This study aims to analyze the contribution of business innovation in increasing repeat orders in micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), with a case study on Nelzz Juice operating in MMTC, Medan City. The research employs a qualitative case study approach, combining in-depth interviews with the owner and staff, direct observation of business operations, and documentation analysis related to business strategies and sales data. The findings indicate that the innovations implemented by Nelzz Juice cover several aspects, namely product innovation, service innovation, and digital marketing strategy innovation. Product innovation is carried out through the selection of fresh and high-quality ingredients, the development of creative menu variations tailored to consumer preferences, and appealing product presentation. Service innovation is reflected in the improvement of service quality, faster order processing, and enhanced friendliness and interaction with customers. Meanwhile, digital marketing innovation has proven effective in expanding consumer reach, increasing engagement, and promoting customer loyalty. The study confirms that the consistent and sustainable application of innovation not only enhances customer satisfaction but also directly contributes to an increase in repeat order frequency. Therefore, business innovation can be considered a key strategy for MSMEs to face market competition, maintain business sustainability, and support sustainable economic growth.

This study aims to understand the effect of product innovation on customer satisfaction and trust, focusing on customers in the electronics sector. Product innovation is considered a strategic element capable of increasing customer utility, creating competitive advantage, and strengthening the relationship between companies and customers. Using a quantitative approach, data was collected through a survey to explore customer perceptions related to innovation, satisfaction, and trust. The results show that product innovation significantly affects customer satisfaction, especially through the relevance of the features offered, product quality, and adequate after-sales service. Customer trust in the company is also influenced by the success of product innovation to create real added value. This trust is formed through consistency in product quality and transparency in communication. This research implies that companies need to make innovation a strategic priority that is oriented towards customer needs. A deep understanding of customer preferences and expectations through market research and direct feedback is essential to support the innovation process. Effective communication to explain the benefits of innovation to customers should be part of the marketing strategy. With this approach, product innovation can be an instrument that increases customer satisfaction and trust, and creates long-term beneficial relationships.

With car production increasing every year, the automotive industry has grown rapidly in the modern era. This growth has also led to the development of ancillary service sectors such as auto repair shops, auto shows, sales of vehicle accessories and components, and carwash services. Car wash services, in particular, have become very necessary in this day and age, especially for those who cannot and have limited time to wash their own vehicles at home. As a business in the service sector, it is important to implement effective promotional plans and provide optimal service quality to customers to ensure their satisfaction with the services provided. This research aims to evaluate the effect of promotional strategies and service quality on the satisfaction of HJG Carwash users in Punggur District, Central Lampung, either partially or simultaneously. From a population of 242 people, the research sample was taken from 151 respondents. The research method applied is multiple regression analysis with the IBM SPSS Statistics application. The results prove that promotional strategies do not have a positive impact on user satisfaction, while service quality has a positive impact partially on HJG Carwash user satisfaction. However, simultaneously, the two variables together have a positive and significant impact on HJG Carwash user satisfaction. In this study, 29.5% of the variation in customer satisfaction can be explained by the model used, while the remaining 0.705 cannot be described in this research.

This research aims to analyze the factors that influence the success of cafe businesses in Padang City. The research method used is quantitative with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The research results show that the factors that influence the success of cafe businesses in Padang City are business location, product quality, product price, promotions and customer service. The problems found when conducting this research were that the marketing strategy was still lacking, there were many competitors, and the condition of the café building was still inadequate. The solution to the problem is, increasing marketing through social media, the products produced must be more varied and of better quality and provide a delicious and unique taste so that they can satisfy customers and the business is able to compete in market share, decorating the place to make it look more unique and attractive so that customers feel at home relax in a comfortable room. This article was prepared by observation, collecting data in interviews, and documentation. The results of this research show that customer satisfaction depends on the products produced and the services provided by employees.

With the advancement of technology, competition in the mid-to-low-end business sector has intensified. Both large businesses and Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are facing challenges and obstacles. On the other hand, MSMEs will have greater opportunities to market their products due to advances in information technology. When starting a business, branding communication is very important. Each individual has a different brand image. By using the right promotional strategy, effective branding communication can provide consumers with the opportunity to recognize certain goods and services, evaluate their quality, reduce purchase risks, and get different experiences and satisfaction. Every business field must have a strategy to increase sales. The right promotional strategy can communicate branding well. To achieve goals, every business sector needs a promotional strategy, especially for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Promotion planning is carried out to improve services and sales by introducing products to potential customers and improving services by focusing on online-based promotions by utilizing social media and marketing through the marketplace. In a startup business, where the business has just started and continues to grow, business actors are considered necessary to continue to develop products and find the right target market. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to provide an assessment of branding and promotional communication strategies to increase customers for this startup business.

A pharmacy is a place that carries out pharmaceutical activities which has an important role in obtaining information about drugs. In this case, pharmacists have the responsibility to create customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction is the key to the success of a business. Different services will also have a very significant impact on a pharmacy. Apart from that, the company must also market its products by implementing the right sales strategy, because by implementing the right strategy the company will get the expected results. This research aims to determine the sales strategy, service quality and customer satisfaction at Kimia Farma Pharmacy, Bima City, which is located on Jl. Soekarno Hatta Paruga.
