This study aims to analyze the feasibility and sensitivity of shallot farming as seed production using a low cost greenhouse system in Hasara Dodo Farmer Group, Nias Regency. The research employed a quantitative approach with a case study method. The data used include production costs, yield, selling price, and greenhouse investment components, which were analyzed using cost, revenue, income, and R/C ratio calculations, as well as sensitivity analysis. The results show that the total production cost is Rp205,200,000 per hectare per planting season, with total revenue of Rp510,000,000 and income of Rp304,800,000. The R/C ratio value of 2.48 indicates that the farming is financially feasible. Sensitivity analysis results show that the farming remains feasible even under a 10% decrease in selling price, increase in production cost, and decrease in production, with the R/C ratio still greater than one. The use of a low cost greenhouse system is proven to improve production stability, especially in areas with high rainfall. In addition, shallot production as seed provides higher economic value compared to consumption purposes. Therefore, greenhouse-based shallot farming has strong potential to be developed as a strategy to increase farmers' income.

Diabetes mellitus adalah penyakit gangguan metabolisme yang disebabkan oleh defisiensi sekresi insulin, kerusakan sel Beta pankreas, atau resistensi insulin sebagai akibat insulin yang tidak digunakan. DM secara progresif menyebabkan terjadinya komplikasi makrovaskuler, mikrovaskuler, dan neuropatik kronis yang mengancam jiwa. Selain berdampak pada masalah kesehatan, DM juga memiliki konsekuensi ekonomi yang besar. Biaya pengobatan meningkat khususnya apabila terjadi komplikasi jangka panjang dan pilihan pengobatan modern. Perubahan gaya hidup dapat meningkatkan kesehatan dan kualitas hidup sehingga penderita tidak mengalami komplikasi. Modifikasi gaya hidup dilakukan dengan mengurangi asupan energi, meningkatkan aktivitas fisik sebagai terapi utama untuk pasien DM yang obesitas. Penurunan berat badan dikombinasikan dengan peningkatan aktivitas dapat meningkatkan sensitivitas insulin dan kontrol glikemik serta mencegah perkembangan DM tipe 2 terhadap risiko tinggi gangguan toleransi glukosa. Target pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan pengetahuan, dan kemampuan penderita diabetes mellitus tipe 2 dalam melakukan modifikasi gaya hidup guna mencegah komplikasi diabetes. Kegiatan  ini dilakukan di layanan kesehatan praktik mandiri bidan (LKPMB) dengan melibatkan mitra dari lahan yaitu bidan dan tim kesehatan terkait dalam bentuk pemberian edukasi dan pelatihan keterampilan mengenai cara melakukan menejemen gaya hidup. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan pemahaman peserta menjadi lebih baik tentang modifikasi gaya hidup dan memiliki motivasi untuk diterapkan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari

Fermentation is one of the traditional food processing techniques that not only functions as a preservation method, but also plays a role in improving the nutritional quality and safety of food. One example of a typical Indonesian fermented food that has survived from generation to generation is naniura, a traditional dish of the Batak Toba people made from carp (Cyprinus carpio) which is processed without a cooking process. The fermentation process in naniura is carried out spontaneously by soaking in a solution of citrus (Citrus Sp.) and a mixture of local spices, thus creating an acidic environment that supports the growth of fermentative microorganisms, especially lactic acid bacteria (LAB). The purpose of this study was to isolate and identify LAB from naniura, as well as to carry out morphological characteristics, Gram staining, and sensitivity tests to several commonly used antibiotics. Isolation was carried out using MRS media in anaerobic conditions, while sensitivity tests were carried out using the disc diffusion method. The results showed that isolates from naniura had Gram-positive characteristics, rod-shaped, catalase negative, and showed varying inhibition zones against antibiotics. Some isolates showed resistance to amoxicillin and cefataxim, but were sensitive to erythromycin and gentamicin. These results indicate that LAB from naniura has potential as a probiotic candidate, but it is necessary to monitor the possibility of antibiotic resistance gene transfer.

Sensitivity analysis is an important method in linear programming used to evaluate the impact of parameter changes on optimal solutions in production optimization. This study aims to identify and analyze various sensitivity analysis methods applied in previous studies. Through a systematic literature review approach, the research finds that sensitivity analysis provides valuable insights into solution stability and the effects of parameter changes on optimal outcomes. The findings indicate that this method can support better strategic decision-making in industrial contexts. The results of this research are expected to offer practical recommendations for practitioners to enhance production efficiency and effectiveness.

This study aims to systematically review the application of sensitivity analysis in operational decision-making based on linear programming. The research method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR), analyzing scientific articles published between 2018 and 2024 from databases such as Scopus, ScienceDirect, SpringerLink, and Google Scholar. The review focuses on how sensitivity analysis is employed to evaluate the stability of linear programming solutions in the face of parameter changes, such as objective function coefficients, constraint bounds, and resource availability. The results indicate that local sensitivity analysis approaches are the most commonly used due to their simplicity and ease of interpretation. However, they fall short in capturing parameter interactions and complex uncertainty. Therefore, recent studies have started to explore global sensitivity methods, such as Morris and Sobol techniques, as well as geometric visualization approaches to provide a more holistic understanding. This study recommends integrating both local and global approaches and utilizing computational tools to enhance the robustness of operational decisions. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for more adaptive, efficient, and resilient decision-making under uncertainty.

Determining relatively high prices will cause consumers to move to other producers, or look for new products that have better product quality. This shows that determining price sensitivity must be appropriate. The aim of the research is to determine the price sensitivity of staple foods ahead of Eid al-Fitr in 2023 at Pasar Baruga, Kendari city. Determination of the research area was carried out purposively based on the consideration that Baruga Market is one of the central distributors of staple foods. The sampling technique uses the Slovin formula. The number of respondents who were staple food traders was 44 people. Data analysis uses qualitative descriptive. The results of the research show that: The price sensitivity of staple foods ahead of Eid al-Fitr in 2023 at Baruga Market, Kendari City, means that on average there has been an increase in both the number of goods offered and the price level. For head rice the average selling price difference is Rp. 5,125, for broiler meat the average selling price difference is Rp. 8,750, purebred chicken eggs with an average selling price difference of Rp. the average difference in selling price is IDR 2,786, Sedaap cooking oil with an average difference in selling price is IDR 2,429, Shallots with an average difference in selling price is IDR 15,286 and the average difference in the number of goods sold is 10 Kg .

Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic disease that has hyperglycemia caused by abnormalities in insulin secretion, insulin performance, or both. DM will cause several complications, one of which is sensory neuropathy or damage to sensory nerve fibers which causes DM patients to experience decreased foot sensitivity. The number of DM sufferers at the Sangkrah Health Center in 2022 was 2,404 cases. To describe the results of the implementation before and after the application of diabetic foot exercises on foot sensitivity in patients with diabetes mellitus. This study used a descriptive design by observing foot sensitivity in 2 respondents, carried out in the morning for 1 week with 2 meetings each meeting 15 minutes. The instruments used were observation sheets, monofilament test tools, and newspapers. There was an increase in foot sensitivity scores after diabetic foot exercises were carried out for 2 days in 1 week each meeting 15 minutes to both respondents. The application of diabetic foot exercises can be useful for increasing foot sensitivity in both respondents with diabetes mellitus.

This research aims to analyze the costs, income, profits, and level of sensitivity of citronella farming in the Kalumpang Saiyo farming group in Solok City. The method used in this research is a case study. The sampling method is purposive sampling, where farmer groups are selected based on specific criteria. The data analysis used is quantitative analysis to analyze the costs incurred for activities starting from investment costs, production operations, and financial analysis used to determine whether or not farming is feasible using investment feasibility criteria, namely Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio). Sensitivity analysis is used to determine the level of business sensitivity to changes in parameters used in increasing production costs (10%, 15%, and 23.36%), decreasing benefits (10%, 15%, and 18.36%), as well as increasing production costs and reduced benefits (10% and 10.46%). The research showed that the citronella farming business that was run survived up to an increase in production costs of 23.36%. The farming business also survived up to a decrease in benefits of 18.96%. It survived up to conditions of an increase in production costs of 10.46% and a reduction of benefits of 10.46%, coinciding. Keywords: Sensitivity, Financial, Citronella Grass, Feasibility   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis biaya, pendapatan, keuntungan dan tingkat sensitivitas usahatani seraiwangi di kelompoktani Kalumpang Saiyo, Kota Solok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Metoda pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling, dimana kelompok tani dipilih berdasarkan kriteria tertentu. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif untuk menganalisis biaya-biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk kegiatan mulai dari biaya investasi, operasional produksi dan analisa keuangan yang digunakan untuk mengetahui layak atau tidaknya usahatani dengan menggunakan kriteria kelayakan investasi adalah: Net Present Value (NPV), Internal rate of Return (IRR), Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio) dan analisis sensitivitas digunakan untuk mengetahui tingkat sensitivitas usaha terhadap perubahan parameter yang digunakan pada kenaikan biaya produksi (10%, 15% dan 23,36%), penurunan benefit (10%, 15% dan 18,36%) serta peningkatan biaya produksi dan penurunan benefit (10% dan 10,46%). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usahatani seraiwangi yang dijalankan mampu bertahan sampai pada peningkatan biaya produksi sebesar 23,36%, lalu usahatani mampu bertahan sampai pada penurunan benefit sebesar 18,96% dan mampu bertahan sampai pada kondisi peningkatan biaya produksi sebesar 10,46% dan penurunan benefit sebesar 10,46% terjadi secara bersamaan.

Background: Diabetic ulcer is a complication of peripheral neuropathy in people with diabetes mellitus which often ends in disability or death. Proper handling of infection is closely related to the rational use of antibiotics to avoid the occurrence of resistance. The emergence of resistance to antibiotics has an effect on the risk of increasing infection status, increasing the length of stay in the hospital, the risk of amputation and even death. Objectives: This study aims to determine the type and percentage of bacteria present in diabetic ulcers and to test the sensitivity of antibiotics prescribed in diabetic patients with ulcers in the inpatient room of RSUD Kraton, Pekalongan Regency. Methods: The research model used was descriptive to describe the profile of bacteria and the sensitivity of antibiotics prescribed to bacterial findings from diabetic ulcer isolates in inpatients at Kraton Hospital, Pekalongan Regency. The research method was carried out by biochemical identification and sensitivity testing of the Kirby Bauer technique on 2 samples of diabetic patients with ulcer complications taken by total census during March-April 2022. Results: Staphylococcus aureus, Enterobacter aerogenes, Pseudomonas aeruginosa were found with a percentage of 50% each. The sensitivity test showed that Ampicillin was resistant to Staphylococcus aureus, Ciprofloxacin was resistant to Enterobacter aerogenes and intermediate to Pseudomonas aeruginosa. The percentage of effectiveness of Meropenem and Metronidazole antibiotics had the highest sensitivity values, namely 100%, 50% Ampicillin and 25% Ciprofloxacin. Conclusion: From the research that has been done, it can be concluded that Ampicillin is resistant to Staphylococcus aureus, Ciprofloxacin is resistant to Enterobacter aerugenes, Ciprofloxacin intermediate is resistant to Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Meropenem and Metronidazole are sensitive to the three bacterial findings namely Staphylococcus aureus, Enterobacter aerogenes, Pseudomonas aeruginosa

Foot sensitivity is very important for people with Diabetes Mellitus because of the risk causing trauma, because there is a decrease in sensitivity, the feet of people with diabetes mellitus often do not feel stimulation, and wounds often occur so that they can make the wound bigger and smelly or diabetic ulcers occur and make sufferers experience a decrease in self-confidence.The purpose of this research is to know the effects of diabetic foot exercise on foot sensitivity of patients for Diabetes mellitus Type 2 at Talawaan Health Centre. This research is quantitative study through using experimental research. Involving the sample of 15 respondents and  used the sampling technique with total sampling. Collecting and processing using the Wilcoxon test with P Value of 0.001 with value (? = 0.05). The result of this study indicates that Ha is accepted, and Ho is rejected. The conclusion of study that can be drawn is that there is an effect that foot exercise therapy on has patients with Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 in the Talawaan Health Centre.

Agama dan sains merupakan kekuatan yang mampu mentransformasi kehidupan manusia. Harmonisasi diantara keduanya berusaha mengarahkan dan memberikan kesejahteraan bagi umat manusia. Namun, karena ketidaktahuan atau kemalasan seingkali manusia menganggap ada dikotomi antara keduanya, padahal keduanya terkait kehidupan sehari-hari. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengungkap relasi sains dan agama: materi besaran dan satuan dalam meningkatkan keimanan peserta didik. Melalui penelitian kualitatif korelasi, menyimpulkan: Dalam fisika, besaran diartikan sebagai sesuatu yang dapat diukur dan dinyatakan dengan angka. Sebuah besaran dinyatakan dengan angka diikuti dengan satuan. Angka tanpa diikuti satuan akan menjadi sesuatu yang tidak bermakna. Idealnya sebuah alat ukur memiliki akurasi, presisi dan sensitivitas yang baik sehingga tingkat kesalahannya relatif kecil dan data yang dihasilkan akan akurat. Ukuran adalah sesuatu yang sangat mendasar dalam bidang apapun. Ukuran erat kaitannya dengan takaran, dan dosis  yang sesuai dengan maksud firman Allah Swt dalam surat Al Qamar (54): 49, yang esensinya Apa yang terjadi pada semua makhluk sudah ditetapkan oleh Allah. Segala sesuatu menurut ukuran, yaitu suatu sistem dan ketentuan yang telah ditetapkan, tetapi manusia wajib berusaha, ketentuan-Nya diserahkan kepada usaha manusia. Dengan memahami konsepsi ini peserta didik akan bertambah nilai keimanannya.

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) salah satu penyakit yang prevalensinya terus mengalami peningkatan di dunia, baik pada negara maju ataupun negara sedang berkembang, Indonesia menempati urutan ke 4 tertinggi di dunia. Diantara berbagai propinsi yang ada di Indonesia, Jawa Tengah memiliki prevalensi DM yang cukup tinggi..Senam kaki diabetes adalah senam yang dilakukan untuk membantu memperbaiki sirkulasi darah dan memperkuat otot-otot paha serta mengatasi keterbataan pergerakan sendi.Senam kaki diabetes mampu meningkatkan sensitivas kaki.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk Mengetahui adanya pengaruh pemberian senam kaki terhadap tingkat sensitivas pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus.Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian eksperimen semu (Quasy Eksperiment) dengan pendekatan pretest postest. Teknik Sampling yang digunakan adalah Accidental Sampling dengan jumlah responden adalah 15. Intrumen penelitiannya adalah kuesioner. Uji analisa menggunakan uji Wilcoxon.Hasilnya sesudah pemberian senam kaki, sensitifitas kaki dengan kapas paling banyak yaitu ada 8 responden (62%) dan sensitifitas kaki dengan sikat ada 5 responden (38%). Ada pengaruh pemberian senam kaki terhadap peningkatan sensitifitas kaki pada pasien diabetes mellitusdengan ρ value 0,001 (< 0,05). Nilai Z sebesar – 3.419 menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengaruh termasuk sangat rendah dengan nilai probabilitas 0,03% dan dibuktikan dengan table Z. Ada pengaruh pemberian senam kaki diabetes terhadap peningkatan sensitifitas kaki pada pasien diabetes mellitus.
