The enhancement number of incident non-infectious disease (PTM) is created through the implementation of non-infectious disease health screening and education presentation, especially for the society of Negeri Latuhalat in productive age and elders. This activity is conducted from house to house or door to door. The method that has been utilized is screening implementation also the presentation of education about the non-infectious disease in the society of Negeri Latuhalat. The steps that have been used during the activity are: planning and preparation, health checkup, also the presentation of education. The result of the screening pursuit towards non-infectious disease obtains average participant with stomach circumference above common, there are 55%, IMT overweight 45%, IMT obesity rate I 15%, hypertension 55%, diabetes 15%, high-uric acid 45%, total cholesterol 45%. Therefore, it is needed to provide education for the society of Negeri Latuhalat in allied with the changes in lifestyle for preventing the enhancement number of non-infectious diseases, particularly in productive age and elders.

The government continues to strive for the availability of vaccines through multilateral and bilateral schemes to meet the current stock and maintain the vaccination rate in accordance with the existing vaccine stock (Widyawati, 2021). Tlagomas Urban Village, Lokwaru District, has a population of 19,826 (Central Bureau of Statistics Malang City, 2020). Of this population, not all of them have been vaccinated. So that the urban village government seeks accelerated vaccination programs, one of which is the implementation of a mass vaccine program. The purpose of this community service activity is to help implement the second dose of mass vaccine in Tlogomas Urban Village, Malang City. The methods used in this program are planning and preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The result of this activity is the availability of infrastructure and vaccine implementing officers as well as the implementation of the second mass vaccine activity in Tlogomas Urban Village, Malang City with a total number of 988 participants. The flow of vaccine activities includes registration, screening history and simple physical examination, administering vaccines and recording.

Fragrant pandanus is a type of monocot plant from the pandanaceae family. Fragrant pandan leaves have various ingredients and can be used as antibacterial ingredients and are safe to use, which have been known empirically by the Indonesian people. There are many benefits to the fragrant pandan leaf plant (Pandanus amaryllifolius Roxb), namely as an analgesic (toothache medicine) and antibacterial. The purpose of this study was to determine the chemical content, formulation and stability test in mouthwash preparations. In this study, the maceration method is used which is used to filter simplicia containing chemical components that are easily soluble in liquid. The results of this study indicate that in the phytochemical screening test there are chemical compounds which include flavonoids, alkaloids, saponins, and tannins, which are thought to have contributed to bacterial activity. Research has also been carried out on the formulation and stability test of mouthwash preparations from the ethanol extract of pandan fragrant  leaves  (Pandanus  amaryllifolius roxb)  where  the  results  show  that  the  formulation  can  be  used  as mouthwash of fragrant pandan leaves (Pandanus amaryllifolius roxb) with different concentrations in formulation I. as much as 15.5%, in formulation II as much as 16.5%, and in formulation III 17.5%. And the physical quality test of the mouthwash includes an organoleptic test which has a distinctive smell of fragrant pandan leaves and menthol and the pH test has a stable pH of 5. The results obtained basically produce mouthwash with good physical quality.
