This research aims to identify the personal branding strategy implemented by Nusaibah Jazuli, a PKS faction member of the South Tangerang City Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD), in building a positive image during the 2024 Election campaign. The advancement of social media has transformed how politicians build and manage their self-image, making a strong personal brand a crucial tool for young politicians to achieve credibility and differentiation amid fierce competition. Employing a qualitative descriptive method, the study analyzes Nusaibah's approach using the Personal Branding Pyramid framework (determine who you are, determine what you do, position yourself, and manage your brand). The findings indicate that this strategy successfully built her reputation and credibility. This success is underpinned by the "Determine Who You Are" commitment, exemplified by donating her entire salary to community welfare. The "Determine What You Do" strategy is reinforced by tangible actions, including distributing 1,000 basic necessity packages and advocating for school bus services. Furthermore, she applied "Position Yourself" as a humble, people-oriented leader who is highly responsive to citizens' concerns, presenting herself as an equal to the community. Finally, "Manage Your Brand" involves consistent and continuous image maintenance. Overall, Nusaibah's ability to engage in relatable political communication successfully won public support and enhanced her reputation.

This research seeks to examine adaptive and sustainable internal governance approaches to enhance the operations of the Household Division within the General Bureau at the East Java Province Regional Secretariat. The study concentrates on four main elements: the integration and compatibility of SIM-BMD with financial systems and LPSE, technology-driven centralized logistics frameworks, the execution of asset lifecycle SOPs involving preventive maintenance and quick transfer methods, and the enhancement of human resource capabilities through targeted training and the creation of digital leaders. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach within a case study framework, information was gathered via detailed interviews, participatory observation, and analysis of institutional documents. The results indicate that integrating systems improves transparency, efficiency in reporting, and accountability in asset management. The centralized logistics approach paired with intelligent warehouse techniques greatly enhances distribution efficiency and decreases operational expenses. Additionally, proactive asset lifecycle management reduces the chances of asset deterioration and prolongs its useful life. Nonetheless, inconsistent digital skills among staff continue to pose a significant obstacle, necessitating ongoing training initiatives and guidance. The research suggests promoting a data-centric work environment, inclusive digital advancements, and collaboration among departments to establish a professional, effective, and sustainable internal governance framework consistent with the tenets of good governance and smart government

This research examines the development of the Telaga Pelemwatu Tourism Village through BUMDes in Pelemwatu Village, Gresik Regency. Using descriptive qualitative methods, this research analyzes tourism development based on six indicators: Attraction, Accessibility, Facilities, Lodging, Activities and Supporting Services. The research results show that the development of this tourist village has been effective in attracting tourists with its unique appeal, but still faces challenges in terms of accessibility and infrastructure. Even though it has succeeded in improving the welfare of local communities and preserving culture and the environment, improvements are still needed in several aspects such as promotion, maintenance of facilities and improvement of supporting services. This research concludes that the development strategy for the Telaga Pelemwatu Tourism Village can be used as a model for the development of other tourist villages in Indonesia, noting that there is a need for continuous improvement to meet visitor needs and ensure long-term sustainability.

this study is entitled "implementation of organizational changes in the performance of employees in the government sector of Simo village, soko district, tuban Regency". The purpose of this study is to explain and analyze the organizational strengthening carried out by the Tuban District Office as one of the agencies in Tuban Regency, as well as the excellent service provided by the office. This method uses a descriptive qualitative research approach in which researchers interviewed 2 sides, namely from the side of village officials and the community. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are business activities carried out by individuals or groups that aim to prosper individuals and groups. However, of the large number of existing MSMEs, MSMEs actors usually only focus on selling points without paying attention to the branding of their products. The purpose of this service is to increase the selling value of MSMEs products by adding value with a branding strategy. Branding is one way that can be done as a solution to marketing problems that are often faced by MSMEs and also as a marketing strategy. One example of MSMEs that need a branding strategy is Zahra Woody Craft's MSMEs. The method used in this community service activity is divided into three stages, namely the survey stage, the training stage and the application of branding, and the maintenance and evaluation stage. This branding assistance is also carried out so that Zahra Woody Craft SME products can compete in the market, and can increase the profits generated.opportunities and take advantage of their advantages.

Business continuity, which is closely related to the long-term maintenance of the system in accordance with environmental, economic and social considerations, is an important point that needs to be considered by every MSME actor. The store business is one of the new MSMEs that is of concern so that it continues to carry out business continuity by being carried out based on currently related internal and external factors. Toreko created a unique business idea from brownies, innovating brownies into brownies cookies and using raw materials from mocaf flour. mocaf itself is a modified cassava flour product. The purpose of this article is to describe and analyze the sustainability position of the toreko business through a SWOT analysis, formulate alternative strategies that can be implemented by the toreko after knowing the position of the sustainability position of the business it has. The aggressive strategy is the main choice strategy obtained from the results of IFAS and EFAS. The SWOT matrix is used to determine and arrange the steps for implementing the strategy related to the choice of strategy. An aggressive strategy is carried out until the threat that the store has is smaller than the opportunities that exist. Improving sales promotions and maintaining satisfaction with customer loyalty is the key to realizing business continuity properly.
