This community service activity aims to enhance the human resource capacity of Dasawisma members in effective administration management as a family development data base at the sub-district level. The assistance was conducted using a participatory approach and hands-on practice, including socialization, technical administrative training, and reflective discussion. The results indicated an increase in Dasawisma members' understanding of the importance of orderly, systematic, and integrated administration in supporting social activities. Members' technical skills in managing family data, filling administrative books, classifying information, and preparing simple reports improved significantly. Furthermore, the assistance strengthened communication and coordination between Dasawisma and sub-district officials, promoted group independence, and strengthened Dasawisma's role as a key data source for family development. These findings confirm that planned and participatory higher education assistance plays a strategic role in community empowerment, supports good governance at the local level, and can serve as a replicable model for other community development programs.

Household environmental problems such as poor waste management, the practice of burning waste, and limited use of home yards remain major challenges in creating clean and healthy residential areas. Dasawisma, as the smallest unit within the PKK structure, holds a strategic role in fostering environmental awareness and pro-environmental behavior at the family level. This Community Service Program (PkM) aims to build an environmentally caring community through strengthening the role of Dasawisma, improving members' knowledge, and encouraging new habits in household environmental management. The method used a participatory approach consisting of problem identification, interactive counseling sessions, hands-on practice in waste management and yard utilization, and field mentoring. The results indicate an increase in members' understanding of environmental issues, behavioral changes in sorting organic and inorganic waste, simple composting practices, and the cultivation of plants in home yards. In addition, collective awareness and the emergence of local leaders helped sustain the environmental movement within the community. This program demonstrates that strengthening Dasawisma is an effective family-based empowerment strategy to support social transformation toward a cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable environment.

Farmer group institutions play a strategic role in supporting agricultural development; however, many farmer groups still face limitations in data management and institutional administration. These limitations affect planning, decision-making, and access to agricultural development programs. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance farmers’ understanding and skills in data management and institutional administration through extension activities at the Agricultural Extension Center (BPP) of Bukit Kapur Subdistrict, Dumai City. The methods applied include lectures, interactive discussions, and hands-on practice in preparing and managing farmer group administrative records. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ knowledge and skills related to group administration, increased awareness of the importance of orderly administrative management, and a collective commitment to implementing sustainable record-keeping practices. Furthermore, the program encouraged the emergence of local leadership and strengthened farmer group institutions as social capital toward farmer independence and welfare.

The low quality of Dasawisma administrative management remains a major challenge in supporting the effectiveness of the Family Empowerment and Welfare (PKK) programs at the community level. This problem is characterized by poorly organized family data records, weak documentation of activities, and limited understanding among administrators regarding the strategic role of administration as a basis for planning and decision-making. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to improve the quality of Dasawisma administration through collaboration between higher education institutions and Dasawisma groups as an effort to strengthen community organizational governance. The method employed is a participatory community organizing approach, encompassing stages of joint planning, technical administrative assistance, training, and reflective evaluation. The results indicate an improvement in administrators' understanding and skills in managing administrative tasks, the establishment of more systematic data and activity recording systems, and increased participation and organizational ownership among Dasawisma members. Furthermore, the program encouraged the emergence of local leadership and collective awareness of the importance of as an instrument for institutional strengthening. Overall, collaboration with higher education institutions proved effective in promoting sustainable improvements in Dasawisma administrative governance.

Dasawisma groups have strategic potential in supporting family independence, but have not been optimally empowered. This Community Service activity aims to strengthen Dasawisma's capacity as agents of social change in enhancing family independence through the internalization of independence spirit values. The method used was a participatory and educational community organizing approach, implemented at Dasawisma Asoka RT.007, Bukit Timah Sub-district, Dumai City, on August 10, 2024. Activities included interactive material delivery, group discussions, work program preparation simulations, and reflective evaluations. The results showed increased understanding among Dasawisma members regarding their strategic roles, emergence of initiative and self-confidence, ability to formulate solutions based on local potential, and formation of more structured cooperation patterns and emergence of local mobilizer figures. The participatory approach based on independence values proved effective in driving Dasawisma's transformation from administrative implementers to subjects of independent and sustainable family and community development.

The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education presents both challenges and opportunities for 21st-century learning. This study explores the transformative potential of AI in enhancing personalized learning, adaptive assessments, and intelligent tutoring systems. The research aims to identify the key barriers to AI adoption in educational settings, including ethical concerns, data privacy, and technological infrastructure. Utilizing a qualitative approach, data were collected through literature reviews and expert interviews. The findings indicate that while AI can significantly improve learning outcomes and administrative efficiency, its implementation requires strategic planning, teacher training, and regulatory frameworks. This study highlights the importance of balancing AI-driven innovation with ethical considerations to maximize its benefits in education.

The purpose of this research article is to find out the concept of Governance / Corporate social responsibility (CRS) and ethics in strategic management in the field of education. Corporate governance is a set of rules that govern the relationship between shareholders, managers, creditors, employees, and other stakeholders to balance their rights and obligations. Corporate social responsibility (CRS) is an activity carried out by companies as a form of supporting sustainable economic development through community or global empowerment. Management ethics is a process and effort in order to examine the truth about managerial practices that are used as guidelines for a person in carrying out and determining decisions in the organization. The information system is one of the strategic means in patient care-oriented management. So far, Regional Hospital RAA Soewondo Pati has never conducted an evaluation related to the management information system (HMIS), so it is not known that the existing system is effective and efficient to answer patient needs. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the hospital management information system with the structural equation modeling method approach. This research is a case study research with data collection method using a questionnaire. The data that has been collected is then analyzed using SEM analysis. The results of his research stated that the quality of the system had a significant positive effect on the use of information systems. There is a significant effect of system quality on user satisfaction. There is a significant positive effect between the quality of information on the intensity of the use of information. In this study, the intensity of the use of information systems does not play a role in increasing user satisfaction in using information systems. User satisfaction has a significant positive effect on net benefits.

This study aims to determine the influence of external business environmental factors and strategic planning on company performance. This study was conducted with a sample of 30 respondents with this sampling technique is probability sampling from multiple linear regression calculations, obtained Y = 3.302 + 0.564X1 + 0.661X2 The results of this study obtained t test, for variables: External Business Environment Factors (X1) t count (2.505) > t table (2.051831) with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant influence of External Business Environmental Factors on Company Performance. Meanwhile, for the results of the t-test of Strategic Planning (X2), namely t count (2.690) > t table (2.051831) with a significant level of 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there is a significant effect of Strategic Planning on Company Performance. Based on the calculated F test of 36,489 > Ftable 3.35, which means that simultaneously or together External Business Environmental Factors (X1) and Strategic Planning (X2) have a significant effect on Company Performance.

Education has become the center of transformation in the social, economic, and political fields and has become an integrative force in people's lives. Entrepreneurship must be given as early as possible so that what is a concern in society against graduates from an educational institution, namely unemployment, can be eliminated. Therefore, the principal as a person who has entrepreneurial policies and competencies must be able to develop entrepreneurship well. This research uses a quantitative approach with a case study type. This research was conducted at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Paiton Probolinggo. The selection of the research location is based on the consideration that the researcher is easy to get information and the location is a madrasa that implements the Information technology class and the adiwiyata program in Paiton. The informants in this study were the principal, teachers and students. Techniques in data collection used participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation studies. Data analysis used is data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The principal's strategy in developing entrepreneurship is done with three strategies, namely formulation strategy, implementation strategy, and evaluation strategy.

IUU Fishing is a global issue in the world of fisheries, especially in Indonesian waters. The factors that cause IUU Fishing in Indonesian often occur are inseparable from the statement that Indonesian has potential and a strategic environtment in the global world, especially the condition of fisheries in other countries that have sea borders and fishery management systems in Indonesian. Factors causing IUU Fishing include the need for increased world fish demand, disparities in world fish prices, and overfishing. Losses experienced as a result of IUU Fishing in Indonesian can have social, economic, political and environmental impacts. In order to realize security in the marine and fisheries sector, orderly and uphold the law and human rights, it’s necessary to have efforts prevent and combat IUU Fishing, namely efforts to prevent, and take action.

Nationalism is a form of ideology that places the highest love, loyalty, and commitment on the nation-state. The concept of nationalism leads to the desire to live together as a nation that has goals and aspirations to be achieved together. Nationalist understanding and behavior must be based on the awareness of being part of a nation and oriented toward achieving common national goals. In the context of practicing nationalism and supporting national defense, the defense industry is a vital strategic industry to pay attention to. The defense industry is engaged in the area of ​​national defense-supporting products. With the arrival of the 4.0 industrial revolution era, the defense industry cannot remain silent and requires adaptation in its application both in the production of defense products and in their use to support national defense. Nationalism is the basis for the development of national independence as the main capital for realizing the ideals of independence, namely becoming an independent, sovereign, and prosperous nation. For this reason, the independence of the defense industry is an implementation of nationalism and part of the national defense strategy in dealing with state threats that are always developing in tandem with technological developments. The independence of the defense industry must be implemented and fully supported by the government and related parties so that it can play a role in realizing the aspirations of the nation and fostering a spirit of nationalism for the Indonesian people.

One form of progress in the current financial sector is evidenced by the adaptation of Fintech, which stands for sharia P2PL Financial Technology. Financial institutions in carrying out their activities cannot be avoided what is called risk. That's why to gain profit and customer trust, financial institutions are required to have good risk management, especially fintech companies that offer convenience and efficiency in transactions, so they will be very vulnerable to various types of risks in the financing process that can affect the sustainability of the fintech itself. fintech companies, before channeling financing to potential recipients of funds, also need to be able to pay attention to various risks that may arise, both predictable and not, and also have techniques for mitigating risks from all possibilities that may occur in the future, so there is a need for strategic steps and ways to minimize existing risks. This type of research is empirical and uses a qualitative approach with secondary data source. From the explanation, it can be said that PT ALAMI Sharia has carried out Sharia fintech P2PL transactions that are following existing economic principles starting from the identification of potential recipients of funds, analysis carried out by PT ALAMI and risk mitigation carried out by PT ALAMI Syariah.

The development of a village information system must be done because it is mandated by Law no. 6 of 2014 concerning villages, especially article 86. In article 86 point (2), it states that "the government and regional governments are obliged to develop a village information system and rural area development," and in point (3), "the village information system as referred to in paragraph (2) includes facilities hardware and software, networks, and human data sources”. Brawijaya University's strategic community service team developed an information system in Sumberbrantas village, Batu City, in the form of websites and applications, as well as capacity building. The methods used are survey, observation, brainstorming, youth involvement, data collection, creating website & application, training, and launching as well as socialization. The purpose of making the Sumberbrantas.id website and application is an information system, service, product marketing place, information delivery, government activities and villagers, as well as supporting the development of tourism in Sumberbrantas village. PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk is a company engaged in the food sector, located in Jakarta. The company was founded on August 14, 1990 under the name PT Panganjaya Intikusuma, and changed its name to Indofood Sukses Makmur on February 5, 1994. The company exports its food ingredients to Asia, Australia and Europe. This research will review the strategic management of a company, namely PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk. In this study the authors used qualitative method techniques with a descriptive qualitative method approach. This study shows that PT Indofood Sukses Makmur Tbk carries out strategic management by promoting it on various platforms such as Instagram and TV shows. Then another management strategy is to continue to innovate to produce new products that can attract the attention of consumers and have added value.

Kemajuan di bidang teknologi yang pesat membuat banyak organisasi terdorong untuk merencanakan dan menjalankan strategi bisnis untuk meningkatkan kinerja organisasi, maka sebuah organisasi harus mempunyai perencanaan strategi sistem informasi untuk mendukung tercapainya strategi bisnis. Pemerintah Kota Salatiga sudah memiliki dan menerapkan sistem informasi dalam mendukung proses bisnis dalam menjalankan sistem pemerintahannya, namun belum terintegrasi ke semua organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD). Metodologi perencanaan strategis sistem informasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Ward and Peppard dengan menggunakan analisis Value Chain Activity, SWOT, dan Mc Farlan’s Strategic Grid. Penelitian ini menghasilkan usulan portofolio aplikasi untuk memberikan gambaran dalam penerapan SI/TI dalam rangka menyelaraskan strategi bisnis dan visi misi Pemerintah Kota Salatiga.

JW Marriott hotel Surabaya is one five star hotel to give product and quality service excellence to customer. The price is to give JW Marriot hotel Surabaya suitable product and service customer. JW Marriott hotel Surabaya to give special rate promotion and member facilities to customer and repeater guest hotel too. JW Marriott hotel have strategic location because there are centre of city to business, shopping centre, office centre and transportation. The expected outcome of this research is the known of the factors variable product, service, price, and location that affect customer satisfaction on JW Marriot hotel is simultan and parcial.

Performance management in question is with the aim of increasing the strategic focus and effectiveness of the company in ensuring continuous improvement of individual and team performance. The most popular approach is to use the BSC (Balanced Scorecard). Cafe Red&Blue wants to grow and maintain its business. Therefore, in this study we want to design an instrument for measuring performance at Red&Blue cafes using the BSC. The initial stage in designing the instrument is to conduct internal and external analysis to determine the position of the business in the industry and the strategy that must be used. The SWOT approach is used in the analysis of the internal and external environment. From the SWOT analysis, it can be seen that the Red&Blue cafe is in quadrant I position. The strategy that must be applied is an offensive and defensive strategy as a complement. This strategy requires Red&Blue to improve its marketing strategy in order to bring even greater opportunities to the business. The next stage is through the formulation of strategic objectives, the objectives of which are designed; increase profits, increase customer loyalty, improve relationships with new customers, develop quality products with innovation, develop good and quality services, improve employee job satisfaction, increase employee skills, and knowledge employee knowledge. The eight strategic objectives are translated into 2 key financial performance indicator (KPI) perspectives, 3 internal business process KPIs, 4 customer KPI perspectives, and 5 KPI growth and learning perspectives, with targets for each KPI set based on discussions with Red&Blue cafe owners.

Research on Strategy Development of Rejang Lebong Agribusiness Sub Terminal, aims to analyze internal and external factors of Agribusiness Sub Terminal in Rejang Lebong Regency in order to keep growing and formulate alternative strategies for Agribusiness Sub Terminal development in Rejang Lebong Regency. This research was conducted in March 2022 in Simpang Nangka Village, Selupu Rejang District, Rejang Lebong Regency. The data analysis method used in this research is strategy formulation analysis consisting of internal and external factor analysis, internal external matrix analysis, Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, And Threat (SWOT) analysis, and analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The results of this study indicate that the internal factors consisting of strengths and weaknesses that have the highest value are relatively large agricultural/plantation lands. External factors consisting of opportunities and threats that have the highest score are the availability of superior and potential commodities (vegetables, fruit, coffee, grain/rice, and corn) which are very large both nationally, regionally and internationally. This can be strengthened by the AHP decision-making method where the level of the factor that becomes the main priority in achieving the strategic focus of developing the Rejang Lebong agribusiness sub-terminal is the HR factor.
