This community service program aimed to strengthen community development in Negeri Soya by reinforcing group kinship ties within a multicultural society. As a traditional village in Ambon City, Negeri Soya is inhabited by people from diverse ethnic and social backgrounds who live together in one area. This diversity requires harmonious social relations supported by solidarity, brotherhood, and social awareness. The program focused on the men’s service group of the Elim Sector, Soya Congregation, as a forum for social and spiritual development. The activities were conducted through lectures, question-and-answer sessions, and collaborative practices in church services. The materials emphasized group kinship, social solidarity, togetherness, and the understanding that kinship is not limited to blood relations, but can also be built through shared territory, life experiences, and continuous social interaction. The results show that the Negeri Soya community has strong solidarity and active participation in religious and social activities. Values such as mutual cooperation, masohi, and the concept of orang basudara serve as important foundations for social integration. Men’s church service activities strengthened care, cooperation, and shared responsibility among members. These findings indicate that local cultural values remain relevant for managing diversity and building collective resilience in post-conflict communities. Overall, this program contributed positively to strengthening social relations and supporting harmonious, inclusive, and sustainable community life in Negeri Soya in daily life.

Village regional information plays an important role in supporting community services and effective development planning. However, some rural areas still face limitations in information regarding hamlet boundaries and road access, including Lunto Barat Village, Lembah Segar District, Sawahlunto City. This Community Service Program (KKN) aimed to improve the availability and accessibility of village regional information through hamlet and road mapping activities. The methods applied included field observation, direct road data collection with village officials, preparation of hamlet maps, and environmental development activities through community-based planting. The results indicated that the mapping activities provided clearer information on hamlet boundaries and village road networks, thereby facilitating community access to regional information. Furthermore, the resulting village map helped both residents and visitors locate destinations more effectively. This program demonstrates that village mapping activities not only enhance access to regional information but also contribute to more structured and participatory village development.

Manggis Village, Mojosongo District, Boyolali Regency has considerable potential in local products, particularly in agriculture and processed food sectors. However, limited digital literacy among community members has caused marketing practices to remain conventional, with limited market reach and low promotional effectiveness. This community service program aims to improve community skills in creating, managing, and distributing digital content to support the promotion of local products. The methods used include training, hands-on practice, and mentoring in producing photo and video content, writing promotional captions, and managing social media platforms. The activity was conducted over two days and involved local SMEs, youth organizations, and village officials. The results indicate an improvement in participants’ ability to produce attractive digital content and manage social media accounts more systematically. In addition, a village digital media team was formed, and a two-week content plan was developed to ensure continuity. This program positively contributes to strengthening community capacity in utilizing digital media for broader, sustainable local product promotion while supporting economic competitiveness among rural communities in the future.

The Community Service Program (PKM) collaboration organized by LLDikti Wilayah III represents a synergistic initiative among higher education institutions to support village digitalization based on the Smart Village Smart Governance concept. The program involved Universitas Nasional as the lead university, in collaboration with Universitas Muhammadiyah Prof. Dr. HAMKA and Institut Transportasi dan Logistik Trisakti as partner institutions, and was implemented in Kademangan Village, Mande District, Cianjur Regency. The activity focused on developing and socializing the Kademangan.net village service website as a digital platform to enhance transparency and efficiency in public services, including access to village information, public complaints, and MSME promotion. The program began with a socialization session at the Village Hall involving village officials and residents, followed by field surveys at the local Posyandu and residents’ homes to identify community needs and preferences regarding digital services. The results indicate that village service digitalization improves accessibility and time efficiency for residents, although assistance is still needed for those less familiar with technology. Overall, this collaborative PKM initiative contributes to strengthening digital-based village governance and serves as a sustainable model of inter-university collaboration in empowering rural communities through information technology.

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh Marketing Good Governance (MGG) terhadap efektivitas program pelatihan dan pengembangan karier karyawan, dengan pelatihan sebagai variabel mediasi. MGG dipng sebagai pilar strategis yang mengintegrasikan etika pemasaran dengan manajemen sumber daya manusia. Dengan pendekatan kuantitatif berbasis SEM-PLS, penelitian ini melibatkan 150 responden dari industri FMCG, jasa keuangan, dan teknologi informasi. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa MGG berpengaruh signifikan terhadap program pelatihan (β=0.645) dan pengembangan karier (β=0.324), serta pelatihan memediasi hubungan tersebut secara kuat (β=0.334). Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa tata kelola pemasaran yang transparan, akuntabel, dan adil tidak hanya meningkatkan reputasi eksternal perusahaan, tetapi juga memperkuat kompetensi internal dan kejelasan jalur karier karyawan. Kebaruan penelitian ini terletak pada integrasi disiplin pemasaran strategis dan manajemen SDM, yang menempatkan pelatihan sebagai jembatan antara tata kelola dan keberlanjutan karier. Implikasi praktisnya, perusahaan perlu menyinergikan kebijakan HR dan marketing berbasis tata kelola untuk menciptakan budaya kerja etis, meritokratis, dan berkelanjutan.

This MBKM program aims to develop innovative woven textile designs in Laranwutun Village, Ile Ape District, Lembata Regency, as an effort to enhance the economic value of local products through the utilization of digital marketing based on Facebook. Laranwutun Village possesses significant potential in traditional ikat weaving; however, artisans still face challenges in design development and rely on conventional marketing practices. The program was implemented over a two-month period involving MBKM students, local weavers, and MSME actors. The implementation methods included mentoring in creating innovative textile designs by combining traditional motifs with modern color trends, product photography training, and training on the use of Facebook for promotion and sales. The results indicate an improvement in artisans’ ability to create new designs, enhanced product visual quality, and expanded digital marketing reach. Following the training, five artisans actively utilized Facebook as a promotional medium and successfully received orders from outside the region.Overall, this MBKM activity contributes to strengthening the creative economy based on local culture and enhancing the independence of woven-textile entrepreneurs in Laranwutun Village through accessible and sustainable digital technology utilization.

This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of UMKM Mentari Padangsari in developing visual content to strengthen branding and competitiveness. It is hoped that this training activity will have an impact on the development of MSMEs in Padangsari sub-district.The main problems faced by partners include limited skills in creating product photos, graphic designs, promotional videos, and managing social media consistently. The program was implemented through training, mentoring, and evaluation stages involving 14 UMKM actors in Padangsari Village, Semarang City. Training materials focused on product photography using smartphones, simple graphic design, short promotional videos, visual storytelling, and the use of digital platforms such as social media and Google Business are  considered very necessary in this era of rapid technological development. The results show increased knowledge and skills among UMKM actors in producing more attractive visual content, improving brand identity, and enhancing engagement on social media. This program contributes to strengthening UMKM competitiveness and supports sustainable digital-based marketing practices.

Tantangan utama yang dihadapi warga Kelurahan Pesantren, Kota Semarang adalah belum optimalnya pengelolaan limbah lingkungan rumah tangga, khususnya minyak jelantah, yang berpotensi menimbulkan pencemaran dan masih kurang dimanfaatkan secara ekonomi. Program ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesadaran lingkungan, keterampilan kewirausahaan, dan kemandirian ekonomi masyarakat dengan inovasi ekonomi kreatif. Tahapan pelaksanaannya meliputi observasi dan identifikasi masalah, perencanaan program partisipatif, pelaksanaan lokakarya, pendampingan, dan evaluasi keberlanjutan. Kegiatan program terdiri dari pendidikan kewirausahaan, pelatihan langsung pengolahan minyak jelantah menjadi lilin aromaterapi, dan peningkatan kapasitas dalam pembuatan konten digital dan pemasaran digital melalui media sosial dan pasar online. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pengetahuan dan minat berwirausaha di kalangan ibu-ibu PKK, yaitu meningkat dari 40% sebelum program menjadi 80% setelah lokakarya. Secara keseluruhan, program ini efektif meningkatkan keterampilan pengelolaan sampah ramah lingkungan dan mendukung pengembangan ekonomi kreatif berbasis lokal.

This Community Service Program (Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat/PKM) aims to develop the communication strategy of Grandma Foundation through a corporate storytelling approach to enhance public awareness of its social programs. The main challenge faced by the foundation is the limited communication strategy, which has predominantly focused on informative reporting and has not yet effectively built emotional engagement with the public. The program employed interactive lectures, storytelling workshops, digital content production simulations, and mentoring and evaluation sessions. The results indicate a significant improvement in the foundation’s internal capacity to produce human-centered, authentic, and impact-oriented narratives. The implementation of corporate storytelling led to more consistent, emotionally engaging, and effective communication content, particularly through digital media. The discussion highlights that storytelling plays a strategic role in building public trust, strengthening organizational identity, and increasing public engagement. This program concludes that corporate storytelling is a relevant and effective communication strategy for nonprofit organizations to expand social impact and ensure the sustainability of their programs.

The need for learning materials that can adapt to students’ abilities and characteristics has made the development of AI-based adaptive learning resources increasingly important in elementary education. However, limited digital literacy and high workloads among teachers hinder optimal implementation. This Community Service Program aimed to enhance the competencies of teachers at Sekolah Alam Ananda Mandiri Slawi through workshops, guided practice, and hands-on development of AI-supported adaptive materials. The method included preparation, conceptual presentation, technology demonstration, guided practice, pre–post evaluation, and follow-up support. The results showed a significant improvement, with teachers’ competence in the “good” category increasing from 22.5% to 82.5%, and all participants (100%) successfully producing at least one adaptive module and one deep-learning-based material component. Furthermore, 92% of participants reported that the program greatly improved their digital literacy and pedagogical understanding. Thus, this activity effectively strengthened teachers’ competencies and provided a strong foundation for the sustainable integration of AI-based adaptive learning materials in elementary classrooms.

This study aims to conduct a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) regarding the influence of career development on organizational commitment. Based on the analysis of various scientific articles, career development is an important approach in human resource management, which focuses on improving employees’ skills, enthusiasm, and readiness to face job challenges and promotion opportunities. On the other hand, organizational commitment refers to the emotional connection that employees have with their workplace, which includes aspects of emotional attachment, obligation, and enduring bonds. The results of the systematic literature review indicate that many previous studies have found a strong and positive correlation between career development and organizational commitment. Workers who are aware of support for their career development, including training programs, mentoring, or predetermined career paths, generally show a higher level of dedication to their organization. Furthermore, various studies have shown that career development can also have an indirect effect on organizational commitment through mediating factors such as job satisfaction, work motivation, and employee performance. However, several studies have shown that career development does not always have a significant impact on organizational commitment, particularly in organizations without a structured career system or when employees have negative perceptions of career opportunities. These varying results highlight the existence of contextual factors that influence the relationship between variables. Overall, this study offers in-depth insights into the significance of career development as a strategic factor in enhancing organizational commitment, along with suggestions for organizations and future researchers conducting similar studies.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play a crucial role in the regional economy, including in Tatanga District and Nunu Village, Palu City. However, many MSME actors in these areas still face fundamental challenges such as low financial literacy, limited access to capital, and insufficient use of digital technology in business management. These limitations lead to weak financial record-keeping, poor cash flow management, and inadequate readiness to meet bankability requirements when applying for financing from formal financial institutions. This community service program was designed to improve the understanding and practical skills of MSME actors through financial literacy socialization, financial inclusion education, capital training in collaboration with financial institutions, and training in simple financial record preparation. The program was implemented using needs assessments through observation, structured material delivery, interactive discussions, hands-on transaction recording practice, and learning evaluations through pretests and posttests. The results show a significant improvement in participants’ competencies. Average scores for financial literacy and inclusion increased from 48% to 89%, indicating better understanding of cash flow management, transaction recording, and the use of digital financial services such as QRIS and mobile banking. Furthermore, participants’ understanding of capital access improved from 51% to 92%, particularly regarding financing procedures, business eligibility requirements, and the importance of financial statements in loan applications. Overall, the program effectively strengthened MSME capacity to manage businesses in a more structured, adaptive, and professional manner, supporting MSME independence and long-term business sustainability in Tatanga District and Nunu Village.

This community service activity was implemented at SDN 3 Tangkiling to cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset among elementary school students by integrating financial literacy and exploring creative professions. The program emphasized enhancing students' comprehension of fundamental financial principles through socialization activities and rudimentary buying and selling simulations using play money. The “Mini Shop” activity was implemented to facilitate students' learning about the value of money, the distinction between needs and wants, and the importance of saving. This activity was designed using an active and contextual learning approach, which aligns with the characteristics of elementary school students and the principles of the Merdeka Curriculum, emphasizing character building, independence, and creativity. Additionally, the exploration of creative professions was undertaken through the implementation of role-playing and interactive discussions, thereby introducing a variety of occupations and cultivating an interest in entrepreneurship from an early age. The outcomes of the activity indicated that students exhibited increased enthusiasm and comprehension of fundamental financial concepts and demonstrated an interest in elementary entrepreneurial activities. It is anticipated that this program will evolve into an inspirational learning model for instilling financial literacy and entrepreneurial spirit at the elementary school level.

This study explores the development of digital and storynomic-based tourism in Kamasan Tourism Village, Klungkung Regency, Bali. Kamasan is historically known as the center of classical Balinese wayang painting and traditional metal crafts such as gold, silver, and brass. Using a qualitative descriptive method through observation, interviews, and document studies, this research identifies the village’s cultural potential and formulates a sustainable tourism development model. The SWOT analysis reveals that Kamasan’s main strengths lie in its rich cultural heritage, community participation, and diverse local crafts, while weaknesses include limited digital promotion, lack of facilities, and low involvement of younger generations. Opportunities arise from the growing trend of cultural and educational tourism and strong government support for digitalization through the Anugerah Desa Wisata Indonesia (ADWI) program. The integration of storynomic tourism and digital media—such as e-brochures, promotional videos, and virtual tours can enhance destination competitiveness, strengthen local identity, and improve community welfare. This research emphasizes that combining cultural storytelling with digital innovation is a strategic approach to creating sustainable and engaging tourism experiences in Kamasan Village.

Farmer empowerment through the development of local agricultural commodities is an important strategy to increase farmers’ income and strengthen the independence of farmer groups. This community service activity aimed to enhance the capacity of the Padimas Farmer Group in Sana Tengah Village, Pasean Sub-district, Pamekasan Regency, through the development of local Madura melon as a regional flagship commodity. The program was implemented using a participatory–collaborative approach that actively involved farmers in all stages of the activity, including the identification of local needs and potentials, provision of demonstration plot land, cultivation assistance, and continuous monitoring and evaluation. The melon demonstration plot served as a practical learning medium for farmers in applying cultivation techniques adapted to local agroclimatic conditions. The results showed that the development of the local melon demonstration plot significantly improved farmers’ knowledge and skills in melon cultivation, with a plant survival rate reaching 99%. In addition, this activity supported the establishment of a group-based flagship commodity with promising economic value and market opportunities. Overall, the farmer empowerment program contributed positively to strengthening farmers’ economic independence and has the potential to serve as a model for sustainable horticultural agribusiness development in the Pamekasan region.

Belawa Village, located in Lemahabang District, Cirebon Regency, West Java, is famous for the Labi-labi Belawa tourist attraction. This study aims to develop a sustainable tourism village at the Cikuya Tourist Attraction in Belawa Village. This model is expected to be an integrated solution to support the implementation of sustainable tourism. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with quantitative data analysis. The results of the study show that the implementation of sustainable tourism in Cikuya is evident through environmental preservation and the conservation of the Belawa turtle habitat. Although the management is not yet optimal, there are practices of utilizing organic waste, such as chicken manure for animal feed and coconut shells for souvenirs, supporting the circular economy concept. Community participation in cultural activities also supports the social and cultural aspects of sustainable tourism, although it is still incidental and has not yet been programmed sustainably. However, the implementation of sustainable tourism in Cikuya is not yet fully optimal, despite having strong natural and conservation potential. Structural and operational barriers, such as accessibility, human resources, institutional governance, economy, socio-culture, and policy support, affect the effectiveness of applying sustainability principles.

The development of educational tourism villages is one of the sustainable tourism strategies that integrates learning activities, environmental conservation, and local community empowerment. This study aims to analyze the potential and development strategies of Belawa Village as an educational tourism village in Cirebon Regency. The research employed a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were collected through field observations, in-depth interviews with managers and community members, and literature review. The results indicate that Belawa Village has strong tourism potential, particularly in educational tourism based on the conservation of the Belawa softshell turtle (Amyda cartilaginea), nature-based tourism, and local cultural tourism. Educational activities such as outing classes, animal introduction programs, environmental education, and cultural arts training have been implemented and fulfill the elements of something to see and something to do in educational tourism. However, the development of this educational tourism village has not yet been optimal due to limitations in destination management, supporting facilities and infrastructure, promotion, and human resource capacity.
