Background: The first point of contact for patients seeking medical attention at the hospital is patient registration. Of course, the hospital needs to be able to deliver quality care. Hospitals, particularly in Bali, have a system in place for online reservations. Patients who wish to receive treatment at the cardiac polyclinic must first wait in line in the morning in order to receive a queue number before being able to receive treatment in the afternoon because the Tk II Udayana Hospital's outpatient registration system does not currently use an online reservation system. This study's objective was to develop an online reservation system for outpatients at Tk II Udayana Hospital's web-based cardiac polyclinic.   Methods: The study design used was the Pre Experimental Design method. Create an online registration system in the form of a web using the System Development Life Cycle or SDLC development stage. The samples used in this study were registration officers and patients using non-probability sampling technique with quota sampling. The instrument in this study used an observation checklist, stopwatch and also a questionnaire that was used, namely the usability USE questionnaire by Amond M Lund. Results: The study's usability test findings showed a percentage of 78.90%, which is considered "Eligible." The Outpatient Online Reservation System at the Web-based Cardiology Poly at Tk II Udayana Hospital is being used effectively, as shown by the Mann-Whitney Test findings, which have a significant value of 0.000 0.05. Conclusion: The study's findings show that the outpatient online reservation system at web-based cardiac polyclinics was successful in reducing waiting times and in making it easier for cardiac outpatients to make reservations online. The Mann-Whitney Test can be used to demonstrate this.

BUMDES Lantongau is one of the Lantongau Village-Owned Enterprises whose one line of business is to distribute clean water needs in four villages, namely Lantongau Village, Morikana Village, Katukobari Village, and Lakorua Village. In order to facilitate the registration process, meter recording, payment bills, service interruption information, and customer complaints, applications that facilitate all service processes. Therefore, the most suitable application is using an Android-based application, the use of an Android-based application is an option because almost all customers have an Android device, so that services can be directly carried out quickly, easily, effectively and efficiently. With this application, it is easier for the customer and the BUMDES Lantongau in services ranging from customer registration, meter recording, billing payments, customer complaints and information on service disruptions, all can be done through the application. This research was conducted at SMK Widya Praja Ungaran. Every year the Widya Praja Ungaran Vocational School holds a New Student Registration (PPDB) to select prospective students. In the 2018/2019 academic year, 396 people registered and 298 people were accepted. The PPDB process starts from prospective students filling out the registration form and ends with the payment of re-registration funds for accepted students. The system used in the implementation of PPDB is still paper-based so that the performance of the PPDB committee is less effective. The purpose of this study is to design a computer-based new student registration system that is structured in a database to assist the PPDB committee in processing registration participant data, reduce paper purchase costs, minimize the risk of data loss, data corruption, recording and counting errors. Data collection was obtained through observation, interviews, questionnaires and literature study. This system is made using dynamic web with PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language and MySQL database. The design of this system uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The development method used is the R&D (Research and Development) method. This study resulted in a cash-based new student registration administration system using a dynamic web to provide convenience for the committee in processing PPDB participant data from the registration process to new student re-registration transactions, as well as presenting reports quickly and accurately. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained from testing the validity of the new system score from internal and external validators. The internal validator with 20 statements obtained a feasibility percentage of 94%. An external validator with 20 statements obtained a feasibility percentage of 97%. From the results of these tests, it can be concluded that the administrative system for registering new students can be a solution to the problems found and can be implemented in the object of research.

The Mranggen III Health Center is one of the government agencies in the technical implementing unit of the Demak District health office. Patient registration services and administrative payments at the Mranggen III Health Center are still conventional, causing long queues. In addition, the process of processing data to become information cannot be accessed directly by the leadership because there are no computerized and multi-user or client-server applications. Based on these problems, a Puskesmas administration information system design was made that could suit the needs. Making an information system using the programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server 2000 as a multiuser-based database. With the design of the development of an administrative information system for the Mranggen III Health Center, it is hoped that it will be able to handle the problems that exist in the Mranggen III Health Center, namely being able to speed up service to patients and by using a multiuser-based information system. Leaders and several staff can access it simultaneously and quickly.

The development of digital technology in the field of education continues to advance, including in academic administration. This article discusses the socialization of a digital system for undergraduate exam registration based on a database in the Physics Education Study Program. The purpose of this socialization is to introduce and implement a system that simplifies the process for students to register for undergraduate exams online. This system is designed to replace the manual registration method, which is time-consuming and prone to errors. Through this socialization, it is expected that students and academic staff can understand the benefits and how to use this new system. The results of the socialization show that the majority of users are satisfied with the ease and speed offered by this system. This system not only improves operational efficiency but also supports transparency and accuracy in academic data. In conclusion, the implementation of this digital system is a positive step towards modernizing academic services in the Physics Education Study Program.

The land registration process requires certainty of the physical data of the land object as well as certainty of the juridical data of the land subject as well as the party providing information regarding the truth of land ownership. The certainty of physical data and juridical data will determine the quality of the certificate product and guarantee against lawsuits from other parties who feel they own the land. Participation will be realized if the community has an understanding of the greater benefit value if their land is registered and certified. The formulation of the research problem includes: how is the conversion of land rights regulated and what are the legal consequences of the conversion of land rights. The type of research used is normative legal research. The conclusions of this research include: Regulation of conversion of land rights, including Law no. 5 of 1960 was promulgated on September 24 1960, which marked the formation of the National Land Law. One of the objectives of the promulgation of Law no. 5 of 1960 laid the foundations for establishing unity in Land Law

Libraries are part of learning resources that must be owned by every school or college. Because students easily find information or knowledge through the library. With the development of technology, people think to be able to work more effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study is to create an information system to overcome these limitations in order to improve services to library users and expedite the administrative process to be faster and more accurate. The design of a web-based library information system is expected to improve maximum library services and errors in data processing. The library information system includes member registration, search books, book data, borrowing books, books, and fines for late payment of books.

Electronic registration of land certificates has been implemented by the Government through the Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang / Badan Pertanahan Nasional (ATR/BPN). However, certificate owners often doubt the legal force of electronic certificates, especially their validity to be used as evidence in court. This study examines specifically the juridical review regarding legal certainty obtained by the owner of an electronic land certificate. The research uses a normative juridical approach, with secondary data in the form of legal materials, primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. Based on research, electronic certificates have a strong legal basis and have legal force as proof of rights to ownership and utilization of land. Thus, the owner of the certificate gets legal certainty in the form of protection of his land asset rights.

This study aims to analyze the effect of work ability and work attitude on employee performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bima Regency. The sampling technique used is the sampling technique used in the study using Non Probability Sampling with the number of samples used, namely 38 ASN employees. The methods used in this study are validity, reliability, classical assumptions, multiple linear regression, t-test and f-test. The partial test results reveal that the work attitude variable has a positive and significant effect on work performance. simultaneously (simultaneously) have a significant effect on work performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bima Regency.    

The government continues to strive for the availability of vaccines through multilateral and bilateral schemes to meet the current stock and maintain the vaccination rate in accordance with the existing vaccine stock (Widyawati, 2021). Tlagomas Urban Village, Lokwaru District, has a population of 19,826 (Central Bureau of Statistics Malang City, 2020). Of this population, not all of them have been vaccinated. So that the urban village government seeks accelerated vaccination programs, one of which is the implementation of a mass vaccine program. The purpose of this community service activity is to help implement the second dose of mass vaccine in Tlogomas Urban Village, Malang City. The methods used in this program are planning and preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The result of this activity is the availability of infrastructure and vaccine implementing officers as well as the implementation of the second mass vaccine activity in Tlogomas Urban Village, Malang City with a total number of 988 participants. The flow of vaccine activities includes registration, screening history and simple physical examination, administering vaccines and recording.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style on employee performance at the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, to determine the effect of supervision on employee performance at the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registry Office, to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the Majene Regency Population and Civil Registry Office. and find out which variable is more dominant in influencing employee performance at the Office of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency. This study uses a quantitative approach with data analysis techniques using SPSS. The results showed that 1) Leadership Style had an effect on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency, 2) Supervision had an effect on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency, 3) Work Discipline had no effect on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registration. Civil Registry of Majene Regency and 4) Leadership Style variable has more influence on Employee Performance at the Department of Population and Civil Registry of Majene Regency.   Keywords: leadership, supervision, work discipline, employee performance

The problem of land ownership in Buntulia Village is influenced by the lack of knowledge and awareness of the community about land ownership rights because of the total population of 549 families, 463 people have not registered their own land. This of course raises a fairly basic problem by the village government to be resolved. Therefore, in this downstreaming, the service team provides understanding and legal knowledge to the community about the importance of registering property rights and providing assistance to the community together with the Land Agency through the Border Marks Post Community Movement (GEMA PATAS) in order to increase community participation in installing boundary markings, making it easier for BPN officers to take measurements, as well as being able to accelerate the government program on Complete Systematic Land Registration. Thus the community could see the importance of legalizing property rights to the land in order  to avoid disputes and thereby give legal certainty to the parties.

Backgroud: Public services perfomed by government officials in various sectors at this time are still found weaknesses. Weaknesses that occur when providing public services certainly have an impact on the quality of services received by the community. One of the public services performed by professional organizations is carried out by the branch manager of the Indonesian Midwives Association (IBI), Buleleng Regency. As for the form of public service provided is the management and extension of the midwife registration certificate (STRB) for the midwife. Purpose: The purpose of this study is to measure the midwife satisfaction index of public services conducted by the branch manager of the Indonesian midwives’ branch of the Buleleng branch. Method: The research design used is descriptive research. The population in this study were all members of STRB. The sampling technique used is probability sampling technique with simple random sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire with 14 closed questions. The questionnaire was distributed through WhatsApp IBI Buleleng group by providing a link for filling out the questionnaire on google form. Result: The results of this study of the 14 elements are almost entirely namely 13 elements that are in the good category and only one element that is in the category of not good enough category in the speed of service. Conclusion: Thus, it can be concluded that the portrait of the midwife satisfaction index of public services in the Buleleng Regency is in the good category, so it can be said that the quality of the services of the IBI PC on the Buleleng Regency is also in the good category.Keywords: Administration; Midwife; Society Satisfaction Index; Public Services

This study aims to determine the implementation of PP 24/1997 in the process of registering the transfer of land rights due to inheritance based on the statement of heirs, and to find out the process of registering the transfer of rights due to inheritance at the Makassar City Land Office not using the Deed of Sharing Joint Rights as stipulated in PP 24 /1997, but using a statement letter based on heirs. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, namely the purposeful sampling, which is carried out by taking subjects based on a specific purpose, citing limited time, effort and cost, so it cannot be obtained. taking samples that are large in number and far apart.1 Especially PPAT, the main criterion in determining the sample is PPAT who has been in contact with the Makassar City Land Office in relation to land registration. The results showed that the registration of the transfer of land rights due to inheritance applied by the Makassar City Land Office could be carried out only by making a statement of heirs on the basis of a statement of heirs whose contents designate one of the heirs as the right holder, the registration of the transfer of rights can be directly carried out. without any legal action before the authorized official, namely PPAT, by making a deed of sharing rights together. The process of registering the transfer of rights due to inheritance at the Makassar City Land Office does not use the Deed of Sharing Joint Rights due to strong customary influence so that there are still many community members who transfer land rights under their hands.
