The Qur'an as a beacon of life for Muslims has holiness, authenticity and breadth of discussion that never dries up, in fact it cannot be refuted in line with advances in science and technology. The existence of the Al-Qur'an revealed by Allah as a revelation to the Prophet Muhammad SAW in the form of a mushaf has very interesting and complex dynamics to be studied and practiced as a guide to mankind. The word tarbiyah is used for a broader meaning, namely the process of coaching and direction for the formation of personality and mental attitudes, while the word taklim is used for a more specific meaning, namely the process of providing provisions in the form of knowledge and skills and ta'dib is the material taught including language lessons, speech lessons. , good writing lessons, history lessons about heroes and great commanders in order to absorb the experience of their success, swimming, archery and horse riding (skills lessons). Based on the terms above, education according to the Qur'an is formulated as an effort carried out in a planned and gradual manner to provide knowledge, skills and mental attitudes to students as provisions for carrying out their duties as servants and caliphs of Allah on earth. Self-Harm is an act of conscious self-harm to eliminate pain and disturbing thoughts in one's personality. Nowadays, Self-Harm Behavior tends to occur in teenagers in Indonesia with various factors and consequences. Various approaches also need to be taken to overcome this behavior. Islam always teaches the goodness and welfare of its servants. This Self-Harm behavior is classified as an unjust act which results in mental and physical damage to a person. This article discusses how character education based on Islamic values can be an alternative for overcoming self-harm behavior. Thus, Islamic-based character education not only plays a role in moral formation, but also plays a role in the mental well-being of teenagers.

Education is an activity that proceeds through stages and levels. After the effort or activity is completed, it is hoped that the goal will be achieved. Because it is gradual and multilevel, the goal of education is not a fixed and static object, but it is the whole of a person's personality, relating to all aspects of his life. The aim of this research is to reveal the concept of the goals of Islamic education in the view of Qurais Sihab. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a library research approach by using books, magazines and articles related to this research theme as the main data source. The results of this research show that; The concept of the aim of Islamic education contained in QS Al-Baqarah verse 30 is to develop humans individually and in groups so that they are able to carry out their functions as His servants and caliphs, in order to build this world in accordance with the concept set by Allah SWT, while the concept of the aim of Islamic education is contained in QS Hud verse 61 are, being able to create a pious servant, showing the breadth of Allah's knowledge, the formation of noble morals in students which is found in the application of moral education itself, producing knowledgeable students, producing capable students, and The concept of the aim of Islamic education in QS Ad-Dzariyat verse 56 is to form obedient and obedient humans, especially to the Creator. Because the characteristic of an educated person is obedience and obedience to applicable norms and rules.    

The performance of human resources can be influenced by the conditions of servant leadership that are formed. Factors that influence employee performance in servant leadership include a lack of commitment from employees towards understanding the values ​​and rules that have been established, a lack of disciplined behavior, a lack of inheritance of servant leadership, and a lack of understanding organizational identity. These things cause service leadership to be less than optimal in achieving the stated vision and mission of the organization. One factor in good servant leadership is that it requires commitment from all members of the organization under the leadership of someone who is able to influence all members of the organization and is expected to be able to build good and strong servant leadership. survey research design with a correlational approach. The approach used is a quantitative approach as the basis for analysis. There is a positive, very significant and strong relationship between servant leadership and employee performance. There is a positive, very significant and strong relationship between Personality and Employee Performance. There is a positive, very significant and strong relationship between Servant Leadership (X1) and Personality (X2) together with Employee Performance (Y). The two go hand in hand, which means that the higher the Service Leadership and Personality together, the higher the Employee Performance.

Work ethic is the totality of an individual's personality in the context of work. Working is a form of self-dedication as a servant of Allah by obeying all His commands and avoiding all prohibitions. For this reason, Allah has provided facilities in the form of surface resources for human use in achieving their well-being. A strong work ethic can fulfill economic needs and desires within the family. Islam encourages its followers to work diligently and not to be lazy, as laziness can lead to poverty. The formation of a work ethic (including Islamic work ethic) is a complex process, involving various factors such as physical, biological, mental-psychological, socio-cultural, and possibly transcendental spiritual conditions and preconditions. This research adopts a qualitative approach and was conducted at the Padang Lamo Street Market, Pulau Temiang, Tebo Ulu District, Tebo Regency, in January 2023. The respondents in this study consisted of 27 individuals, including fish traders, consumers, and religious scholars. The findings of the research on fish traders in the Pulau Temiang Subdistrict Market, Tebo Regency, indicate that fish traders possess crucial work skills, exhibit diverse motivations such as earning a livelihood and pursuing hobbies, their work ethic is driven by the desire to meet their family's needs, and their economic conditions impact their well-being. Challenges include limited education, environmental conditions, and limited alternative job opportunities.

There are actions of God's servants that are not in accordance with the true meaning of service in shepherding the congregation, and the importance of the meaning of Shepherd God's sheep to be significant for the life and service of God's servants. This article aims to explore the meaning implied in the writings of the Apostle Peter about the importance of shepherding God's church, and can build the personality, morals and spirituality of the church. This research uses a qualitative approach, by analyzing various sources such as books, novels, and updates related to the topic. The results of the analysis see the importance of God's servants interpreting the call to serve God to have a positive impact on the revival of the church. A servant of God must be able to be a blessing and example in all aspects of life so that the congregation truly believes that there is a God. The contents in this article are presented to make readers especially servants of God aware to serve God wholeheartedly, not with other motivations but for glory for God's name. This research is expected to contribute thoughts for God's servants in enriching themselves to become true Shepherds for God's Sheep friends.

Integrity is a condition in which a servant of God can be trusted because the words issued and actions are similar. The integrity of a servant of God must be seen in his life of service and personal life because both of these will have an impact on eternity, namely eternal salvation. As a very young shepherd, the apostle Paul gave several pieces of advice so that he could become a servant of God with integrity. To become a servant of God with integrity, there are several pieces of advice that must be followed regarding public life. and personal life. Three things that  the main things that Timothy had to do with regard to public life were to provide sound teaching, maintain respect and have a balance in service. The congregation will still have respect  if  Timothy has always been an example to the congregation in words, behavior, love, faith and purity or holiness of life. Furthermore, what is meant by balance in ministry is that Timothy remains diligent in reading God's Word, giving advice and teaching God's Word. In relation to his personality, Timothy had to use the gifts that God had given him. In addition, have a commitment to be obedient to do everything that the Apostle Paul has taught. As a result of doing these things, Timothy will save himself and every church he serves.

This article is based on the declining awareness of church ministers about what the congregation needs from the church. The lack of God's servants in seeing and feeling the needs of the congregation, so that the congregation has a great opportunity not to grow in quantity and spirituality. The aim of this research is to find out the key to the success of a Servant of God in carrying out church planting. The method used is descriptive qualitative, namely analyzing and concluding various opinions from source books/journals from various experts regarding the secret of the success of the Servant of God in church planting. A church that can meet the needs of its congregation, provides spiritual growth for His congregation and quantity growth for the existence of the church.
