Bima Regency public awareness regarding driving discipline is still low, this is due to the high number of accidents caused by several factors including underage children driving, drivers not wearing helmets, reckless driving, and running red lights, of course this requires a role. important for the Transportation Service, especially the special division for traffic. This research aims to determine the role of the Transportation Department in improving driving discipline in Bima Regency and the factors that influence driving discipline in Bima Regency. The research is a qualitative descriptive study using primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this research was obtained from interviews conducted in the traffic sector and direct observation at the Bima Regency Transportation Service, while secondary data in this research were laws, articles, journals, previous research and so on, which became supporting data for the research after primary data. The results of the research show that in carrying out the duties of the transportation service in improving driving discipline in Bima district, efforts have been made and implementing policies to increase driving awareness, including carrying out patrols, raids, road security, outreach to the community and schools. The main factor that influences driving discipline in Bima Regency is knowledge of traffic rules and coupled with very hot weather conditions which make drivers less focused and aware of the road and traffic rules.

The Unmanned ships have become a primary focus in maritime technology development to enhance efficiency and navigational safety in waters. In this research, a unmanned ship utilizing ESP32CAM as its core system is designed to detect navigation lights of other vessels and avoid potential collisions. The initial response of the ESP32CAM camera reads the colors of lights approaching the unmanned ship within a distance of less than 100cm. The ESP32CAM reads and identifies colors through image processing. When the ESP32CAM detects green and red lights, it commands the buzzer to sound. The color detection system works such that when the ESP32CAM detects a red light, it sends a signal to the servo motor to move left, and when it detects a green light, it sends a signal to the servo motor to move right. The servo motor functions as the ship's rudder. Testing of the navigation light system with ESP32CAM camera to prevent ship collisions is conducted with predetermined scenarios, including testing with red LEDs, green LEDs, and overall system testing. The results show that the navigation light system with ESP32CAM camera functions well. The ESP32CAM camera can optimally identify light colors at a distance of 100cm. Based on the conducted research, the ESP32CAM camera is capable of reading both the distance and colors of lights as specified at a distance of 100cm.

Boat lift net is a fishing tool that operates at night. This tool has the aim of getting catches in large quantities by using light aids from lamps. This research aims to investigate the effect of different colors of lights on the catch of anchovies (Stolephorus sp) on boat fishing gear in the waters of Karantu Serang, Banten. The experimental fishing method will be used with two different colored lights, namely green and white. Anchovy catch data will be collected and analyzed to evaluate whether there are significant differences in the number of anchovy catches caught in the two different light colors. It is hoped that the results of this research will provide a better understanding of the influence of different colors of lights on the catch of anchovies (Stolephorus sp) on boat fishing gear in the Karangantu waters of Serang, Banten.

This study aims to analyze the power dynamics that occur in the interaction between a clown and a driver at a red light using Michel Foucault's power theory approach. Clowns at red lights are often objects of interest to motorists and pedestrians, but their role in public space is rarely examined from a power perspective. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the clown's interaction at the red light. Data was collected through participant observation, interviews with clowns, and content analysis from social media that describes these interactions. The results showed that clowns at red lights use various strategies to attract the attention of motorists, such as funny gestures, flashy costumes, and silly actions. However, behind the fun and joy shown by the clown, there is a hidden power structure. Through the use of humorous actions, clowns are able to change the dynamics of public space, divert the attention of motorists from existing traffic rules, and form alternative narratives about that space. This study also shows that the presence of a clown at a red light involves a complex power and knowledge relationship between the clown, the driver, and the general public. Clowns use their symbolic power to control people's perceptions and evaluations of public space, as well as to go beyond the rules and norms that apply. Using Foucault's theory of power, this study provides a new understanding of the clown's interaction at the red light as a form of resistance to existing power. This research also describes how clowns, as actors who are underestimated by many people, can utilize their power to shape and reconstruct meaning and experience in public space.
