Admission services in the emergency department (IGD) are an important part of hospital operations that require effective management to support health services. Optimal medical record management requires human resource planning according to actual workload. This research was conducted to analyze the need for admission registration at the Duren Sawit Regional Special Hospital (RSKD) with a quantitative approach using descriptive methods. The research results show that RSKD Duren Sawit has Standard Operational Procedures (SPO) which refer to Minister of Health Regulation No. 33 of 2015 in planning health human resource needs (HRK). Health workload analysis indicates that the ideal requirement is seven admissions officers, while currently only five officers are available, so there is a shortage of two officers. Factors that influence the workload of admission registration include: Man, namely the limited number of officers in the medical records unit, Machine, namely the BPJS server down and power outages, Material, namely the mixed admissions work room with the cashier so the medical record files are still in one room, Method, namely the HR application process at RSKD Duren Sawit found no obstacles, Money, namely there is no budget planning for additional officers in the medical records unit.

Accounting information systems and internal control are two important factors in company operations. These two things are related to each other and influence each other. This research focuses on evaluating the inventory, sales and receivables accounting information system to improve internal control at CV Karunia. This research uses qualitative methods with CV Karunia as the research subject. The data used is primary and secondary data from CV Karunia. Data collection was carried out by means of observation, interviews and documentation. The data obtained is then analyzed and a result is obtained. At CV Karunia, it was found that the implementation of tasks was not in accordance with its responsibilities. It is known that inventory, warehouse and goods receipt are carried out by the same department. Apart from that, the sales and receivables section can be carried out by many people in the company so that unrecorded sales transactions often occur. This occurs due to a lack of standard operational procedures related to clear division of tasks and inadequate evaluation from the company. So it is hoped that companies will create standard operating procedures, clear division of responsibilities, and carry out routine audits.

The research method used is a qualitative method with descriptive research that uses interview methods to describe data obtained directly by researchers. The research results show that the media transfer processing process as a preservation effort must use guidelines, namely SOP (standard operational procedure) or media transfer processing workflow issued by the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia. With this SOP (standard operational procedure), it will be easier for archives to transfer documents. This SOP was prepared to provide guidance or stages in implementing the media transfer process and is expected to make it easier for archivists to carry out the media transfer process. The obstacles/constraints faced in the process of transferring archival media as a preservation effort are the obstacles faced by archivists in processing media transfer collections in a preservation effort, namely the lack of human resources, many archivists in the North Labuhanbatu Library and Archives Service do not yet know about media transfer processing, only 2 archivists who can process transfer of media and also inadequate facilities and infrastructure.

Satisfaction is a person's feelings of pleasure or disappointment that arise after comparing the results of a service that are in accordance with or not in accordance with the expectations they had before getting service. Patients as users of nursing services demand nursing services in accordance with their rights, namely quality nursing services. In providing nursing services, Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) is very important to assist nurses in achieving quality nursing care. In giving medicine, one must pay attention to the six "correct" principles which have become mandatory procedures before giving medicine, namely: right patient, right drug, right dose, right method, right time, and correct documentation. This study aims to identify the effect of applying standard operational procedures (SOP) for drug administration with the six correct principles on the level of patient satisfaction in Ungaran Hospital. The design of this research is descriptive analysis using a cross sectional approach, the number of samples used is 90 respondents using the Slovin formula to determine. The results of the study using the Chi Square analysis test showed that there was a significant effect between the application (SOP) of drug administration with the six correct principles on the level of patient satisfaction (p = 0.000). From the results of the analysis obtained the value of Odds Ratio (OR) of 59.160. The recommendation from this research is that nurses always apply the SOP correctly to increase patient satisfaction.
