Digital transformation has driven significant changes in organizational management systems, thus demanding adaptive leadership and organizational agility as a key prerequisite for surviving in a dynamic environment. This study aims to analyze the relationship between adaptive leadership and organizational agility in the context of digital transformation through the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. Data were obtained from accredited national journals and relevant international literature, then analyzed using thematic analysis techniques to identify patterns of relationships between variables. The results of the study show that adaptive leadership plays an important role in increasing organizational agility indirectly through strengthening organizational learning and dynamic capabilities. Organizational learning serves as the main mechanism that allows organizations to adapt through the continuous learning process, while dynamic capabilities are the link in transforming learning into strategic responses. Digital transformation accelerates the need for organizations to have a high level of agility in the face of change. In conclusion, organizational agility is the result of systemic processes influenced by adaptive leadership, organizational learning, and dynamic capabilities. This study makes a theoretical contribution to the development of the literature on leadership and strategic management in the digital age as well as practical implications for organizations in improving adaptability to the ever-changing environment.

The rapid development of the sea transportation industry produces a massive and complex volume of transaction data, requiring strategic management to support managerial decision-making. This research aims to implement the Executive Information System on SeaPass in order to evaluate the performance of ship ticket sales. The research method uses data visualization with a two-level drill-down mechanism, which allows the presentation of information hierarchically from general summaries to specific details. The methodological stages include needs analysis, user interface (UI) design using Figma, front-end implementation with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, database integration, and system testing through Black Box Testing. The results showed that the SIE implementation successfully integrated operational data, including schedules, ships, and manifests, into an interactive dashboard. The two-level drill-down feature provides the ability for executives to identify operational anomalies and market fluctuations in real-time. In conclusion, the system significantly enhances executive data analysis capabilities, transforming complex transaction data into accurate strategic information, thereby supporting more precise business decision-making and adaptive to the dynamics of the marine transportation market.

Digital transformation has become a major driver in enhancing the competitiveness of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the era of global competition. However, scientific evidence regarding the pathway of digital transformation and its impact on market performance remains separately distributed and has not been systematically synthesized. This study conducts a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) based on PRISMA 2020 on international publications within the 2013–2024 range. The results of the analysis indicate that the digital transformation pathway encompasses digital capability, digital orientation, digital integration, digital strategy alignment, and the utilization of operational technology. Each pathway contributes differently to market outcomes such as sales growth, customer retention, market expansion, and competitive advantage. The study also found the presence of moderating and mediating roles through innovation capability, dynamic capability, organizational culture, and competition intensity. This research produces an integrated conceptual model and recommendations for a further research agenda to deepen strategic management theory in the context of MSMEs.

This study aims to analyze the effects of Carbon Emission Disclosure (CED), liquidity, and leverage on firm value, as well as to examine the role of stock returns as a mediating variable. A quantitative research method was employed, utilizing multiple regression and path analysis on data from companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, particularly within sectors related to environmental issues. The findings indicate that CED significantly affects firm value both directly and indirectly through stock returns. Stock returns also demonstrate a significant positive effect on firm value. In contrast, liquidity and leverage do not exhibit significant effects, either directly or when mediated by stock returns. These results suggest that investors respond more to non-financial information, especially sustainability disclosures, than to traditional financial indicators. This study implies that companies should enhance the quality of their CED reporting as a strategy to build investor trust and sustain long-term firm value. This study is limited to companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, focusing mainly on environmentally related sectors, which may limit the generalizability of the results to other industries or geographical contexts. Moreover, reliance on quantitative methods and secondary data may overlook qualitative perceptions of stakeholders. Future research is recommended to expand sampling across diverse industries and regions to validate these findings further. Incorporating qualitative approaches could provide deeper insights into investor reactions to carbon emission disclosures. Companies are encouraged to adopt more transparent and standardized carbon emission disclosure practices and integrate sustainability into their broader strategic management to effectively enhance firm value.

The church's diaconal practice faces a crisis of effectiveness. The dominant model of charitable diakonia (almsgiving) has proven ineffective in addressing the root causes of poverty and structural injustice. Empirical studies show that this failure is often not due to a lack of resources, but rather a failure of strategic management and a narrow theological understanding of diaconal practice itself. This research argues that to respond to poverty effectively, the church requires a dual paradigmatic shift. First, a theological shift in service from charitable diakonia to transformative diakonia, grounded in Liberation Theology and Reformed social justice spirituality. Second, a conceptual shift in "management" from a secular concept to the theological practice of "Transformative Oikonomia", a prophetic stewardship rooted in scripture (Acts 6) and ecumenical frameworks (WCC). Using a qualitative literature review methodology, the author reconstructs a management model for effective and just ministry. In this model, "effectiveness" is redefined and measured not by logistical outputs, but by two theological pillars: (1) Relational Effectiveness, measured by the Theology of Hospitality (Pohl), focusing on the restoration of human dignity; and (2) Structural Effectiveness, measured by tangible contributions to the JPIC (Justice, Peace, and Integrity of Creation) agenda. This study concludes that the Transformative Oikonomia model liberates the church from the "charity trap" and enables a holistic fulfillment of the Missio Dei.

This study is motivated by the current need for research on pesantren management using the Balanced Scorecard approach, which is essential to identify areas that require improvement in order to increase public interest. Innovative institutions have the opportunity to adopt the Balanced Scorecard as a strategic management system for managing long-term strategies. The research employs a qualitative method and was conducted at Pondok Pesantren Anharul Ulum Soko Plumpungrejo Kademangan Blitar and Pondok Pesantren Bustanul Mutaallimat Dawuhan Kauman Kepanjen Kidul in Blitar City. Data collection techniques include participant observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques involve data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification. The findings reveal that target setting to build public interest is carried out through several measures. First, institutional development involves transforming pesantren from a salafi model into an integrated institution equipped with formal education facilities. This transformation includes requiring students to reside on-site and implementing strict selection processes to maintain the quality of the pesantren. Additionally, programs and curricula are designed to align with community needs by considering feedback from prospective students' parents, many of whom desire a combination of formal education, pesantren learning, and Quran memorization. Furthermore, the performance of pesantren in building public interest is measured through four perspectives: financial perspective, customer satisfaction perspective, internal business process perspective, and growth and learning perspective.

The maritime industry, traditionally reliant on intuition and experience-based decision-making, is undergoing a transformation with the increasing adoption of digital marketing strategies. However, the epistemological foundations of this transition remain underexplored, particularly in the context of leadership and strategic decision-making. This research examines how maritime leaders, lecturers, and postgraduate students perceive and integrate data-driven marketing strategies into maritime business management. The study provides original value by addressing the gap in maritime leadership research regarding digital marketing epistemology. Unlike previous studies that primarily focus on technical adoption, this research critically analyzes the philosophical and cognitive frameworks influencing digital marketing decision-making. The primary objective is to explore the extent to which digital marketing decisions in maritime leadership are guided by empirical data rather than intuition. Using qualitative research and descriptive analysis, semi-structured interviews were conducted with maritime experts, lecturers, and postgraduate students. Data were analyzed thematically, categorizing responses into competency development, sustainability, and digital transformation barriers. Findings reveal that while data-driven strategies are acknowledged as valuable, traditional leadership models still dominate. Digital marketing adoption is constrained by limited expertise, regulatory challenges, and skepticism toward analytics. The study concludes that bridging this gap requires integrating epistemological inquiry into maritime education and fostering collaboration between industry and academia. Strengthening digital literacy among maritime leaders is essential for ensuring the sustainable and strategic use of digital marketing in the sector.
