Post-spinal anesthesia nausea and vomiting (PSANV) are common side effects that can affect patient comfort and recovery after surgery. This condition often disrupts the recovery process and may extend the post-operative care period. One non-pharmacological method that can help reduce nausea and vomiting is deep breathing techniques. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of deep breathing techniques in reducing the incidence of nausea and vomiting after spinal anesthesia. The method used in this study is a pre-test and post-test design, with an intervention consisting of deep breathing exercises for patients undergoing surgery with spinal anesthesia. A pre-test was conducted before the intervention to assess the incidence of nausea and vomiting in patients. After patients practiced deep breathing exercises for a certain period, a post-test was performed to evaluate changes in the frequency of nausea and vomiting post-operation. The results showed a significant reduction in the frequency of nausea and vomiting after patients practiced deep breathing techniques. This technique has proven to be a simple, safe, and effective method to enhance post-operative comfort. Therefore, the implementation of deep breathing techniques can be recommended as part of post-spinal anesthesia management in healthcare facilities to improve patient recovery quality.

Stress is a large imbalance between physical or psychological demands and the ability to respond when there is a failure to meet the demands faced. One method that can be used to reduce stress is hypnotherapy. This study aims to determine the effect of hypnotherapy on the reduction of stress levels in undergraduate students of nursing. The research design used a quasy experiment with two groups pre and post test using a purposive sampling approach which was carried out on the final year students of undergraduate nursing. This research instrument using perceived stress scale. Data analysis using Paired T test. The results of the study on 32 respondents using the Independent T test on the average stress after (posttest) in the Intervention with Control group obtained P value = 0.000 <? (0.05) there is a difference in the average stress after (posttest) in the Intervention group with the group control. Based on this research, hypnotherapy is effective in reducing stress levels and is expected to provide input to other educational and research institutions so that it can overcome stress on students with hypnotherapy.

Zikir relaxation therapy is one of the relaxation therapies with an elemental approach to spirituality that is useful for reducing stress. The purpose of this case study is to illustrate the application of Zikir Relaxation Therapy to stress on clients with essential hypertension in the area assisted by the Rowosari Health Center Semarang. This type of research is descriptive using the case study approach method. The subjects used were two respondents with the criteria of clients with essential hypertension, level I-II hypertension, and moderate stress levels. The form of intervention is the application of Zikir relaxation therapy 4 times in 2 weeks (twice a week). The analysis is used to determine the stress level using the DSS (Distress Symptom Scale) measuring instrument. The results showed a decrease in stress levels before and after the administration of Zikir therapy from moderate stress to mild stress for subject I with a decrease of 36 scores and from moderate stress to normal for subject II with a decrease in 40 scores. The average reduction in stress levels of the two subjects after Zikir relaxation from an average score of 63 to 38. From the results of these studies, the provision of zikir therapy can be used as an intervention to reduce stress levels in clients with essential hypertension.
