Background: Mental health during pregnancy is influenced by multiple factors, including the social environment. Family support, peer interactions, and community engagement are critical determinants of psychological well-being, yet their impact local community health settings remains underexplored. Objective: This study aimed examine the influence the social environment the mental health pregnant women Tilongka Billa Community Health Center. Methods: A quantitative correlational study was conducted with 70 pregnant women selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires assessing demographic characteristics, social support (family, peer, and community), and mental health status (Perceived Stress Scale and Edinburgh Postnatal Depression Scale). Descriptive statistics summarized the participants’ characteristics, while Pearson Spearman correlation tests analyzed relationships between social environment factors mental health outcomes (p < 0.05). Results: The results indicated that family support had the highest mean score (4.1 ± 0.7), followed by peer support (3.8 ± 0.8) and community involvement (3.5 ± 0.9). Mental health assessments revealed moderate stress levels (18.2 ± 5.0) and mild depression risk (9.5 ± 4.3). Correlation analysis showed significant negative relationships between social support and mental health indicators, with family support exhibiting the strongest correlation with reduced stress (r = -0.48, p = 0.002) and depression (r = -0.52, p = 0.001). Conclusion: The study demonstrates that supportive social environment, particularly family and peer support, plays crucial role in reducing stress and depressive symptoms among pregnant women. Strengthening social support networks through counseling, peer groups, and community engagement programs may enhance maternal mental health and promote positive pregnancy outcomes.

The development of the digital economy has driven major changes in consumer behavior, from traditional transactions to online interactions. These changes present both challenges and opportunities for businesses, particularly in the e-commerce sector, where consumer trust, data privacy, and digital technology adoption are important factors in decision-making. This study aims to map global trends in online consumer behavior research in the context of the digital economy using bibliometric analysis. Data was collected from the Scopus database using the keyword “online consumer behavior” for the period 2020-2025. The dataset was exported in CSV format and analyzed using VOSviewer and R Studio (Biblioshiny). The analysis included annual publication trends, identification of authors, journals, countries, as well as keyword mapping and citation networks. The results show a significant increase in publications after 2020, with China, the United States, and India as the main contributors. Keyword mapping reveals four research clusters: consumer trust and data privacy, e-commerce and digital platform adoption, consumer experience and personalization, and social commerce and social media influence. These findings confirm a growing research focus on issues of digital trust and opportunities for utilizing new technologies such as artificial intelligence and social media. This study provides a comprehensive overview of global trends in online consumer behavior and an important contribution to academics, practitioners, and policymakers.

Social media provides various ways of communicating that are short but easy to understand and very fast in the global, this allows students of SMA Muhammadiyah Maumere to easily connect with peers and family in various parts of the world easily. This study shows that there are still many shortcomings in understanding the negative impacts of social media use, such as reduced family interaction and increased risk of negative behavior among the younger generation. Therefore, research using a systematic approach in reviewing the literature needs to be focused on identifying effective strategies to overcome the negative impacts of social media, as well as exploring the potential of social media as a positive tool to strengthen interpersonal relationships among the Generation. The main objective of this study is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the influence of social media on communication patterns and social relationships of the Generation, as well as identify strategies that can help them manage their use of social media in a healthier and more productive way. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive research type. The findings are that most teenagers at SMA Muhammadiyah Maumere have Facebook, WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram and online game accounts to interact and communicate with others. The use of social media as a place to find friends and information. One form of media from social media is the formation of networks between teenagers. The network that is built does not only expand friendships or followers in cyberspace, but must also be built with interactions between teenagers. Interactions that occur on social media are in the form of commenting on each other or giving likes. The implications of the research are that social media can have positive and negative effects.or giving likes. This study aims to examine the impact of human relations on adolescents' interactions and behaviors on social media platforms, taking into account psychological, sociological, and cultural dimensions. Employing a qualitative approach with a literature review method, this research explores interaction patterns among adolescents on platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter. The findings reveal that social media creates virtual spaces that enhance social networks but also pose risks such as reduced quality of face-to-face interactions, social anxiety, and mental health issues. This study emphasizes how the intense use of social media reshapes traditional communication patterns and influences adolescents' behavior and self-concept. Based on these findings, strategic recommendations are proposed for parents, educators, and policymakers to guide healthy social media use, balance its benefits and drawbacks, and foster the development of more meaningful social relationships among adolescents.

The development of digital technology, especially social media, has brought significant changes in the way of interacting and communicating among the younger generation, especially Gen Z. Gen Z, who was born between 1997 and 2012, grew up in the digital era where social media became the main platform for connecting, sharing information, and building community. This study aims to explore the influence of social media on social interaction among Gen Z, with a focus on the positive and negative impacts arising from the use of social media in their daily lives. Social media allows Gen Z to connect with peers, form identities, and participate in various virtual communities. However, while it provides an opportunity to expand social networks, research shows that social media can also reduce the quality of deeper social relationships. Interactions that occur in cyberspace tend to be more superficial compared to face-to-face communication, which can interfere with the development of social skills and empathy. In addition, social comparisons that often occur on social media also affect mental health, causing feelings of anxiety, loneliness, and dissatisfaction with oneself.

Technological developments have changed consumer behavior in purchasing fashion products, especially through online platforms and social media. Viral marketing and live streaming are the main strategies in influencing purchasing decisions by reaching consumers widely and in real-time. This research aims to explore the influence of these two strategies on consumer purchasing decisions at the Nabila Fashion Store. This study identified several problems such as less interesting viral content, lack of product explanations from influencers, unstable networks during live streaming, promotions that are too long, and lack of consistency in promotions via social media. Based on this background, the research problem formulation includes the partial influence of viral marketing, the partial influence of live streaming, and the simultaneous influence of both on consumer purchasing decisions. The research results show that both viral marketing and live streaming have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. Viral marketing helps in disseminating product information quickly and effectively, while live streaming provides direct experiences to consumers, influencing purchasing decisions through real-time interactions and exclusive promotional offers. In conclusion, the implementation of viral marketing and live streaming can increase consumer purchasing decisions at the Nabila Fashion Store. Recommendations include improving the quality of viral content, improving network stability during live streaming, shortening the duration of promotions, and increasing consistency in promotions via social media to maximize influence on consumer purchasing decisions.

The Digital Era has transformed the way humans interact and communicate through the development of information technology and social networks. Social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter have reshaped the landscape of social interactions, enabling individuals to connect with people worldwide quickly and efficiently. This article conducts an in-depth analysis of the significant influence of social networks on social interactions in the digital era. Social networks facilitate the exchange of information, collaboration, and getting to know each other in various forms, ranging from text to visual and audiovisual content. In this context, there are two key elements in social interactions: social contact and communication. The Uses and Gratifications theory highlight the active role of social media users in choosing and utilizing these platforms to fulfill their needs for entertainment, information, personal identity, and social integration. Despite the convenience they offer, the use of social networks also presents significant challenges, such as privacy issues and social media addiction. It is crucial for individuals to develop a healthy self-awareness regarding their social media usage. Additionally, technology companies and policymakers must prioritize protecting users' privacy and creating an online environment that is healthy, safe, and inclusive for everyone. This analysis not only discusses negative impacts such as privacy and data security but also demonstrates the potential of social networks as powerful tools for building bridges between cultures, ideas, and people worldwide. Therefore, collaboration between society, governments, and corporations is essential in creating a positive and healthy online environment for all users.

Social media is an online medium, with its users being able to easily participate, share, and create content including blogs, social networks, wikis, forums and virtual worlds. Blogs, social networks and wikis are the most common forms of social media used by people around the world. The positive impact of social media is that it makes it easier for us to interact with many people, expand relationships, distance and time are no longer a problem, easier to express ourselves, information dissemination can take place quickly, costs are cheaper. While the negative impact of social media is to keep people who are close and vice versa, face-to-face interactions tend to decrease, making people addicted to the internet, causing conflicts, privacy problems, vulnerable to bad influences from others. The existence of social media has influenced social life in society. Changes in social relationships or as changes to the balance (equilibrium) of social relations and all forms of changes in social institutions in a society, which affect the social system, including values, attitudes and behavior patterns among groups in society. Positive social changes such as the ease of obtaining and conveying information, obtaining social and economic benefits. Meanwhile, social changes tend to be negative, such as the emergence of social groups in the name of religion, ethnicity and certain behavioral patterns that sometimes deviate from existing norms.
