Confidence is a deep belief that a person has about all the abilities he has and is aware of his shortcomings and is able to do something useful for himself and others. This study aims to find out how the role of the counselor in increasing the confidence of students of SMP Negeri 2 Bukittinggi in carrying out the learning process and in students' daily behavior. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. The variables used are Student Confidence and the Counselor's Role. The technique used is non-test instrumentation in the form of interviews and observations. The key informants are counselors and student support informants. The results show that most of the students at SMPN 2 Bukittinggi are able to develop their self-confidence as best they can, such as being able to ask questions when they don't understand something and even being able to display their talents and interests according to the field at the school, but sometimes there are also students who are shy and are afraid to ask about something they don't know, the counselor's role here is to provide solutions for students who are unable to develop themselves properly to be able to develop the potential and problems students face everyday. It turns out that not only that, but students also use a lot of self-confidence in terms of doing bad things, which means that students use too much time just for promiscuity, so this can trigger students' self-confidence during the learning process. Not spared from the increasingly sophisticated technology used, most students use it in terms of seeking entertainment and being narcissistic in cyberspace so that this can result in low student motivation during the learning process.

Dating is something that is very close to our daily life. Dating in this millennial era, everyone may also be familiar with the component known as the relationship. Dating relationships are especially important for younger adults. Millennials want positional fashion as an extraordinary courtship. Along with the times and technology, millennial fashion relationships are becoming more and more excessive. It depends on the character of the individual with a view to comparing their courtship relationship with certainty or negatively. The millennial generation is often referred to as a very open technology, likes practicality and dares to take risks. In terms of love life, it is now not much different. In younger people, courtship is seen as a method of gaining recognition. For example, the idea that a person is considered a person if he or she already has a partner, daring to have a relationship is considered manly or having a female friend who is handsome or beautiful is considered an achievement.

Background: Pregnancy is something that naturally happens to productive women. During pregnancy, changes occur in the mother, both physical and psychological. In general, the physical changes during pregnancy are, no menstruation, enlargement of the breasts, changes in the shape of the uterus, changes in the working system of the body's organs, enlargement of the stomach, weight gain, weakening of the relaxation of the muscles of the digestive tract, sensitivity to the senses, and the feet and hands begin to enlarge. The psychological changes in mothers in the first trimester are estimated to be 80%, resulting in feelings of disappointment, rejection, anxiety and sadness. In the second trimester, the mother's psychological life appears calmer and begins to adapt, and in the third trimester, changes in the mother's psychology seem more complex and increase again compared to the previous trimester, and this is none other than because the condition of the pregnancy is getting bigger. Psychological impacts on pregnant women include being sensitive, tending to be lazy, asking for more attention, easily jealous, and anxiety. Pregnant women will be more open to themselves and like to share their experiences with other people. Pregnant women will reflect on all their dreams, dreams, fantasies about objects, events or abstract concepts, such as death, life, success and happiness during pregnancy.Objective: Knowing how the knowledge of pregnant women about psychological changes in the first trimester is related to the attitude of pregnant women in facing pregnancy at the Medan Amplas Community Health Center, Medan City in 2022. Method There is a relationship between the knowledge of pregnant women about psychological changes in the first trimester and the attitude of pregnant women in facing pregnancy at the Medan Amplas Community Health Center, Medan City in 2022. Advice is given for research and for research sites and for educational institutions regarding perennial wound care.

Family communication that exists is very important in the personality of the child. Therefore, the patterns of communication and interaction carried out by a family are of great concern. The purpose of this study was to read and analyze and find answers to problems in family communication in shaping children's personalities. This research uses family communication factors variables which have four dimensions, namely communication sources, messages, media, and recipients. The approach in this research is a quantitative approach with a descriptive research type. Population and sample stated 34 people who are elementary school students. The results showed that something was lacking in the factors of family communication carried out by their families. This can be seen in the lowest intentions, namely messages with scientific indicators, while the communication that occurs face-to-face to their families is maximized.

Daya Tarik Wisata terbagi menjadi beberapa jenis yaitu daya tarik wisata alam, buatan, dan budaya. Dalam penelitian ini Festival termasuk dalam daya tarik wisata buatan, yang harus memenuhi potensi wisata yaitu Something To Do, Something To See, Something To Buy, aksesbilitas, dan amenitas. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui  pengelolaan dan mengembangkan potensi wisata di Festival Kota Lama Semarang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan 10 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisi kualitatif menggunakan pengolahan data dari hasil temuan data, kemudian di analisis dan dikembangkan hingga mendapat kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa dalam Festival Kota Lama Semarang memenuhi potensi wisata, aksesbilitas, dan amenitas. Selain itu juga ditemukan bagaimana pengelolaan,  upaya pengembangan dan kesulitan dalam pengelolaan yang dapat dikembangkan serta diberikan saran untuk penyelesaian.

Utilization of resources does not only focus on reforms but begins to enter into something that is even more unlimited, namely inspiration, ideas, talents or talents, and creativity. 3 main things form the basis of the creative economy, including creativity,  innovation,  and invention.  To support the creative economy  and the condition of the productive age population, the West Kotawaringin Regency government through the tourism office seeks to empower the community through a collaborative activity with one of the universities in Semarang, namely the Indonesian College of Tourism Economics (STIEPARI). The implementation  of activities ranging from identification, socialization to independent practice shows that there is an increase in awareness of the training participants to utilize local resources that can be processed into products even though they are made from waste which in this case is shells. This can be seen from the participants'  interest in applying the results of the counseling and training and continuing this activity to completion.
