Digitalization demands the MSME sector, including barbershops, to adopt technology in reservation management and marketing. Many barbershops still use manual systems, causing problems such as irregular queues, service delays, and suboptimal promotions. This study formulates how to design an information system that can integrate reservation and marketing functions into a single web-based platform. The objective is to produce an efficient, secure, and user-friendly information system design for both barbershop managers and customers. The method used is the Design Science Research approach with a waterfall system development model, involving needs analysis, system design, database design, and user interface design. The design results were validated by experts and users with a satisfaction rate of over 85%, indicating that the designed system aligns with the operational needs of barbershops. The conclusion is that the developed information system can enhance operational efficiency and customer experience, and is suitable for implementation in the barbershop service sector of SMEs.

This study aims to determine how the process of media transfer of vital archives as an effort to preserve archives at the Surabaya Industrial Training Center. The study used a qualitative approach and involved BDI Surabaya archivists as research subjects. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study showed that the media transfer process had three main stages, such as pre-media transfer, implementation of media transfer, and post-media transfer. Vital archives that were transferred included important documents such as decrees of the head of the training center, land and building certificates, and cooperation agreements or MoUs. This study recommends improving facilities and infrastructure, developing the capacity of archivists, and improving the storage system so that digital archive management is more optimal in the future.

This study aims to design a mobile-based motorcycle workshop reservation application using the Design Thinking method to enhance user efficiency and convenience in accessing vehicle maintenance services. Data collection was conducted through a Google Forms survey of 32 respondents, providing insights into user needs, such as a reservation system, spare parts catalog, and digital payment methods. The results show that the reservation system is a primary need to reduce long queues, while the spare parts catalog feature offers convenience in accessing real-time product information. Digital payment methods were also identified as essential for more practical transactions. Through the Design Thinking approach, this application is expected to provide an innovative solution that meets user needs and increases satisfaction with motorcycle workshop services

This journal aims to identify language development strategies and indicators of success in receptive and expressive language in early childhood. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research, research using library research or library research methods. In conducting library research as part of this research, researchers used various written sources, namely books, articles, magazines and other documents related to the research problem. There are several languages that need to be developed in children, including receptive language and expressive language. Receptive language involves the ability to distinguish between meaningful and meaningless sounds, receptive language is the ability to listen and read. Children's expressive language is the ability to express verbal and nonverbal language. Based on the research results, several strategies can help develop receptive language, namely: (1) storytelling activities; (2) Flash cards; (3) Language games (word practice, listen-do, listen-guess, whisper and tell stories). And some strategies to help develop children's expressive language are: (1) Finger puppet play; (2) Role play.

The aim of this research is to find out more about the Labuhanbatu Regency Library and Archives Service's approach to static archive preservation, as well as the challenges faced and the steps taken to overcome them.  To ensure the security and protection of archives, static archive preservation is carried out.  This type of research uses qualitative descriptive techniques.  This research uses the Miles & Huberman data analysis approach, which specifically focuses on data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.  Through observation, interviews, and documentation, researchers collect information for data analysis.  Two people participated in this research as informants.  Using a purposive sampling approach, these informants were selected from among those who met the requirements of the research subjects, namely, archivists who had knowledge of archival preservation. The research findings show that although the static archive preservation of the Labuhanbatu Regency Library and Archives Service is good, it still does not meet the expectations of the theory that guides the research.  Archives activists are of the opinion that despite their best efforts, archives are still not optimally maintained due to various obstacles, including inadequate funding, inadequate facilities and infrastructure, and human resources who do not understand archives.  Efforts made by archivists include providing special archival training on archival science, building inadequate facilities and infrastructure with allocated funds, and prioritizing the use of the budget for crucial tasks to achieve archive maintenance in good condition.

Padangsidimpuan City Library Service, preservation and conservation of existing library materials has not been carried out as it should. This can be seen when repairing damaged library materials in the processing room. Repairing damaged library materials can be repaired properly, this can be done if the librarian who repairs the library materials understands and understands the repair of damaged library materials so that they are maintained and can be preserved, but the reality is that there are professional staff/librarians who repair, maintain and preserve the materials. library does not have a library education background. Apart from that, to conserve library materials, a room for maintaining and preserving library materials is also needed, not only the processing room but also other rooms. To maintain and preserve library materials, pay attention to the storage or location of the library materials. The type of research used by the author is descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Qualitative methods are research methods that are intended to understand the phenomena experienced by research subjects holistically by describing them in the format of linguistic words, in a specific context experienced and utilized by various scientific methods. This research resulted that the Padang Sidempuan City Library Service has a preservation strategy or several methods used by officers in preserving library materials, namely binding, patching and connecting paper, glue or adhesive, lamination, nails/bolts for books and cleaning the library room. In conservation activities for library materials at the Padang Sidempuan city Library Service, the library team has implemented several strategies that have been carried out in the management of library materials at the Padang Sidempuan city Library Service, including preserving library materials, maintaining library materials, repairing damage to library materials, carry out assistive tools in library material conservation activities, and use methods in using library material conservation activities. Regarding factors causing damage, damage to library materials can be caused by several factors, including internal and external. The Padang Sidempuan City Library Service itself relates to the causes of damage to library materials which originate from biological factors, physical factors, chemical factors, or other factors such as human error.

This research aims to determine the transfer of archival media as a preservation effort. The research method used is a qualitative method with descriptive research that uses interview methods to describe data obtained directly by researchers. The research results show that the media transfer processing process as a preservation effort must use guidelines, namely SOP (standard operational procedure) or media transfer processing workflow issued by the National Archives of the Republic of Indonesia. With this SOP (standard operational procedure), it will be easier for archives to transfer documents. This SOP was prepared to provide guidance or stages in implementing the media transfer process and is expected to make it easier for archivists to carry out the media transfer process. The obstacles/constraints faced in the process of transferring archival media as a preservation effort are the obstacles faced by archivists in processing media transfer collections in a preservation effort, namely the lack of human resources, many archivists in the North Labuhanbatu Library and Archives Service do not yet know about media transfer processing, only 2 archivists who can process transfer of media and also inadequate facilities and infrastructure.

Transportation is one part of human needs and interests caused by the movement of objects from one place to another, both in the form of people and goods, which is increasing every day. Roads are land transportation infrastructure that plays an important role in human life. Good road conditions will facilitate the flow of goods and services. Therefore, it is necessary to build and improve roads to facilitate traffic around.

Abstract. Delays in project completion can be caused by ineffective project management, modifications to specifications made by planners, and delays in material procurement. SP road preservation construction project completion. ITCHI – SP. 3 Riko Segment II could be delayed as a result of alterations to piling specifications by the planner and delays in the procurement of piles. An effective and efficient network and the acceleration of project activities are required to prevent project completion delays. In this study, activities on the project's critical path are analyzed using the Critical Path Method and Microsoft Project 2013 software. The purpose of this research is to analyze the activities on the project's critical path, as well as the cost and duration of work items on the project's critical path. Additionally, the duration of the SP road preservation construction project will be analyzed. After expediting work along the critical path, ITCHI – SP. 3 Riko Segment II was completed. The original project completion time of 344 calendar days can be shortened to 240 calendar days for a fee of IDR 51,153,849,429.30. Keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek dapat disebabkan oleh manajemen proyek yang tidak efektif, modifikasi spesifikasi yang dilakukan oleh perencana, dan keterlambatan pengadaan material. Penyelesaian proyek pembangunan preservasi jalan SP. ITCHI – SP. 3 Riko Segmen II dapat mengalami keterlambatan akibat perubahan spesifikasi tiang pancang oleh perencana dan keterlambatan pengadaan tiang pancang. Jaringan kerja yang efektif dan efisien serta percepatan kegiatan proyek diperlukan untuk mencegah keterlambatan penyelesaian proyek. Pada penelitian ini, aktivitas pada jalur kritis proyek dianalisis menggunakan Critical Path Method dan software Microsoft Project 2013. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis aktivitas pada jalur kritis proyek, serta biaya dan durasi item pekerjaan pada jalur kritis proyek. Selain itu, durasi proyek pembangunan preservasi jalan SP akan dianalisis. Setelah mempercepat pekerjaan di sepanjang jalur kritis, ITCHI – SP. 3 Riko Segmen II selesai. Waktu penyelesaian proyek yang semula 344 hari kalender dapat dipersingkat menjadi 240 hari kalender dengan biaya Rp 51.153.849.429,30. Memasuki era perkembangan zaman yang makin terkenal akan dunia teknologi atau berbagai sektor industri yang makin pesat maju disebut dengan revolusi industri 4.0 dengan bantuan teknologi yang semakin canggih, revolusi teknologi sangat mengubah akomodasi yang berada di seluruh dunia, pada revolusi teknologi aplikasi maupun sistem yang ada pada sebuah bisnis dapat dilakukan secara online ataupun offline dimana sistem ini dilakukan untuk pemesanan dihari lain sistem ini disebut dengan sistem reservasi, manfaat sistem reservasi untuk memudahkan masyarakat dalam menikmati berbagai macam akomodasi pada bisnis dengan cepat dan meminimalisir  adanya keterlambatan jika ingin menikmati fasilitas atau tempat pada sebuah bisnis , sistem reservasi pada berbagai bisnis memiliki kelebihan dan ke efektifan untuk menjalankan sebuah bisnis. Sementara itu reservation yaitu sistem pemesanan fasilitas ataupun tempat. Reservasi sendiri merupakan suatu permintaan tamu agar mendapatkan  fasilitas atau tempat  yang diinginkan setelah melalui sistem reservasidengan harapan tidak adanya kendala ketika pada hari yang sudah direservasi, metode dalam pengumpulan data melalui berbagai karya ilmiah dengan mengolah data tersebut agar menjadi bahan penelitian inilah metode studi literatur.
