Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are a crucial pillar of economic development in Indonesia, playing a significant role in job creation, increasing community income, and driving regional economic growth. Mie Ayam Pak Bari is one such MSME located in Tireman Village, Rembang Regency, Central Java. This business is characterized by delicious flavors, affordable prices, and a unique location that lacks similar competitors in the surrounding area. Despite its significant potential, Mie Ayam Pak Bari faces several challenges, including limited marketing reach, limited exposure to local communities, and volatile raw material price fluctuations. To address these challenges, mentoring focused on strengthening business management strategies and increasing marketing effectiveness. The mentoring included creating a banner as the business's visual identity, developing an attractive and informative menu catalog, and establishing an Instagram account to expand online promotional reach. This strategy is expected to attract new customers, increase consumer loyalty, and build a positive image for the business in the eyes of the wider community. The mentoring results indicate an increase in the completeness of promotional tools, the formation of a clearer business identity, and an increase in communication channels with consumers through social media. The menu catalog helps customers understand product variety and pricing transparently, while banners serve as physical markers, making it easier for customers to find the business's location. Meanwhile, the Instagram account serves as an interactive platform that allows businesses to reach potential customers outside of Tireman Village. This mentoring activity demonstrates that implementing visual and digital media-based marketing strategies can be an effective solution for MSMEs to survive and thrive in an increasingly competitive market.

Mbak Siti Bagus's Warung Seribu Berkah UMKM is located in the Karang Jahe Beach tourist area, Punjulharjo Village, Rembang District, Rembang Regency, Central Java. Within 10 years of running the business, the UMKM experienced obstacles in developing the business, namely branding that was not optimal, which was indicated by: 1) Not having a business identity; 2) the location of the UMKM was difficult to identify with other UMKM; and 3) the business did not have an online marketing channel. From these obstacles, the Business Work Lecture (KKU) Team provided assistance with a program to maximize branding by: 1) Creating a logo design for cup packaging; 2) Creating a logo on the packaging; 2) Creating proof of payment receipts, 3) Creating Google Maps aimed directly at the UMKM stall, and 4) Creating social media accounts in the form of TikTok and Instagram. The KKU implementation method includes: 1) Pre-survey to the MSME Location, 2) Identifying problems in the MSME Warung Seribu Berkah Mbak Siti Bagus, 3) Program preparation, 4) Program implementation, 4) Mentoring, 5) Evaluation. The program results obtained are as follows: 1) MSMEs have a unique logo for cup packaging, 2) MSMEs already have a note to add up orders, 3) MSMEs already have Google Maps which are directly centralized in the MSME stall, and 4) MSMEs have social media accounts to facilitate marketing

Haul tradition is one of the religious rituals that is still preserved by the Muslim community in Gubugsari village. Haul is a commemoration of the death of someone who is considered to have privileges, such as ulama, kiai, or respected community leaders. This ritual is generally carried out every year on the day of the death of the person being commemorated. In the context of Gubugsari village, the haul tradition has become an inseparable part of the life of the local Muslim community. This ritual is not only a form of respect for the commemorated person, but also a forum for the community to strengthen ties, strengthen religious identity, and preserve Islamic values that have taken root in local culture. As the haul tradition in the village of Gubugsari, Pegandon Subdistrict, Kendal Regency, which until now still carries out the haul tradition because the person who is honored is mbah Abdul Wahab as a respected figure by the Muslim community, especially in the village. To see the values of these traditions, researchers are interested in further examining the values of the haul tradition of cengklian and ndangdoan in the socio-religious life of the Candimulyo village community, Sedan sub-district, Rembang district. The method used in this research is qualitative method, data collection techniques in this research using observation, documentation and interviews. The subjects in this study were the people of Gubusari village, both those who joined the committee and those involved in the haul tradition event The results of this study indicate that the haul tradition has a form of a series of haul event contents, namely the practices performed during the pilgrimage as a medium for the tradition. Pasarbanggi Village Mangrove Forest Tourism is a tropical natural asset that provides social, economic and ecological benefits. The problems faced are reduced visitors and low environmental awareness. Thematic KKN aims to increase promotions by making flyers. The methods used include direct observation at tourist locations, interviews with managers, and discussion of promotional strategies. Steps include creating promotional flyers, regulatory banners, journal publication, and registering flyers with HKI. This Thematic KKN develops the promotion and sustainability of the Mangrove Forest tourism environment through three approaches: making flyers, making banners of rules and regulations, and planting 50 Ketapang Kencana seeds. It is hoped that this action can increase visitor interest, environmental awareness and sustainability of Mangrove Forest tourism.

This study aims to assess the feasibility of the Lontong Tuyuhan MSME business which has a location in Tuyuhan Village, Rembang Regency in Pancur District. The data analysis methods used are revenue analysis, profit analysis, cost analysis, and also business feasibility analysis using the Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio), Return On Investment (ROI), and Benefit Cost Ratio (B/C Ratio) analysis tools. ). This study uses qualitative research methods with primary data collection tools in the form of observation, questionnaires, interviews, and documentation. Data was obtained through 6 informants, namely the owner of the Lontong Tuyuhan MSME business which has a location in Tuyuhan Village, Rembang Regency in Pancur District. The Lontong Tuyuhan MSME business that has been researched can be said to be adequate to run with an average R/C Ratio of 2.11 B/C Ratio of 1.11 and ROI of 171.30%. The Lontong Tuyuhan MSME business that was observed had an estimated average revenue of IDR 31,322,500/month. With an average monthly capital excluding initial capital with a nominal value of IDR 14,893,425/month and an average profit of IDR 16,429,075/month.

Pancur sub-district is an area that has great potential in the wooden furniture household industry. In the Pancur sub-district, the wooden household furniture industry is very easy to find because almost every village has household-scale furniture production. In carrying out household furniture industry production, education and work experience are pending factors in the production process. Low levels of education and work experience in the furniture industry can be a problem in production. Therefore, the aim of this research is to find out how work experience and education level influence the production of home furniture industry in Pancur sub-district, Rembang district. The quantitative descriptive method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that the level of education does not have a significant impact on furniture production. furniture in the home industry, on the other hand, work experience influences the production of the home furniture industry. However, together the level of education and work experience has a significant influence. This is because the level of education can strengthen the level of work experience.

The development of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the current digital era requires product branding through social media. Strengthening MSMEs product branding by providing business assistance through the Business Work Lecture (KKU) program conducted by YPPI Rembang University. In this case, the MSMEs assisted is MSMEs Anis Tempe which is located in Meteseh Kaliori Village, Rembang Regency, Central Java. The problems experienced by MSMEs Anis Tempe are at the marketing (branding) stage, lack of ability in digitalization, not having a business license and not having a business logo. The solution to this problem is to carry out a community service program with development and assistance in strengthening product branding through social media as a marketing strategy and expansion, as well as creating attractive logos and product labels. The results of this service activity are creating attractive logos and product labels, having a social media account, including the location of MSMEs on Google Maps, and having a business license continue their business. The research conducted has the aim of knowing and seeking an overview of the quality of public services in the field of administration regarding the perspective of good governance in public services at the Rembang Village Office, Blitar City. Research conducted using qualitative methods with a case study research approach (case study). Data collection techniques were carried out using participatory observation methods, conducting interviews with selected informants and conducting literature studies and examining data sources from documents related to research. From all the data that has been collected, the researcher processes it using data collection, data condensation, data presentation (information display), and verification of research or conclusions, then the researcher checks the validity of the data using 1) Credibility test which consists of technical triangulation techniques, data source triangulation, time triangulation, 2) transferability tests in which researchers compile research reports by providing detailed, systematic, and reliable descriptions, 3) reliability tests are carried out through a series of audit processes by supervisors and, 4 ) Objectivity Test (Confirmability) in which the results of this study were tested through a series of examination processes carried out by the supervisor and the team of examiners through the final exam. Based on the results of the study, 1) the quality of public services in the administrative field at the Rembang Kelurahan Office is already good with evidence of the facilities, facilities and infrastructure provided by the Rembang Kelurahan Office being sufficient and supporting public services in public services at the office. In addition, professionalism, timeliness and speed in providing appropriate services are important factors regarding improving the quality of public services; 2) Administrative public services at the Rembang Village Office apply the principles of good governance, namely participation, rule of law, and transparency in public services by involving the community in all service activities, starting from the policy formulation stage to the evaluation level. This can improve the quality of public services and strengthen public trust in the government; 3) Supporting factors in public services in the field of administration at the Rembang Village Office, namely: a) adequate facilities and infrastructure; b) there is professionalism in providing services, as well as being responsive to customers, c) services that are in accordance with operational standards and are not complicated. While the inhibiting factors for public services at the Rembang Village Office are a) the lack of completeness of the requirements brought by the community; b) the public's lack of understanding of the requirements when applying for documents; c) the dissemination of information related to public services is still limited in order to improve public services through quality.

In this day and age, people of all ages are very familiar with digital technology. The right application of digital technology can provide benefits for its users. One of them is by creating marketing for business products and services organized by UMKM using digital technology. However, due to a lack of understanding and training, UMKM business owners have not made the best use of the internet to assist their operations. Digital marketing, which aims to advertise or promote products and services using online media to reach a larger target market, is one way to use the internet in company management. Foodstuffs are the only goods produced by UMKM owned by business actors in Rembang Village and marketing is only carried out through direct sales by door to door or face to face. It is difficult to reach a larger target market. Therefore, providing training and directing the use of digital marketing can help MSME players in increasing the capacity of UMKM entrepreneurs to utilize digital marketing.

Rembang Village is one of the villages in the Sananwetan District, Blitar City. The Rembang sub-district has the Rembang Rise program by creating a WhatsApp group by the sub-district officials as a place for MSMEs in the Rembang area to carry out promotions. Even though many MSMEs have joined this group, until now they are not familiar with digital marketing and only rely on conventional methods to promote their products. The purpose of this community service program is to provide understanding to MSME players about the benefits of digital marketing as promotional advice. With the existence of a digital marketing introduction program for MSME players in the Rembang Village, it is hoped that they can expand their market to sell their products.

One of the problems that existed at the Rembang Village Office was due to the vacant land which was one of the obstacles, the UPNVJ Thematic Community Service students decided to use hydroponics as a planting medium to be developed because it did not require large areas of land, as well as the tools and materials needed to make hydroponics. easy to get and how to make it easy. Mustard greens are one of the easiest plants to grow using hydroponic growing media, so we decided to plant mustard greens because of its ease of cultivation. Compared to existing planting media, hydroponic growing media has better possibilities. So that the planting medium only needs to be fertilized, watered, and occasionally cleaned. In order for the Rembang Village Office to become an example of hydroponic planting for Rembang Village residents, UPNVJ Thematic KKN students established and planted using hydroponic planting materials to optimize this.

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit all countries since the beginning of 2020 has caused all sectors of life, especially the economy, to experience a very large impact. In connection with the existence of WFH and social distancing, the movement of the community in life is slow because with WFH people cannot leave the house and with social distancing people are prohibited from carrying out activities that are gathering or grouping. Rembang city  is one of the areas in Central Java which is included in the red zone, because of the presence of several people who were positive for the Covid-19 virus. So that people also do WFH and social distancing. One of the villages that experienced the impact of WFH and social distancing is Jolotundo village. One of the community activities affected by the covid-19 virus is the activity of the Jolotundo village community “pasar krempyeng”. So that the STIE YPPI Rembang service team is motivated to solve partner problems, where the focus of our activities is so that the “pasar krempyeng” trader group has a new business, where the new business can be carried out both on the production and marketing side. Methods of implementing activities that have been carried out include: counseling, management training and practice of making herbal medicine. The results of community service activities in Jolotundo village, including; There are group participants who open a new business (herbal drink), there is an attractive packaging that supports the marketing program.
