk Jaya Pesona, located in Cinanggung Village, Serang Regency, Banten Province, by applying two classical transportation methods: the North West Corner (NWC) and Least Cost (LC) methods. Both methods were used to determine the allocation pattern that minimizes total transportation cost across three destination regions: Serang, Cilegon, and Pandeglang. The data include three couriers (as supply sources) and three market destinations (as demands), totaling 18,000 product units per distribution cycle. The results show that both NWC and LC methods yield the same total transportation cost of Rp 358,000,000, although their allocation patterns differ. This indicates that the supply–demand and cost structure of the UMKM’s logistics system is balanced. This research concludes that simple optimization methods such as NWC and LC can serve as practical decision-support tools for MSMEs without requiring complex computational models. The study also recommends the application of the Modified Distribution (MODI) method to verify the optimality of the solution and highlights the importance of logistics efficiency in strengthening MSME competitiveness in the digital era.

Pebryani Lestari, 2020. Analysis of Determinants of Interest in Revisiting the Taman Limo Jatiwangi Tourism Destination in Bekasi. Essay. Faculty of Economics and Business, Singaperbangsa Karawang University. This research was conducted using descriptive methods, namely collecting, presenting, analyzing and testing factor analysis, as well as making and suggesting. Samples were collected using random sampling technique with a sample size of 385 respondents and processed using SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that there are 5 new factors that are formed from 21 indicators which are the influence of the determinants of interest in returning to the tourist destination of Taman Limo Jatiwangi Bekasi, these five factors are named Factor 1 which is named the Visitor Perspective Factor consisting of the Self indicator Fullfilment, Financial Security, Leisure Time, Relaxation, Amenities and Variety. Factor 2 is named the Expectation and Desire Factor consisting of indicators of Prestige, Romance, Wish Fullfilment and Local Activities. Factor 3 is named as the Destination Factor consisting of indicators of Fun Vacation Trip, Escape, Play, Strengthening Family Bonds, Educational Opportunity and Knowledge Driven. Factor 4 is named Implication Factor consisting of indicators of Business Travel and Government Business Travel. To encourage political participation, good political education is needed. Political education can target young people as agents of change that have much influence in political development. Therefore, it is important to provide political education in strengthening the political participation of Indonesian youth. This program aims to provide Political Education in Strengthening Youth Political Participation. The service program was held in a four-month time series, from January to April 2019. The socialization activities had been held in Mandan, Sukoharjo Regency on Saturday, April 21, 2019 for one day, attended by 34 young people. The method used in program was socialization and active discussions, and providing motivation for the participants, which was previously preceded by participant assessment activities. The socialization activity lasted for one day. The core material of socialization consists of (1) political introduction; (2) the importance of political participation; (3) youth's ideal actions in political participation. The members of this program were Youth Organization of Mandan , Sukoharjo. Through this program, it can be beneficial for: (1) youth and the general public, to get a picture of political education and positive political participation; (2) for regions, can develop regional potential, regional promotion, and regional development; (3) for tertiary institutions, as fulfillment of the Tri Dharma element of Higher Education. Keywords: Mandan, political education, youth.

The human resource (HR) consolidation program in improving the welfare of the waste management community in Ciputat Market aims to improve the quality of life of waste managers through relevant training and education. Held during May 2021, this activity includes intensive training and counseling. Training includes waste management management, recycling techniques, and entrepreneurship, while counseling provides knowledge about the importance of environmental health and hygiene. Group discussions and field visits were also conducted to see best practices in waste management. The results of this activity show a significant increase in the skills and knowledge of waste managers, who are now able to apply recycling techniques more efficiently and utilize waste into products with selling value. Their awareness of the importance of maintaining environmental health and hygiene is also increasing, creating a cleaner and healthier market environment and increasing their income through the sale of recycled products. The implication of this activity is to improve the welfare of the waste management community in Ciputat Market. With the new skills they acquire, waste managers not only improve their own economic conditions but also contribute to the cleanliness and health of the market environment. This program shows that with the right training and education, waste managers can be effective agents of change in society.

ABSTRAK Komite Nasional Ekonomi dan Keuangan Syariah (KNEKS) merupakan lembaga yang berfungsi sebagai katalisator perkembangan ekonomi dan keuangan syariah dalam skala nasional maupun internasional. KNEKS diamanatkan untuk turut mendorong pengembangan ekonomi dan keuangan syariah guna mendukung ketahanan ekonomi nasional. Tugas KNEKS yaitu mempercepat, memperluas dan memajukan pengembangan ekonomi dan keuangan syariah dalam rangka memperkuat ketahanan ekonomi nasional. Memperkuat pelaku indistri halal dengan memanfaatkan dan mengoptimalkan layanan digital baik pembiayaan, pemasaran dan kapasitas produksi melalui penyediaan halal market place, pembentukan incubator start-up dan sistem informasi terintegrasi untuk traceability produk halal, Penguatan Literasi SDM, Riset dan Pengembangan. Memperkuat kesadaran publik mengenai konsep ekonomi syariah menuju penyediaan SDM yang berkualitas dan berkompetensi tinggi untuk mampu bersaing dan berinovasi melalui riset dan pengembangan.   ABSTRACT The National Committee for Sharia Economics and Finance (KNEKS) is an institution that functions as a catalyst for economic and sharia financial development on a national and international scale. The KNEKS is mandated to help encourage the development of the economy and Islamic finance to support national economic resilience. The task of the KNEKS is to accelerate, expand and advance the development of Islamic economics and finance in order to strengthen national economic resilience. KNEKS has Strategies namely Strengthening Islamic economic and finance, Strengthening Halal Value Chain, Strengthening Micro and Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM), Strengthening Fatwa, Regulations and Governance. Strengthening the provision of the business climate of the Sharia Finance Industry, Industry and Halal Industry with legal certainty, easy and good governance, Strengthening the digital economy. Strengthening halal industry players by utilizing and optimizing digital services in financing, marketing and production capacity through the provision of halal market places, the establishment of start-up incubators and integrated information systems for halal product traceability, Strengthening HR Literacy, Research and Development. Strengthening public awareness about the concept of Islamic economics towards the provision of high quality and highly competent human resources to be able to compete and innovate through research and development.

The purpose of training therapy and functional activities in the elderly is to increase understanding of how to do exercise therapy and increase functional activities in the elderly in Raya Kahean Village, Simalungun Regency. The implementation method carried out in this community service activity is by conducting two-way discussions or communication and by conducting demonstrations by strengthening the process of internalizing knowledge because of direct practice carried out to the community, especially the elderly. The activity plan carried out is by conducting surveys, analyzing the needs of the elderly, socializing exercise therapy programs and functional activities to the elderly, as well as carrying out exercise therapy programs and functional activities, as well as evaluating whether the program is able to improve the health of the elderly in Raya Kahean Village, Simalungun Regency

The digital age encourages the flow of information to move quickly and shift the pattern of international relations. This has influenced the development of the total diplomacy scheme in supporting the achievement of Indonesia's diplomacy goals. In this program, we take international relations students of Slamet Riyadi University as activity partners.International Relations students should be able to engage in total diplomacy positively. They will be provided with digital intelligence according to the positive character of the nation is needed, so that they are able to contribute in growing Indonesia's positive image in the international eyes. This community service program would like to support Indonesia's efforts to collaborate digital media in a total diplomacy scheme with student youth agents, through "Strengthening Youth Digital Intelligence as a Form of Its Contribution to Indonesian Total Diplomacy."
