Background: The first point of contact for patients seeking medical attention at the hospital is patient registration. Of course, the hospital needs to be able to deliver quality care. Hospitals, particularly in Bali, have a system in place for online reservations. Patients who wish to receive treatment at the cardiac polyclinic must first wait in line in the morning in order to receive a queue number before being able to receive treatment in the afternoon because the Tk II Udayana Hospital's outpatient registration system does not currently use an online reservation system. This study's objective was to develop an online reservation system for outpatients at Tk II Udayana Hospital's web-based cardiac polyclinic.   Methods: The study design used was the Pre Experimental Design method. Create an online registration system in the form of a web using the System Development Life Cycle or SDLC development stage. The samples used in this study were registration officers and patients using non-probability sampling technique with quota sampling. The instrument in this study used an observation checklist, stopwatch and also a questionnaire that was used, namely the usability USE questionnaire by Amond M Lund. Results: The study's usability test findings showed a percentage of 78.90%, which is considered "Eligible." The Outpatient Online Reservation System at the Web-based Cardiology Poly at Tk II Udayana Hospital is being used effectively, as shown by the Mann-Whitney Test findings, which have a significant value of 0.000 0.05. Conclusion: The study's findings show that the outpatient online reservation system at web-based cardiac polyclinics was successful in reducing waiting times and in making it easier for cardiac outpatients to make reservations online. The Mann-Whitney Test can be used to demonstrate this.

The Mranggen III Health Center is one of the government agencies in the technical implementing unit of the Demak District health office. Patient registration services and administrative payments at the Mranggen III Health Center are still conventional, causing long queues. In addition, the process of processing data to become information cannot be accessed directly by the leadership because there are no computerized and multi-user or client-server applications. Based on these problems, a Puskesmas administration information system design was made that could suit the needs. Making an information system using the programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and SQL Server 2000 as a multiuser-based database. With the design of the development of an administrative information system for the Mranggen III Health Center, it is hoped that it will be able to handle the problems that exist in the Mranggen III Health Center, namely being able to speed up service to patients and by using a multiuser-based information system. Leaders and several staff can access it simultaneously and quickly.

A level road intersection is a meeting place for vehicle flows from various directions both towards the intersection and leaving the intersection, so that at the intersection there is the potential for vehicle conflicts to occur which are at the same time at the same point. This causes the vehicle to reduce speed. Reducing vehicle speed at intersections results in the potential for queues and delays. Evaluation of the performance of the intersection needs to be done to find out the current performance of the intersection, so that anticipatory steps can be taken so that the performance of the intersection can be maintained and maintained in good condition. In this study, an analysis of intersection performance will be carried out using the Vissim software. In this study, an assessment of the unsignalized intersection of Pasar Butun, Balikpapan City was carried out. The data needed for input into the model include traffic flow data at rush hour or peak density hours, intersection geometry data. The output or results generated by the model are intersection performance information in the form of queue length and delay time parameters  Degree of Saturation (DS) for the existing condition is 1.70 and for the next 5 years it is 2.20. Parameters of queue length and time delay in existing conditions are 33.0 m and 3.65 sec/pcu and for the next 5 years projection are 87 m and delay time is 187.s/pcu

Implementation of digital marketing strategy, Queue Theory on customer satisfaction level at myBCA Ciputra World Surabaya. This study aims to find out digital marketing. Queue Theory to the level customer satisfaction in myBCA. The population in this study are customers or customer who transact in the myBCA area. Samples were taken as many as 100 respondents for 1 month in july 2017 with accidental tehnique. With quantitative aproach, primary data collection techques obtain from the responses of respondents. Data analysis tehcniques use are multiple regression analysis, test validity, test reliability, hypothesis testing.
