The purpose of the study was to analyze the study of Chili Pepper Farming and Farmer Income in Dawi-Dawi Village, Wonggeduku District, Konawe Regency. The sampling method used in this study was the census method. The census method is a method that takes one population group as a sample as a whole and uses a structured questionnaire as the main data collection tool to obtain specific information, where the respondents are all farmers who have been sampled in this study. so that the number of samples in this study was 10 people. To solve the research problem, namely by using a qualitative descriptive method. The agribusiness system of Chili Pepper farming production in Dawi-Dawi Village, Wonggeduku District consists of upstream to downstream subsystems. The upstream subsystem is the procurement of production facilities such as seeds, fertilizers, medicines, while the tools used are simple and modern tools, namely machetes, hoes, machetes, sprayers, sickles and chopping machines, all production facilities and tools are purchased at farmer shops and agricultural equipment stores. On-farm substem/cayenne pepper cultivation in Dawi-Dawi Village starts from land preparation, planting, fertilizing, weeding/replanting, pest control and harvesting. While the downstream/marketing subsystem, cayenne pepper farmers sell their production directly to middlemen at a price of Rp 55,000 per kilogram.

Pesticides are toxic substances that have a negative impact on human health problems. Anemia is one of the chronic effects of pesticide. The effect of pesticides to the farmer’s health, decreasing production or increasing destruction of red blood cells. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship of pesticide exposure with anemia in the blood of pesticide spraying workers at PT. X. The research method used is Cross Sectional at PT. X with a total sample of 61 workers was obtained by Simple Random Sampling. Information was obtained through interviews with questionnaire and examination of hemoglobin levels using a portable hemoglobin meter. Based on the results of the analysis using chi square data, it was found that pesticide exposure were associated with anemia (p = 0.011). It is expected that sprayers pay more attention to the impact of using pesticides with health.

The sprayer is one of the equipments that is often used in agriculture, especially in rice plants to control pests and diseases. The use of the nozzle rod on the electric sprayer still uses hands resulting in the spray distance on the rice being not constant. To answer this problem, the researcher will create an innovative robotic hand holding the nozzle rod on an electric sprayer that will direct the nozzle rod constantly. Servo MG996r as a rectifier of the motion of the nozzle stem which will determine the distance and area of spraying on rice. To achieve maximum dispersion in rice with a 4:1 legowo system with a servo rod length of 50 cm and a spacing between rice of 25 cm, the servo must move forward and backward at an angle of 110° - 180° which can be seen on the LCD and the distance of the nozzle rod on the object can be up and down to 38 cm and up 24 cm from the starting position. The results obtained by the robotic hand holding the nose bridge can work optimally.
