Main Objective: The objective of this research is to complete the exciting and fictive effects of each color and lighting type when practiced in 3D animation setting. In addition, this research also proposes several lighting design recommendations in 3D animation. Background problem: The main sense for the advance of animated films is cinematic lighting effects. Various techniques and approaches have been planned to create lighting effects, but how these effects affect the viewer’s sentimental sense and especially the storytelling practice is not understood. Novelty: The results of the emotional effects of lighting styles show that these effects are not shown in an imposing aspect, which means, not all lighting style affects the feelings on each scale. In this study, several differences were found in several color scales with different cinematic meanings. Research Method: The research method used is quantitative and subjective data analysis adopting a qualitative grounded theory coding with several animated video scenes developed with various colors and low and high-key statistical lighting designs to analyze and measure the effects of different lighting designs. Finding/Result: The finding of this study indicate that cinematic lighting influences the emotional impact of scenes and stories in plan. Conclusion: This study also confirms the current lighting approach, according to the result of this study, it brings guidance on how certain lighting and color techniques can be adopted to influence the audience in 3D animation about feelings and story perception Keywords: Cinematic Lighting, 3D animation, Emotional Storytelling

Hypertension is situation where blood pressure exceeding the limit of normal with blood pressure 140/90 mmHg and which includes non contagious disease. Complementary therapy can reduce the risk of hypertension complications. SEFT therapy one of a complementary therapy that can be used to overcome the problem of increasing blood pressure. The purpose of this study was to carried out SEFT therapy towards decreasing blood pressure in hypertension patients in the built area of Puskesmas Rowosari Semarang. This type of researAch is descriptive using the case study approach method. The criteria used in the case study: primary hypertension patients, hypertension sufferers were able to communicate well, hypertension patients who did not take anti-hypertension drugs. Case study analysis was carried out by processing data through observation of blood pressure before and after SEFT therapy. The results of the case study showed that there was a decrease of blood pressure. Before therapy the blood pressure of  the subject I was 170/110 mmHg decreased to 120/80 mmHg and in subject II before therapy, blood pressure 160/100 decreased to 140/80 mmHg. The recommendation is with control of blood pressure by using SEFT therapy, the society can apply this therapy.

Fever itself is a condition in which the body temperature is experiencing an increase in heat above the normal temperature. Fever can be treated pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically in various ways, one of which is by using water tepid sponge therapy. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of giving water tepid sponge to pre-school age children who have fever at the Bhakti Wira Tamtama Army Hospital Semarang. The design of this study used Quasy experimental pre-post test equivalent control group. The number of samples is 20 respondents with the total sampling method. The results showed that there was an effect of water tepid sponge on decreasing body temperature in children aged 36-60 months who had fever with p value 0.000, an average decrease of 1.50C. The recommendation of this study is that the provision of a water tepid sponge can be used as an independent nursing intervention in reducing the body temperature of preschool-aged children who have fever.

The World Health Organization (WHO) recommendation that mothers breastfeed for a minimum of 6 months has not been achieved, this is because the psychological condition of mothers after giving birth often experiences disturbances, which will affect breast milk production. This problem can occur due to the transition period to becoming a parent, the anxiety felt during post partum can be one of the factors influencing breast milk production. The aim of this service is to This service activity is carried out with the aim of providing information about psychological adaptation in breastfeeding mothers and how to carry out this psychological adaptation to achieve optimization of the role as a mother at the Jongaya Community Health Center. The number of participants in this service activity was 15 people which was held on July 28 2023 at the Jongaya Community Health Center using the lecture and question and answer method as well as the sharing method. The results of this activity show changes in behavior in the form of successful adaptation, especially in psychological changes during breastfeeding.

Satisfaction is a person's feelings of pleasure or disappointment that arise after comparing the results of a service that are in accordance with or not in accordance with the expectations they had before getting service. Patients as users of nursing services demand nursing services in accordance with their rights, namely quality nursing services. In providing nursing services, Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) is very important to assist nurses in achieving quality nursing care. In giving medicine, one must pay attention to the six "correct" principles which have become mandatory procedures before giving medicine, namely: right patient, right drug, right dose, right method, right time, and correct documentation. This study aims to identify the effect of applying standard operational procedures (SOP) for drug administration with the six correct principles on the level of patient satisfaction in Ungaran Hospital. The design of this research is descriptive analysis using a cross sectional approach, the number of samples used is 90 respondents using the Slovin formula to determine. The results of the study using the Chi Square analysis test showed that there was a significant effect between the application (SOP) of drug administration with the six correct principles on the level of patient satisfaction (p = 0.000). From the results of the analysis obtained the value of Odds Ratio (OR) of 59.160. The recommendation from this research is that nurses always apply the SOP correctly to increase patient satisfaction.
